Our Republic under God and Sovereignty

There are three parts to this essay: 1) Dec. 17, 2012 Electoral College Members [1; 2] Understanding “Majority Limited for Liberty[2]” because of the Founding Documents with “under God”; 3) Contrasting the ‘Obama Repressive Regime’ with   “WWII Jewish Resistence Operative in Poland”[3].

Evil, wrong, slavery-oppression-lawlessness, subjugation of person(s) in favor of ignorance, ...well you get it; but ‘choosing it’, in silence, against our Founder’s Is Not Acceptable.

Our using of Democracy’s ‘number of persons within the Whole” behind the Laws of Both Founding Documents in our Republic, is the magnificence of our Founder’s, and even before them the entire, beautiful period of State without Central Government, living “Religion and Morality” and deriving all Jesus’ Promises over 150 years between 1620 Mayflower and March 12, 1770 “Boston Gazette and Country Journal”  forward..

Part 1)    “According to Article II of the U.S. Constitution AND the 12th Amendment - if 1/3rd of the States/17 do not cast their votes in the Electoral College -- then the matter falls onto the House of Representatives to choose the President.".

“Yes, there was some talk about getting the electoral [members to not cast their ballots] to the House of Representatives, but...that will probably never happen..... Because it’s never been done before.”; but [4]

This has “never been done before,” is now an Imperative because this ‘president’, as leader among the 50 Sovereign States, and all Persons within, forces with the despotism, tyranny,  a majority with unlimited power and operation of government in every aspect of life; including “Information needed to make a proper determination is withheld and distorted in a way that is intended to mislead and has that effect through negligence, omission, commission, and positive transgression, against “We,”  “Consent”, and among his 69+ million, designated-coalition of collective-mass people of support, Is Also Never Been Done Before!

Our Republic is government of laws.  The “Obama regime” are a few homo sapiens determining “Atheist - society Secular” are “arbitrary rules of conduct, founded in force, and Not in conscience”(Hamilton; Federalist No. 25); and without the people informed. It will never a government of, by, or for the people.

Part 2)   The “Constitution is the supreme law, superior to All Other Public Acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, or court ruling which is inconsistent  with that supreme law and not derived from it Is Unconstitutional and Null and Void from Inception.”  —“Declaration of Constitutional Principles”

Our Republic is not about ‘number’ as majority or as the political standard of right and wrong.
As President Jefferson says “ "All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail,   that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression."  “ No majority, however great even all of the people but one Individual--may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small--even a minority of a lone Individual.” [2]

To obtain, maintain ‘Reason’, Debates on the floors of any form of government are not matters of “political opinion, with or without interference”.

Before sending any Statute, Bill, or Act to committee, the very first Act is the
“Argument”, all aspects of leadership as officials or private citizens / Article I Legislation, which gives “Yay or Nay” in answer to the question: “How is this Statute consistent and derived from Both Founding Documents?

If “Nay” the statute dies, - trashed, no more time or money - anywhere, and in court (Article III Judiciary)– ‘since unconstitutionality dates from its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it... no one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law, and no courts have to enforce it.   Need more be said?  And look at what it does to stop the denial of “Consent” and “We” -legislative and  dockets, with law-makers-absent the people “..trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, ..” !!!

Bear in Mind, Not One Founder, nor Document, has ever, in any manner what-so-ever, indicated that “Religion and Morality” should be removed from our Republic government or private. As you will see, and many of you Know Full Well – including you deists and atheists, God is the Origin of All America and the Nations on this Planet.

No-one is ever able to Undo – any Wrong, once performed or perpetrated, but “We” and “consent” can correct the 2009-2012 Anti-Law, Law disguised as Regulation, and the Law and Decree/dictate of Executive Orders; and “We the People” through our Constitution Electoral College of State Sovereignty, can prevent this unlawful man, from continuing his Anti-Law against Both Founding Documents..

