2) You can also go directly to: http://www.house.gov/ .  “Legislative Activity” tells you what is going on in committees and where Bills are located.  It gives you the opportunity to stop a Bill from even being sent to Committee, because you can address as many Representatives as you want to..as the “Sponsors” and “Co-Sponsors”; and

Please observe: Party Affiliation is absent – as is the word from our Republican form of government “Representative”. That’s because the existing “Obama-Alinsky-Socialist Regime” assumes it shall retain Power and permanently remove the “United States of America” to the “Socialist-communist Region of the Americas”; because the ‘great-god-number-Majority ‘in all life of right-wrong, good-evil - does reign supreme-rule of law; and because the “Social Contract” of the 1789 Ratified Constitution is null and void, by overthrow of our Republican form of government through no enforcement or recognition of Article V.

The “Constitutional Authority Statement” is what you are after.  For letters, petitions, resolutions, Never the names of the Sponsors or CoSponsors.  They’re names become important as incumbents with lips rather than deeds for office-Sponsor-Co-sponsor, and voting records; for here is the location of understanding and applying the LAWS of Both Founding Documents...and God’s Law is Law both Nature and Nature’s God.

RE:  H.R. 1526 “H.R.1526: RESTORING HEALTHY FORESTS FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES ACT” IS NOT DERIVED FROM, NOR CONSISTENT WITH THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND:
1) Unquestioningly allowing “Constitutional Authority Statements” which are not correct to have taxpayer time and money involved with more than 4 committees; when applying “Hamilton’s Test” from the Floor of the House – could actually ‘trash’ a Bill which would mean Representatives, would be respecting The People and protecting their rights.

2)  It is not among the enumerated powers of Article I:8; and
3)  Article IV:3  is about Admission requirements to the Union; and about settings disputes between the states during the time of the convention.

4)  There in no manner of meaning construing that Article IV:3 involves “communities: A society of people, having common rights and privileges, or common interests, civil, political or ecclesiastical; or living under the same laws and regulations. This word may signify a commonwealth or state, a body politic, or a particular society or order of men within a state, as a community of monks; and it is often used for the public or people in general, without very definite limits.” ; for H.R 1526 would violate the 10th Amendment – communities are corporate persons and the Federal level of government cannot use Nature’s Law of Tools: living and inanimate objects for: “He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them.” J. Madison

5) H.R 1526 is connected to the environmental issues which include “free range life”, “Global Warming - Chicken Little’s falling sky of carbon and oxygen, rather than acorns which also need the C-O-N + H for all life forms; sustainable development; endangered species; gaia garden,
new geography open space; or annexation of private land,, for public use peaceful transit trails.

6) H.R 1526 “may violate the provisions for the strictures and procedures of government, such as the delegation of legislative or judicial powers to an executive agency in violation of the separation of powers principle of the Constitution.” ( Jon Roland; Declaration of Constitutional Principles) :

“(A) IN GENERAL- The term `Forest Reserve Revenue Area' means National Forest System land in a unit of the National Forest System designated for sustainable forest management for the production of national forest materials and forest reserve revenues....

a) Establishment of Forest Reserve Revenue Areas- Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall establish one or more Forest Reserve Revenue Areas within each unit of the National Forest System....
(f) Map- The Secretary shall provide a map of all Forest Reserve Revenue Areas established under subsection (a) for each unit of the National Forest System to--
(1) the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; and
(2) the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate.:”.


Each of the Committees have the ability to affect the intent of H.R 1526 because each can utilize its purvey among the “sustainable”- C-O-N+H cycles of GW; and ‘free range’ activities in the interest of GW.

Please do not extend the ‘fist of force-control’ anymore than has already been perpetrated against the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God..certain unalienable rights - life: C-O-N– + H, no government entity can manage better than The People themselves, by the present Executive Regime.




RE: H.R. 761 National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act of 2013 is not derived from or consistent with the Laws of the Declaration or the Constitution:
1) Unquestioningly allowing “Constitutional Authority Statements” which are not correct to have taxpayer time and money involved with more than 4 committees; when applying “Hamilton’s Test” from the Floor of the House – could actually ‘trash’ a Bill which would mean Representatives, would be respecting The People and protecting their rights.

