A few days ago, Mr. Obama declared his jurisdiction over the assets of the United States of America’s Coal shall not be used for electricity in the Northeastern United States; and Petroleum drilling shall remain forbidden and tied into so many of the 94, 505 Agencies,  29,941 of which are directly under Mr. Obama’s ownership of his White House.  It is his next campaign to have his ‘number-majority’, collective, Senators-minions of obedient, subjugation absent both Oath and Knowledge for Truth, decide the revisionist-false god of UN Agenda 21 Carbon and Oxygen, i.e. Article 19 of the UN C/UDHR/WSIS (#4 of its “Declaration of Principles”): “Opinion without interference regardless of frontier” where ‘opinion’ is not based upon “Religion and Morality” of Person who is accountable to God who is Truth; and  “opinion” interfered with is Forbidden.

Therefore, any science which refutes Carbon, Oxygen of the ‘falling sky’ is never allowed. RNs who have paid the appropriate renewal fee, but have not completed the required 30 hours of continuing education, or have refused fingerprints for the criminal record history. A licensee cannot practice as a registered nurse in California with an inactive license.”.  Thank you.  That will establish that fingers are the standard of nursing practice in California’s resignation from the United States of America.

Taxpayer's PPAA government won't pay....

Taxpayer-PPAA: The lie: The" government" won't pay for an infection in a central IV line. So if one occurs, the hospital and physicians pay for the cost of the infection.

The Truth: Every single noun, except government, including the individual, constitutional person who suffered the infection and its outcomes, and the manufacturers of the laboratory and petroleum products utilized to have the inanimate objects - IV fluid, production of the antibiotic, the tubing and any plastic-based product, the time mechanisms of the pump, the needles, the tape, the film dressing, the gauze, the antibacterial soap in which to wash hands, the mask, gloves, clothes and gowns......are the taxpayers...

So: the taxpayer's who provided the money, at a per citizen debt of $148,310, including the person at the receiving end of the infection is not going to receive the 'sick-benefit' he is paying for, nor are the manufacturer's, nor is the physician and nurses with lab techs going to be paid for their time and efforts; but

the taxpayer-provided wages and pensions to the closed shop SEIUnion administration dictators to its members will be paid twice over-- wages, benefits, and pensions --- especially if the SEIUnion does not have to be part of the "Individual mandate" which revisionist-language changes the definition of "Mandate"; And

the word "mandate's"  definition has already been changed because the employer called "State or Federal Legislative member" is exempt....;And

Congress with the President are having a delightful, satan-dance, on the Natural Rights of life, liberty of the taxpayers who assist in their existence, though they consider themselves, like the dictator-president, a "Ruling Class" above the People of We the People and Consent of the Governed.

Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion.

3. Religion, as distinct from virtue, or morality, consists in the performance of the duties we owe directly to God, from a principle of obedience to his will. Hence we often speak of religion and virtue, as different branches of one system, or the duties of the first and second tables of the law.
Let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion.
4. Any system of faith and worship. In this sense, religion comprehends the belief and worship of pagans and Mohammedans, as well as of christians; any religion consisting in the belief of a superior power or powers governing the world, and in the worship of such power or powers. Thus we speak of the religion of the Turks, of the Hindoos, of the Indians, &c. as well as of the christian religion. We speak of false religion, as well as of true religion.
5. The rites of religion; in the plural.”

 The Definition of Morality is also important:
 "n. The doctrine or system of moral duties, or the duties of men in their social character; ethics.

The system of morality to be gathered from the writings of ancient sages, falls very short of that delivered in the gospel.
1. The practice of the moral duties; virtue. We often admire the politeness of men whose morality we question.
2. The quality of an action which renders it good; the conformity of an act to the divine law, or to the principles of rectitude. This conformity implies that the act must be performed by a free agent, and from a motive of obedience to the divine will. This is the strict theological and scriptural sense of morality. But we often apply the word to actions which accord with justice and human laws, without reference to the motives form which they proceed.”

