The Eternal formed me first of his creation..

From most of Proverbs 8 in "The Bible" Translated by James Moffet who states "The aim I have endeavored to keep before my mind in making this translation has been to present the books of the Old and the New Testament in effective, intelligible English. No translation of an ancient classic can be quite intelligible, it is true, unless the reader is sufficiently acquainted with its environment to understand some of its flying allusions and characteristic metaphors. But something may be done and, I am convinced, ought to be done at the present day to offer the unlearned a transcript of the Biblical literature as it lies in the light thrown upon it by modern research. Proverbs 8 is here because it is — “the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them” = “unalienable rights” of Person composed of necessary, earthly Body, to encompass each child of Nature God's Soul, ---the entire Bible, and  — the contents of the Declaration which are meant to encompass life, liberty in free agency, and pursuits of "playing here and there over His world, finding my delight in humankind".

The Declaration is inculcated within the Laws of the Constitution by Seal of the mission statement, Preamble;  and Bound, as Article II and VI Oath of Office: "One of the ways that the very life of the new nation and the army that was called to defend its liberty was able to survive and succeed, given the many who resisted the effort for independence from within the country and from without, was through the use of the oath. The oath was a promise that one made to man calling on God to be the witness of the promise, and thus admitting that the one taking the oath would someday be held accountable for that promise by God and, possibly, in the court of law on earth. In the historic Judeo-Christen setting of revolutionary America, the oath was extremely important and powerful [61]l. It was because of the importance of the oath for the work of justice in the courts, that Washington warned America of the dangers the Deist "mind of peculiar structure. [62]" ("Minds of Peculiar Structure"; Part VI:27, pg. 549; in "George Washington's Sacred Fire"; Peter Lillback and Jerry Newcomb)

Man's temporal, opposite to Wisdom, is obvious in choices made today, as "majority of force to determine right and wrong";  by usury of "collective mass, -absent "Listen to instruction and get wisdom-groups"-, and remain obedient to withersoever they say and whatsoever they want of their few men master's of evil which uses the 'opposites' of right/wrong, good/bad, control/power to their own ends.  These evils are what our Nation, and way too many Nations on this Planet allow to rule each-one-sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation to be put asunder: "Religion and Morality" for the purposes of slavery as subservience and submission.

When "among the several States" decides that seceding from the Union is the answer to the "Obama Regime of Socialist Atheism, it is because the magnificence of our Nation in its unique declaration of God for One person, our Republican form of government, has been misplaced, ignored, and almost, but never forgotten.

Our Republic under God grew-up with the Puritans, Colonists including the Founders, who lived, evolved, created knowledge and wisdom which is our Posterity in our Pledge of “..Allegiance to the Flag and to the Republic for which it stands, One Nation,  under God, indivisible with liberty and Justice for All.”, has been misplaced because of man’s decision to eliminate wisdom and justice from our Nation, and from many of the Nations of this Planet, We the People often defend because “All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.” — Edmund Burke; who also said: “I am only one man. I cannot do everything, but I can do what I can do; and I shall do what I can do.” — He was the only member of Parliament expelled because of his support of the Declaration of Independence in understanding “Religion and Morality”; but – as the government, accusation of disloyalty to King and Country as Temporal-body-think-rule of force absent wisdom

Our Republic within its Founding Documents, written in the Age of Enlightenment here and in Europe, with “Religion and Morality”, does contain the answers to all issues Domestic and Foreign, because of its basis in Scripture with Knowledge, Wisdom, and Truth; but it is also Truth, that each Person within the Federalist Equilateral Triangle, must learn on his Person of Free Agency. In that learning, the reason it starts in childhood and must be in “public of, by, and for the people, seek and find, ask and open shall occur because “Those who know me, Know the Truth.

Today’s Truth is the ‘minority of God’s word and deeds” living and well among the 59,134,475 with their Candidates - Mitt, Carl, Brian, Nick, and the Republican Party, incumbents of the House of Representative, Senate, continue their “minor party” fight against the overthrow of the Republic in violating Article V of the US Constitution and Article XX:3 of the California Constitution; against,  Federal and California’s closed shop-Union quasi- administration Ownership of Legislature members, mayor of San Diego, governor and ‘president’ ‘wolves wearing sheep clothing,  named “Democratic Party composed of “Obama Socialist-Atheist Regime” despotism of majority by force for some of the special-collective-people/some of the time, but always governed by force and power of government-over-man.