 Just Stop!  That will stop the piecemeal, selection of issues defined by earthly- man regarding the Laws and Regulations against Person(s)’ entitlement to”separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God...”

The 05/2009 to The Birth of Christ Eve 12/24/2009 is a superb example of oppression and force of “Majority”: “Patient Protection and Affordable Act (PPAA)” was thrown-out as totally unconstitutional by the 4 Justices who acted on behalf of 1789, Article VI the supreme Law of the Land.

The Five Justices should have deferred to the 4 Justices who were in concert with the supreme Law of the Land. That protection and security of the natural rights and the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, should have been enough to end this horrendous removal of health care from Every American, regardless of earthly attributes.  It affects the employment of 100% of Americans including the exempt union administration + its underling members of submission and subjugation, because all people, including this ‘president’, do business in a non-union marketplace.

Add, there is Not One Republican-Representative-Person, of, by, and for the People,  each-one represents and 27 Democrats of the House, Signature, to allow  PPAA to be a law (violates Article I:1, 7 clause 2 and Declaration - see below: Declaration : In Congress Assembled).

Now Add to the 5 Justice’s  “Alinsky freeze [5]”,  two justices were ‘tyranny of majority-hired’ to support PPAA and did so, neither judge recused herself though their decision was made Before PPAA’s software document made it to the atom-airwaves; and one justice, interview available on you tube,  denies there are any Laws in the Declaration, upon questioning more than once by Sen. Coburn;  the remaining 3 really didn’t make a majority at all.

“We the People”, absent their consent, will continue to suffer the consequences, of this Lawless president.  As you are well aware, PPAA is only one of many lawless, law disguised as regulation, instances, approximately 6,000+, new just since 11/6/2012..

This is the pure demonstration of the overthrow of our Republic because Article III judiciary has removed its independence to become a ‘fully, arbitrary, political opinion without interference’,  complete with their submission and subjugation to this ‘president’s use of Bribery, high crimes, and misdemeanors in forcing and coercing PPAA passage; and other Acts this ‘president’ has taken well documented on FaceBook and multiple websites of “information of, by, and for We the People” and “consent of the governed, present and working, in Truth,  around the absence of journalistic “Religion and Morality:

“An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In a constitutional republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but Anti-law.”.–Declaration of Constitutional Principles.

The Alinsky-Cloward-Piven overwhelm-for-subjugation, freeze, unfreeze, refreeze techniques ‘this president utilized were used as spill-down to the States of top two vote getter, regardless of political party affiliation,—unless of course it’s the majority party!: CA HA WA whose minority parties, remain in ‘consent of the governed’, disenfranchised as abridgement of the privileges and immunities with the equal rights of the 14th.

In winner-take-all, popular, majority, the minority Person(s), party, “Alinsky’s “In this book we are concerned with how to create mass organizations to seize power and give it to the people organization.. as equality, justice, and peace; not one of these words carrying the dictionary definition.[5]; but

Those people, since this has occurred the difference on 11/6/12 and ostensibly given those words, shall lose equal station of the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God-Life, intertwined with the unique-sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation.  Our Republic will Die - absent any fight. Man’s lawlessness will decide all laws; and laws shall be made out of any living or inanimate object. Legislators bow to their ‘majority’ rulers.

Last, all Bills in the House which have Sponsors and Co-Sponsors, — Do Not List the Political Party and even, some of the Representatives have buried their party affiliation among the least read areas of their websites, in opposition to their supported by the people they represent with political party affiliation which got them elected.

In Answer to Lawlessness:  Here is our Republic under God and how the Connections link “Government of laws..”:
 “The Whole of our Nation is the Sum of Each-One-Part which is intertwined from One-Person’s Soul accountable to God, Religion and Morality most succinctly stated by Patriarch George Washington in his Farewell Address [9].

