Regardless of House or Senate Representation, the minute that person, elected from among We the People, arrives on the steps of Congress, that person is a Representative of more than 318 million people, for the reason we are a Republic Is Because, with full Wisdom and Knowledge of the contents of The bible, demonstration in fact and evidence, the Founders, Colonists included, choose to pick up the cross and follow Jesus Christ, and whenever two or more are gathered in His name, or His Father - God, Christ Is There, i.e  That Person, Alone, Holy Ghost/ Conscience if affirming, that is the reason We the People are who we are, even though badly ignorant and very forgetful.  Having worked one on one with literally thousands of persons over many years, I have never, and can include some incarcerated persons among that number, met anyone who did not place his own "Word of Honor" as most important in his accountability to himself.  That means, any Bill or issue before any part of Congress, including Staff or Clerks of the House or Senate, must pass the correctness of One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents, before that Bill even goes to any Committee. That concept, with do not follow Constitutionalist's who believe it is an "Isolated document" for they are the original ravenous wolves wearing sheep's skin, i.e "Constitutional Authority" -- Sponsors of Bills randomly give very wrong lip service, for "lie and steal are justified in the benefits outweigh the harem". 

On Christmas Eve of Christ's 2009 celebrated Birthday, there were Zero Signatures of the smaller number Party, Republicans House, with 34 real Democrats, and Senate who refused to place their signatures to allow H.R. 3590 "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act".  In violation of Article IV:2, 4 including invasion infringement of rights, and directly because of the very great and vain-idol-god, bigger number - devoid conscience - Senators among the 50 States, H.R. 3590 became P.L. Federal Code 111-148 and stopped being called PPAA-minus care for "affordable care act".  Whatever name you want to use, it is unconstitutional - anti-Republic under God for a multitude of reasons, handled in other writings and by the vast majority of Americans who Trust in Faith of Promise, that there "Representatives" will, indeed/ fact, support, defend and stand for government of, by, and for One People. They don't.

            Worse, 9 States of 23 "Yea" States, among the Socialist-atheist, arbitrary rules of conduct - force who deny the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents, therefore must lie and steal, - disguised as Democrats, Article IV: 2, 4 were forbidden any representation in Congress whatsoever, meaning Zero in the Senate, Zero in the House.  The States were: CT, HI, MA, NH, NM, ND, RI, SD, VT.  When you remove their votes Senate and House from that 2009 Christmas, for they have violated the Constitution, 30 States are Nay and 20 States are Yea. 

          4 Justices on June 28, 2012, severed the entire P.L. 111-148, essentially repeating the 4 Justices who "Dissented" the tragic untruth of the wall of collective-people-church ecclesiatics, rites, ceremonies, forms, a very treacherous danger to collective-people-state; the First Denial in Judcial of God, a.k.a Religion and morality of each-one-Person accountable to God. Justice Jackson made this prophetic statement which has been True of the Judiciary, all of it, with very few exceptions, from that day to this:
