We are exactly the same in our immortal Soul, that which we are judged by our Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ...whether you know their names or not....; and in the Constitution, Article VI: Clause 3"..but no religious  Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."   Religious means "1.  Pertaining or relating to religion; as a religious society; a religious sect; a religious place; religious subjects. 5. Exact; strict; such as religion requires; as a religious observance of vows or promises.".  Religious in the Constitution in Article VI right after Oath or Affirmation, also testify's and sustains that One Person is accountable to, and intrinsically one Person, within the Whole of the Polity:  "Religion and Morality" of George Washington and mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor.  Religion is internal government / conscience of a person as an individual. Religious is the collective-people who have chosen, or not, to become a member of a top-down, leadership of the "3. Devoted to the practice of religion; as a religious life. 5. Exact; strict; such as religion requires; as a religious observance of vows or promises.", of the sect, society..

 The Definition of Morality is also important:
 "n. The doctrine or system of moral duties, or the duties of men in their social character; ethics.

The system of morality to be gathered from the writings of ancient sages, falls very short of that delivered in the gospel.

2. The quality of an action which renders it good; the conformity of an act to the divine law, or to the principles of rectitude. This conformity implies that the act must be performed by a free agent, and from a motive of obedience to the divine will. This is the strict theological and scriptural sense of morality. The ‘reason’ is the deist-secular, Article III Judiciary, Congress-member, any elected We the People in our Federalism, Equilateral Triangle – The Laws and Lessons from and in God within  the Declaration of Independence; for otherwise Americans who love God and Nation First,   fold-up and deny their Person of Duty, Honor, Service, Trust and Love of God, The Laws of Both Founding Documents, in favor of the revisionism-lie inherent to ‘There is no Universal Truth’; “opinion without interference regardless of frontier” derived from “the moral rightness of an action is determined by its consequences.” and conviction that the false god, number as Majority is the standard for right and wrong; and collective-people-man over God government’s society' reigns supreme, to The Ten Commandments, the first four of which are not taking the name of the Lord thy God in vain, idols; the fifth: “Honor thy Mother and thy Father” - for their Biblical “loins” create an embryo of another Soul in Body, made in the image of The Creator of the Universe; and the last five man’s relationship to his neighbors and to his own conscience in Soul - lie, kill, cheat, steal which has a broader meaning when applied to GW’s borderless nations and jurisprudence; and the property of earnings of taxpaying-2000 plus hours of work - who now have a per taxpaying citizen debt of $148,416, increase of $246.00 since May, and heading for $217,658 in  2015. ....

The Judiciary has completely denied the Declaration, God’s Laws for finding in Justice: “1. The virtue which consists in giving to every one what is his due; practical conformity to the laws and to principles of rectitude in the dealings of men with each other; honesty; integrity in commerce or mutual intercourse. Justice is distributive or commutative. Distributive justice belongs to magistrates or rulers, and consists in distributing to every man that right or equity which the laws and the principles of equity require; or in deciding controversies according to the laws and to principles of equity. Commutative justice consists in fair dealing in trade and mutual intercourse between man and man.
2. Impartiality; equal distribution of right in expressing opinions; fair representation of facts respecting merit or demerit. In criticisms, narrations, history or discourse, it is a duty to do justice to every man, whether friend or foe.
3. Equity; agreeableness to right; as, he proved the justice of his claim. This should, in strictness, be justness.
4. Vindictive retribution; merited punishment. Sooner or later, justice overtakes the criminal.
5. Right; application of equity. His arm will do him justice.
6. [Low L. justiciarius.] A person commissioned to hold courts, or to try and decide controversies and administer justice to individuals; as the Chief Justice of the king's bench, or of the common pleas, in England; the Chief Justice of the supreme court in the United States, &c. and justices of the peace.
Rectitude means “In morality, rightness of principle or practice; uprightness of mind; exact conformity to truth, or to the rules prescribed for moral conduct, either by divine or human laws. Rectitude of mind is the disposition to act in conformity to any known standard of right, truth or justice; rectitude of conduct is the actual conformity to such standard. Perfect rectitude belongs only to the Supreme Being. The more nearly the rectitude of men approaches to the standard of the divine law, the more exalted and dignified is their character. Want of rectitude is not only sinful, but debasing.   There is a sublimity in conscious rectitude - in comparison with which the treasures of earth are not worth naming.”.

Equity is the reason for the blindfold and balance of the Article III Judiciary: “  Justice; right. In practice, equity is the impartial distribution of justice, or the doing that to another which the laws of God and man, and of reason, give him a right to claim. It is the treating of a person according to justice and reason.
The Lord shall judge the people with equity. Ps.98.
With righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity. Is.11.

because Article III Judiciary is a branch of government: "The Individual's Self-respect:  The concept of Man's spiritual nature, and the resulting concept of the supreme dignity and value of each Individual, provide the fundamental basis for each Individual's self-respect and the consequent mutual respect among Individual's. This self-respect as well as this mutual respect are the outgrowth of, and evidenced by, The Individual's maintenance of his God-given, unalienable rights. They are maintained by requiring that government and other Individuals respect them, as well as by his dedication to his own unceasing growth toward realization of his highest potential--spiritually, morally, intellectually, in every aspect of life. This is in order that he may merit maximum respect by self and by others.

Some Things Excluded:  This concept of Man's spiritual nature excludes any idea of intrusion by government into this Man-to-Man spiritual relationship. It excludes the anti-moral precept that the end justifies the means and the related idea that the means can be separated from the end when judging them morally. This concept therefore excludes necessarily any idea of attempting to do good by force--for instance, through coercion of Man by Government, whether or not claimed to be for his own good or for the so-called common good or general welfare.
