Carl DeMaio won 58% of the City’s more northern, non-union dominated Precincts; i.e the removal of ‘consent of the governed’ by District voting. Among the ‘goals’ of the socialist Regime stated as “disorganization” by dividing the whole of a city government into parts in which each elected representative is placed in office with the 8 individual-person’s representing 1/8th of the people, but serving under Oath of Office, 100% of the City; and determining that in order for a person to run for that office, the location of his geographical home is more important than his Person of Duty, Honor, Service in Person of Integrity and in brotherhood of persons within the entire City, and by connection of interest County in our part of California, and even in our Federal Level of government.
Carl is his deeds. “Road to Recovery” is his positive thinking by meeting with the people of his District in Town Halls, then the people of most of the entire city as he worked to be mayor. He states he loves this City which had helped him in his great successes in his Private Business world.

Carl’s action in “Road to Recovery” led and resulted in more citizens aware of how money and government persist in entangled mal-administration result in the anti-law which prevailed until Carl analyzed details with ALL the facts; not just the UN/UDHR/WSIS/ “opinion without interference regardless of frontier” where lie and steal are justified if the benefits outweigh the harm.”. Carl was for our city; and now for our State from his home Candidate-Representative 1 among 55 individual-persons for our CA within the US(A), 51st District House of Representatives. People, myself included, who meet Carl know and support him.
He has demonstrated, since Day1 on the City Council. “to the best of [his] Ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States; because integrity of person is the basis of the Equilateral Triangle of our Article IV:4 Guarantee Republican Form of government with Protection from attack and Infringement of our Natural Rights from The Eternal; and every individual person, from 8 years to leaving of their body to return to heaven, is answerable and accountable to our Father’s “Thy Will Be Done, on earth as it is in Heaven..” .
But because of the great-god-number-majority absent reason, and because of socialism’s probability of truth absent “Religion and Morality” - “opinion” - “without interference” from the 1789 Ratified Constitution intertwined with The Declaration - the Whole of Law - “regardless of frontier” issue’s location within separate and equal station, Nature’s Laws and Nature’s God, certain-unalienable rights; Filner, the person of body, anatomy, physiology, neurology, left office.

Solely by the Unions both through the fraud of ‘underground bosses’, SOS, ROV; CRC’s Communities of Interest (COI); CVRA’s division of school districts and city’s districts – absent any Article IV judiciary; solely on threat of court case costs; gerrymandering; and anyone who wants to vote gets to vote, except the military who are second class citizens since they are absent from their place of residence and under the “Obama Socialist Regime president as commander-in-chief” direct obedience and subjugation; and the behind the scenes-union’s force of fist and control of the city council - Filner;- and the union members who dare not speak against the union because they will lose job or position in the top-down-hierarchy-of boss requirements of obedience and ‘trust in commitment to the union’s coercion’. Because of timing of the resignation, and perhaps choice, though Carl wanted to be the mayor because he knew he could make Road to Recovery work, which is demonstration of what he accomplished with the hoteliers, in spite of unions who rule Filner (history of Acorn) and most, if not all of California through the regimes within the 350 plus Agencies of the state, at least one of which, exclusively Spanish, does not recognized English as the Official Language of California and of the United States because it is the Language of Protection of Rights for each-one Person in “Consent of the Governed” and in “We the People”.

Carl DeMaio won 58% of the City’s more northern, non-union dominated Precincts; i.e the removal of ‘consent of the governed’ by District voting. Among the ‘goals’ of the socialist Regime stated as “disorganization” by dividing the whole of a city government into parts in which each elected representative is placed in office with the 8 individual-person’s representing 1/8th of the people, but serving under Oath of Office, 100% of the City; and determining that in order for a person to run for that office, the location of his geographical home is more important than his Person of Duty, Honor, Service in Person of Integrity and in brotherhood of persons within the entire City, and by connection of interest County in our part of California, and even in our Federal Level of government.

Carl’s action in “Road to Recovery” led and resulted in more citizens aware of how money and government persist in entangled mal-administration result in the anti-law which prevailed until Carl analyzed details with ALL the facts; not just the UN/UDHR/WSIS/ “opinion without interference regardless of frontier” where lie and steal are justified if the benefits outweigh the harm.”. Because of timing of the resignation, and perhaps choice, though Carl wanted to be the mayor because he knew he could make Road to Recovery work, which is demonstration of what he accomplished with the hoteliers, in spite of unions who rule Filner (history of Acorn) and most, if not all of California through the regimes within the 350 plus Agencies of the state, at least one of which, exclusively Spanish, does not recognized English as the Official Language of California and of the United States because it is the Language of Protection of Rights for each-one Person in “Consent of the Governed” and in “We the People”.

