The Deceit of Identification Cards of Any Kind, but especially the American "consent of the governed-Voter"

Voter ID WILL NOT STOP destruction of "consent of the governed" to protect all rights of our One People, "Consent of the Governed"-Laws of the Declaration- vote. In fact, i.d. cards, like Victor Hugo writes in "Les Miserable" will only support this current President's devotion to arbitrary, human precept-force, absent Truth, Trust, God...but mostly Trust; for "stripping Christians of their transcendent God" is an imperative for the UDHR-borderless nations and jurisprudence socialist.

This current President's Regime is Not of the History of the Democratic Party of the US(A).  Most of you don't realize the 2012 Democratic Convention Voice Count, Three Times, could not ascertain a vocal majority; and did NOT use Robert's Rules for voice count -- to Return God to their Party's Platform.  Our Nation's cornerstone and foundation is Religion and Morality - Word of Honor whether Pledge or Oath. Truth, Trust, God are Law, otherwise no Republican form of government can exist.  Only God's Laws allow One Person and all smaller number persons - no physical or environmental characteristics, shall endure:

--- Most if not all ‘consent of the governed-constitutional Persons’ have no idea, never even, been informed or allowed to approve or disapprove the abolishment of the 14th Amendment’s “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the US; ..nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAWS with One Person-One vote, specifically - By-Area-Trustee-Voting Districts(CVRA) which includes its proposed, megalith of “Alinsky disorganization,” the very unConstitutional,  2014-initiative by a written by a Progressive- Republican named "Neighborhood Legislators"; and CRC’s COI-community of interest - both types of Districts, BATV and COI, arbitrary, human precept rules of conduct-force-collective-groups by skin color except white, country-of-origin -except the USA the naturalized citizen has Pledged his Allegiance -  Personal Honor with God, to duty and service as a member of  "We the People " and who not required to understand the freedom of speech and press, i.e. language, communication, issues and persons of Both "Consent of the Governed" to protect each-one-Person's Rights (see "Property" by James Madison among "The Founder's Constitution" Univ. of Chicago) and We the People;
---"Anyone who wants to vote gets to vote" in deep and sacred supplication to the socialist's-great and vain-idol-god (yes, violates Commandments 1,2,3), majority - as force and number- but absent Truth, Trust. God and knowledge, wisdom - therefore justice which is solely from God; especially note drive-by voting, same day registration, with the "provisional ballot" often our "consent of the governed" ROV/administrative-state Dept.,decision-maker for any office in the federalist equilateral triangle of representative government, and the "absentee/oops administrative-state’s declared “Mail”-in, especially Republican ballot, - correctly signed and sealed - discarded; no one consent of the governed-constitutional Person will ever know if his vote was counted; or the thin-paper-ballot with ball-point-pen that caused several thousand ballots cast at Ruffin Road to be discarded as 'marked incorrectly ballots" because the light shined through the fill-in dots, and not 0ne of those voter realized, then or now that the problem even existed, ---- except the printing of those ballots at ROV who provided the ball point pens rather than the markers which were utilized at all the precincts. --- For Republicans also travel to Ruffin Road -- out of their way to serve in honor, duty, and service to all Consent of the Governed and We the People;

And please bear in mind --- we haven't even addressed the glazed-eye man, dangling his already filled-in-open ballot while calling out “What do you want me to do with this?”, 'precinct problems’ yet......especially "it is forbidden that all ballots be counted and declared correct before delivery to the "drop-off"  with 'time" hugely supreme to the 'consent of the governed-count', i.e. "It's ok not have an accurate count -- because ROV wants all precincts to deliver to pick-up site (assuming the ballot boxes aren't lost) by 9:30 pm."....;
---and then there is the dubious "eligibility to vote in a school district" form at ROV required by a candidate who has lived more than 20 years in an outside district, but because he has the proper skin-color, and rented an apartment in the "proper" district - CVRA/ROV will allow his candidacy to the school board;
---or the 4, new city districts where One Person is permitted, ever other year, to vote for a candidate, whose house must be located in the "proper geography" at the "Proper time" , - who will represent 100% of that city; except, the change from 1789-at-large, One Person-One vote is new, so that means those citizen-city, residents of District 3 will not vote at all for any city council member for the approximately the next 3 years; and then, if the current, already in place city council member (for the Districts were drawn to respect the 100% vote of consent of the governed's current-city council-members) is elected Mayor, then that District will wait even longer to have any vote what-so-ever for city council because that seat will become "appointed" by the Mayor and council-members. BTW, the 'kingship'-mayor is still voted by 100% of the city -- such is equal protection for privileges and immunities - with the 9th Amendment;
—of course, all candidates with close races shall pay for their own ‘recounts’; for the minute you become a candidate, you are no longer a member of We the People or consent of the governed according to the Secretary of the socialist region of CA.  If that candidate, especially Republican because our Party of Principle will have candidates without much money, who cannot afford either the campaign or a ‘recount’ – thus encouraging the voter fraud the ID anti-trust yourself to know your own name and give it to a stranger sitting at a table who may be involved in the fraud; but you would have to be a good, honest person who can survive the 14 or 15 hours of “Out to vote” day – especially among the precincts which have more than 200 people in the 8 am to 8pm time slot - with their union-bosses telephoning them to come down and comply to union-dictate.