The Declaration of Independence contains our Lord God in both Laws and Lessons: — “Course of Human Events”; Powers of the earth... Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them... repeats as ALL MEN are Created Equal —  .. Endowed with Certain Unalienable Rights...”; — that Each Time the temporal, body, secular man sends life’s journey to destruction of evil, it is Mans’ “Right”, “Duty”, and “Security”, to “alter or abolish,” that false god.  The “abuses” contain direct statements of the violations of specific wrongs among the  Commandments.  — “We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here” specifically references the belief in God, with the reasons the people on the Mayflower were crossing the Atlantic in the dead of Winter.  — “They..have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity” – probably you recognize the God’s Law here.  — “We, therefore, ....in ...Congress Assembled (bold for Article I:1), appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude...in the name ..by the authority of the good People..Colonies..” .  — But, do you recognize Jesus’ second Most Important Law  in Matthew; And “greater love hath no man..?”: “..support...firm reliance on the protection” (referencing back to Government are instituted among men deriving.. Article VI) “of divine Providence, we mutually pledge (of accountability to each other in God’s name and their choice in Soul, later in history “Allegiance”—reminder for yesterday, today, and hopefully forever in God’s Universe on this Planet) to each other, our Lives (Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God), our Fortunes (earthly), and our sacred Honor (Religion and Morality).”

The Declaration is a Perfect Document for All Mankind, including every bit of turmoil of the consequences of removal of the contents of this Document from all Nations, and denial of God and Person by the UN and EU.  It may take the stronger believers in love and faith to accept this: The Declaration is Meant for Every Person, in Every Nation of this Planet and every location man will explore in our next Frontier – God’s Universe; for such is the Love of Our God for ‘Each, Unique Soul anywhere.’   Deists and Atheists, you are included, and you should continue to deny — for that is your choice for your Soul, or whatever you choose to call your ‘spirit’ or ‘feeling’ defined by ‘society’ – “Free Agency” is completely your, unique person, for when life ends, all ‘due – s’ are collected.  You do not have a role in government of our Nation, unless able to perform your Oath of Office in Morality of Affirmation and in Integrity of Truth.

The Constitution is the Temporal-Body, Preamble of conscience of Person and application of the Declaration.  Every statement in the Declaration is addressed by the Constitution; and because it is written for “the individual component of the polity is the Person, which is defined as a member of the species Homo Sapiens” with cognitive attributes who can both compete for the Unalienable, Natural Right “and Avoid removing those rights from others.(free agency)”.  The Constitution of 1789 is also a Perfect Document because of its expression of ALL,  the lessons, abuses, and the statements of the Laws contained in the Declaration.

It is impossible to change One Word of the Declaration; but it is fully possible for the ‘rider’,  mankind’s propensity to become like many elected ‘officials’ of no party affiliation – and know-all, much better than the Person(s) of our Nation; and other of the elitist, arrogant-mind-set-over-individual. Balanced Budget Amendment; Guarantee that Servicemen will receive the same benefits as government - Congress-member’s are two examples of unnecessary amendments.  They are fully present in Oath of Office with refection to privileges and immunities, and what should be the ability of legislators to recognize priorities especially betwee “social’ and “duty-honor-servie”. Remember, career military, is not the design of our soldiers. They can, but it is a personal choice, that carries - not as much money; but considerable security of job, life’s physical requirements, and a home where service, skill, are rewarded.

The ‘riders’ are present in the changes to the original Articles, in the 16th’s Blank check of the earnings of citizens, and other...among ‘modern’ - carefully adding, omitting, and grooming just those facts which support and allow the already conceived “..asks of ends only whether they are achievable and worth the cost; of means, only whether they will work. ... The real arena is corrupt and bloody (Do you remember Obama actually quoted this, not long after he took office early 2009?).
       
