On the News, all of those young people asking about their insurance coverage amounts and changes, through ignorance of our Republic under God, are asking the wrong questions.  Here's what they should be asking:

What right does any government have to confiscated (the purchase of the insurance is both forced and controlled) and dictate how I use my "Property", money gained from my work?   ""that dominion which one man claims and exercises over the external things of the world, in exclusion of every other individual."

Pelosi's problem with "content" and "Senate"..

At TERC (The Escondido Republican Club), I learned that Pelosi has explained she was referring to the socialist-precept that the Senate had passed PPAA; and now it was time for the House; but What she said was "We have to PASS THIS to know what IT CONTAINS."

And she is also saying the minions of the "Obama Socialist Regime" passed PPAA WITHOUT KNOWING its CONTENTS...simple logic which is the Laws of Both Founding Documents and God's Law for any being on His earth down below: Soul/ Heart/ Conscience/ Mind/ of our Republic under God.

1.     "Law of the Land": The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution, and is intertwined by Article II and VI bound by Oath of Office, [a direct command for "religion and morality" of any person within the Federalist Equilateral Triangle to the Laws of Nature's God and "separate and equal station"] is the supreme Law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows in Section 256 of the Second Edition of Sixteenth american Jurisprudence:
       The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, whether federal or state, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it; an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative s if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not bee enacted.

Note: in finding the entire statement of Section 256, I found 7 entries, 5 of the seven omitted, skipped the statement "No repeal of such an enactment is necessary.".   

This is an important observation because first, very, very few Americans have information that Section 256 in American Jurisprudence even exists; second because even when used, leaving out 'No repeal necessary' would shut-down "The Obama Socialist Regime's" antilaw in PPAA, within this president's cabinet of 11/16 person's listed at www.DiscoverTheNetworks.com, have precepts which include violation of Oath of Office in that at no time, or under any circumstance will these cabinet members stand, preserve, or protect We the People in the Laws of Both Founding Documents; third, because there is no fixed Truth, no God's Laws, lie, deceit, collusion, coercion are the "moral rightness of an action is determined by its consequences. Contrary to the "Obama Socialist Regime's Alinskyites-UN/UDHR/WSIS "opinion without interference regardless of frontier"; moral rightness of an action is determined by its consequences; lie, steal are justified if the benefits outweigh the harm", Marriage is not a "society-sanctioned and protected institution."

Except for socialism's  man supreme to God, state/society has absolutely nothing to do with two individual persons who decide to join their unique, individual  souls together.

Marriage is sacred because God created man in His image, His spirit soul; and Eve out of Adam's rib.  God didn't have to use Adam's rib to create Eve. I am who I am. Two Indispensable Essence of Governance

Netflix is the only movie renter that has an excellent collection of foreign films which often are never released here in America.  There are several which number among ‘classic’ in all aspects of story telling using film methods: My Best Enemy(Mein bester Feind); The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest(Luftslottet Som Sprängdes); Haute Cuisine(Les Saveurs du Palais); The King of Mask (Hong Kong; Shaw Brothers); The Chorus (Les Choristes), “A Man For All Seasons”(1966) to name a few; but I just viewed “The Harmonists (Comedian Harmonists)”.

“Plot: In 1927, unemployed German-Jewish actor Harry Frommermann is inspired by the American group The Revelers to create a German group of the same format. He holds auditions and signs on four additional singers and a pianist. Naming themselves the "Comedian Harmonists", they meet international fame and popularity. However, they eventually run into trouble when the Nazis come to power, as half the group is Jewish.”  It won 3 German Film Awards and was made into a musical.  The singing is from actual recordings and is great, as is the acting.

But the reason I’m writing about it is its relation to pure evil and “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God; for what happened under Socialist-Nazis-Hitler is happening right now; only there are no guns,....yet; because the evil is using displacement, distraction, and an outgrowth of ignorance of people in their continuum between the extremes of evil and good; the extent of evil is not at all recognized, and evil is even followed by blind and deaf leading blind and deaf[1] ; i.e put The Ten Commandments and Sermon on the Mount next to Nazis and Obama Lucifer Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, adding the Delphi Technique to forestall and disorganize an assembly of a number of corporate persons to “concert measures for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns in opposition to others in the community..” [5,6,7,10]

