America was tiny, tiny in size and number; but God’s government for mankind in Colonists and Founder’s “In God We Trust. We Shall follow Father and Son with all our Hearts, Soul, and Mind”; — versus The Greatest Nation on God’s Planet, Great Britain (which is Still within The Many Great Nations of the World because God, in His many Names, “I am Who I am.”; and Jesus Christ, very, very difficult for each-one-Colonist, man, woman, and child; none-the-less would not fail with God in Faith as their leader: “..It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. Father and Son have never, and shall never interfere with The Eternal’s greatest of greatest gifts to all mankind, their unique Soul, from embryo in body, though and after death, each-one-man, woman, and child is composed, in God’s Image.

 Have you ever been to a public meeting, like a political teaparty, Republican organization like local, County, men or women’s organizations within the party and so-called non-partisan under other names, some church governments like ecclesiastics, city’s divided into ‘parts’ which are formed for the purpose of disorganization of government; and the persons desiring to be candidates are forbidden to be at-large within the city because the location of that person’s home decides his eligibility to run for the city office, but will hold ‘public trustee meetings’, only to find out that the decisions had been made before the meeting ever began?

At most Teaparty, Republican meetings, and even some of the other ‘Republicans who fly under Independent or libertarian banners”, the meetings are always top-down with planned speakers, though some teaparties have committees which give reports; but virtually NONE are resources for learning our Republic under God, The Laws of Both Founding Documents. No-one has information regarding the Laws, Lessons, Instructions, and Enforcement contained in Both Founding Documents.

Our unique in mankind’s history Nation and Laws of Both Founding Documents are have both power and authority of the Truth of God and Jesus Christ.  Do you really think socialism can exist with “..Hallowed by thy name, they kingdom come, Thy Will Be Done On Earth as It is in Heaven..?  Do you really understand that The Two Documents are suppose to be for US(A), especially with our roles in international affairs?  That war is sometimes necessary and two weeks, earthly measures of violence, deceit, collusion, coercion, murder, mayhem, intolerance, greed, men-with-power-despots, do not function when placed with our Lord God’s instructions regarding war in the Old Testament, which are the primary reason is violations of His Laws.

How many of you have seen Steven Spielberg’s “War Horse”?

How many of Jesus’ Teachings and Parables did you recognize in this WWI story of “War Horse”?   I counted at least eight, but there’s probably thousands given both the period and the individuals involved in assembling this beautiful piece of  man and animal history.

There is our LDS, easily recognized love of family – including all the animals (that goose was a critter) –,...the interactions between landlord and renter; ....friends both recognized and not yet learned about, ..village, and the closeness of love between each-individual experiencing all that war brings in challenge, trial, tribulation, adversity and governance among the French, Germans, and Great Britain.

The Captain introducing Joey to his partner stallion; the scenes of the French Grand,-daughter who has lost both her parents, showing Joey how  to jump over the higher stick; the German soldier who protected, --at threat of his life - both of those special horses; Joey moving to take the injured, Black Stallion’s place as the huge cannon is pulled-up the muddied hill. And  Joey’s escape...to be caught in the barbed-wire....and then, after a pause, when the German comes out of the foxhole to join the British Soldier:  “You can’t just cut the wire, it will cause more injury... be careful. as the German soldiers toss-over their own wire cutters.”.

Did you notice that the story builds and solidify’s it stream in “One”: -- horse, person, person in life’s choices and roles, family, business, village, nations, and Love ...of God?

June 5th, there were 47 Superior Court Candidates to retain or take judge positions for our “Consent of the Governed”. That represents more candidates than another other designated office of duty and service.

Unlike the Congressional and State Candidates, County School Board members and ‘Judge of the Superior Court’  shall be placed into their positions...”Win” is the popular terminology.  But...

The San Diego Bar Association gives ratings for voters to help them decide who might be the best choice .for Judge of the Superior Court.. Among the criteria is judgement, common sense, integrity and honesty-----
ONLY 3 of the 47 offices are included in the Bar Association’s Standing Committee’s opinion. .

