The Eternal formed me first of his creation..

..first of all His works in days of old; / I was fashioned in the earliest ages, from the very first, when earth began; / I was born when there were no abysses, when there were no fountains full of water;  / ere He sunk the bases of the mountains, ere the hills existed, I was born, / when earth and fields were not created, nor the very first clods of the world.

When He set the heavens up, I was there, when He drew up the Vault o'er the abyss, / when he made the clouds firm overhead, when he fixed the fountains of the deep, / when He set the boundaries of the sea, when He laid foundations for the earth; / I was with Him then, His foster-child, His delight day after day,  playing in His presence constantly, / playing here and there over His world, finding my delight in humankind.

Now listen to me, children, / listen to instruction and get wisdom and get wisdom, do not refuse my counsel.

For happy are they who hold to me, / happy are they who listens to me, daily at my gate on the watch, waiting at my doorway.

He who finds me finds life, and he wins favour from the Eternal; / he who ignores me is injuring himself, for all who hate me are in love with death.":

From most of Proverbs 8 in "The Bible" Translated by James Moffet who states "The aim I have endeavored to keep before my mind in making this translation has been to present the books of the Old and the New Testament in effective, intelligible English. No translation of an ancient classic can be quite intelligible, it is true, unless the reader is sufficiently acquainted with its environment to understand some of its flying allusions and characteristic metaphors. But something may be done and, I am convinced, ought to be done at the present day to offer the unlearned a transcript of the Biblical literature as it lies in the light thrown upon it by modern research. The Bible is not always what it seems to those who read it in the great prose of the English version, or, indeed, in any of the conventional versions. What it is may be partly suggested by a new rendering, such as the following pages present, that is, a fresh translation of the original, not a revision of any English version. A real translation is in the main an interpretation. ..." (Introduction, pg. vii).

Proverbs 8 is here because it is — “the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them” = “unalienable rights” of Person composed of necessary, earthly Body, to encompass each child of Nature God's Soul, ---the entire Bible, and  — the contents of the Declaration which are meant to encompass life, liberty in free agency, and pursuits of "playing here and there over His world, finding my delight in humankind".

The Declaration is inculcated within the Laws of the Constitution by Seal of the mission statement, Preamble;  and Bound, as Article II and VI Oath of Office: "One of the ways that the very life of the new nation and the army that was called to defend its liberty was able to survive and succeed, given the many who resisted the effort for independence from within the country and from without, was through the use of the oath. The oath was a promise that one made to man calling on God to be the witness of the promise, and thus admitting that the one taking the oath would someday be held accountable for that promise by God and, possibly, in the court of law on earth. In the historic Judeo-Christen setting of revolutionary America, the oath was extremely important and powerful [61]l. It was because of the importance of the oath for the work of justice in the courts, that Washington warned America of the dangers the Deist "mind of peculiar structure. [62]" ("Minds of Peculiar Structure"; Part VI:27, pg. 549; in "George Washington's Sacred Fire"; Peter Lillback and Jerry Newcomb)

Man's temporal, opposite to Wisdom, is obvious in choices made today, as "majority of force to determine right and wrong";  by usury of "collective mass, -absent "Listen to instruction and get wisdom-groups"-, and remain obedient to withersoever they say and whatsoever they want of their few men master's of evil which uses the 'opposites' of right/wrong, good/bad, control/power to their own ends.  These evils are what our Nation, and way too many Nations on this Planet allow to rule each-one-sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation to be put asunder: "Religion and Morality" for the purposes of slavery as subservience and submission.

When "among the several States" decides that seceding from the Union is the answer to the "Obama Regime of Socialist Atheism, it is because the magnificence of our Nation in its unique declaration of God for One person, our Republican form of government, has been misplaced, ignored, and almost, but never forgotten.

Our Republic under God grew-up with the Puritans, Colonists including the Founders, who lived, evolved, created knowledge and wisdom which is our Posterity in our Pledge of “..Allegiance to the Flag and to the Republic for which it stands, One Nation,  under God, indivisible with liberty and Justice for All.”, has been misplaced because of man’s decision to eliminate wisdom and justice from our Nation, and from many of the Nations of this Planet, We the People often defend because “All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.” — Edmund Burke; who also said: “I am only one man. I cannot do everything, but I can do what I can do; and I shall do what I can do.” — He was the only member of Parliament expelled because of his support of the Declaration of Independence in understanding “Religion and Morality”; but – as the government, accusation of disloyalty to King and Country as Temporal-body-think-rule of force absent wisdom

Our Republic within its Founding Documents, written in the Age of Enlightenment here and in Europe, with “Religion and Morality”, does contain the answers to all issues Domestic and Foreign, because of its basis in Scripture with Knowledge, Wisdom, and Truth; but it is also Truth, that each Person within the Federalist Equilateral Triangle, must learn on his Person of Free Agency. In that learning, the reason it starts in childhood and must be in “public of, by, and for the people, seek and find, ask and open shall occur because “Those who know me, Know the Truth.

