The Obama tax money to support the choices made by the persons, as medications and the accruments required to end the life “Soul” and “physiological, developing embryo” are all inanimate objects; AND

Obama’s recent demand that social law requires taxpayer (his government program) to support the persons who decide to have sexual relationships before marriage, during, and even if marriage is not the purpose of the relationship; and the person who has an embryo or “soul” developing within her because she went ahead (of course barring rape, incest with other life-threatening defined exceptions) with intercourse. Living objects become “parties to an action at law” for sexual organs of pleasure or reproduction are objects and without these organ parts put into action by “soul”, the outcomes would not occur.
The Obama tax money to support the choices made by the persons, as medications and the accruments required to end the life “Soul” and “physiological, developing embryo” are all inanimate objects; AND
God’s Laws with Morality - “Soul of Constitutional Person” - becomes irrelevant and immaterial
in Law! Obama is well within his “social law” to demand conformity to the absence of Religion and Morality of the support people making their “free will” choice to do the Wrong actions with taxpayer money. Social means a horn player in an orchestra, among horn players. The cacophony of the music doesn’t matter; and the conductor is “body without “soul”- temporal - collective mass law”.
In U.S. District Court, a Muslim man attacked his wife with a knife. The court found in favor of the husband because the knife used in the attack represented his First Amendment right to the free exercise of his religion. The knife is an inanimate object, that could not function unless the “soul” of person husband utilized the “body’s neurology”, to pick-up and strike his wife. The knife became the object of religious practice; and the determiner of “innocence” of the attacker.
In United States Constitution, and Declaration, Religion means “Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties.”.

Our Nation’s First Part of its First Amendment Religion is not included in this Muslim man’s definition of ecclesiastics of his religion, for man can over-rule God if Koran or Bukhari approves. The Court separates and even excludes from consideration, God’s Law as “soul” of Constitutional Person to allow supremacy for “body - temporal-social law”. The court decided against “constitutional Person” and in favor of “inanimate object” as the basis of the attacker’s right to injury his wife. The wife as victim...not relevant to the argument, and in his religion..not subject to equality under the Law .. Another manifestation of violation of Constitutional law.
There is also God’s Law regarding the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman, but that remains in the Muslim man’s Soul when he returns to God
“We the People” are at numerous levels of information regarding the above. There are too many less than 45 year olds, who attended public school systems who don’t know about God’s Law and Morality in our Nation; let alone why We are God’s Chosen ‘Leader’ on this Planet. Many American’s scoff at that remark! Faith is part of the Truth from learning knowledge and wisdom; and that is often absent from many American’s knowledge.
Last, while we are enterprising, not if parents or adults don’t or won’t teach Posterity the practical skills of Boy and Girl Scouts - yes, camping and survival; - including as much accountability and consequences of the learner’s decision as can be safely allowed according to the ‘person as young child’.
Know that the examples above are tiny, pieces of the dust of iniquity, abomination and desecration to the “Whole is the Sum of Each One of Its Parts” of our Nation with its intertwined Bible to Declaration to Constitution.

Our Vote is our Act to stop being “Acted upon”. This is for today's radio show: 1) Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul are NOT a "Faction" of the Republican Party; 2) while the smaller "Number", - he represents The Republican form of Representative Government under God with Both Declaration and Constitution; 3) Newt and Ron combined---represent the smaller number of "Restore Honor" of August 28, 2010. 4) The Tea Parties of America are not small...and are growing as Glenn says "Like a wave building..".

Thomas Jefferson said that the majority as 'a Whole' comprised of "persons" must abide by "Religion and Morality" of "Rule of Law"; "..that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression.". Oppression is what "We The People - including the elected representatives of Republican form of government - are living under as this essay and from 01/20/2009....until eradication occurs by vote of the people.
Obama's Socialism with Progressive's love of 'Collective Mass" are both Totally "inconsistent and not derived" from our Nation's supreme Law of the Land --- which every-one-elected-substructure employee- takes the "Oath of Office" to uphold;...and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Republic, under God with Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL.
The "Religion (obedience to God's Laws) and Morality (those who do not have a supreme Lawgiver)" is denied -- is an absolute to "A Democracy in a Republic" because Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes is One Person - accountable to God - and to the Laws which ONLY God and His Son Jesus taught...with the Apostles. Righteousness, Knowledge, Wisdom beget Truth which is the essence of The Way and The Light of our Lord.......and of Every-One-Person-comprising the Founder's with the Colonists...who did give their lives, their fortunes and their sacred Honor.