2)  It is not among the enumerated powers of Article I:8.  Article I’s enumerated powers do not include controlling the Laws of Nature to which there is no member of homo sapiens who does not have complete access – without the government at all, in many Nations. It involves E.O. Executive Order 13604-Improving Performance of Federal Permitting and Review of Infrastructure Projects and In advancing this policy, this order expands upon efforts undertaken pursuant to Executive Order 13580 of July 12, 2011 (Interagency Working Group on Coordination of Domestic Energy Development and Permitting in Alaska), Executive Order 13563 of January 18, 2011 (Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review), and my memorandum of August 31, 2011 (Speeding Infrastructure Development Through More Efficient and Effective Permitting
and Environmental Review), as well as other ongoing efforts.

The Steering Committee shall facilitate improvements in Federal permitting and review processes for infrastructure projects in sectors including surface transportation, aviation, ports and waterways, water resource projects, renewable energy generation, electricity transmission, broadband, pipelines, and other such sectors as determined by the Steering Committee.
(b) Membership. Each of the following agencies (Member Agencies) shall be represented on the Steering Committee by a Deputy Secretary or equivalent officer of the United States:
(I) the Department of Defense;
(ii) the Department of the Interior;
(iii) the Department of Agriculture;
(iv) the Department of Commerce;
(v) the Department of Transportation;
(vi) the Department of Energy;
(vii) the Department of Homeland Security;
(viii) the Environmental Protection Agency;
(ix) the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation;
(x) the Department of the Army; and
(xi) such other agencies or offices as the CPO may invite to participate.
( c) Projects of National or Regional Significance. In furtherance of the policies of this order, the Member Agencies shall coordinate and consult with each other to select, submit to the CPO by April 30, 2012, and periodically update thereafter, a list of infrastructure projects of national or regional significance that will have their status tracked on the online Federal Infrastructure Projects Dashboard (Dashboard) created pursuant to my memorandum of August 31, 2011.

2)   The entire economy and assets of the United States are declared “infrastructure” when aviation gasoline - renewable energy generation - pipelines are all Petroleum based; water and the surface use as transportation and probably fishing since Interior and Agriculture are involved, and are in control of the Executive Branch of government; with

3)  GW/UN Agenda 21/California’s Global Warming Solutions Act, border extending to the stratosphere in controlling and selling “air as Carbon chips”,  the basis of that control, for the purpose of to much Carbon-Oxygen-Nitrogen - plus Hydrogen causing the rising of oceans to result in flooding the planet — sometime in the future; as determined by ‘special, unsound, scientific-revisionist-method, completely forbidden and absent any opposition scientific method which disagree with the prediction; And

We the People are already in the dire straights of the harm of the GW lie — greening, sustainable, stacked housing in which bicycles are allowed to be in the middle of the road verses 3000 to 7000 pound cars; and business is not a measure of what the cities of the USA, especially Obama’s ownership of California, shall determine all collective, mass people the 5W’s and H of their life, which inherently means their liberty, but never mention pursuit of happiness; for the Executive Branch will let you know when these ideas are available.

7) HR 761 may violate the provision for the structures and procedures of government, such as the delegation of legislative or judicial powers to an executive agency in violation of the separation of powers principle of the Constitution.

8) HR761 May involve the operation of government outside its constitutional jurisdiction; i.e. all life as CO2 + Nitrogen and Hydrogen certainly involve all plants and animals of which homo sapiens is definitely a mammal.

9) “Proper notice of the law or act shall not involve the vote ow consent of the governed, is not given in a way that would allow people subject to it to become aware of it.”  “Underground, top-down- fist of force  government” is the watchword of the Obama Regime -Don’t forget “Common Core Curriculum” which indoctrinates all Posterity to the GW anti-revisionist-science and even teaches that scientific method is determined by its consequences – absent knowledge, wisdom for Truth.

Update: 9/20/13: H.R. 1526 and  H.R. 761 have passed the House.  Now We the People can follow those House members who unwittingly or not, have just added “Greening” to law...i.e Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen of Agenda 21 and Gore’s GW and extended the fist of force/power to the Cabinets of this president – the members of www.DiscoverTheNetworks.org
