The Four and Four of our Supreme Court Justices

Did you notice the PPAA’s “Number’s Game”?

We the People experienced, by The Court of Truth and Justice protection of One Person or corporate Persons in Law, four Justices each one of which, ruled against this Falsehood, Sophistry Act against  We the People ever perpetrated in our history. In doing so, these Justices “Preserved, Protected, and Defended” ALL America’s Rule of Law.

Four Justices were in opposition declaring supreme Anti-Law government by the person President,  over “Rule of Law”. Two of these Justices were so biased that All America paying attention knew exactly what their adjudication would result in, – Before the Doors of the courtroom building opened!!!  One of these, three times, stated before Sen. Coburn, The “Declaration is Not Law. Only The Constitution is Law. That there is no connection between these documents, denying:  “consent of the governed, equal station of Nature and Nature’s God, unalienable rights, of the first 8 Amendments of the Constitution, and divine Providence Protecting lives, fortunes, and sacred honor ”.  One Justice, could be counted upon to support whatever “society” dictates regardless of Religion and Morality or the Oath of Office attached..  One Justice goes with the flow –

We know the other – who took an extreme risk in toying with the ability of this President and his minions to ever declare an error in writing government law as control over collective, mass people of group think membership – top down submission and subservience. The famous “In your dreams” amply applies here!

In actuality, were the Republican form of government respected and obeyed — the 5 justices would have deferred to the 4 justices of Court of Truth and Justice Protecting Rule of Law. Reason: Number has no value in “Soul” of personal responsibility within the scope and jurisprudence of Truth  in Law.  The Five were wrong, if only because they’re “amoral Politicians” before their Oath of accountability to God.

Thomas Jefferson stated the Principle of Republican Government this way “All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be Rightful Must Be Reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law Must Protect, and to violate would be oppression.”   And Albert H. Long in “The Twelve Basic American Principles” stated “..The Majority Must be strictly limited in power, and in the operation of government, for the Protection of The Individual’s God-give, unalienable rights... .”

The “mechanics” of number as greater is a necessity to any government of the popular type; but the Protection of Minority of One is paramount. “No Majority, however great even all of the people but one Individual–may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of an minority, however small–even a minority of a lone Individual.”

It is important to note that the word Majority in 1828 / 2012 Oxford Dic. applies to “the quality or state of being greater”. Why this, not obsolete, just little used, meaning is that in the Open Society Socialism the power, force, operation, suppression, and control of government is a Majority as applied to Articles I - VI and the first 10 amendments with the 14th is the Anti-Law Regime of supreme law.

This Majority has educated our Youth in subservience to group norms designed by the state; and submission to any and all authority of all levels of government.  Open Society Socialism’s majority “does not even recognize the existence of any unqualified rights of The Individual, much less his possessing God-given, unalienable rights.. . It determines Man is considered to have Only qualified privileges permitted by this government control and revocable by it at any time.  

The “Practical remedy” is our supreme “Rule of Law”; but as noted above, this is preempted by Open Society Socialism – the complete, diametrically opposed form of government our Founders worked hard to protect each-one-person.

We have a lot of work to do.  November 6 continues our work.... There Is No Party Politic in this work. There is a considerable need to re-research and read the Religion and Morality of the basis of Republican government in Scripture– and ethics of Socrates and Aristotle with logic - Research, Reflect, Relate, Record----Take Action.
