Administrative-Police-state continues violations of The Three Sacred Documents, especially Person of Oath

Right now is your chance to be heard. The IRS has proposed new regulations that will suppress citizen groups from discussing issues and actions that our nation's political leaders take in D.C. We must remember, the IRS admitted to inappropriate targeting of groups because of their conservative or religious beliefs. They are now trying to write such abusive tactics into the tax code.

In the future, if we do not speak out, these proposed IRS regulations will encourage the blatant targeting of opposition groups by an unaccountable federal bureaucracy. They will also allow groups such as the Sierra Club or Common Cause to be shut down and hushed should their opponents be elected to presidency. It is important to note that many heavy-hitters in Washington, D.C. including the tax exempt AFL-CIO, U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Rockefeller Foundation are not touched by these proposed regulations as they focus solely on stopping the political speech of groups that provide a voice to everyday Americans.

Article IV:4 The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion. Persons, as "officials of government" are bound by Article VI Oath of Office: "Oath means A solemn affirmation or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the truth of what is affirmed. The appeal to God in an oath, implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. A false oath is called perjury," and official malfeasance -failure of duty of office; that is " Whenever any person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, if one of them is the constitution, means to obey or help enforce the constitution.