If a recount is needed, it should be granted... Vote - consent of the governed Is Not A Budget Item; and is open to any Citizen who wants to help his neighborhood’s as a precinct worker – there isn’t any limit; and money as stipend, cannot be promised - except for the physical location of the precinct

There is a lot more to consent of the governed than the ‘elimination tournament by $$$ sign’ that imitates the great and sacred-vain-idol-god, majority with arbitrary, human precept rules of conduct - i.e. time is a much better measure, than Person of unique-immortal-soul who serves for multiple years; pension benefits notwithstanding; for that is a whole other subject - Why should any official, any level of government make more money in not working - than in working and have the opportunity to pile-on more than pensions one after another — all on the taxpayer’s government earnings as property; for  they are forbidden to keep and invest themselves by taxpayer-administrative-state-SSA?

Respect for government of, by, for One People in Word of Honor/Oath/ Pledge – Alone! George Washington’s “Of all dispositions which least to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism who should Labor to subvert these great Pillars of human happiness — these firmest props of the duties of Men and citizens. The mere Politician, equally with the pious man ought to respect and to cherish them. ..” and Thomas Jefferson, the Person who has defended and worked to demonstrated and establish the goodness of Americans of God and Nation First: “It is of great importance to set a resolution, not to be shaken, never to tell an untruth. There is no vice so mean, so pitiful, so contemptible; and he who permits himself to tell a lie once, finds it much easier to do it a second and a third time, till at length it becomes habitual; he tells lies without attending to it, and truths without the world’s believing him. A 5th grader's beautiful Picture of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust and Obama Anti-law Socialism

This is a very beautiful picture drawn by a 5th or 6th grade girl attending public school in Riverside County, California.  The colors, perspective, and drawings speak of her skills and her tremendous range of interest in sports, arts and crafts, music, games among family and friends.

Her complete honesty and integrity, as in all youth’s inherent trust, she doesn’t even fully understand is beautifully clear and very, very present.

This picture also represents much, much more, that at first glance you might miss. Her family did. So did I until.......

Notice the Sun.  It is larger and in front of the ‘garland’; but we know the sun can’t fit in front or  break the garland, any more or less than the blue cloud.

Notice the ‘blue’ cloud... With the sun, it, along with the brown poles sticking in the grass, both sides of earth, helps divide the picture into two parts: ‘binomial/Boolean: Yes - No’; and the only grey is the garland hanging from the brown poles.

On the sun’s side, it is so hot that the flowers are smaller, of 3 shades of red, and the branches are skinnier. There are only two X’s. The garland is broken by the sun.

On the blue cloud’s side, 6 different colors of the flowers which are spilling off her canvas, and 5 or 6 X’s with thicker branches for the flowers. The garland is untouched.

This is a picture of Global Warming, or as the children of Common Core Curriculum - science, are taught - “Green Initiative Sustainable Energy in all aspects of life”.

This lie, unbeknownst to the indoctrination of this student in trust of her so-called education, is very apparent in the two sides sun versus cloud... with the grey garland what will happen to the people attached to the ground by the brown poles propping-up the people

For the Socialists of “opinion without interference regardless of frontier”, this is proved science. To their skewed mind, it is complete in fact that the sun is warming the air and too much Carbon with Oxygen is causing the ice to melt, oceans to warm at depths, and the land will be flooded by the rise in the ocean’s level and the temperature will be so warm that life, Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, will be ‘threatened’ in a variety of ways; and most important of all, Only Government-over-man, UN and Obama Socialist Regime, can fix it... if the posterity of all the Nations on God’s planet, especially the USA, are always reverent and obedient to that socialism in their life goal of saving the planet, the government defines.  And they are not to question or disobey these precepts; and their teachers shall be investigated to be sure they conform to the Standards of Common Core Curriculum without question and without ever asking or allowing Truth or Trust.

By force of fist and control of Opinion, all people shall be obedient to the precept and all people who live in any town, county, State, or Federal level of government shall be Bound by the ‘right’ named “opinion” to the enforcement by police-state of those precepts as “Smart Growth”, sustainable anything, as long as it isn’t our nation’s greatest resources the organic substance petroleum or its neighbor from God’s Atoms – nuclea; smart policing - annexation of private property; and building cities by government specifications by ‘government-‘private partnerships of collusion and coercion for government holds the purse-strings-of-laws absent Article I through VI and disguised as regulations, though since about 2010, ‘regulation’ is an extinct word.

While it is very true, everyone can express an opinion; but as ‘a right’; the ignorance of today’s governance with this “Obama Socialist Regime”, not by any Truth or Trust would “opinion without interference” be considered RIGHT, much less ‘a right’.  RIGHT means: “In morals and religion, just; equitable; accordant to the standard of truth and justice or the will of God. That alone is right in the sight of God, which is consonant to his will or law; this being the only perfect standard of truth and justice. In social and political affairs, that is right which is consonant to the laws and customs of a country, provided these laws and customs are not repugnant to the laws of God. A man's intentions may be right, though his actions may be wrong in consequence of a defect in judgment.”.