This outcome, simply because of absent, forgotten, and never learned knowledge and wisdom of how to apply and enforce the Laws of Both Founding Documents of our Republican form of Representative government of, by, and for Each-One-Person composing the Whole of our Nation.

Both Documents do contain instructions and lessons to prevent or stop the “Obama Socialist-Atheist Regime of Anti-law”; or any other dictatorship of government-over-man.

“It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth — and listen to the song of that syren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those, who having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it might cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know th worst, and to provide for it.”— Patrick Henry speech to the Virginia Convention, March 23, 1775.

Though the ‘seceding from the Union’ talk could well be among distorting, here is the “worst”:  “Obama-Alinsky tactics” of: “...the organizer must be able to split himself into two parts -- one part in the arena of action where he polarizes the issue to 100 to nothing, and helps to lead his forces into conflict, while the other part knows that when the time comes for negotiations that it really is only a 10 percent difference." p.78; ...; "And so the guided questioning goes on without anyone losing face or being left out of the decision-making. Every weakness of every proposed tactic is probed by questions;.... Is this manipulation? Certainly;.... "An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent... He must create a mechanism that can drain off the underlying guilt for having accepted the previous situation for so long a time. Out of this mechanism, a new community organization arises;....     "The job then is getting the people to move, to act, to participate; in short, to develop and harness the necessary power to effectively conflict with the prevailing patterns and change them. When those prominent in the status quo turn and label you an 'agitator' they are completely correct, for that is, in one word, your function—to agitate to the point of conflict." p.117.... 5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.";.... 8. "Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.";.....9. "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.";....10. "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign;.... 13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.' ......any target can always say, 'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments.... Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target. ..' “

It is better for Americans of God and Country First “to know the whole truth; to know the worst..” And Fight the absent “Religion and Morality” with its  Anti-Law in Obama’s Socialist Regime; - rather than capitulating as if the history of the Founders, Freemen and Individuals who gave their lives, fortunes, and sacred Honor, was so much ‘spittle in their and our Faces of One Person before their God and  in Law of Both Founding Documents with Proverbs, The Word of God!!

To the Americans who love God and our Nation folding-leaving our Republic without even a whimper of fights, is unconscionable!  THERE IS A FIGHT and that fight is as complete in ‘argument in law’ as the “Obama-Socialist-Communist” is in Anti-law.

 The seceding States, indeed sovereignty of all States and for the sovereignly of each Person within that whole of polity, along with All incumbent and candidates, must understand and enforce the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, unalienable natural rights of Person, brotherhood of man in Trust, Oath of Office. “We the People must relearn the lessons: “12. The Majority Limited for Liberty” along with “1.  The Spirit is Supreme” and “2.  Fear of Government-over-man”with the other “The 12 Basic American Principles” at www.lexrex.com; and understand each-one’s importance in their Oath of Office, wherever that may be located in our Federal Equilateral Triangle of “We are Our Government's current Evil, or as Good as it is has been and is fully able to be.”; but never under conditions of  Obama's Socialist, collectives of Roboman-obedient, subservient non-thinking people, living, and inanimate objects.

Do realize, American Person, that our Founders with the March 12, 1770 Boston Gazette and Country Journal, have never doubted any Person’s ability to understand all that is contained herein; to understand from the WWII Trials, The Principle of Nuremberg: “Whenever Any Person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, if one of them is the constitution, means to obey or help enforce the constitution. This duty cannot be delegated to another person: not to a superior, a court, or a legal advisor It is not a defense that one was ignorant of the law or just doing one’s job or following orders.”

Americans of our Republic under God, It Is Our Watch; and we Must correct our errors against Truth of accountability of Person anywhere within the Federal Equilateral Triangle of Representation.  We the People – we cannot quit; especially we cannot quit while our Posterity continues indoctrinated into losing any sense of their own, unique Person of eternal Soul before God, their sovereignty of their choices for life, liberty, and pursuit in knowledge and wisdom.

The PROPOSITIONS.  Since Propositions are written by the current Government-over-man-2009-2012-Collective-secular-Party of control, power and force’ violating and disregarding our Nation’s Republican form of Government under 1789 Constitution of “One Person” protected from government and “Oath of Office” – duty, Honor, Service of That Elected-One-Person’s Article II and VI “Oath of Office”;

“NO” TEAPARTY: Creates a ‘Collective’ named those persons, who are included in “90 days for any reason”, do not have “equal protection under the law” from increased rates because they could fall outside of the 90 days and the reasons are varied as the individuals involved - there is no reason for this discrepancy to be written into law.  Example: Illness or Post-op; out of country.....
Changes Republican form of government Protection of One Person, – to homo sapiens as a member of the collective with inanimate object: ‘time’ as “ Greater-than 90 days - not specified”.
“YES”: CAGOP doesn’t give explanations.  KACER’S CALL does state the “Consider: Not all possible conditions can be accounted for (Eccl 9:11).

