Not  'impeach'!  This man is guilty of Treason: "Treason is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty. .. In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.".  The scene toward the end of the 60 minutes segment, where the American of our State Department is told there WILL NOT BE ANY MILITARY ASSISTANCE TO ANY AMERICAN WHO IS ON AMERICAN SOIL is All the Proof that is necessary.

We the People, it is very, very important for each-one-of-you to remember, We Are Our Government -- whether its leadership is evil, socialist's collective people absent heart/soul because there is no Truth; or as close to Jesus as any One People, disciple can obtain, especially remembering that government is intrinsically evil. The challenge as all the Founder's said, is to keep it under control.  We the People haven't; but our Nation is STILL OUR GOVERNMENT AND IT IS STILL BASED UPON GOD'S LAWS;  for no person, alone, or minority could survive a government called "Democracy" in the Revolution only because the word 'Socialism' didn't arrive until the middle, late 1800's.

That We are a Government under God -- is the reason Treason must be acted upon...Article II:4 calls for impeachment AND CONVICTION, but the 'Obama Socialist Regime' has by its own actions in word and deed, convicted itself of evil. Murder is a heinous crime against all humanity when Benghazi is allowed; for no Nation is safe, if the United States of America under God - is vanquished as Lucifer has been working to accomplish.

For the fact of lie, deceit, collusion is very, very apparent in this entire CBS 60 Minute Segment; as it has been in the Senate, minions absent "Oath of Office" - honor and integrity.

Treason is another reason for the "Relate/connection" to Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen; for it involves all life on this planet as well as colusion between the socialist-comunist UN/UNESCO/WSIS, "The United Nations Civil Society Initiative in America" and Obama's Socialist Regime.

The Relate/Connection is the Obama Socialist Regime's repudiation of our Republic under God and The Laws of Both Founding Documents -- Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitled One People within our Nation of One Person's Certain Unalienable Natural Rights because God created man in His own image, Soul.  Each one embryo through death of body, has a unique Soul, separate from his body. It is Soul or heart which is the doer of deeds on earthly journey..that God's Laws address. Our Republic under God is the Only nation in the history of mankind - to write and implement law to protect One person and minorities.

Treason's "..of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power." The NGO UN is already well entrenched by collusion of E.O. collusion between the Dept. of Interior, Agriculture, Energy, Commerce, Transportation, Core of Engineers, Homeland Security. already in place; through Obama didn't win anything; but did accomplish "Mitt Romney did not lose the 2012 Presidential Election. Fraud, in word and conduct, against 'consent of the governed' won the election; and presence or absence of voter Identity Cards would have been of minuscule effect in the Fraud.". The evidence for this is contained in many locations but mainly "top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation - gerrymander redistricting, and communities of interest -- districts decided by skin color, except white; country-of-origin, except the United States the naturalized citizen has sworn his person-of-honor and integrity by Pledge of Allegiance; and the military is a 3rd class citizen who is forbidden to have his vote counted - though the State Department doesn't have a problem.

Bear-in-mind, Hillary Clinton is the Secretary of State during Benghazi; and Remember her Statement before it was "suppressed" by the minions of "Obama Socialist Regime's supremacy over God, and its creation of the inanimate, indifferent object number-Majority completely absent knowledge, wisdom, truth, and "UN Article 19 "Right to opinion without interference regardless of frontier", collective, mass people, where the word 'opinion' is not measured by any probability of right/good, truth. Hillary is now Ambassador to the UN.  Hilliary wrote her'69 Political Science Thesis from Saul Lucifer Alinsky, whose first edition was in 1947.

The United States has NOT RATIFIED THE KYOTO AGREEMENT of Global Warming, a.k.a "Climate Change". It is false, distorted science to which any opposition to its human precepts is forbidden, i.e. "opinion without interference regardless of frontier" and forced, utilization with taxpayer'S money, of all cities in the United States of America, along with Britain, Switzerland, Australia to dictate what shall be allowed to build and the course of 'city planning', due to Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Chicken Little's Falling Sky - CA's Global Warming Solutions Act; H.R 761 with E.O. 13604 " National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act of 2013, now in the Senate are, all, about life of all plants and animals.

