We are losing our Sovereignty..

We are losing Truth and Trust.. We will continue to lose our Natural Rights, Freedom, which our Colonialist’s enjoyed from before 1620's Mayflower Compact through the formation, creation, and implementation by 13 Colonies’ with 56, Individual Leader’s who understood God, The Living Jesus, with the Deist’s Jesus, as The Underwriting Purveyor of All “Souls” everywhere on God’s Planet.   Providence is not a question.

 “The Invisible Hand” is highly visible; just as He is in this hour of this day as our Nation, and indeed ALL Nations, experience the worse catastrophe’s ever to befall All Life on our earth; because personality; opinion without interference of few men with Title; and “popular characteristic are more important, including:  “..For as their laws and their governments were [redefined and realigned] by the voice of the people, and they who chose evil were more numerous than they who chose good, therefore they were ripening for destruction, for the laws had become corrupted.  Yea, and this was not all; they were a stiffnecked people, insomuch that they could not be governed by the law nor justice, save it were to their destruction.”(Book of Mormon; Helaman 5:2-3).

“The Law”, then, as in Earliest Colonial to well into the 1860's, was God’s Law; as man’s, Temporal/Body law was absent or very difficult to obtain, except as the person’s enforced, and all too often did not enforce: “Without liberty, law loses its nature and its name, and becomes oppression. Without law, liberty also loses its nature and its name, and becomes licentiousness [1].”[2]    This Is The Decision for November 6, 2012: “..the interest of the majority is the political standard of right and wrong....In fact it is only reestablishing under another name and a more specious form, force as the measure of right..”[3]; Versus

Religion and Morality (affirmation); the Laws of Both Founding Documents; “Our obligations to our country never cease but with our lives.”(J. Adams); “Love your neighbor as yourself and your country more than yourself.”. (T. Jefferson); and President Washington: “It should be the highest ambition of every American to extend his views beyond himself, and to bear in mind that his conduct will not only affect himself, his country, and his immediate posterity; but that its influence may be co-extensive with the world, and stamp political happiness or misery on ages yet unborn.” .

Please Do Note President Washington is speaking To You - One Person, absent an bodily-earthly-personality characteristics, assumed as axiomatic: Under God as Religion and Morality and under The Laws of Both Founding Documents.

THE POINT IS: No election or an inanimate object – Number – determines whether our Nation continues into God’s Universe as a Federated Organization of the Republican form of representative government, with “Representative” synonymous with “We the People”, “Consent of the Governed”; and Oath of Office with Full Intent and Meaning of One Person to God’s Laws in Scripture,  or “..true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion.”; and To The Laws of Both The Declaration of Independence, the Promise, and The Constitution of the United States of America, the fulfillment of the Promise;
 — Scripture is Supreme as is Spirit is Supreme.  A Person, composed of Body and Soul,  is of as much entitlement to life, liberty and pursuit of Nature and Nature’s God of Life, of Liberty, and of the risks/rewards/ management of any pursuit of Happiness defined by that Person to enjoin God’s Gift of “Free Agency”.

Therefore, Shall “We the People” continue “..to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, ....and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..”; recognizing:  “...I am committed against every thing which, in my judgment, may weaken, endanger, or destroy [the Constitution].. And especially against all extension of Executive power; and I am committed against any attempt to rule the free people of this country by the power and the patronage of the Government itself...”(Daniel Webster) which is currently the state of government at Both Federal and several of the State’s levels.