Today’s Truth is the ‘minority of God’s word and deeds” living and well among the 59,134,475 with their Candidates - Mitt, Carl, Brian, Nick, and the Republican Party, incumbents of the House of Representative, Senate, continue their “minor party” fight against the overthrow of the Republic in violating Article V of the US Constitution and Article XX:3 of the California Constitution; against,  Federal and California’s closed shop-Union quasi- administration Ownership of Legislature members, mayor of San Diego, governor and ‘president’ ‘wolves wearing sheep clothing,  named “Democratic Party composed of “Obama Socialist-Atheist Regime” despotism of majority by force for some of the special-collective-people/some of the time, but always governed by force and power of government-over-man.

This outcome, simply because of absent, forgotten, and never learned knowledge and wisdom of how to apply and enforce the Laws of Both Founding Documents of our Republican form of Representative government of, by, and for Each-One-Person composing the Whole of our Nation.

Both Documents do contain instructions and lessons to prevent or stop the “Obama Socialist-Atheist Regime of Anti-law”; or any other dictatorship of government-over-man.

“It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth — and listen to the song of that syren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those, who having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it might cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know th worst, and to provide for it.”— Patrick Henry speech to the Virginia Convention, March 23, 1775.

Though the ‘seceding from the Union’ talk could well be among distorting, here is the “worst”:  “Obama-Alinsky tactics” of: “...the organizer must be able to split himself into two parts -- one part in the arena of action where he polarizes the issue to 100 to nothing, and helps to lead his forces into conflict, while the other part knows that when the time comes for negotiations that it really is only a 10 percent difference." p.78; ...; "And so the guided questioning goes on without anyone losing face or being left out of the decision-making. Every weakness of every proposed tactic is probed by questions;.... Is this manipulation? Certainly;.... "An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent... He must create a mechanism that can drain off the underlying guilt for having accepted the previous situation for so long a time. Out of this mechanism, a new community organization arises;....     "The job then is getting the people to move, to act, to participate; in short, to develop and harness the necessary power to effectively conflict with the prevailing patterns and change them. When those prominent in the status quo turn and label you an 'agitator' they are completely correct, for that is, in one word, your function—to agitate to the point of conflict." p.117.... 5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.";.... 8. "Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.";.....9. "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.";....10. "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign;.... 13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.' ......any target can always say, 'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments.... Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target. ..' “

It is better for Americans of God and Country First “to know the whole truth; to know the worst..” And Fight the absent “Religion and Morality” with its  Anti-Law in Obama’s Socialist Regime; - rather than capitulating as if the history of the Founders, Freemen and Individuals who gave their lives, fortunes, and sacred Honor, was so much ‘spittle in their and our Faces of One Person before their God and  in Law of Both Founding Documents with Proverbs, The Word of God!!

To the Americans who love God and our Nation folding-leaving our Republic without even a whimper of fights, is unconscionable!  THERE IS A FIGHT and that fight is as complete in ‘argument in law’ as the “Obama-Socialist-Communist” is in Anti-law.

 The seceding States, indeed sovereignty of all States and for the sovereignly of each Person within that whole of polity, along with All incumbent and candidates, must understand and enforce the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, unalienable natural rights of Person, brotherhood of man in Trust, Oath of Office. “We the People must relearn the lessons: “12. The Majority Limited for Liberty” along with “1.  The Spirit is Supreme” and “2.  Fear of Government-over-man”with the other “The 12 Basic American Principles” at www.lexrex.com; and understand each-one’s importance in their Oath of Office, wherever that may be located in our Federal Equilateral Triangle of “We are Our Government's current Evil, or as Good as it is has been and is fully able to be.”; but never under conditions of  Obama's Socialist, collectives of Roboman-obedient, subservient non-thinking people, living, and inanimate objects.

Do realize, American Person, that our Founders with the March 12, 1770 Boston Gazette and Country Journal, have never doubted any Person’s ability to understand all that is contained herein; to understand from the WWII Trials, The Principle of Nuremberg: “Whenever Any Person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, if one of them is the constitution, means to obey or help enforce the constitution. This duty cannot be delegated to another person: not to a superior, a court, or a legal advisor It is not a defense that one was ignorant of the law or just doing one’s job or following orders.”

Americans of our Republic under God, It Is Our Watch; and we Must correct our errors against Truth of accountability of Person anywhere within the Federal Equilateral Triangle of Representation.  We the People – we cannot quit; especially we cannot quit while our Posterity continues indoctrinated into losing any sense of their own, unique Person of eternal Soul before God, their sovereignty of their choices for life, liberty, and pursuit in knowledge and wisdom.