PREPOSITIONS 34 “DEATH PENALTY. INITIATIVE STATUTE.  36: “ THREE STRIKES LAW. REPEAT FELONY OFFENDERS. PENALTIES. INITIATIVE STATUTE
“NO” CAGOP, KACER’S CALL, TEAPARTY.  READ Because THESE ARE IMPORT TO understand for our Republican form of government under the Laws of Both Founding Documents: “Religion and Morality”:
Frank Kacer states it the best: “34 Concerns: Very sensitive issue. Many practical problems (justified and unjustified costs; time delays) shouldn’t trump justice. Extreme limitations on capital punishment already inhibit justice for victim and families.  Consider: Murder uniquely defiles our land (Gen 4:10; Num 35: 30-33). Justice is a foundational principle (Prov 21:15) and is to be proportional not vengeful (Deut 19: 15-21). Sanctity of own life forfeited by murder (Gen 9: 5-6; Ex 20:13). Executing murderers a legitimate government duty (Rom 13:4). Life sentence prolongs justice & creates more issues (Eccl 8:11). Life In fallen world not risk free (wars, car accidents, etc.)(Eccl 9:11). If innocent, life sentence also unjust (Prov 18:5).”
“36" Kacer’s Call: “Concern: Amends ‘94 Prop 184 3-Strikes law. Proposed revisions are very cumbersome and difficult to understand. Attorney General’s analysis and text of measure are difficult to reconcile (1Cor 14:33). Consider: When laws are unclear with complex exceptions, opportunities exist for abuse and inconsistency if lax judicial climate exists (1Cor 14:8). Attorney general states current courts may choose (in some instances) to ignore prior felonies (defeats 3-strike intent). Affect of this measure is very unclear, needs to be simpler with greater focus.”.
34 and 36: In our Republic, Law is based on One Person’s Soul. Not his body.[Person is composed of body and soul.]  Three-strikes anything repudiates the Soul of a Person; and because law is collective, not One individual, there is no way that Justice in Truth can be served.
The Republican form of Government “Religion and Morality” Declaration and Constitution: 1) When convicted, the Person becomes a member of the collective “incarcerated people”. Along with this, the individual loses ALL Bill of Rights and becomes the ‘Pawn’ of the attorneys and authorities-over-the person.  When the judiciary, government, and society as a collective,  loses its relationship to “Religion and Morality”, there is No forgiveness – as reflected in the 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments.
That means once incarcerated, jobs are nearly impossible and ALL require abandonment of “witness against himself – the case being: “If you want to work here, or have a License or Permit to work, you shall disclose all your criminal history.  Recidivism becomes the Rule of Law against the individual — he/she often have no choice, regarding the rest of their lives — other offenses have much higher probability.
2) The person is enslaved for life. That also means that government-over-man, shall provides all requirements for the basic life requirements plus the guarding and ‘special’ handling of ‘problem’ incarcerated felons’ ----- The Cost, including the closed-shop-union-pension-costs are prohibitive.  Then add the costs of incarcerating Proposition 35 Human Trafficking.  “Incarcerated” should become self-sustaining... and the prison is the bedroom, not the Activities of Daily Living  room. There are individuals who have paid for their crimes, and would like another chance at doing right —they shall never have one under government-over-man; even in One Person-at-a-time law – it is difficult; but many have....and don’t forget the stories of those returned to court after umpteen years of righteous living, albeit, often in seclusion from public eye, but that is OK also. Each Person’s Soul is ONLY accountable to God — wherever on the continuum between Lucifer and Jesus they live; and totally absent any physical-bodily-worldly affects and effects! That is why “and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of nature and of Nature’s God ENTITLE THEM,”.   [One prison guard reports “It is cheaper to make life in prison vs. the courts costs of the numerous appeals (of, by, and for the attorneys). As if the inanimate ‘dollar’ is much more important than the collective incarcerated homo sapien.]
While not excusing evil of a Felon, Three-Strikes, anything is probably the most cruel law ever conceived and written.
PROPOSITION 35  HUMAN TRAFFICKING. PENALTIES. INITIATIVE STATUTE.
“YES” CAGOP, KACER’S CALL, TEAPARTY.  Kacer’s Call does point out: “Unfortunately, no restitution to the Victims (Ex 22),. Fines ALL go to services and law enforcement ONLY.”
[Support for the government — not the victims?!!!!!]

