About Barbeques, colliform bacteria incubator bins, and arbitrary Personality-human precept:

Last week I was visited by my apartment manager’s maintenance man to tell my that the patio of my apartment was the apartment’s property, and that I was reported by someone, that I was using my charcoal, tabletop Weber, which I was ....: “You are not allowed to barbecue on the patio [of your rented apartment]. The Patio is apartment property.”.

Answered: “You are absolutely right, the patio is the apartment building’s property.  But the barbeque is my property.”.

Replied: “Well, I was told to inform you. “ Then started to walk away... to which I added: “I know about the apartment manager and the insurance company.  I took the information that if I chose to use my barbeque, that I use it at my own risk.  I choose, in my liberty, to take that risk.

Next morning, written warning #3 was on my doorknob, also delivered by the maintenance personnel.

Everyone living there is very, very careful to be obedient, though a friend of mine pointed out that a fireman or police officer, residing in the building proceeded to have a barbeque, and the maintenance man went to tell him, also, to stop...

At first I was angry, but upon reflection, realized, and the reason I am writing this; that the apartment manager was repeating the arbitrary human precept’s obedience by power in force – No Law, Ordinance, or reason...No Truth, Trust, or God, required, meaning What an Opportunity to Teach the One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents!

I have been virtually the only Person in the UNITED 50 STATES OF AMERICA, except the Colonists, Founders among them, and every American of God and Nation First who watched or attended 08/28/2010, Glenn Beck’s “RESTORE HONOR” who recognizes that the Contents of Two of the Three Sacred Documents are written in the same format as the Bible, i.e Bible Chapters as Sections, Articles, and Amendments for the purpose of organization of THE WHOLE CREATED, EARTHLY SYSTEM OF What John Adams’s taught: “GOVERNMENT OF LAW, AND NOT OF MEN, a.k.a “It is what comes out of the mouth that defiles a man;...workers of iniquity;...camel through the eye of the needle which always has a very, sharp point—never waited around to hear/ understand: “For man that is impossible. For God any ‘thing’ is possible;’..”everyone who commits a sin is a slave;” and to this any ‘every thing’ in this current, anti-Republic under God Regime’s No Truth, No Trust, No Promise, No God – perpetration of abject evil – repudiation of The One Law within the Laws of The Three Sacred Documents, especially “Love God with Your Person’s Whole Heart, Your Whole Soul, Your Whole Mind, and Your neighbor as yourself.”.

The barbeques, with each-one-Person’s Property-dog of “Nature’s Law”,doggie-collective, group-think-colliform bacteria-poopby-Bins taking their journey to mother earth in how many thousands of tall, Socialist-atheist-Candidate for Secretary of State--Alex plastic-tall-kitchen-bags Padilla; representing “To Knowingly Deny a/ one Fact Is To Lie”. The Insurance Company knows full-well what “property” means, though the manager is ignorant of the Republic under God that person gives, each time stating that person’s Honor in Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag which does Represent One People of One Nation, under God...with Liberty and Justice (Truth in Life) for all, though that like Oath of Office and Laws of Nature’s God in separate and equal station, have been decreed Null and Void from Christ’s Birth....exemplified by the ‘special’, December 24, 2009, celebration of Christ’s Birth Eve refuting of Elected-We the Persons of Congress, “free exercise of religion”...PPAA with No Republican, 34 Democrat and 26 Nay States, 8 Split States,  17 Yea States - Is Not Law at all, i.e. NO ON PROPOSITION 45.  Law for Medicare-Medicaid reverts back to the 2009 Bush Budget....

Taking the opportunity to teach the magnificence of those Three Sacred Documents, is great, and will take any opportunity to Declare what Dr. Richard G. Lee has returned to US(A) alone and as a nation “The Americans Patriot Bible, The Word of God and the Shaping of America”..., I wrote a return ‘Memo’ and attached a copy of “Property” by James Madison...

When I delivered it, with my always, for 4.9 years, on time, money order, rent check, I handed it to the manager who said “What’s this?”....  I explained.... She replied “How do you know the law, i.e what gives you the authority to question the Owners and Insurance company?   Answered: “The Constitution.”.....That pretty much silenced her, and instead of challenging me with what has been derision, she didn’t do that....  She asked “What does that mean?”.  I explained apartment property and barbeque property...  She answered “Does that mean that anyone can do anything they want to do?”  Answered, “Of course not. ... I asked her if she was planning to vote tomorrow, and she answered ‘Yes’ to which I added, the right to vote does not come from the Constitution, but from the Declaration of Independence...Independence meaning One Person — not collective people.   “I’ll give it to the owner and insurance company. Are you going to call the insurance company. Answered, “I don’t need to. They know the Law.”  She says, Well, I’ll read this.. It is very interesting.  I added that I have  attached James Madison’s Property because that is such a good explanation of the Laws of all Three Sacred Documents.  I said I would continue to barbeque.  I thanked her for listening and left....   It does serve as an official, in law response...and both the owner and insurance company will Know the Truth of demonstrated Fact and evidence...

In the memo, I added the logical consequence of the forbidden barbecue or grills, was not whether or not an attached to apartment-patio was used; but rather extortion because of arbitrary rules of conduct - force in power through the non-fact, Newspeak “GW/AB32/ too much CO2 – melting snow and raising oceans to flood coastal earth - omitting facts of H, N. Sun, and the Periodic Chart of the Elements; could have added what Jesus taught in Matt. 6 about eat and clothes, let tomorrow take care of itself – earthly ‘things’ will always be there, but that would have been pearls before swine; just the propane and charcoal being forbidden...like prohibition, campfires anywhere at any time or place, to parks and recreation’s fierce control, preferably with cameras.....not a law, ordinance or any other form of “Liberty and justice for all” – persons do have a right to be hoboes and homeless...though not to bother anyone else’s rights, but then — the administrative-police-state doesn’t recognize God or our Republican...  I won’t know the response....and added “Please do share it with them. They need to know the difference between our Republic under God and the atheist-socialist-anti-Republic under God Regime —DEM on your Ballot  — NO ON ALL PROPOSITIONS FROM THE STATE; NO ON E IS FOR EXCELLENCE, simply because arbitrary rules of conduct - force without question, IS BINOMIAL, COMPUTER-TABLET-YES/ NO, decision-tree-think, black is white if either administrative-police-state-authority, or unaccountable-computer-software, hardware persons, say so.

Our Nation Is The Only Nation In The History of Mankind to Say God Is...and His Son of Man is our Helper, Holy Ghost/ Soul/ Mind/ Heart/ Will/ Conscience/ Strength...very narrow and close gate road too heaven, i.e. One Independence/ Oath/ Pledge/ Constitutional-Person-at-a-time.