That Thread carries through the Catholic Religion which dominated the European World, was the source of all “governance” by the kingships, though with the intrigue, and Man, Pope and Priests-Cardinals, informing People of what God intends through the Latin Bible and the force of power, yielding the Spanish Inquisition, Joan of Arc- a ‘woman’ as a prophet from the people, until Henry VIII when the Church of England formed in 1534; but the Geneva Bible was still 28 years in the future, and KJV was 77 years in the future. The ‘reason’ is the deist-secular, Article III Judiciary, Congress-member, any elected We the People in our Federalism, Equilateral Triangle – The Laws and Lessons from and in God within  the Declaration of Independence; for otherwise Americans who love God and Nation First,   fold-up and deny their Person of Duty, Honor, Service, Trust and Love of God, The Laws of Both Founding Documents, in favor of the revisionism-lie inherent to ‘There is no Universal Truth’; “opinion without interference regardless of frontier” derived from “the moral rightness of an action is determined by its consequences.” and conviction that the false god, number as Majority is the standard for right and wrong; and collective-people-man over God government’s society' reigns supreme, to The Ten Commandments, the first four of which are not taking the name of the Lord thy God in vain, idols; the fifth: “Honor thy Mother and thy Father” - for their Biblical “loins” create an embryo of another Soul in Body, made in the image of The Creator of the Universe; and the last five man’s relationship to his neighbors and to his own conscience in Soul - lie, kill, cheat, steal which has a broader meaning when applied to GW’s borderless nations and jurisprudence; and the property of earnings of taxpaying-2000 plus hours of work - who now have a per taxpaying citizen debt of $148,416, increase of $246.00 since May, and heading for $217,658 in  2015. ....

The Judiciary has completely denied the Declaration, God’s Laws for finding in Justice: “1. The virtue which consists in giving to every one what is his due; practical conformity to the laws and to principles of rectitude in the dealings of men with each other; honesty; integrity in commerce or mutual intercourse. Justice is distributive or commutative. Distributive justice belongs to magistrates or rulers, and consists in distributing to every man that right or equity which the laws and the principles of equity require; or in deciding controversies according to the laws and to principles of equity. Commutative justice consists in fair dealing in trade and mutual intercourse between man and man.
2. Impartiality; equal distribution of right in expressing opinions; fair representation of facts respecting merit or demerit. In criticisms, narrations, history or discourse, it is a duty to do justice to every man, whether friend or foe.
3. Equity; agreeableness to right; as, he proved the justice of his claim. This should, in strictness, be justness.
4. Vindictive retribution; merited punishment. Sooner or later, justice overtakes the criminal.
5. Right; application of equity. His arm will do him justice.
6. [Low L. justiciarius.] A person commissioned to hold courts, or to try and decide controversies and administer justice to individuals; as the Chief Justice of the king's bench, or of the common pleas, in England; the Chief Justice of the supreme court in the United States, &c. and justices of the peace.
Rectitude means “In morality, rightness of principle or practice; uprightness of mind; exact conformity to truth, or to the rules prescribed for moral conduct, either by divine or human laws. Rectitude of mind is the disposition to act in conformity to any known standard of right, truth or justice; rectitude of conduct is the actual conformity to such standard. Perfect rectitude belongs only to the Supreme Being. The more nearly the rectitude of men approaches to the standard of the divine law, the more exalted and dignified is their character. Want of rectitude is not only sinful, but debasing.   There is a sublimity in conscious rectitude - in comparison with which the treasures of earth are not worth naming.”.

Equity is the reason for the blindfold and balance of the Article III Judiciary: “  Justice; right. In practice, equity is the impartial distribution of justice, or the doing that to another which the laws of God and man, and of reason, give him a right to claim. It is the treating of a person according to justice and reason.
The Lord shall judge the people with equity. Ps.98.
With righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity. Is.11.
2. Justice; impartiality; a just regard to right or claim; as, we must, in equity, allow this claim.

Its fundamentals and its implicit meanings and obligations must be accepted together with its benefits"; and

because Article III Judiciary is a branch of government: "The Individual's Self-respect:  The concept of Man's spiritual nature, and the resulting concept of the supreme dignity and value of each Individual, provide the fundamental basis for each Individual's self-respect and the consequent mutual respect among Individual's. This self-respect as well as this mutual respect are the outgrowth of, and evidenced by, The Individual's maintenance of his God-given, unalienable rights. They are maintained by requiring that government and other Individuals respect them, as well as by his dedication to his own unceasing growth toward realization of his highest potential--spiritually, morally, intellectually, in every aspect of life. This is in order that he may merit maximum respect by self and by others.

Some Things Excluded:  This concept of Man's spiritual nature excludes any idea of intrusion by government into this Man-to-Man spiritual relationship. It excludes the anti-moral precept that the end justifies the means and the related idea that the means can be separated from the end when judging them morally. This concept therefore excludes necessarily any idea of attempting to do good by force--for instance, through coercion of Man by Government, whether or not claimed to be for his own good or for the so-called common good or general welfare.
