Debate: Our Military under its Commander-in-Chief: Rebuttal

From the 10/11/12, 26 days to go Debate: Our Military under its Commander-in-Chief: Rebuttal to Biden on Afghanistan ..

Please notice, None of the following is allowed, in any Debate, from this Anti-Law Obama Regime - thus continuing agree with Socialist-Secular or just shut-up, submit and conform - you Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates!:

In addition to changes in "The Rules of Engagement" which leave our "Persons of military service" exposed to the  the greatest number of deaths and casualties over the last 34 months, under our current "commander-in-Chief" than the entire 96.5 months under our nation’s previous “All men are created equal” no matter where they live on God’s Planet; and

the “opinion without interference” of the “Islamic-Socialist-Secular-collective, mass defined as ‘military personnel’ “;  this ‘commander-in-chief’s’ complete desecration and abdication of
a person exercising each-one's religion practiced since “The General” of “ The Revolutionary War:": “..a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties [affirmation in Article II and VI].."  Including our Declaration Law: “..and assume among the powers of the earth the Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God Entitle them!

This ‘commander-in-chief’, with his VP Biden wooden-puppet, does manage to fall into his own ACT of disobedience as a ‘High Crime’ because it is omission, neglect, and positive transgression against God as well as One Person before his God and “The Supreme Law of our Land” the Republican form of government under God and the Laws of Both Founding Documents: Lives, fortunes and sacred Honor of Declaration and Articles II and VI with Pledge of Allegiance to our Nation of Liberty and Justice for all.

Here are the other criminal acts against the "Soul" of a person which NO Homo Sapiens, much less a President has any command which have occurred against each-serviceman:

— In cutting the military personnel down in size, the Most experienced, longest serving who remain active and are not only the instructor’s of those they command, but are mentors of the Mission of our Nation... not to be “nation-builders”, but to be enablers of the citizens in that nation to have a Nation in which some ‘consent of the governed’ occurs with equality of Nature and of Nature’s God, because our Republic of One Person protected is the ONLY nation on God’s Planet: “Victory in Iraq, How America Won”; Duncan Hunter, Ch. Most, if not all, of these Veterans absolutely know who God and Jesus are; and the importance to the individual who must kill another; combined with the intensity of personal relationships in which the NON-gender related, very best and the very evil, personal relationships occur with every possible combination of characteristics and behaviors of every single individual.

Socialist-Secular-collectivism, especially of the Islamic Brotherhood nature, is an antithesis.

---Veteran's Administration [Islamic Brotherhood] declaring that Prayer Shall not be Allowed ---- the removal of Crosses from display in bases of soldiers' home away from home --- limiting a Chaplin in any way from performing his Duties to "the Invisible Hand" [the infamous Anti-Republic-ACLU assists in this endeavor, working to remove the crosses from the memories of the living who have lost the soul of their loved-person, as he/she gave-up their life, liberty, and pursuits, in Oath and in Act before God and Country];

--- Same Sex behaviors are to be tolerated in public.  “Don’t ask, don’t Tell” is not socialist-secular an acceptable ‘group-think of cooperation and submission. It shall be banned.

IT IS right that Perpetrating sex choices of individuals mush be allowed for all service-personnel. Sex must have the body which must have the anatomy and physiology with neurology -- A living object – to obtain the choices of each individual's Soul in relation to another in performing the continuum of "Religion and Morality"/Good/right -- Lucifer/Bad/wrong. How each individual chooses is each-one's "..plan of the holy author of our religion, who being lord of body and mind, yet choose [sic] not to propagate it by coercions on either, as was his Almighty power to do, but to exalt it by its influence on reason alone..”— Thomas Jefferson

Remember Biden’s solemn statement of “I do not think that abortion should be perpetrated onto everyone.” in his Religion statement answer - Catholic? Biden didn’t take into consideration the oxymoron of same-sex marriage applied...did he!?  That says something about him, doesn’t it?