In our Republican form of government, there is not one word about number, quantities, or descriptors of any sort for ‘Person’ in the 1789 Articles, nor the first 10 Amendments. Later the issues of Negroes as citizens abused required additions, and race was defined as “ The lineage of a family, or continued series of descendants from a parent who is called the stock. A race is the series of descendants indefinitely. Thus all mankind are called the race of Adam; the Israelites are of the race of Abraham and Jacob. Thus we speak of a race of kings, the race of Clovis or Charlemagne; a race of nobles, &c.“ —No Color!  Slavery existed in the North, as well as the South; and all over the world, in its various forms – then and now.  You forget, or don’t realize “Sexual deviation shall be taught to all youth from Kindergarten through 14th Grade; and no Teacher shall opt-out”, a Socialist-communist State of California Anti-Law, is Slavery – of the minds of Posterity. The youths shall not learn “Religion and Morality”- the free exercise thereof ‘Federal and some State’s socialist-achiest-state-501C3- government- supreme power belief”, but might receive a ‘socialist-defined and modified version for use in group-think.  Not to excuse the terrible wrongs; just point out, “We” are not perfect; but can and do change for the better; and some wrong gets to continue because of silence of acceptance..

Our Federalist government places “We the People” and “consent of the government,” for protection and security of the Laws in Both Founding Documents, into their locations while journeying in the Natural Rights which entails pursuit of Happiness[7] in risk/benefit; loss/gain; right/wrong; opportunity/threat; strengths/weaknesses, i.e. “the Opposites” of life’s continuum.

The Equilateral Federalist Triangle (Law of Nature) has at its base Constitutional Person and Family, next is Town, then County, then State, and the tip is the Federal level.  Every One Person has a Place for his unique-Person in The Federalist Equilateral Triangle.

That Person’s location is not limited by whether or not you, are a private individual, private person in a corporation, or official among those who hold public office, including the departments, agencies, entities, officers, employees, agents or any other person (Obama’s regime of White House guests) [6].

Our Republic is Person accountable and answerable to God; protected by Both Founding documents; and living the choices of private or official life; always with Oath of Office - Article II and VI, the mutually pledge to each other in sacred Honor. Yes, Love God and Love the Nation He originated over the histories of mankind’s frequent successes and terrible failures.

All of the above Republican governance, organization for the Laws of Both Founding Documents are more accurately defined; and learned about as lessons of the pathway’s definition of words, upon definition of words,  from probably, the single most important Original Text, for any Nation, especially US(A): Noah Wester’s, 25+ years of work, with works for educating our Posterity, “American Dictionary of the English Language 1828”, including the preface article: “Noah Webster, Founding Father of American Scholarship and Education” [8].

Because Earthly-Americans decided to agree that “Religion and Morality“ are not needed in 1850 Horace Mann; then repeated that decision in 1947's Everson vs. New York Board of Education; removed it from the education of our Posterity - permanently in about 1961-62 to this date; allowed Federal and State control over our Person/Family/Town - Board of Edu. Absent “Religion and Morality”, the inevitable : How prone all human institutions have been to decay; how subject the best-formed and most wisely organized governments have been to lose their check and totally dissolve; how difficult it has been for mankind, in all ages and countries, to preserve their dearest rights and best privileges, impelled as it were by an irresistible fate of despotism.”—James Madison at the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 10, 1788.

President Madison’s statement is exactly what “we” faced June 5th, November 6th, and against this ‘president’,  before December 17, 2012

On December 17, 2012, The Sovereignty of States protected by our Republic’s Electoral College Members, carries the accountability and responsibility to right [1]the disastrous wrong which, specifically are dated within “obama’s years”.  Every American, especially among the 59,435,000+ who will continue to support the Laws of Both Founding Documents and Mitt Romney – the Administrator of right of Person as more important than government-over-man / atheist-Socialist-collective, mass people, need to let their Central Committees through their Conty and State Party Chairmans; and then your House of Representatives of all contained herein and among the multitude of other “Take America Back” locations throughout the Internet, Teaparty’s and all Americans of God and Nation First.

