Article IV:4 Guarantees a Republican form of government under God (The Declaration) and under Constitution.

Homeland Security's force and power includes preventing July 28 for occurring should GB not conform.

And Homeland Security has added "over-the-roof costs" in the name of safety and protection-----no government can provide! Just look at our borders and the removal of the word "illegal" from Federal and States Laws via Executive Order.

"They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." requires a little change: "To purchase a little temporary safety, for a private, funded business and philanthropic liberty to give Love, ALL 75,000+, righteous citizens or corporate persons, shall Surrender all Liberty to the appointed-quasi-oppressive power to control all "right to assemble" -- especially in when the event is attended in the name of  Declaration and Constitution under God, Honor.

Why "We the People" are " a court of competent Jurisprudence":

"Our Republican form of government has its Origins in Scripture."  Scripture is God's Word.  Knowledge, Wisdom for law 'temporal' and 'soul - one person' are pursuits for Truth.  God is Truth.

The Republic form of government is being disobeyed by ignoring the 9, 10 Amendments and the enumerated powers of Article I:8.

The President with the individuals comprising Homeland Security are therefore in violation of Each-One-Official, Person's Oath of Office / Accountability to God.

Homeland Security's laws violate the Constitutional Principle: " In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the Supreme Law, superior to All other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, or court ruling which is Inconsistent with that supreme law and Not Derived From it is Unconstitutional, and Null and Void from Inception."

Open Society Shall Remove Truth In God -- stated in Article I, II, III, IV, and VI. Article V is violated due to the absence of the amended process instructions on How We the People -- not government,  alter and "throw off such government"  of number the Rule of Law, rather than Religion and Virtue" of One Person's integrity with duty to self, and God..