The Moderator did not, and the Socialist-Secular with the false religion of  “separation of church and state” by many Americans elected,  union-administrator’s-bureaucrats, ‘Workers of the world Unite, czars of the Obama Regime, and just plain, City/County/State/Federal “indoctrinated education” of sex and Islam fine – God and Nation----Never for the Posterity of our Nation; does not allow! [sorry, but..]

Of course, Not covered by this debate, or allowed by the Socialist-Secular regime of Obama and Islam, the question of:   Religion and Morality – is not synonymous with the “separation of” membership in a “church”... or not. Church is the Assembly of Individuals choosing the ecclesiastics/governance of their beliefs; or of “State” is the governance, in our Nation of “Religion and Morality” for each Person’s Soul – in Law and in Bills: “We lay it down as a fundamental, that laws, to be just, must give a reciprocation of right; that, without this, they are mere arbitrary rules of conduct, founded in force, and not in conscience.”— Thomas Jefferson.  In this and following debates: “majority as the standard of right and wrong”(J. ---Removing The Declaration of Independence Law of Consent of the Governed -- and 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments with both Article II and VI of the 1789 supreme Law of the Land:  The Military Vote Shall Not Be Counted if not arrived by 8pm local time!

Can Any American, anywhere, especially including that American who happens to be wearing a bullet-vest in 110 degrees, which tends to cripple rather than kill, for a much more challenging  adversity of life..... which brings on the next

insult to injury — returning home to inadequate follow-up and care – mental and physical, to a compromised life with liberty and pursuit changed – forever --- because of the changes in “Rules of Engagement”....in addition to the nature and Nature’s God of War anytime, any nation, any location on this planet in God’s universe.

The Certified Vote by Each State Is Not Complete for at least 3 weeks after the election.  There is no EXCUSE OR REASON for the corporate persons of "mutually pledging to each other their lives, their fortunes and their sacred Honor..for themselves in God and for our Nation in The Truth of its Sacred Honor, TO BE REFUSED THEIR VOTE!

Just like home, some don’t, some vote one Party over another, and some can’t wait to get their Ballot — only to be refused due to the inanimate object time and “WINNING *“: it takes to long for our counts – the demands of politicians and media is so much more important....than “We the People”, One-At-A-Time!  That is The Meaning of Sovereignty: each Federated Organization level is an Individual within a Whole: People as residents of City - village - junction - town the base of the EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE - the picture of one of the "Laws of Nature"

But State Department and other Government Agencies closed shop unions, shall have 100% of their vote counted  - regardless of location ---including Beirut counted! They only risk their lives when the Socialist-Secular declare their anti-Republic- anti-law!  They’re complete disregard of the individual, Both Founding Documents “Person” in Law: “Only individual persons or corporate “persons” which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. ..”; except for the Socialist-Collective-Open Society-UN borderless nations and jurisprudence-Secular law which repudiates that: “..Inanimate objects and living objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law.”; because these objects are 100% dependent on the ‘Body and Soul’ of person(s) performing an ACT upon or with...for any measure of right or wrong, good or bad.

If the magazine cannot be loaded into the gun, or the finger placed on the trigger of the gun, for the purpose of Olympic competition.. To mass murder, from person to governments, then that inanimate object cannot be parties to an action at law.  Or the above, living object, the anatomy and physiology with neurology, of the necessary sex organs for any Act between at least two, individual “soul of Person” making each-one’s choice; and don’t forget the extinguish of the anatomy and physiology with neurology of that “Injured Warrior”!

This President and  ‘commander-in-chief’ does Not have the Right to Declare Each-Person’s soul stated as their “Oath” before God and Nation of their Person of Honor,  taken in joining the Service or Our Republic, Null and Void from inception!  The designer’s of these, so-called ‘Debates’ do have their Journalistic Ethics, if not their personal, to allow all areas; and every American should learn and use the “classical debate and logic” still present in our High School Debating teams, as the format or let the argument be about the Principles applied from Both Founding Documents....then we could see how magnificent our Founder’s were: “The fundamentally religious basis of this philosophy is the foundation of its moral code, which contemplates The Individual's moral duty as being created by God's Law: the Natural Law.