Because our Republic under God is not believed, or selectively believed, “ we” are so easily distracted from this ‘president’s regime of attack upon the sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation of our Soul.  In fact, except for the 59+Million of Romney and other Republican Candidates, the existence of that attack and what it means to every Person, was silenced in every public expression; never taught to the less than 40 year olds and those becoming Naturalized Citizens.  Our radio commentator, bastions were talking about the Constitution violations before 11/6, but except for a couple, stopped completely on November 7.

Instead, “we”  meander around and about personality and name-calling issues which cannot and will not be solved since our Nation is built on Religion and Morality One Person at a time versus “Atheist-socialist-people as conglomeration mass, government designated groups by earthly measures including all living and inanimate objects.

Majority is everything.  God’s Law or the rights of the minority in “Conscience is the most sacred property.” and “.. The spiritual brotherhood of men under the common fatherhood of God is a concept which is basic to this American philosophy. It expresses the spiritual relationship of God to Man and, in the light thereof, of Man to Man. To forget these truths is a most heinous offense against the spirit of traditional America because the greatest sin is the lost consciousness of sin...      The fundamentally religious basis of this philosophy is the foundation of its moral code, which contemplates The Individual's moral duty as being created by God's Law: the Natural Law. The Individual's duty requires obedience to this Higher Law; while knowledge of this duty comes from conscience, which the religious-minded and morally-aware Individual feels duty-bound to heed. This philosophy asserts that there are moral absolutes: truths, such as those mentioned above, which are binding upon all Individuals at all times under all circumstances. This indicates some of the spiritual and moral values which are inherent in its concept of Individual Liberty -Responsibility.”, is Completely Useless.

That Americans are fundamentally of Nature’s God is among the Truths demonstrated by “The Mayflower on the Atlantic Ocean in November 1620, “The Boston Gazette and Country Journal”, March 12, 1770; the lives, fortunes and sacred honor of every man and  woman from 1776 to, and beyond, November 6, 2012 who made sure they voted for the Republic against the ‘the unlimited power with ‘majority’ as sole operating, anti-law and disobedience of the First and Second Table of Law and the Laws of Both Founding Documents of this ‘president with his regime’.

“Elected-We from among the People” of the minor Party are pounded incessantly by that lawlessness.  Cloward-Piven + Saul Alinsky’s speed, divisive, controlled dissension and debate; forbidden ‘filibuster’ and forbidden any reference to lawlessness because “The supreme Law of the Land must go to court before it is allowed to be law.” While PPAA, American’s Financial Security” by government, executive Branch commission with Federal Reserve “eats out our existence”.

“Eating the loss of Trust and Truth in Legislation is pounded into the minor party’s head. Relief is only given in submission, subservience, and the so-called- compromise of do as Obama says- agreement mark the Legislator’s world of Bills at City, County, State, and Federal levels of government; and those “We” and “consent of”, “Religion and Morality” who will never stop defending and standing for the Laws in Both Founding Documents, are “Alinsky-frozen, shunned, or the ‘great-coward-disrespect known as just say “yes” and walk away’.

Not understanding how the minority in our Republic works to stop the unlimited power and operation of government; – repeating, yet again, in mankind’s history, how Lucifer controls human kind through  man’s laws, free reign-force over “government of laws”; allows a pinnacle of anti-law, at both State and Federal Levels of government to prevail during the 2009-2012 years..[11]

Part 3: The UT, last Saturday ran the obituary and story of Vladka Meed: “A resistance force os several hundred fighters grew. The fighters were armed with homemade bombs and other weapons, and they were determined to put up a violent final stand against the German plan to fully empty the ghetto.  Meed smuggled weapons and ammunition in preparation for the uprising that launched on April 19, 1943. Fighting lasted 27 days and ended with the ghetto annihilated.