This  'human precept' that CON-H, the deepest ocean is warming (Time Magazine April 2013) will cause the oceans to rise, flood the land, sometime in the millennium; and only government can solve the problem as long as arbitrary force and control of the collective, mass, number-majority absent knowledge, wisdom/heart become socialist-state to decide all "moral rightness of action is determined by its consequences; lie is justified if the benefits outweigh the harm" of utilitarianism.

While NGO Agenda 21 directly addresses NGO-UN's control of all life, E.O.Interior Secretary of the "Obama Socialist Regime" "Climate Change" deceit and distortion by false science, taught to children by (NGO)-Common Core Curriculum here in USA and all over the world, is arbitrary collectivism against On People in all Nation; And

Because "Patient Protection and Affordable .... Act" also addresses every person, employer or working, in the United States of America and the entire world of private business, and whether healthy or not, in Life's requirement of Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen intrinsic to anatomy, physiology, neurology all animals - homo sapiens among them.

Nature's Law: "Things equal to the same thing are equal to each other.":  UN Agenda 21/UNESCO/WSIS equals United Socialist States of Obama's Interior Secretary/EPA/E.O.s/Dept. of health and Human Services "Patient Protection and Affordable .... Act" which includes "Department of Education's- NGO-Common Core Curriculum; and all are intrinsic to God's creation of Heaven Person's soul is working to return to the presence of our Father, with earth, the location of all Nature's Laws especially: Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen plus nuclear reactor Sun - intrinsic to LIFE.

Any government, or NGO, that would make itself supreme to God is Lucifer, especially absent knowledge, wisdom, Truth obtainable only through obedience to God's Laws because God gave man all He could give them in His LOVE, and all He asks is understanding and comprehending the magnificence of each-person's ability to attain righteousness, whether that 'being' knows His name or our King of Kings, Savoir Jesus Christ the son of God and son of man.

This was one area of few Proposition disagreements between the Teapartier’s, many individuals and the CAGOP.

It appears 1) that water districts are joining together – obeying State Laws, but otherwise independent of State anything; 2) Some, Frank Kacer, who like this Proposition, don’t realize — the implications to our Republican form of government vs. “Secular-Socialist-collectivism- absent respect for person, persons which comprise City, and any accountability in governance to itself in the firm belief that top-down government-over-man; the second paragraph above;  is not regarded or reflected in deciding to support Propositions 31/N in Escondido.

 REFLECT & RELATE, especially the Second paragraph, to Proposition 31.

 -- The 'state'-collective-secular will require the formation of a “Department of Cooperatives” between cities with employee's and overhead that Department's cost must be taken by each city to run and manage the legalities of the coop!  Closed-shop public employee union, pension's costs-never accounted for even though it is an essential - growing upon itself cost; and all ramifications Individual Persons comprising a corporate persons under the 9th and 10th Amendments.  In our dwindling private business, revenue for State Coffers, top-down government-over-man of Force and Control. Bee for closing of an old hamburger stand, apparently because of absent handicap access; downward into the TarPitt of Bureaucracy making and enforcing law...not regulation — there is an important difference!

Proposition 31 and the First paragraph, cities  evolve from the world of private business and enterprise..... NOT FROM THE "Never, Never let a Fact get in the way of a Preconceived Conclusion: -- "General Plans" of Areas by re-zoning allowed building – in the future with the direction and assisted by the ever-present EPA utilizing “The American Plan” threat of EIR every step of the way.

In other words, the "State", especially the 'state' of this anti-1776 Declaration and 1789 Constitution, HAS NO BUSINESS INSTILLING ITS PRESENCE INTO THE BUSINESS OF EACH CITY/ CORPORATE PERSON or declaring that "coop" relationship as part of the re-write of The California Constitution as a Two Year budget by the 'state' of government-over-man-secular disguised as if it were responsible and demonstrated intrinsic "Religion and Morality" of Oath of Office!

VOTE NO on PROPOSITION 31 -- It continues Bad governance to disastrous governance.
