Ludwig Von Mises and NO on Propositions 31 and N:

http://www.forbes.com/sites/artcarden/2012/09/29/the-greatest-thinker-youve-never-read-ludwig-von-mises/   from FB news feed:  go read it...it is really tremendous:-)

“Ludwig Von Mises’s greatest contribution: his demonstration that socialism cannot function as a rational economic system and that private ownership of the means of production is necessary if value is going to be maximized and waste is going to be minimized in the production process.  And

Mises started–and in my humble opinion, ended–the debate over whether an economic system based on common or social ownership of the means of production could function with his essay “Economic Calculation in the Socialist Commonwealth.” He demonstrated that it was impossible to know whether a particular production process was wise (resource-optimizing) or unwise (resource-wasting) in the absence of prices for the means of production. “(by Art Carden).

Richard Ryder, Ch. San Diego Tax fighters and Rostra, gave a wonderful talk regarding the current, anti-person any walk of business or private employment, taxation is the only source of revenue, especially in our ‘state’ of government-over-man-Collective Secular*.

When he spoke of Proposition 31, he spoke with the CAGOP in agreement to the Secular-Socialist re-write of our “State Budget. State and Local Government. Initiative. Constitutional Law.”, he felt the cities getting together to form “community strategic action plans”, though he didn’t use that designation in speaking, was a good idea.  It was a relief to know it wasn’t the Progressive-feathers of “party-established faction” and the reason behind the support.

This was one area of few Proposition disagreements between the Teapartier’s, many individuals and the CAGOP.

It appears 1) that water districts are joining together – obeying State Laws, but otherwise independent of State anything; 2) Some, Frank Kacer, who like this Proposition, don’t realize — the implications to our Republican form of government vs. “Secular-Socialist-collectivism- absent respect for person, persons which comprise City, and any accountability in governance to itself in the firm belief that top-down government-over-man; the second paragraph above;  is not regarded or reflected in deciding to support Propositions 31/N in Escondido.

REFLECT & RELATE, especially the Second paragraph, to Proposition 31.

-- The 'state'-collective-secular will require the formation of a “Department of Cooperatives” between cities with employee's and overhead that Department's cost must be taken by each city to run and manage the legalities of the coop!  Closed-shop public employee union, pension's costs-never accounted for even though it is an essential - growing upon itself cost; and all ramifications Individual Persons comprising a corporate persons under the 9th and 10th Amendments.  In our dwindling private business, revenue for State Coffers, top-down government-over-man of Force and Control. See Sac. Bee for closing of an old hamburger stand, apparently because of absent handicap access; downward into the TarPitt of Bureaucracy making and enforcing law...not regulation — there is an important difference!

Proposition 31 and the First paragraph, cities  evolve from the world of private business and enterprise..... NOT FROM THE "Never, Never let a Fact get in the way of a Preconceived Conclusion: -- "General Plans" of Areas by re-zoning allowed building – in the future with the direction and assisted by the ever-present EPA utilizing “The American Plan” threat of EIR every step of the way.

These "triplets" relate and reflect in Proposition 31 with AB32 of El Cajon, San Marcos, Encinitas, and Escondido's Proposition N: "General Plans"; also,  New Zealand, GB, Switzerland;  and all the 'borderless nations and jurisprudence of UN's “Agenda 21 - Section I SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS:7    Promoting sustainable human settlement development'; 5.Demographic dynamics and sustainability; 4. Changing consumption patterns; 8. Integrating environment and development in decision-making.  SECTION II. CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES FOR DEVELOPMENT: 16.  Environmentally sound management of biotechnology; 9. Protection of the atmosphere; 10. Integrated approach to the planning and management of land resources. “(Agenda 21;  http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/res_agenda21_00.shtml)

In other words, the "State", especially the 'state' of this anti-1776 Declaration and 1789 Constitution, HAS NO BUSINESS INSTILLING ITS PRESENCE INTO THE BUSINESS OF EACH CITY/ CORPORATE PERSON or declaring that "coop" relationship as part of the re-write of The California Constitution as a Two Year budget by the 'state' of government-over-man-secular disguised as if it were responsible and demonstrated intrinsic "Religion and Morality" of Oath of Office!

VOTE NO on PROPOSITION 31 -- It continues Bad governance to disastrous governance.

*Secular means “.. principle of separation of government institutions, and the persons mandated to represent the State, from religious institutions and religious dignitaries. In one sense, secularism may assert the right to be free from religious rule and teachings, and the right to freedom from governmental imposition of religion upon the people within a state that is neutral on matters of belief..

Therefore, Secular also means the Laws of the Declaration: “and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God..entitled to; unalienable rights....among the whole of the Contents; and 1789 The Rule of Law, Articles II and VI - Oath of Office (affirmation) are Not True nor Binding to any Person espousing their ‘free agency’ to deny God’s Laws.

That is exactly what we are witnessing at the UN General Assembly, The same San Francisco Attorney Group who wrote Props 30, 31, 38, and 39; assisted on many of the other Propositions --- Notably Not  32 or 40!