While checking out at a local, exclusive to SD County grocery store, was asked if I wanted to buy ‘a bag of prepared meal for those who can’t afford.’ As I was saying “no,” with some reservations no-one would appreciate; I looked at the bag and realized that if the ‘checker’ person asked for just $1.00 only it would only take 11 people to make that bag accomplish its purpose. ...
I made the suggestion to the ‘checkout person’, who brighten her eyes as did the person behind me in line, “That’s a good idea.” I added “Probably could ‘sell’ a lot more bags.”.
She then said “It would be very complicated keeping tract of who gave what, keeping records and where the money would be held.. ...Indicating the computer-cash-register, she said “We don’t have a System that can do that." OF, preposition ov. [Gr.] 1. From or out of; proceeding from, as the cause, source, means, author or agent bestowing. Hence of is the sign of the genitive case, the case that denotes production; as the son of man, the son proceeding from man, produced from man. This is the primary sense, although we now say, produced by man. 'Part of these were slain; ' that is, a number separate, for part denotes a division; the sense then is, a number from or out of the whole were slain. So also, 'some of these were slain; ' that is, some from or out of others. 'I have known him of old, or of a child; ' that is, from old times, from a child. 'He is of the race of kings; ' that is, descended from kings. 'He is of noble blood or birth, or of ignoble origin.' 'No particle of matter, or no body can move of itself; ' that is, by force or strength proceeding from itself, derived from itself.

OF sometimes implies a part or share. It is a duty to communicate of those blessings we have received.
From is then the primary sense of this preposition; a sense retained in off, the same word differently written for distinction. But this sense is appropriately lost in many of its applications; as a man of genius, a man of courage, a man of rare endowments, a fossil of a red color, or of a hexagonal figure. he lost all hope of relief. This is an affair of the cabinet. He is a man of decayed fortune. What is the price of corn? We say that of in these and similar phrases, denotes property or possession, making of the sign of the genitive or possessive case. These applications, however, all proceeded from the same primary sense. That which proceeds from or is produced by a person, is naturally the property or possession of that person, as the son of John; and this idea of property in the course of time would pass to things not thus produced, but still bearing a relation to another thing. Thus we say, the father of a son, as well as the son of a father. In both senses, other languages also use the same word, as in the French de, de la, and Italian di, dell. of then has one primary sense, from, departing, issuing, proceeding from or out of and a derivative sense denoting possession or property.
OPINION, noun opin'yon. [Latin opinio, from opinor, to thing, Gr., Latin suppono.] 1. The judgment which the mind forms of any proposition, statement, theory or event, the truth or falsehood of which is supported by a degree of evidence that renders it probably, but does not produce absolute knowledge or certainty. It has been a received opinion that all matter is comprised in four elements. This opinion is proved by many discoveries to be false. From circumstances we form opinions respecting future events.
OPINION is when the assent of the understanding is so far gained by evidence of probability, that it rather inclines to one persuasion than to another, yet not without a mixture of uncertainty or doubting.
2. The judgment or sentiments which the mind forms of persons or their qualities. We speak of a good opinion a favorable opinion a bad opinion a private opinion and public or general opinion etc. Friendship gives a man a peculiar right and claim to the good opinion of his friend. 3. OF sometimes implies a part or share. It is a duty to communicate of those blessings we have received.
From is then the primary sense of this preposition; a sense retained in off, the same word differently written for distinction. But this sense is appropriately lost in many of its applications; as a man of genius, a man of courage, a man of rare endowments, a fossil of a red color, or of a hexagonal figure. he lost all hope of relief. This is an affair of the cabinet. He is a man of decayed fortune. What is the price of corn? We say that of in these and similar phrases, denotes property or possession, making of the sign of the genitive or possessive case. These applications, however, all proceeded from the same primary sense. That which proceeds from or is produced by a person, is naturally the property or possession of that person, as the son of John; and this idea of property in the course of time would pass to things not thus produced, but still bearing a relation to another thing. In both senses, other languages also use the same word, as in the French de, de la, and Italian di, dell. of then has one primary sense, from, departing, issuing, proceeding from or out of and a derivative sense denoting possession or property.
OPINION, noun opin'yon. [Latin opinio, from opinor, to thing, Gr., Latin suppono.] 1. The judgment which the mind forms of any proposition, statement, theory or event, the truth or falsehood of which is supported by a degree of evidence that renders it probably, but does not produce absolute knowledge or certainty. It has been a received opinion that all matter is comprised in four elements. This opinion is proved by many discoveries to be false. From circumstances we form opinions respecting future events.
OPINION is when the assent of the understanding is so far gained by evidence of probability, that it rather inclines to one persuasion than to another, yet not without a mixture of uncertainty or doubting.

FORCE, noun [Latin fortis. All words denoting force power, strength, are from verbs which express straining, or driving, rushing, and this word has the elements of Latin vireo.] 1. By the force of the muscles we raise a weight, or resist an assault. 2. Momentum; the quantity of power produced by motion or the action of one body on another; as the force of a cannon ball. 3. That which causes an operation or moral effect; strength; energy; as the force of the mind, will or understanding. 4. Violence; power exerted against will or consent; compulsory power.