PROPOSITION 37 GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOODS. LABELING. INITIATIVE STATUTE.
“NO” CAGOP, KACER’S CALL, TEAPARTY:
Republican form of Government: Would not be dealing with this because the marketplace tends to self-correct, and at all junctures of advancements in living objects, there are naysayer -especially in courts.  It is important for ‘consent of the governed’ to know:
Government-over-man via GW, EPA, AB32, skin colr/country-of-origin other than the USA, of City, water, and school Districts - California Voting Rights Act; and Attorney’s, — but especially the current Administration of Executive Department Czars as minions to Executive Order — use the “AMERICAN PLAN” against Person, corporate Persons, businesses and any and all aspect of ‘controlled life, liberty:
From “Economic Lessons from American History [2]”:   “The American Rule was a relatively minor anomaly in our legal system until the mid-20th century. But since then, as lawyers’ ethics changed and they became much more active in seeking cases, the American Rule has proved an engine of litigation. For every malpractice case filed in 1960, for instance, 300 are filed today. In practice, the American Rule has become an open invitation, frequently accepted, to legal extortion: “Pay us $25,000 to go away or spend $250,000 to defend yourself successfully in court. Your choice.”

Trial lawyers defend the American Rule fiercely. They also make more political contributions, mostly to Democrats, than any other set of donors except labor unions. One of their main arguments for the status quo is that the vast number of lawsuits from which they profit so handsomely force doctors, manufacturers, and others to be more careful than they otherwise might be. Private lawsuits, these lawyers maintain, police the public marketplace by going after bad guys so the government doesn't have to-a curious assertion, given that policing the marketplace has long been considered a quintessential function of government.
There is not another country in the common-law world that uses it. Indeed, the only other country on the planet that has a version of the American Rule is Japan, where a very different legal system makes it extremely difficult to get into court at all. ....
The United States has more lawyers and more lawsuits, per capita, than any other country. But lawsuits don’t create wealth, they only transfer it from one party to another, with lawyers taking a big cut along the way. Few things would help the American economy more than ending the American Rule. ..”.
Thus, law becomes a matter of legal blackmail, coercion, facility and expediency — never justice or principles.
PROPOSITION 40  REDISTRICTING. STATE SENATE DISTRICTS. REFERENDUM.
“NO” TEAPARTIERS. The maps at the back of your “Official Voter Information Guide” demonstrate the ‘Gerrymander’ of the Senate Districts. See pages: 132, Senate District #4; pg. 133, Senate District #8; pg. 135 - Senate District #15 and 16; pg. 143 #39 Sports Arena to Poway:
The little fingerlings, notches, and zigzags are flags of gerrymandering.  There is no Opposition argument;  but..
.. this Initiative - We the Residents in the Precincts affected by the Gerrymandered Districts, put this Initiative on the Ballot because the “Citizens Redistricting Commission(CRC)” is not and did not carry-out non-partisan drawing of the Senate Districts.   “The “NO” vote allows the California Supreme Court to appoint “special masters” to establish new Senate District Boundaries. In the past , the court has appointed retired judges to serve as special masters.”.
“YES” CAGOP; Kacer’s Call: Both believe it is “virtually impossible to guarantee creation of equitable election district boundaries no matter what approach is used because of legislative bias of the past and of CRC bias affecting our “Consent of the Governed” today.
REBUTTAL to ‘Yes’: 1)  The CRC was approached and requested to look into and replace...THE SAME 10+ YEAR OLD, BERKELEY SOFTWARE USED BY THE LEGISLATORS IN 2000. CRC categorically Refused.
2) There at least two other Software companies which perform and have performed equitable Districts with Precincts to provide 1Vote:1Person “..shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State,..”.
One is located in Virginia, Election Data Services; Kimbell Brace, and has drawn the Districts for most of the South East States.  The Other is in Texas. It has two parts for it drawing of Districts.
3) In San Diego County, there is One Software Program which layers the 10 different kinds of Districts that comprise “consent of the governed”, it’s mathematics is unquestioned — if the human input is equitable... California Voting Rights Act, does not contain the FVRA’s if it is not a problem – don’t fix it Section. It demands a “by area trustee voting district” be created but can be avoided by utilizing the above mentioned “American Plan” which, after Modesto, most city and school boards do submit to the attorney’s law.
4) The reason ‘consent of the governed has 3 Tax increase bills on ballots is that the government-over-man Majority, of force as determiners of right and wrong, can be stopped by the minority party because the Representatives of ‘consent of the governed’ have exactly the correct number to Not Allow the two-thirds majority to pass a tax increase. [That is what is being removed in Proposition 31]
5) CRC’s, Communities of Interest (COI) were determined based on the Federal Voting Rights Act, but absent this fact, of FVRA: Sec. 3(a)..Provided, That the court need Not authorize the appointment of examiners if any incidents of denial or abridgement of the right to vote on account of race or color (1) have been few in number and have been promptly and effectively corrected by State and local action, (2) the continuing effect of such incidents has been eliminated, and (3) there is no reasonable probability of their recurrence in the future.”            
This is important! Here’s why in CA Constitution, Article II”:5(a)(b) the “top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation” are  DEM-DEM Districts. That means that Republicans either do not vote for that office; or they vote for the lesser of two evils....either way, It is Not the 1789 Constitution’s Article IV:4 “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”; and “There is no maxim..which is more liable to be misapplied, and which therefore needs elucidation than the current one that the interest of the majority is the political standard of right and wrong....In fact it is only reestablishing under another name and a more specious form, Force as the measure of right..” —James Monroe .
So, as boring as the Propositions may seem, they are mandatory to pay attention to, simply because of the removal and omnipotent government-over-man of this State and of our Nation....absent Both Founding Documents!  Please also understand, if you have a family member under 40, who went only to public school, though it is present in some of the Catholic Schools also, they have not One Clue – what a Republican Form of government is and why Their Unique, No-one will ever be just like them, Soul — This Is The Only Nation In The History Of Mankind to have One Person accountable to God both in Religion and Morality ... and in Law of Nature and of Nature’s God.