Mrs. Meed’s code name was ‘Vladka’.  In a 1973 interview, Vladka is quoted “I lived among them for quite a while as a Pole. Most of them were indifferent. Quite a large number of them were openly anti-Semitic and even, in a way having satisfaction” with the ghetto extermination.[]

This may appear to extreme to contrast the Pole’s indifference and in a way, satisfied; with the  “atheist-Socialist-collective, mass people Secular regime’s’ “They don’t care.” “They are ignorant.” among the descriptors of the collective, mass-people who, without question or regard, - do as they are told; never question, and refuse to think about that servitude and submission to unlimited power and in the operation of both the German government and this ‘Obama Political Depravity Party (PDP) Regime’.

The Floor of the Democratic Convention is the perfect example because it demonstrates the removal of “Religion and Morality” in favor of ‘nothing’, man’s-law of body and ‘wind of mouth’ for Lucifer-Alinsky-Obama: “ he does not have a fixed truth -- truth to him is relative and changing”(Alinsky); everything to him is relative and changing.

 – There is no Soul - just ‘society’ defined by government and agreed to by the submission, subservient collective. The “annihilation” stands also, because while the Jew in the Ghetto had limited physical ground; here in America, if our Republic under God goes down..... “separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God == unalienable life synonymous with Liberty; even the “We Mutually Pledge to each Other Our Lives, Our Fortunes, and Our Sacred Honor”, Are completely removed.

Given some young people, entering the business world now, you probably have and will notice, as you double-take, at the obvious disregard and disrespect which are common, in often absent service, replaced with arbitrary do as we say..  go away’ or stay, we could care less, of banks, internet, land- telephone, and bureaus of all sorts of business young absent “Religion and Morality’ people.

It is important to note, between the Poles and the submissive, subservient Americans among both political parties, are not all indifferent or apathetic, members, of the designated, collective, mass people who have lost their individuality and creativity for life which liberty and pursuit brings; instead..

..collective people, and people who become collective by ‘segregation into the ‘opposition to Obama regime’s corrals, are, actually, equally controlled by force, because they cannot become united in opposition.  Choice is removed. Morality is removed. Apathy and  ignorance may not be all the issue; more the issue is ‘cannot take Action – no cohesive method’, and placing God and Nation above personal notoriety, profit, pride of position, does make for competition.  Government’s governance in “Religion and Morality” is suppose to be the protector, but it is the enemy within for both the Poles and for US(A) with the ‘ruler Obama regime’.

 “We” and “consent” can become daunted and if not strong in Faith, Hope, and Charity, ‘quit’!  Our elected-representatives, turn-inward to protect themselves, and then the ‘denial’ of the failure and/or existence of personal responsibility to “Religion and Morality” of their “..Oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?[9]”

That pressure is very, very real; and not all Persons are aware of the power of force, in lawlessness; therefore, not ready to take on the Stand and Defend, in God (among many Psalms and Chapters, Joshua 1: 3-9) the Truth of our Republic under God with “We” genuinely the source and right “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving all Bills, Acts, Actions and reactions of, by, and for the person(s), families; towns; counties, States, and our Nation, Sharing God’s Planet with Him, Jesus, and all mankind, — however imperfectly. Perfection is the “Your reach should extend beyond your grasp.” in “Obey my Laws. Seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be opened unto you.

That has been Great Britain before US(A) and they still own the above, stronger and better than “we” do; but just as prone to getting lost and fading into the fog, beyond “The Tree of Life”.  Man will ever be prone.  That is the reason All the Above must return to ALL education – today! And State -Federal must leave education to family and town, but town only in the presence of City Residents concerned for Posterity, as businesses, mentors, Big Brother and Sister, tutors .involved in all School Board choices regarding every aspect of Learning for themselves as well as those who teach and those who learn and Teach: Maria Montessori!

We Are Our government. It is a permanent marriage and there is no divorce, whether or not that is understood by the blind, deaf, stiffnecked, Obama regime or any socialist - communist body - the United Nations/ European Union[10] against “Government of laws, and Not of man.” President John Adams.