Only 7 of the 47 candidates are evaluated:
---2 both current Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court, 1 an endorsed by political party,  and the other attorney of 33 yrs who is co-founder and Executive Director of United States Justice Foundation   .  These 2 are “lacking qualifications” to be Superior Court Judges.
---1 District Attorney with 25 years as a Deputy DA here in SD and  political party endorsement is “Qualified”..
----4 District or Associate District Attorneys are “Well Qualified”.

 The S.D. Bar Association does not include the information that voters are not required to ‘confirm’  with their “X” in their ballots’, the candidates for Judges in the other 44 Superior Court Offices – running unopposed..

One of the offices had 3 candidates...thus preventing the 51 vote majority for any of the three to force a runoff – you have to appreciate the ‘choosing a DA or Asst. DA’ method of the court’s system to understand the significance

The Association  acknowledges that “..there is often little information about candidates available publicly.”  for ‘consent of the governed’ to make a proper determination.

Candidates, and  Lawyers, work for Justice.  Justice is God’s Law as expressed in “..and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them” God’s Law with Morality --Nature’s God, -- are as concrete in Law, as  Physical Law – Nature.   Morality is righteousness for those who do not believe in a supreme Lawgiver. Physical Law includes “The Whole is the sum of Each One of Its Parts or persons.”.

Republicans: 38+22+11 = 71% of "Consent of the Governed" Pro Republican form of Representative Government, BUT Article II: 5 allows the splitting of political philosophy along the spectrum of the Right side of the "Opinion" line.  This means that Nathan's union support, Alianza / United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (see Roger Hedgecock yesterday on several million taxpayer $$$resources for the training of 18 to 25 years old of skin color/race and country-of-origin/culture other than the USA underprivileged; The New Majority -- of the same ideas of the GOP; Bonnie - a sincere, inexperienced DA; and both to the Actions Carl DeMaio has initiated and follow-though with results -- Prop. A Fair and Open Competition; Prop B Pension Reform -- neither of which would have existed Unless Carl with thousands of the Citizens of the City and County - working with him (often at union tactic's of opposition) ACCOMPLISHED.

San Diegans ---- LOOOK!!! Selection of which Sin, with absent union ethics to oppose, has become much more important than the Work of the "Proven Leader of this City"....and

because of top-two vote-getters, the split of Carl by Nathan + Bonnie may give Filner an edge ---- that would make Obama's minion the second choice for Mayor --- forget responsibility, and love Global Warming with UN's Agenda 21 - "Human Habitation".   Filner with only 28% of voters liking him ---- second place!!!!

 Nathan and Bonnie, with 34% are 2nd place, but would split their combined support --- and remove Republicans for responsible government.  Do You Really Want that!?   See how wrong "Number" is!!?

Please withdraw Bonnie -  give your votes to your choice...But Not Filner!!!!! Then as a American who Pledges Allegiance to the Republic Under God... take California constitution Article II: Section 5(a)(b) to US District Court for Repeal --- It Is A Violation of constitution's Article IV:4 guarantee of a Republican form of government... AND a abrogation of Article V of US Constitution... you have sworn to uphold.

My name will be on the 75th District’s Ballot along with all the rest of 75th ‘persons’ deciding to become a part of Local, County, State, and National Republican Party principles in action.....  Voter, you will choose 6 of the total number of persons on the “Republican Central Committee” section of your ballot.

The 6 elected representatives then become responsible to be members and volunteer work for the following Committees at County: 1) Voter Registration; 2) Candidate Recruitment;3) Precinct Operations; 4) Ballot Integrity; 5) communication - email newsletters and periodical communications necessary within the Party and to ‘persons of the 75th’; 6) Finance.  There are also 2 “special committees: Ethics and Youth Advisory - education Committees.

Our Spring Convention is taking place as this is written  Burlingame, CA – . Actions at this Convention will go to the Nominating  National Convention in August.