What stands “Harmonius” are two indispensable elements of governance:
1) In our Republican Form of government, number-majority is not a measure of Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, or God’s gift of each-one-Person’s immortal soul accountable to Him through our King of King, Jesus Christ;  versus Lucifer’s collective, mass people cacophony of man’s temporal, body, human precepts, absent Soul and Heart. It is self evident that Socialist-communism’s collective, group-think, cannot exist in our Republic under God, because there is no such thing as a group which does not contain one-unique-person composed of both a body traveling on “earth below” with Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen- anatomy, physiology, neurology, and a unique-one-of a kind-immortal Soul totally separate, and yet interdependent, LIFE, who shall be judged, upon leaving earthly body, by The love, patience, anger, everlasting peace our Eternal Father and Administered by our King of Kings and Savior Jesus Christ who has taught each-one-person, all they really need to know is  “...accountability to God for his conduct in this life; and in the indispensable obligation to all men to yield entire obedience to God’s commands in the moral law and in the Gospel.”–Noah Webster

The “Harmonius” story centers around six individuals with particular gifts of the Harmony and poetry in the art [3]of music, with gain great, worldwide success; and, within the privileges and immunities of the despotic ruler’s “permission”, destroyed by force of a despotic government. All of the evil throughout most of the movie is limited to murder, “malice prepense” against the Heart: “4. But then, obliterating the concepts of Soul and Heart of any, individual being is the purpose of socialist-communism; for force and controlling an Individual Person in their roles of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness in the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God One People are entitled to..respect for opinion, based in “Religion and morality” of the rest of each sentences contained in the Declaration of Independence; bound by every person’s Oath of Office or Pledge of Allegiance in their duty and service to themselves and to others known or unknown to them, in the Constitution.

2) That God’s Laws are “supreme to man, at all times and under all circumstances”[2].

Two scenes: Nazis government-‘official’: “You shall not perform again in Germany. All these are denial of God and of His son Jesus Christ; and therefore each-one-person’s, unique embryo to death of body, the earthly temple for his Soul.

The United States of America is the only Nation in the History of Mankind to make God’s Law the reality of word and deeds through the heart among lessons, instructions, enforcement, Divine and Civil, within The Laws of Both Founding Documents.

This statement is Truth and applies equally to the Declaration of Independence[6], The word of God in Gospel; and simple, primitive righteousness between all mankind. This is God’s Direct Command, His voice, to Ezekiel, Chapter 33,  as the sentinel among his people to be sure everyone knows what is required in good or evil acts which may be either Obama-Alinsky’s “Availability of means determines whether you will be underground or above ground; whether you will move quickly or slowly...”; or a good person performing a wicked act to lose his goodness..’; or “Silence must be taken as agreement”.

Among the Laws of Nature is “For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction.” ; and “Nature’s God: Evil of Nazis produced WWII of most of the Nations of Europe, and Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor in the Pacific which kept most adult American men out of U.S. politics because they were on the Atlantic or the Pacific for most of the 40's.  This is a period when FDR and the first episodes of overt-socialism are occurring against Articles I, II, and III, IV, V, and VI, though The Declaration of Independence has not yet been removed as “Religion and Morality” in Truth, but still emphasizing, only, Natural Rights and the four “direct” statements of God, as if  ‘how ‘ He speaks is more important than “I am who I am”!

In the Supreme Court, it is a history period of removing “Religion and morality” permanently from the Constitution by ignoring the existence of Oath of Office as among the Laws Nature’s God in Article’s II and VI from Americans, occurring in 1947's Everson v. New York Board of Education “wall of separation”, the myth that church is synonymous with one person’s soul in “Religion and Morality”, though this, I don’t think was intended by the Justices; it, because of ignorance, has become the working anathema against the heart and soul of our America.

George Orwell’s “1984" exposing Fabian Socialism in 1949; Nine Socialist Communist’s, only one was American, Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, writing and implementing “Universal Declaration of Human Right’s “Right to opinion without interference regardless of frontier”, Article 19 of the UN Charter intertwined with Julian Huxley’s “collectivism” in UNESCO, and approximately 1998's, Geneva, #4 principle of World Summit of Information Societies (WSIS); and Obama’s, Saul Alinsky’s 1947 “Reveille for Radicals” updated in1971 as “Handbook for Radicals/Lucifer acknowledged in Preface /Marxism updated”; all which are solely a few men’s temporal with the body’s, quite literally as indifferent, living objects, anatomy, physiology, neurology [9]; and Socialist-state, man’s temporal with body’s “moral rightness of an action..”[3];  but completely absent any person’s unique and immortal soul.