“We the People” chose among US(A) who will be elected to represent our ‘Security in Law’ from government of this ‘president’s atheist-socialist-anti-Person in law regime’; but on 11/6/12, 69 million chose without information or knowledge.  Did you ever hear the word “Republic”?  Anytime? Anywhere (present company accepted)?  When was the last time you even considered the “exceptionalism” of the men who did give their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor, throughout our history from “Monumental” to this very day in Afghanistan and other, not well known locations on our Planet.  We do share with GB and need to be Brothers and Sisters for the Love of God and the Sovereignty of Both Nations.  What a Sword of Truth  for mankind that could continue to Make!

The Founder’s knew, fully and completely, there would be an ever present enemy for all time because it is both Nature and Law of Nature’s God in ‘Free Agency” that bad to worse exists in equal measure, to wonderful and magnificent at the other side of the continuum of human kind. The Hitler, Hussain, Soros, Obama, H. The contrast between Vladka and our Nation 2009-2012  is very apropos to; and 2016, unless our Republic’s check and balance, The Sovereignty of Each One State, totally the minority number of One-Third/Eighteen of each of the 50 States, through the Representatives of “We the People, Electoral-members”, refuse to Cast their Votes for this ‘man and his regime’.  When the Electoral members realize, their refusing to cast votes, sends the election of President to the House of Representatives, which will remove this ‘president working to complete the Overthrow of the Republic under God’ ; in  his:  “Man is considered to have only qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time. This spells Rule by Omnipotent Majority, with The Individual and The Minority as well as all minorities victimized at the pleasure of The Majority, without limit and without any legal basis for objection or practical remedy. The idea of such unlimited rule, as if by "divine right of The Majority," is as abhorrent in the eyes of the traditional American philosophy as is the idea of rule by "divine right of kings.".[12]  It was also the working governance Vladka Meed and the Jewish Ghetto experienced.

On or Before Monday, December 17, 2012, each-one “Electoral College Person”,  — regardless of any law to the contrary, will receive the Opportunity to protect and secure by their vote our Republic under God by Refusing to Cast thier Ballots for this ‘president of fraud, destructive and chaos’.

Each-One-Person-Electoral Member may cast their Ballot with their conscience: There cannot be a winner-takes-all in our Republic, for that removes the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God derive, our Constitution of the 14th’s “”shall not make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens.;.” and “The General Rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of laws, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it... No One is Bound to Obey an unconstitutional law, and No Courts are bound to Enforce it.” [16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, See 256].  You do not require a ‘court’ to declare what is unconstitutional, unconstitutional...  Both Founding documents are written for “WE” completely absent credentials and attorney.  The human kind of man is well demonstrated; and most Americans are actually better judges, than judges, in the presence of Duty, Honor, Country and Jury’s for our Peers which does include the judge and the attorneys with witnesses... for no homo sapiens is better than another homo sapiens — just very different and unique as an individual composed of Body and Soul..

Please realize, ridding our Republic of a person whose ‘free agency’ is the violation of all principles of governance, is just a start, for his Lucifer-Alinsky-absence of law permeates our lives in virtually the entire Federalist pyramid and all of Articles I, II, and III.  The skewed by bad numbers in Census; drawing bad numbers in Districts and therefore the polling places and selection of Party Central Committee members, with winner-take-all; top-two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation; and Districts of greater number for the DEM-DEM/Socialist atheist collective-mass-people — all contributed to the ‘fill-in dots that may or may not have holes, or may or may not have ‘bled-through’ — make absolutely No Difference To the Lawlessness of this man and All his consortium!  A collective made up of uninformed people of the difference and contrast between our God and our Republic versus complete absence of those Laws, shall not be determined by removing the rights of the 59 million Americans who do know the Constitution and what they were voting to remove; having waited, patiently since Glenn Beck established the “greatest grievance against our government” on August 10, 2010 “RESTORE HONOR”.