DELEGATE 101: Are you interested in becoming a delegate in your county and maybe even a state or national delegate? If so, the following information will help give you a generic overview of a state's typical process to become a delegate at any level. It also provides some basic tips on how to achieve this goal. Please remember that each Republican State Party's organization and structure is different, so contact your State Party or County Party directly for more information on how to get involved in your local community.

UNDERSTANDING THE TYPES OF DELEGATES AND THEIR PURPOSE

Precinct Conventions: To elect delegates and alternate delegates to the county mass meeting/convention. This meeting also discusses issues pertaining to the precinct and its organization.
County Mass Meetings/Conventions: To elect delegates and alternate delegates to the Congressional District and State Conventions, as well as make party decisions at the county level.
Congressional District (CD) Convention: In a presidential election year, the CD Convention elects CD National Convention delegates and alternate delegates and a Presidential Elector. In other years, it discusses party issues and plans for the upcoming elections.
State Convention: In a presidential year, the State Convention often elects At-Large National Convention delegates and alternate delegates, as well as elects two at-large Presidential Electors. In non-presidential years, the State Convention organizes grassroots activists and generally allows supporters to meet and gain ideas from other supporters. The State Convention often adopts the State Party Platform, as well as the internal State Party Bylaws or Rules.
TIPS ON BECOMING A DELEGATE

Know your Local Party: In order to become a delegate, you generally need to be elected by your fellow Republicans at your local party election. The best way to do this is to get involved with your local Republican Party early on.
Making Friends: Once you've joined your local party, it's time to start making friends and networking within the organization. This will allow you to not only meet other Republicans, but also to learn more about how your party works internally.
Carpe Diem: Now that you've become active in your local party, it's time to have your voice heard! Think about running for an office or position in which you believe you can be successful. This will allow you to demonstrate your ability to lead and hopefully gain support to move up the ranks of the party.
Climbing the Ladder: Once you've become an active and influential member of your local party, it is easier to get involved at a higher level of the organization, such as being elected as a county delegate or party officer. As you gain people's respect and friendship, you can begin to advance to regional or statewide political offices and party roles.

Everyone from all of the Above Locations on the continuum of the Right Line of Representative Government in the  title of this essay, please note....there is process, there are Bylaws, there is order, and Ethics + Honor under Love of God’s Instruction as Obedience to His Laws...did, does, and will always guide US(A).  You Know Scripture....You Know you must “Obey My Laws.”  You Know: “Ask and it will be opened unto you. Seek and ye shall find.”.  He Is...for our nation and each ‘person’ member of each part of the air, land, water, animal, vegetable, mineral ‘parts of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness!!

MUST REMOVE ‘PERSON’ FOR GROUP-MIND or control of all methods of production and distribution of goods and services throughout our Nation and all Nations on this Planet...Only that way can open-society of slavery continue to produce chaos of money - mind - “opinion without interference (of fact, history or other distracted idea)”.  Opinion without interference is 2009-20??... changed from “The End justifies the means.” of Karl Marx too many ‘persons’ still recognize as the Socialist lie. And shall continue to regulate the use of land, air, water, natural resources as the means of opinion without inference against our unalienable natural rights Life, Liberty and pursuits of ___.

Control of the ‘objects’ air, water, land with resources contained does remove ‘persons’ right to life and therefore liberty.

I am full-well, aware of the vagaries of human-kind — just as in our past...present...and because two things will never, never change: God’s Laws and Mankind’s occupation of a “mansion of worldly irresponsibility, wrong, sin, profanity, vanity” versus the “Iron Rod” path toward the “Tree of Life” – the location of the sweetest, purest, fruit of God’s Love.

God’s Love: The reason our Founders wrote the Declaration and Constitution for “person” — “The Minority of One Protected”.

So rather than commentate on the who is doing what to whom - where in the US - using what techniques — and spending to purchase what influence..............REALIZE the Obama socialists with our Progressives.....must DISTRACT YOU FROM THEIR LAWLESSNESS!