The Colonists, Founders among them, were very informed, most had KJV and most, especially in the western parts of the Colonies, That KJV or Geneva was the textbook of all learning, along with the adversity, risk, rewards of following “the primitive Christian religion and morality”.  At Thomas Jefferson’s Library of Congress, you can find hundreds of the weekly Journals which kept One-People-in-God together by their handshake Truth and Trust in each other; and by the ‘Constitutions” each-one-Colony wrote for themselves.

Because God created each-one-person, not man’s precept of collective or group of earthly characteristic- people, and because intrinsic to Truth and Trust is Knowledge and Wisdom which derives from The Gospel and from innate sense of righteousness demonstrated among the many Mansions of God, Reason/Reflecting, then Connecting/Relating lead to the importance of One Person,  corporate persons composed of individual person(s), and any minority having a separate and equal voice in action, deeds, and words of any governance from local organizations through the halls of governance...the reason “..to secure these rights..”, nature’s laws, Nature’s God laws, certain unalienable natural rights from God, “..governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from Consent of the Governed..”.

“Any Democracy, either Representative or Direct, does not even recognize the existence of any unqualified rights of The Individual, much less his possessing God-given, unalienable rights as conceived by the American philosophy. A Democracy in America, as a form of government, would therefore provide no protection for these rights. Under a Democracy, Man is considered to have only qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time. This spells Rule by Omnipotent Majority, with The Individual and The Minority as well as all minorities victimized at the pleasure of The Majority, without limit and without any legal basis for objection or practical remedy. The idea of such unlimited rule, as if by "divine right of The Majority," is as abhorrent in the eyes of the traditional American philosophy as is the idea of rule by "divine right of kings" “:  rules the Obama Socialist Regime and demonstrates that violence, deception, collusion, coercion, and infringement of the rights of Person, shall rule supreme to God, through violations of God’s Laws. Divine Law is Law; and all Americans; except those among the qualified privileges permitted by oligarchy-Obama-Socialist Regime.

When the Colonists, or any American of God and Nation First, right up to today, that handshake is just as good as it was on Day 1, 1620 in Truth and Trust as respect for self and for others.  When Founders offered an opinion, it was said in word and deed, to the best of that individual’s ability in knowledge and wisdom for life.  Life in terms of Man created by God, has no changes throughout history; but is transitive, flowing one human event into another, just as God has planned.  With each human event adding one more link-to-His-continuum of the importance of One Person’s Soul accountable for the sphere-of-life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of that person’s earthly life. ...

OPINION means “The judgment which the mind forms of any proposition, statement, theory or event, the truth or falsehood of which is supported by a degree of evidence that renders it probably, but does not produce absolute knowledge or certainty. It has been a received opinion that all matter is comprised in four elements. This opinion is proved by many discoveries to be false. From circumstances we form opinions respecting future events.


Violating The Ten Commandments are justified because a few men are supreme to God; and well able to cause the great-god-majority (absent Truth and therefore tyranny) to rule supreme over our 393 year old, Christian belief in our Creator-the basis of our Republic under God, each-one-person’s “religion and morality”.

Church is not the same as Religion and Morality.  Religion and Morality are each-one-person because it is One person who goes before God for judgement.  Not the family. Not the friends. Not the denomination of the church’s ecclesiastics.  One Person - alone is accountable and regardless of whether or not that person knows God or Jesus by name.  Righteousness is Not the exclusive purvey of church for that is a collective determined top down- Minister, Bishop, Priest, Prophet, Preacher, whatever name - still church ecclesiastics; but is the exclusive purvey of an individual person’s life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Seemingly, we may have appeared to go far astray from the very beautiful picture our 5th or 6th grader gave us to see; but not so, for she in the truth and beauty of her straightforward, up front self, has demonstrated beyond any doubt, that this “anti-law, UN/UDHR/WSIS/Obama Socialist-
Regime is truly evil in its every intent to force and control.

That We the People and Consent of the governed by the continued, repudiation of the Laws of Both Founding Documents, with each-one-Socialist deny any obligation or accountability to Oath of Office, Promise, or Truth in Trust; and that all Posterity must and shall be reverent and submissive to whatever commands are forced upon them.  Ignorance of the people as a collective-mass, Democracy absent Truth and Justice, for the state – is not required to be obedient to God’s Law, The Ten Commandments, The Beatitudes, and the lesson of hypocrisy of Matthew 7's splinters vs. planks judgment, among all the lessons of Jesus and the apostles.

It is important to remove Obama and before Nov. 6, though not probable, would be a very Just action of "We the People!

It is equally --- Equally --- EQUALLY important that Obama is just one small, Person of Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes. He is a grain of sand --- as are of each-one-soul- homo sapiens on God's Planet which He has Prepared and Given The Whole!

In the Declaration this is expressed:  "and assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them.."; and you know what else?

This is the Reason Americans do Not Bow. Man is not supreme to God, and in our imperfect nature, each Person is as liable for the opposites of good-evil, right-wrong, Truth-falsehoods/deceit.. No individual is greater, lesser, bigger, smaller for 'Soul' is God's Creation -- man has nothing to add or subtract.  