This Republican of 60 years is very aware that both our Candidates represent more than usual and customary Politics..with every nuance of meaning that word carries; and it was an incredible contrast between the incident on the floor of the Convention refusal to “open to the floor of membership” what is an unconstitutional change in two rules from the decision of the Rules Committee and Mitt’s nearly, first sentence: Return “Freedom of Religion”  - an important reflection of “Washington Mall, August 28, 2010: “Restore Honor”. Religion and Morality are the Origin of our Republic.

Their absence, with repudiation, is evident below, throughout the Six Dimensions of restore and rebuild; and just pursuing each individual’s life and what is left of liberty in the name of safety and protection,. — which you know result in Neither one; for all we the people are choosing between are the evil of physical loss of life versus the more terrible evil to our “souls” of submission, subjugation, and slavery to the ‘threat’ of inanimate objects which can only function if a homo sapiens performs the mechanics.

The Republican form of government is about One Person. Person is comprised of Body and Soul. Republican form of government is Law of Soul so that the unalienable rights, the equal station of Nature and Nature’s God is preserved and protected of, by, and for that person.   There is no government on God’s Earth which can produce “safety and protection”. That has the same ring as Mitt’s speech where Obama proclaims he will “lower the oceans and heal the planet”, while Mitt will do the Six Dimensions of our Republican Platform.  Ryan will be right alongside; and Every American First — must give them a Republican Congress and California a Republican Assembly and Senate — even with the Gerrymander/districts of tiny nations for the purpose of removing 1620-At-Large “consent of the governed” — and something like 20 or 30% more socialist (DEM) – socialist (Dem); than REP-REP districts in this Anti-law of “regardless of party affiliation” unless of course it is Socialist.

There are contrasts throughout the Party which much of the Party ‘establishment’ doesn’t see or hear; or Mitt and Paul are paying attention to because the theme of the party remains jobs, economy, way to big government with a capital “B”ut....

The Problem: The word and full intent of Article IV:4 our Nations’s Republican form of government whose definition is actually found in Noah’s, our Saver of “The unique nature of our form of government and of our civil institution which requires an appropriate language of the definition of words “, 1828 Dictionary under the word “Congress”:

All 4 meanings instill and entail “Religion and Morality” stated best of several of our Founders by President Washington: “Of all the dispositions and habits which least to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports.  In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism who should labor to subvert these great Pillars of human happiness — these firmest props of the duties of Men and citizens. The mere Politician, equally with the pious man ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let is simply be asked where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths, which are the instruments of investigation in Courts of Justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structures, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that National morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.”