If yes, then this election is only the barest of beginnings — and excellent start;, but far from a conclusion; for the 2009-2012-Obama Regime of Socialist-government-over-man-Secular has continues to weaken, endanger, and destroy “We the People”, “Consent of the Governed”: — committing the crimes of commission, neglect, omission,  positive transgression:
:—  against Representative Houses repeatedly invading the rights of the people;
—removed the sovereignty of our Nation’s borders by allowing people illegally entering our Nation, the rights,  privileges, and benefits at the expense of Natural and Naturalized Citizens absent consent of citizens; appointed justices for the express purpose of supporting the Executive Branch socialist-secular doctrine;
— “He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance”;
— removed the sovereignty of Person by allowing the formation of “Federal Police” formed from City Police and Sheriff’s Departments for arrest, absent Natural rights with Article IV, Article VI and several Amendments,  of, by, and for use by government at government’s random, behest;
— removed Sovereignty from Persons, City, County “..to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation”: United Nation’s Agenda 21/Global Warming-Carbon Dioxide; EPA sustainable Energy/Smart Growth-Carbon dioxide; State of California: AB32/carbon dioxide - closing down business absent any due process/construction diesel equipment, General Plans for Cities requiring 8 and more - UN/EPA designed ‘future cities’ requirements or be fined;  absent adequate information for decision or involvement of that city or of  its ‘consent of residents’ - re-zoning, often with  “annexation” of private property;
— “for imposing taxes on us without our consent”; for using tax-money to provide EPA with the revenue to implant Global Warming - remove coal as a source of electricity; provide money for the illegals to obtain medical care; for “free money” named ‘Grants” to any age individual who wants to go or return to college; control the content required for indoctrination into government education preschool through graduate school and including all private trade and college institutions; and 471 other Federal Level agencies across the 50 States and Territories; for redistributing tax-money via fines among the Federated Organization, including City-Count-State,  but not Federal, it alone decrees, never accepts responsibility or accountability to God or Nation, through the Oath of Office, each-we the people-representative takes unto their “Soul”;
— he has rendered our Nation’s Defense subservient and submissive to his commands: de-funding and removing experience of Officers; demanding conformance to “command absent free exercise of a Person, soldier’s Religion and Morality, including abdicating any that soldier’s Individual Oath taken when joining any Service for our Nation, which includes the President abdicating his own Oath of Office to repudiate President Washington: “Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?” ;
— for depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: Executive Cabinet, and among the several State’s Appointed Departments, defining, investigating, adjudicating, punishing absent the Laws of Both Founding Documents – and re-defining: “black is Law / white was ‘Regulation’ to guide implementation of a Law passed by Congress or among the State Legislatures, removing sovereignty of person and corporate persons;
—“..establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into [Person, City, County, State, often by the Appointed Executive Branch government]”;
— Removing our Nation’s assets which removes the enterprise of every American regardless of degree of wealth, – either money or Soul;
— using We the People’s own earnings to pay for the false god -GW; demanding more and more of the earnings to support more and more – of programs defined and declared as “good of society” with society meaning: collective-mass of people for government force and control;
— For arbitrarily removing Learning of “Religion and Morality” with “This governmental philosophy is, therefore, essentially religious in nature. It is uniquely American; no other people in all history have ever made this principle the basis of their governmental philosophy. The spiritual brotherhood of men under the common fatherhood of God is a concept which is basic to this American philosophy. It expresses the spiritual relationship of God to Man and, in the light thereof, of Man to Man. To forget these truths is a most heinous offense against the spirit of traditional America because the greatest sin is the lost consciousness of sin.

— “For taking away the Laws of our Declaration; re-defining Article VI to conform to 2009-2012-Socialist-Secular law, by our Article III Judicial courts re-write of law for “collective people/ inanimate and living objects” as supreme to our Nation’s 1789- Article VI supreme Law of the Land which all are bound thereby..” of Law for the “Soul” of One Person;  absent Article V - let alone consent of any governed or We the People.

Should the despicable occur, and this man-of-little stature’s Socialist-Secular Regime of oppression, usurpation, tyranny, and treason, somehow, continue...

No election number,  individual, or political organization of people;  Majority of Force as the arbitrary judge of right or wrong, good or bad; and/or  abdicating the Laws contained in our Declaration of Independence or our Constitution, .shall overthrow our supreme Law of the Land.

We the People, Consent of the governed – Each One Person comprising the Whole of our Nation, must be ready: “Every man who loves peace, every man who loves his country, every man who loves liberty ought to have it ever before his eyes that he may cherish in his heart a due attachment to the Union of America and be able to set a due value on the means of preserving it.”(John Jay; Federalist No. 41).