Elitism, kingship, dictatorships, democracies, cannot last -- man isn't capable of handling What Hamilton states in Federalist #51: "If a majority be united by a common interest, the rights of the minority will be insecure. There are but two methods of providing against  this evil: the one by creating a will in the community independent of the majority--- that is, of the society itself; the other, by comprehending in the society So Many Separate Descriptions of Citizens as Will Render An Unjust Combination of a majority of the whole Very Improbable, if not impracticable."

Obama, Clinton, Holder, Reid and all the minions of "..revealing of the Lawless One, the doomed One, the adversary who vaunts himself above and against every so-called god or object of worship.."(Thessalonians:2-3): -- Open Society Socialism borderless nations and jurisprudence, EU, IMF;...

Our ancestors, The Puritans crossed the Atlantic Ocean in November, dead of Winter, in a tiny, always wet, sailboat,  smaller than many of the sailboats purchased for pleasure at tens of thousands of $$$ today, to state that God’s word is their Love, Right and their Duty to themselves and what would become both their posterity; and the fulfillment of the posterity of the Person’s of Nature’s God - Indians.  The Puritans would not have survived were it not for the Indians and the Indian Chief was fully aware that the Puritans would arrive and he would help them He didn’t know anymore about them than they would, probably, sort of, look like Indians.

250 years later, Colonial Government in God’s name would have Constitutions, handshake and formal contracts between persons and persons as members of each Colony, “to agree to join together for mutual benefit and defense, And to regulate their behavior to avoid forms of “government,” they had escaped from in Europe, which were “destructive of social coherence and effectiveness, such as violence, deception, or collusion, or to infringe on the rights of others.”.

The Puritans and The Colonists accepted the “terms of the social contract... which is effected through, and based upon, a restricted form of the social contract called the “filial contract”, between parents and their children, in which the parents agree to be good parents and the children agree to be good children and to grow into good adults and members of polity or society. As persons grow, they extend the social contract to others they encounter.”.

The Colonists inculcated God’s Laws with “Those who listen to me, know the Truth” and expanded the social contract as “..Transitive, so that it Extends to and Includes not only those with whom one is in direct contact, but ALL THOSE with whom one is in direct contact with are bound by the social contract as well, and therefore by recursion to ALL Those persons who are members of the society, even if one has never met them.” — Or even if not directly connected to that part of God’s Planet which is occupied by the United States of America; for

When The Declaration was written, it was as a result of “destruction” of [person], and of the
“polity of the social contract of those [persons]”, which was initiated by their 24/7 faith, belief, and comprehension in lifestyle of  “Religion and Morality:  “   Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion.”.

The Declaration of Independence Is Law. For, God’s Law Is As Cemented In Law As Physical Law, and because it answered,  the age old:  “depriving others of those rights; ..sacrifice their self’s for the greater good of the “filial”, “social contract”,  which was destructive by violence, deception, collusion, and violation of the “human events” effecting, “..and assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which  The Laws of Nature and Nature’s God Entitle them; And

All the statements contained therein delineate the specific causes, how to recognized them and what actions, in the name of natural rights, it is their duty to take to right the wrong – even if they were and are members of the same ancestors and heritage.

The Constitution was painstaking in wording and in effect by directly applying God, Common, Philosophy as supreme Law of the Land in concert and synonymous with The Declaration.

The Essential and Indispensable Constitution Does Contain, just like The Bible, all information required to solve any National and International Issue. Both Documents are Logic in Truth.  It is the Founders who stated that The Declaration and The Constitution have origin in God’s Laws; and it is Noah Webster as Preface to “The American Dictionary of the English Language–1828” who states the American form of Republican government “requires an appropriate language of the definition of words” and “that the principles of Republican government have their origins in Scripture.”.

There was contention. It was directed at Posterity’s ability to maintain faith, belief, and Act on behalf of the knowledge, wisdom, and Truth that is God in His Son Jesus Christ.  Truth and Justice Must Coincide and be inculcated into every Act or Action derived from understanding of “We the People”: “The Whole..polity... is the Sum of Each One Part..Person “.

Any Person asking and seeking the knowledge, wisdom and Truth about our Nation has only to research, relate, reflect, and record, to Know the Truth of Listening to Christ. The knowledge, integrity, wisdom, and Truth remain very intact and well known to Most Americans this day. It must be remembered that adversity is a great instructor, and it rains and snows on evil as well as good. That is the why of “know your enemy”.

The Founders did make some assumptions:
---- Children, posterity, would be taught the religion defined above and the patriotism of a nation grounded in the best choice of righteousness to follow The Way, The Truth, and The Light. Removed by Horace Mann in 1850 stating that Noah Webster, The Father of American Education and Master of Languages, Knowledge, Wisdom and Truth, was no longer required.
Though Religious Education in public school  is not removed from many States
----That the Elected Representatives as Leaders would also take Oath or Affirm their duty, service, and Requirement to protect the safety of the “Soul” of person in law as Sovereignty - unique - to Person, City as Corporate Persons, State, and Nation.  This was first removed in 1948 McClelland, and currently, several State, District, Appellate, and Supreme Court Rulings which are “inconsistent and not derived from” either Founding Document, though the Declaration was removed from Court back in 1947- 48.