If Pres. Washington’s statement doesn’t light a fire under your chair — there is no hope for our Republic.  Just look at the quote, “Democratic Convention” of Lucifer or Secular-Group think-inanimate and living objects comprising history as far back as 1991 [see “Zeitgeist, the Movie” on you tube where OWS updates its news]!

In Constitution, and Declaration, terms, the Federal and the State levels are, demonstrably since 1947's Everson v. New York Board of Education, “NO”; for government, over ‘local persons’ as Posterity’s education*, is, this day,  a complete Tyranny against our Youth, college age, including the tyranny of the professors dictating “opinion without interference” producing the governmental and private leaders of absent “Religion and morality” of today...worse, most are completely blind, deaf, and stiffnecked on their credentialed subject of ‘opinion without interference and doublethink: never let fact get in the way of preconceived conclusions. Socialism would vaporize and disintegrate just losing “preconceived conclusions” whatever the subject matter.

The Platform Preamble mentions Providence, which also is used in reference to “Religion and Morality”;  in combination with the paragraph it occurs these ‘buzz’ words:  “Opportunity”, “unemployment”, “Big Government”, “entitlement society”, “grand dreams”, “keep taxation, litigation, and regulation to a minimum”.  The Platform is to “return to proper role”, “celebrate entrepreneurship and innovation”, “Lift up the Middle Class”, [international]“torch of freedom and Democracy”[torch could also represent ‘The Flame of God’], “..the Constitution the greatest political document ever written..”

Not one sentence in the entire Platform even mentions The Declaration of Independence, let alone its Laws with even more principles and lessons on mankind and malfeasance.  The Platform caught onto Joseph Andrew’s “Owner’s Manuel”, but never reading or being informed regarding “Learning and Teaching The Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution using Original Texts and the Classical Learning Methods of the Founder’s” [www.teachconstitution.org], would not know “The Twins” or The Reason our Nation Is A Republic: The intertwining of Laws of the Declaration – to Application of those Laws in our Constitution - which contains, besides the meaning of ‘Congress’, the connectors to God through Article II and Article VI’s “Oath of Office”: “A solemn affirmation or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the truth of what is affirmed. The appeal to God in an oath, implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. A false oath is called perjury.”. [Note its opposite, for perjury is commonplace and the working definition of the Obama regime of ‘allowed’ oppression and tyranny of the majority - force]

Throughout the six Dimensions, our Party’s “apologist’s of God” in our government continue — fearful of forcing religion onto non-believers, who also existed long before and at the time of Both Founding Documents, i.e. reason for “Affirm”.  They feel they must perpetuate “the impregnable wall of separation”, Supreme Court Justice’s ‘majority’,  misread of President Jefferson to Danville Baptist Church.  The Article III Judicial continues, to this day, throughout all levels of “Justice”, which because “Religion and Morality” are repudiated, mean negotiation and “American Rule [used by Appointed Departments and State-Federal Attorneys][1]”; and Truth is not even a consideration worthy of argument.

When will the courts of justices return to the understanding that their agreement, or not, to the presented “arguments” is: Which argument is closer to the Truths of Declaration, Constitution, AND Scripture — mankind’s source of Article VI’s: “supreme Law of the Land”?  They certainly missed the marks-in-law contained in Mt. Soledad [courts refusal to hear], Lance Corporal Matthew Snyder v. Baptist “God Hates the U.S.A. Minister Phelps; “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” – which is completely void of Truth in any aspect of title and purpose - not stated, but historically demonstrable, etc..

The terrible, tragic “wall” misread has contributed to the natural consequences of bad adjudication growing into worse wrongs because of Posterity’s innocence and ignorance – removed from public education and public elucidation at Christmas and Easter holidays, etc.

The most important consequence is the formation of the “state- religion” named “IRS-501C3" which defines and decrees that which “church” is acceptable and not acceptable in order for the privilege of  Donations to be “Allowed”: Law, not regulation,  made by a subdivision of an appointed office of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. Thank God, whoever has been in charge at IRS has overtly refused to enforce 501C3 which is exactly what they should do: “The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it....No One Is Bound to Obey an unconstitutional law [or action], and no courts are bound to enforce it. [16 AM Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256]”.