Group-think cannot possibly acknowledge Truth of one person’s immortal soul because The Eternal created man in His Image – even including any person who in body, deny their soul: The Gift from The Eternal; and is among the reasons Christ teaches “Love your enemy.”; and overcoming adversity is among the Heart of Americans since arriving here in 1620.

Our Republican form of government is built upon One Person.  From Hamilton Long’s “Majority Limited for Liberty”: “..in favor of a minority of one: The Individual. No majority, however great even all of the people but one Individual--may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small--even a minority of a lone Individual.”[2].

The minority composed of individual person(s) within organization, church ecclesiastics, Town, County, State, or any Nation, or any corporate persons which are composed of individual persons - public or private,   has both “separate and equal station” for his certain unalienable natural rights in his sphere of influence within all the roles of his life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

Besides the movies above, Two examples of collective group think are on signs among, one Town’s activities: “Escondido National Little League Forming...”; “Rose School Students are college bound”.  The use of the word “bound” is quite accurate in its ‘other’ meaning of indoctrination NGO-Common Core Curriculum and State Legislative despotism over all individual Person’s, under 20 years of age, life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness which they have are forbidden religion and morality derived from scholarship in knowledge, wisdom or truth, so they shall never know life absent slavery and subjugation of their soul/heart in mind of conscience.
Earlier in Little League history, the word ‘National’ was used for what is now the “Little League World Series”.  Little League, like any of the sports requires each-one-person to know the 5W’s and H of their position on the field or at bat, therefore part of the whole named ‘team’; and the manager, if he is a good one, will make sure each-one-member of the ‘team’ knows each-one’s role in moving and competing among the teams to meet the challenges to accomplish the Little League World Series.

Little League is not “national”, it is corporate persons in Town to Region, to State, to National – every step of which is one-person, alone, and with others which comprise the entire “team on and off the field of play” in competition using the Rules of Religion and Morality, strategy which is established by understanding and comprehending the ‘Rules’ which surround the game itself. These same concepts apply to orchestra’s, choir’s, but often become distorted, or dislocated when top-down, collective people in church ecclesiastics or state society determines governance when allowed by its top-down, few men supreme to God and to the collective, mass people.

Rose School, like State and Federal’s, out of their jurisdiction and the omnipotent, tyranny, NGO-Common Core Curriculum[7] colluded with the Department of Education, over every single person among Posterity of the United States, does not comprehend nor recognize that ‘learning is for One Person to develop the “..concept of the supreme dignity and value of each Individual...and consequent mutual respect among Individuals....They are maintained by requiring government and other Individuals respect them, as well as by that [Individual student’s learning] dedication to his own unceasing growth toward realization of his highest potential..”[2] of  “Religion and morality” in his Soul/heart in every role of that person’s opportunity/threat, reward/risk, strengths/weakness of life – Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, Certain Unalienable Natural Rights.  That ‘Tests’ are tools for that one, individual student to utilize; and teachers are mentors and guides along the way.

Rose School, with every pedant-socialist-school adult in any capacity, does not understand, nor comprehend our archetypal, Republican form of Representative Government’s “..Separate and Equal Station... “God made man in His own Image; and that each-one-youth is his own, unique soul who may or may not go to college, or even finish school; but should be making a personal effort to become a scholar [8].

Like the movies above, state/society is determined, defined, forced of fist in control by a few socialists who believe themselves supreme in utilizing man’s temporal, body objects, absent Truth and God’s laws, in “human precepts”:  “..opinion without interference regardless of frontier”; for the purpose of “moral rightness of an action is determined by its consequences; and lie, with all definitions of steal, murder are justified if the benefits outweigh the harm.[4,7, 10]

First, We the People are individuals of belief and faith in our God and Nation. While there was no due process of law and no courtroom; I have been given the much greater than any earthly thing, the gifts of my Lord God and His son Jesus Christ along with the non-ending, magnificence of our United States of America and every single person, among several thousand, I have and will continue to meet throughout my journey to final judgement.  Following and working toward a disciple of Jesus has no earthly word or comparison, perhaps except Truth, Trust, Faith and Belief. For you are, underground or group-forced, to just shut-up, sit-down, and do as you are told... the Progressive mind is made up. “Rule of Law” is whatever the president says it is; and no questioning is allowed, unless it allowed permission among the powers of that particular party meeting - even when the impossible word, non-partisan is employed.
