Surveys, polls requirements to sway public..

 ..opinion solely dependent on the inanimate object*: "Number".  Remember, "top two vote-getters regardless of political party affiliation" of our New, disaster voting-act --- CA Constitution Article II:5(a)(b)?

Please witness with me, how wrong on wrong creates havoc of "number" over ethics, God's Law as origin of the Republican form of government And of the Philosophies Pro Teapartiers versus Con-Open Society and Progressive Republican Socialism, of these facts:  Carl DeMaio 38%, Nathan Fletcher 22%, Bonnie Dumanis 11%   - we won't worry about Obama's Special Minion of Agenda 21 and all other Legislation - Filner with the following observation:

Republicans: 38+22+11 = 71% of "Consent of the Governed" Pro Republican form of Representative Government, BUT Article II: 5 allows the splitting of political philosophy along the spectrum of the Right side of the "Opinion" line.  This means that Nathan's union support, Alianza / United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (see Roger Hedgecock yesterday on several million taxpayer $$$resources for the training of 18 to 25 years old of skin color/race and country-of-origin/culture other than the USA underprivileged; The New Majority -- of the same ideas of the GOP; Bonnie - a sincere, inexperienced DA; and both to the Actions Carl DeMaio has initiated and follow-though with results -- Prop. A Fair and Open Competition; Prop B Pension Reform -- neither of which would have existed Unless Carl with thousands of the Citizens of the City and County - working with him (often at union tactic's of opposition) ACCOMPLISHED.

San Diegans ---- LOOOK!!! Do Not Ignore the effects of Numbers over Political Philosophy!!!!!!!  Nathan is far, far, far to the left of the continuum of GOP Philosophy - he gives 'wind-of-mouth' but rarely supports the more right side. He has never run a business -- so, like Filner, can completely be mislead -very easily - into: "corporations are bad. They don't pay their fair share of taxes.  They pass on costs to the consumer." lie and myth....for $183,592++++Trillion Per Citizen Debt at the Federal Level of Government....The Real Thieves!

 But he is sin-free in the personal lifestyle choices -- he hasn't chosen a same sex lifestyle, but supports society as taxpayer's accepting same-sex sin.  But some Republicans, liking some sins over other sins, like lying and misrepresenting and withholding facts, or supporting the union's six in the city.  This more important than   Carl,  who while not opposing unions per se, has contributed -- nationwide, now --- to placing restrictions on the "Red-Ink and other wrong-doings of union's administrations State and Nationwide" as they continue to seek the "blank-check of irresponsible spending that Obama/Feinstein-Filner-Soros - et al represent.

Selection of which Sin, with absent union ethics to oppose, has become much more important than the Work of the "Proven Leader of this City"....and

because of top-two vote-getters, the split of Carl by Nathan + Bonnie may give Filner an edge ---- that would make Obama's minion the second choice for Mayor --- forget responsibility, and love Global Warming with UN's Agenda 21 - "Human Habitation".   Filner with only 28% of voters liking him ---- second place!!!!

 Nathan and Bonnie, with 34% are 2nd place, but would split their combined support --- and remove Republicans for responsible government.  Do You Really Want that!?   See how wrong "Number" is!!?

Please withdraw Bonnie -  give your votes to your choice...But Not Filner!!!!! Then as a American who Pledges Allegiance to the Republic Under God... take California constitution Article II: Section 5(a)(b) to US District Court for Repeal --- It Is A Violation of constitution's Article IV:4 guarantee of a Republican form of government... AND a abrogation of Article V of US Constitution... you have sworn to uphold.


*When inanimate and living objects become "parties at law", then law becomes a travesty because Only One Side of any argument is allowed; and because the number of inanimate objects (air, water, land, atoms of nuclear-wireless-and God's Universe, minerals including petroleum) makes any law possible:  Plastic Bags must be taxed to the State of CA because that make a mess of vacant lots --- solely by the group named "Plastic Bag Manufacturer (and employer of non-tax supported jobs)" is responsible for this egregious behavior to our environment.  Or, Carbon Dioxide the air you exhale - causing the United nations "opinion without interference": Global Warming -- as AB32 the buying and selling of the air given-off in all life forms using oxygen and essential to physiology as well as chemistry...but to be traded on the stock exchange here in CA starting August 12, 2012 ---- about 10 weeks from today!

Living Objects include the skin color, body parts and organs of animal, vegetable. Example is the best use of government force on society:  an Individual's use of the sexual organs for procreation before marriage; or as an accident of pleasure, or as medication to prevent the formation of God's homo sapiens with soul -- at the time of development when the embryo can survive outside the womb of the female's physiology.  The use of sex organs is God's Law because He created female with soul --- from Adam's Rib.  The Rib is the bone that protects oxygen, carbon dioxide, blood circulation and life with cognitive attributes able to compete for life, liberty, and pursuits of... while avoiding depriving others of those rights.   That is why it is a Sin --- and why every individual has the "Free Agency" to choose ungodly and profane --- society is not, by any measure, responsible.... The difference between man's law is that society is determined by government without universal truth or ethics --- God's Law is determined by Him and Is knowledge, wisdom, and Truth--- Only God can judge.  God Made Adam. God Did Not Have To Make Eve from Adam's Rib----Did He?  That is itself a statement of the sanctity of the relationship between home sapiens with souls - male and female.

INANIMATE Objects and LIVING Objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law."..