Because the life, liberty and pursuits of “corporate church” applied to charity, hope, service, and love, depend on the donations----fear, with non-belief in the entirety of law contained in Both Founding Documents — rule and Remove — the study and evaluation of righteousness among persons of government who enforce laws and acts of those same persons.. Those God-fearing Americans who practice their personal Love and obedience to God – have their more righteous opinions removed from “life’s stage”.  Thus the crimes by omission, commission, neglect, and positive transgression.

Mitt’s “Freedom of Religion” is the beginning of the end — of that ‘Lucifer-Dance’ over Person and Corporate*** Persons, by enhanced atheism of Secular-Socialist-Anti-Law; and the reason this essay can use “ Providence” in its Declaration and Religious meaning.

It is past time.   “Religion and Morality”, absent revisionist history, must return to public education throughout the land — tomorrow, if not last week!!! Joesph’s Teaching and Learning Manual is easy and an excellent correction — it is excellent in every way related to the 1828 definition of “Learning”.  This Patriot started and wrote a Three Time Amended Complaint as Plaintive in a United States District Court Case – One Person Protected; but the principle did: Both Founding Documents of written for One Person as Citizen — and with the responsibilities and duties — attending to God’s unalienable natural rights.  Though that part didn’t work well:  – secular-person’s body-living object fingers are usurped, Article VI- 2009-2012supreme Law of the Land, superior to a Person’s Soul sacred honor in Catholic Church.

Here’s one among many of the “Declaration of Constitutional Principles” by Jon Roland (www.constitution.org ) which “bridge” Declaration Laws to Constitution application of those laws: “Whenever any person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, if one of them is the constitution, means to obey or help enforce the constitution. This duty cannot be delegated to another person: not to a superior, a court, or a legal advisor. It is not a defense that one was ignorant of the law or just doing one’s job or following orders. This is sometimes called the Principle of Nuremberg.”

Do you see why The Principle of Nuremberg is added here? Part of this Patriot’s mission and work is to have each and every Naturalized and Natural, individual Citizen along with ages 8 to 108, understand why This Party and This Platform Must Occur At This Time In Our History.

Both Founding documents and the Founders who had the sacred Honor of giving their lives and fortunes; — and a lot of wonderful, trying, heartfelt sacrifice of 250 years of No Central Government (The Federalist Papers and Anti-Federalist Papers); — just one Colony doing business of life, liberty and pursuits, — before the Revolution was even though of...many never did want to leave GB.

Further, please realize when you raise your Right Hand in sustaining The Oath of Office, where-ever required, Your Person is swearing that you are a member of the Nation, State, County, City, Borough, province and Shall Obey not only Both Founding Documents; but also God’s Laws as “Religion and Morality”: “ 1. Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion.   2. Religion, as distinct from theology, is godliness or real piety in practice, consisting in the performance of all known duties to God and our fellow men, in obedience to divine command, or from love to God and his law. James 1.   3. Religion, as distinct from virtue, or morality, consists in the performance of the duties we owe directly to God, from a principle of obedience to his will. Hence we often speak of religion and virtue, as different branches of one system, or the duties of the first and second tables of the law.”

In “BELIEVE IN AMERICA” there are the Six Dimensions: 1 Restoring the American Dream: Rebuilding the economy and Creating Jobs; 9 We the People: A Restoration of Constitutional Government; 15 America’s Natural Resources: Energy, Agriculture and the environment; 21 Reforming Government to serve the People; 31 Renewing American Values to Build Healthy Families, Great Schools and Safe Neighborhoods; 39 American Exceptionalism:

Since the Declaration is not included to restoring or reforming any part of the above, “Equal Station of Nature and of Nature’s God, respect for the opinions of mankind, unalienable Natural rights, securing and protecting those rights, ignoring the lessons of tyranny, usurpation, and treason with the abuses [You need to review them. 6 or 7 do not need rewording from the 1776 version], the Act of the Colonists for redress of grievance, deafness to justice; supreme judge of the world; reasons for emigration and settlement, and divine Providence, are removed from consideration as the already present solutions to all the above Dimensions.  The absence causes an unnecessary redo of what already exists!

– If only because of “Oath of Office” relating to the Balance Budget Amendment.   — You know that is a responsibility of your person to yourself and to those you love...why on “God’s Green Earth’” you wouldn’t apply that same love and responsibility to the Nation which is a unique Republic — requires some thought on your part.. The Oath also provides for The Ten Commandments which includes though shalt not murder, lie, covet or steal – all of which occur.  Think about it.  Murder: 2. An outcry, when life is in danger.  2. To destroy; to put an end to.
Lie: 1. A criminal falsehood; a falsehood uttered for the purpose of deception; an intentional violation of truth. False doctrine. 1John 2.    4. An idolatrous picture of God, or a false god. Romans 1.    5. That which deceives and disappoints confidence.   V.t. 1. Examples of each occur throughout all Six Dimensions. There is no issue absent.