“We the People” as “consent of the governed” and “One Person Protected in our Republic started the current denial of God and Morality which we are hearing this week of June, and have been experiencing at a phenomenal rate of speed since just before the June Primaries; but really since 01/20/2012.
---- Justice and equity in law would remain within the Word of God – Scripture and Representatives as Justices, Judges, Attorneys, Legislators, and Appointed People who enact the legislation as regulators would perform their Service and Duty of, by, for and with the consent of The Constitution’s We the People combined with respect of The Declaration’s “Consent of the Governed” in the name of “Person” with unalienable, natural rights (John Locke), from God.
----Natural Rights of person are inalienable, preceding the social contract and the constitution, and persons may not be deprived of them even with their consent, since they do not have the power to surrender those rights, and therefore do not have the power to delegate the deprivation of those rights to others. Because God created Person comprised of Body and Soul, in His Image and Jesus taught that if you obey God’s Laws, Love your neighbor as yourself and your enemy; then each person who seeks, finds; ask as, has opened unto him; and is able “leave your nets, and come follow-Me...   It is the soul of our life, liberty and pursuit choices that government must protect if it is to perform Justice and Equity.

----Removing or “modifying” the symbol of Christ’s Crucifixion and resurrection expressed as  “religion and morality” and the First Amendment’s exercise of religion;
----Allowing an appointed Department of Government to define religion for the purpose of obtaining revenue as taxes at that Department’s pleasure of definition of “free exercise there of..”
----removing the word illegal in State and Federal Law, from those people who choose to enter our Nation violating our Laws.. And refusing to uphold and protect the rights of lawful citizens;
—changing the District/Precinct lines to create “mini-nations” within a State to accommodate naturalized citizens based on skin color / race – other than white, or country-of-origin - other than the United States that naturalized citizen has Pledged his Allegiance. This is commonly known as The California Voting Rights Act and effects 432 cities and their school districts; And
—allowing ‘mini-nation-districts’ their languages other than English, the official language of both Nation and State,  in this Republic form of government to create another form of special, society group named non-English Speaking, Naturalized Citizen ..

Americans, just as each-one-of-US are realizing and more of the “accountability Leaders” to Religion and Morality are joining,   We the People must enter this battle between “I am well aware that the Law is admirable—provided that one makes a lawful use of it; he must keep in mind that no law is ever made for honest people but for the lawless and the insubordinate, for the impious and the sinful, for the irreverent and the profane, for parricides and matricides, murderers, immoral persons, sodomites, kidnappers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine as laid down by that glorious gospel of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted.”(I Timotheus: 8-11) versus mammon’s denial of any justice in God’s law or the morality inherent in righteousness, demonstrated and enforced by a Majority-comprised and represented by Force, power, control and submission with subservience to Open Society socialism-borderless nations and jurisprudence with “Zeitgeist for our Posterity, a.k.a OWS and public education by indoctrination from State and Federal government.

Santorum gives lip service to "The Rule of Law", but doesn't really understand how Republican form of government under God and with Constitutional Law with its "Oath of Office" - 7 Articles and First 8 Amendments(the original Amendments) -- are Protection of  "Person" against government usurping exactly what this "Enemy within" is removing.

Obama's Socialism with Progressive's love of 'Collective Mass" are both Totally "inconsistent and not derived" from our Nation's supreme Law of the Land --- which every-one-elected-substructure employee- takes the "Oath of Office" to uphold;...and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Republic, under God with Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL.  

The "Religion (obedience to God's Laws) and Morality (those who do not have a supreme Lawgiver)" is denied -- is an absolute to "A Democracy in a Republic" because Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes is One Person - accountable to God - and to the Laws which ONLY God and His Son Jesus taught...with the Apostles.  Righteousness, Knowledge, Wisdom beget Truth which is the essence of The Way and The Light of our Lord.......and of Every-One-Person-comprising the Founder's with the Colonists...who did give their lives, their fortunes and their sacred Honor.

9th Circuit ABSENT God's Law (NOT Church -- GOD).

Civil Rights of ‘sexual deviation’, because that is what the reversal supports here in California's sex in kindergarten to 14th grade, will allow ---- is violated in God's Law because the sin violates the "Body" as the TEMPLE of the "Soul".  There is NO MAN's Proclamation which over-rules God's Law. There is no 'court ruling' which prevails over "Rule of Law" implicit in God's Laws.


Sex as Any "Person's" Free Agency, and the Declaration's unalienable rights from the Creator to Life, Liberty and pursuit of happiness ---- are unalienable. Any Person has a right to be wrong --- make choices of "..for ungodly and sinners, ...for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, ....and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;..".  


The reason "civil rights" is not the question to be answered. 


The answer to any sexual deviation determine by legislators or court ruling lies in I Timothy: 1:8-11: "But we know that the law is good; if a man use it lawfully; knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man but for the lawless and disobedient...; and in Proverbs regarding "Get Knowledge and Wisdom" Learn Truth.

In Amendment XIV: ".. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States;".   