Agenda 21 is never addressed as a whole, but appears in multiple formats in many of the dimensions,  for its murder- covet - lie - steal by the new, overthrow of nation-members of absent borders and jurisprudence.

American Exceptionalism states the “adversaries are different”.... no they are not — it is still the mankind of Bible, Book of Mormon, and individual working to stay on the iron rod road to the Fruit of the Tree of Life and avoid the mansions of yelling people, and  the people who just walk away and are lost (I Nephi).

It defends HSA as necessary, while at the same time aware that a little safety loses both liberty and safety...  The second part is more the truth than the first.   The first is a form of denial of God’s Laws because you hand the evil a victory in removing the liberty. Removing the liberty allows evil to expand its power and force...because the non-entity government cannot control itself, person with his most sacred property conscience is much more reliable demonstrated by the Mall on 08/10/2010.  Removing risk is impossible because removing evil is impossible...  That’s why blackmail, biological warfare, lie and distortion can work.  Best is to educate regarding danger and prepare... best is to deal with the evil at its home location - best is to know the devil and how that non-entity works — pay attention to the pre-Obama-CIA those men are still around and working - even if not attached anymore.

American Exceptionalism without “Religion and Morality” included, is not where the exception-alism lies.  Duncan L. Hunter’s, self-published “Victory in Iraq, How America Won” and Dr. Henry Kissinger’s “After Lebanon, a cease fire won’t end Hezbollah’s war against Israel”;
(09/10/06; San Diego Union Tribune) are both excellent, unchanging examples of righteousness to control, if not end the evil of radical jihad which has tribes who are responsible for the ongoing Syria - Egypt - and worldwide additions of absent life, liberty, and purists because of government by few.

American exceptionalism is a coach, teacher, mentor. and source for safety to the people of the world – Our Service-persons, concurrent State Department witness how successful the lover, charity, and respect each American gave to each village of Persons.  

Not the complete disrespect and vanished disregard by 2009-2012..?beyond-Black Widow spider legacies of the collective mass of the borderless nation and jurisprudence of UN Agenda 21 - Open Society Socialism.

The above is criticism, because that is necessary for Truth – the only restore and rebuild; which means “We the People” believing and Trustiing yourself and ourselves as Nation, when “all men doubt you, but make allowance for their doubting to....”.  It is our Person and persons which must look to Both these most magnificent and sacred Documents AND apply them to all leverls of the Federated form of government here and on this Planet — ever humble because There Is Only God’s Perfection with the Perfection of His Son Jesus Christ who lived among homo sapiens for 32 years — without a single, homo sapiens mistake.

The above is intended, just as said, to add information — to work to increase understanding that There Is Only One Way — One Truth — and One Light; and our Founders, with the Colonial Persons – knew exactly what they were doing; because The Bible and its lessons were integral to life which allowed attention to God’s creation of Person in His Image with the possibility of attaining His Discipleship in His Desire to Give all He Has To Each-One who seeks, asks, and obeys---- Most of US(A) do.  Jesus said for then and now: “Those who listen to me, Know The Truth.”.

Santorum gives lip service to "The Rule of Law", but doesn't really understand how Republican form of government under God and with Constitutional Law with its "Oath of Office" - 7 Articles and First 8 Amendments(the original Amendments) -- are Protection of  "Person" against government usurping exactly what this "Enemy within" is removing.

Obama's Socialism with Progressive's love of 'Collective Mass" are both Totally "inconsistent and not derived" from our Nation's supreme Law of the Land --- which every-one-elected-substructure employee- takes the "Oath of Office" to uphold;...and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Republic, under God with Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL.  

The "Religion (obedience to God's Laws) and Morality (those who do not have a supreme Lawgiver)" is denied -- is an absolute to "A Democracy in a Republic" because Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes is One Person - accountable to God - and to the Laws which ONLY God and His Son Jesus taught...with the Apostles.  Righteousness, Knowledge, Wisdom beget Truth which is the essence of The Way and The Light of our Lord.......and of Every-One-Person-comprising the Founder's with the Colonists...who did give their lives, their fortunes and their sacred Honor.