Sex as a special behavior becomes a 'privilege':  Any peculiar benefit or advantage, right or immunity, not common to others of the human race. which is NOT THE INTENTION of the "due process of law" nor "equal protection of the laws" because LAW means Obedience to God's Laws as the Constitution is written intertwined with the Declaration of Independence and its "..assume among the powers of the earth, the SEPARATE and EQUAL STATION  to which the LAWS OF NATURE AND OF NATURE'S GOD (God's Laws or Scripture) entitle them,..";

Americans:  This election is 100% about "Religion and Morality" as the basis of government intertwined with The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States of America  VERSUS "body" man's law absent any Christian measure: ---  borderless nations, jurisprudence; "opinion without interference" of "The End(darkness and despair of The Bible) justify's the means; "Zeitgeist"; "..a great and spacious building;....and it was fill with people, both old and young, both male and female; and their manner of dress was exceedingly fine; and they were in the attitude of mocking and pointing their fingers towards those who had come at and were partaking of the fruit [of Tree of Life]. And after they had tasted of the fruit they were ashamed, because of those that were scoffing at them; and THEY FELL AWAY into forbidden paths and were lost. ..(I Nephi 8: 26-28; "The Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ"; Joseph Smith, Jr.; 1830)";


THEREFORE, “We the People’s Election of 2012" in NOT about ‘person’ of wealth purchasing their influence and denigrating their responsibility and participation in the duty and service to the polity of the people represented by the Political Party...; NOT about “he is a nice man.” or He is a Good Looking man” or “His foreign Policy stinks..and is dangerous”; or any other cognitive attribute of man’s imperfections.  Or worse an avowed liar, wrongdoer, manstealer, ungodly, sinner, WWII desecration of dead from Concentration Camps - Soros and Obama’s with his czars use of ‘person’  as minions to serve - for personal gain in full knowledge of Saul Alinsky’s “  "Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history... the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom - Lucifer.


Do Not Look to media; Do Not Look to polls, surveys.  Stick with  “Religion and Morality” in Noah’s definition and both Declaration and Constitution.  Understand that there is more to learn – and take the time to listen and learn....  WE KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES...We are living the Consequences and We Must Return to “Religion and Morality” of All Ecclesiastics (Churches remember you are not suppose to bicker!)  


American’s who love all our Nation is and ever shall be, because of the magnificent Founder’s interconnections that occur in the above paragraphs between: man as obedient and answerable to God first, our Law, WITH our “PERSON of ONE PROTECTED”; to The Declaration of God on this Planet as well as George III.




   

The Declaration and Constitution Speak: To the many Myths...

which prevent some "We the People" from playing the role of  "..---That to SECURE THESE RIGHTS, governments ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN, DERIVING their Just* Powers* FROM the CONSENT of the GOVERNED.  The Declaration speaks: that because of  'prevent' "We the People" have decided that it is better to leave decisions in the hands of attorneys, judges, social-group-thinkers, elected agents with 'political expediency' as much more important than: "Religion and virtue are the only foundations, not of republicanism and of all free government, but of social felicity under all government and in all the combinations of human society. (John Adams letter to Benjamin Rush, August 28, 1811).*".

Both say:  If  "We", allow a few men 100% interpretation and say regarding the word of God 'Both' intrinsically with  Precepts and Axioms, understand; then 'Today's' Political disarray, global confusion over government form, law, contract, principle; with  all the whiles' and deceit of Satan, rule the day. This is especially true, because routinely The Declaration is absent from the Partnership of Both, and has been for many a year.  This interestingly because in our nation's years from Mayflower to probably into the early 60's, no explanation of "Religion and Morality" was required.  Like The Bible, the Precepts and Axioms, were integrated into the learning and lifestyles of all citizens  from age of right/wrong/about 8 yrs. throughout lifetimes and often voting a few days before death!

While not myths,  "BOTH of US" are going to speak to "Religion and Morality" first....Because God is...and through Jesus Christ who said "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Light.. whosoever ..".  In 1947 Everson v The Board of Education, made an ominous change in legislative, person, governing, judgement: the wall "must be high and impregnable. We could not approve the slightest breach."  This in itself, is an interesting example of misleading deductive logic; also including, how a judgement can expand beyond the original question which really didn't get attention: "due process" of taxpayer money used to provide service for a select group called 'busing to private school money'. The important Outcome by men, a minister at that, was since the wall against religion 'must be high and impregnable', God is left out of education or any part of governing; ......but Satan is Not!  Timothy I says "..but for the lawless and disobedient...". We have courts...for Satan to be active in v.  the righteous - the opposition to the issue; else why the courts?  Further, Satan gets to rule-the-day, in both Legislative, education, and decisions regarding crosses on Mountain-tops, Ten Commandments, and all types of religious expression.....including the anti-law, regulation of sexual behavior present in human kind since well before Christ.  This day 'BOTH of US' will speak regarding the abridging rights privileges and equal protection of the 14th;  could be applied to every, single 'Administrative regulated', employee union in the United States of America.  Each Administrative union employee, receives taxpayer wages, benefits, and protections; far beyond those of any citizen - even with state constitutional laws in place to prevent such contracts or agreements.

'BOTH of US' speak to religion of special privileges of mosque location on an American Memorial to 3K + their families, friends, coworkers life, liberty, and happiness, interrupted because the special religion need to have a 'house on the grounds [any piece of land within the zone is part of the memorial and 3, NY City-sized, blocks are the grounds]'; or that known individuals, guilty of the crime, are given refuge because of their 'religion of hate' in the courts of 'BOTH of US'. Again ignorance, with "information withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through negligence", abounded here. For, only a few Americans, familiar and working with Islam, but ignored by attorney, legislature, business, and judge; were aware of  'removing life, better - removing the head - of the guilty is the punishment of the criminal's religion! Life in prison is 'A Gift of Martyr' for that same religion; and in the course of this mal-justice, caused in United States District Court, a penalty of punishment which does not fit the crime - this man was brought to BOTH of US to decide; and mankind, without the Way, and the Light 'Both of US' proclaim, made the 'politically expedient' decision in the interest of a few, special-interest men.  This is another way of saying 'justice - judging law by man -- not justice by law. We have many more examples of this at all levels of government from individual HOA's, groups to city to all the way through Federal and including the Regulators attached to 1300 Federal Departments and Agencies with smaller numbers at each of the 50 States and Territories level.

[edited and added 2/25/11]BOTH of US with a few 'WE' have learned this is the thinking:  "Constitutition is supreme Law.  Declaration is Principle.  Declaration is not law. Therefore Constitution is for Attorneys and Judges. But:
The Principles in the Declaration are from the Supreme Lawgiver and establish that "Government are instituted among Men, Deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed - "We the People in order..". Therefore,  "Things equal to the Same Thing, are equal to Each Other."  The Declaration of Independence (Principles) assume among the powers of the earth,  Nature and Nature's God, unalienable rights with the sources of The Bible, Common Law, Blackstone, et.al. = The Preamble, Articles and Amendments contained in the Constitution = Law as stated in the Constitution which is the base of the pyramid named "secure these rights".  

Everson v. The Board of Education, no Justice sitting that fateful day, had any intention of such outcomes; but because of the nature of mankind, the 'Whole of the Judgement outcome' was not regarded...a little because the Justices, themselves were well versed in "Religion and Morality" of what is not seen and does not required explanation - virtue; didn't conceive of 'outcome in terms' of a form of 'yes-no mentality' which disallows, and cannot allow-lawfully, - for all the continuum of good and evil,  that is the unique nature of each sovereign individual.   BOTH speak:  Actions gets worse; before getting better; because the same "high impregnable" wall must not allow Pledge of Allegiance-respect for Flag with its Memorial from Mayflower through Afghanistan - now and forever-; or any expression of God, - including the simplicity of Printing some of the most beautiful stamps ever printed - in homage to Jesus at His Birth, - in schools, public locations.  The high impregnable wall had another, "unintended consequence" of the social felicity nature of  'group-think', Boston public grammar schools allow their students to 'visit' a mosque; but not pray, nor even consider "The Ameican's Creed" of the United States of America.

BOTH of US, mostly through "We the People" spoke very loudly - even marched on the mall; but the sound fell on the ignorant, forgot, deaf, blind, stiffnecked, denying "We Elected [all levels of government]as Agents, Judges, and Businessmen" who found and decided, for silence [agreement], 'political expediency' in supporting one man's denied belief, but active opinion, ostensibly the leader of the nation.  'BOTH of US with We' are talking of Mankind here....no humankind is exempt because no humankind is perfect, even assuming that the 'person' has decided to pursue a life with the Lord.  The Catholic religion accepts mankind as the continuum of good and evil it is in fact. It accepts mankind into its presence, on the grounds of redemption of sin which The Lord has taught persons to do.  By and large, this service to the Lord is fulfilled; but just being human has the limits of the integrity of virtue expressed in the rites the Church teaches to its leaders and members. Each religious denomination is traveling the continuum right along with person-hood; and has its stories to tell, including the ever-present temptation to 'help' God interpret individual's sin or judgement level in man's terms; to make the lessons easier by changing the language and loosing much to much in translation which was impaired from the beginning because man wrote all the editions.  Word of Mouth with family, friend, and business relationships, alone have made the continuum more easily traveled...It is not, nor will ever be easy...or better at expressing than the Church of God  v. the church of satan [satan, like man does not required a capital letter] ..both here on earth.

 The Lord is the Way, the Truth, the Light.....not person, except as each one pursues all that The Lord God represents! It does not matter, one wit, where on the continuum of life's journey, each individual, regardless of age, location on the Globe, or time or place or relationship or whatever the life, liberty, happiness is taking....all Shall Come to God through the Lord Jesus.  Again, this alone --- is enough to give pause... isn't it!? Americans do and have always given pause and "I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education (learn and teach). This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power. (Thomas Jefferson letter to William Charles Jarvis, September 28, 1820)".

For 'Our Nation', this means: "Declaration of Constitutional Principles with General governing principles and principles directed to this Constitution"*; and by "..assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle [one people] them,.." connects The Declaration.

'Both of US', ask you -- "We the People in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility....and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves AND OUR POSTERITY...FOR The United States of America ---:  How many myths, from the 'sections' above, do Each One of You recognize?  It is much better that you identify, better you and whoever you are connected to as family, friend, coworker, network member..whoever and wherever.  Because Networking, of each person, continues, remains, and shall always be, the single most important, person to person activity to preserve "religion and morality", the world. Use Read, Relate, Reflect, and Record.  Read Both Again. Think about Jesus' Lessons. Think about not the crowds or the disciples; but about the 'Recipients' of God, Jesus. In Philosophy of idea and thought, think about both the words as outcomes forevermore; and the time, place, and background of  Locke, Blackstone, Socrates, Bastiat, all the lives and stories of 58 men at one time in history and in one place, and most important of all --- Why 'BOTH of US' are Not about Only Our Nation....but Mankind as 'One Person at a Time'. This concept, alone, should give pause!  At a more 'application' level, think about where and why the word 'Sovereignty' came into use to describe 'We the People' in our home, our lives - fortunes - sacred honor; our relation to Citizenship of State and Of Federal actions of decision-making for with religion and morality.   There is a lesson here in the machine-tool, named computer, containing hardware, software, air, and dependent on only one source of energy - electricity; which each member of Mankind needs to respect and learn: It is a machine-tool - just as susceptible to mankind's whiles, with or without concrete or theoretical work is as any machine!

BOTH of US speak are very aware of our origins in man, in history, in land, in sea, in air, in word, in deed or the opposites, and humbly request "a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires___________ which is the blank of whatever issue or question lies before "BOTH of US with WE". Did you know, BOTH of US were carried around as books and notes by all "elected WE"?  Did you know that BOTH of US, were coffee, restaurant, cafe, local stove-on-porch-village, city business?  That BOTH of US enjoy celebration of not only US; but also, of the now Millions of "WE", the world over, many times, many years, risking both reward and loss "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, "WE" mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."? 

BOTH of US, deeply thank 'WE' for listening, reading, relating, reflecting, recording for the "..AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS, ONE NATION, UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE...". Because our Nation is undergoing, this day, February 24, 2011, and henceforth, until "..--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter,....when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it Is Their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. ..".

That is the GOAL, PURPOSE, REASON, RISK, LOVE from God as well as 'WE' that is our heritage. 'WE' have had a 233 year, given our human nature, somewhat free-ride served because of the magnificence of the understanding, insight, and Learning of our Founders; with their belief in God as a daily, viable source of sustenance of decision resource. 

At 233 years of age, given the global nature "Information needed to make proper determination is withheld, distorted, ignored; given new-few men definition - newspeak; fully planned and intended to mislead through anti-law; resulting in neither domestic, nor international tranquility; 'WE THE PEOPLE' must take the helm of our Nation.. for ourselves, our posterity, our nation; and more important, for the future of mankind on this globe and relocation at some future time at another planet somewhere in this Universe --- which is God's. He will be there waiting for 'BOTH of US with WE' as well as the other nations on this Globe.

'BOTH OF US' was going to be on FB, but that is impossible because of computer-itis of single-think only persons exist for social things; then tried a free web-site set up Jon Roland shared with me, but have run into login problems with that; so have come-back to blog.  The Blog is Called "The Declaration - Constitution Speak to Today's Issues". It exists, but hasn't had a writing yet.  So BOTHofUs is using Pyrrhic change to get started.... The above doesn't "Speak" about how Both will speak...except as a sort-of start here...

It is the right and duty to alter usurpation and despotism...we know the law is good...and we know we are righteous...at least as much as we can be with human kind..:  Speak to today's issues will be as interactive as possible..will give information about how to change usurpation of nation's assets including forbidding of oil drilling on each coast of the USA as gasoline, AGAIN, goes to $5.00/gal.; forcing a "Patient Protection and Affordable Act" - no content of  each word and deed is true; control of cash flow by government without permission of any part of "WE"; of fooling "WE" into believing only Attorneys, Courts, can correctly determine the correctness of statutes inherently wrong; and of convincing any "Elected WE - all levels of government" that money from taxes at a federal level is somehow different from money delivered for 'projects - pet or not'; and that Elected WE must conform to the least, common denominator of decision-making a-la group-think of Socialism  v.  the above!  That Government at every level Must reduce its scope of practice and follow 'BOTH of US' by removing their presence from education (by state and fed standards - not learning from above), and including the words of 'enumerated powers' with the 10th Amendment.  Because "WE" can only continue....with governing within limits prescribed by the founders.  The site is going to address this and a lot more...because such is the 'Threat' now more 'attack' against 'BOTH of US with WE'.

It is not, by any stretch of madness from the existing administration, an attack on 'BOTH of US'. It is that "WE" shall not tolerate  continued "Information needed to make a proper determination may have been withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through negligence."    "WE" shall not tolerate silencing through threat or intimidation of job loss, any individual who opposes this Administration's attacks on our form of BOTH of US.  "WE" shall not tolerate indoctrination in the guise of education 'at' our Posterity, in the name of 'social justice or any other contemptible expression of 'group-think' perpetrated on our young.
