Currently with The U.S District Court Judge after 4 or 5 rounds of pleadings -- each one of which was a tremendous education in law and in our Nation as "Rule of Law". The Case is "In Forma Pauperis" which means Article III of our constitution supported my Case, with our U.S. Marshall's serving the case. ....And the Judge said "it has merit and shall go forward"....
No money, America! except what the court would have received from taxpayers well within budget...since there is no restitution involved!

Reason, Marines no longer guard this president; were disarmed by Clinton at a State Dept. function; and are singled-out without ever due process of Military style in finding soldiers guilty... including the Navy Seal who "murdered that family"... It will be awhile, but the Truth of the story is going to be heard... . Truth is not Part of Social Justice, Open-Society, borderless nations and jurisprudence, EU or World Bank. As long as these elements of life, liberty and pursuits of government-defined whatever exist -- not future and no business = no jobs or concepts of "Religion and Morality".
The regulation involved was written in 08/1990, grandfathered for 19 years special group licensed before 07/31/1990, ignored for 18 more years --- until the very year Obama entered office and just 2 months into his lawless reign 03/01/2009 including removing the Grandfather clause of now 40 years of professional work - 2 yeaars!
It is a United States District Court Case, several attorneys would not even give the 'free 30 min consult' - usually less than 3 minutes to say "NO" and absolutely "NO". Two or Three Constitutional Attorneys also refused...; but One Person as a Family Clinic Attorney informed me: "Yes, you absolutely have a case." Then instructed me on exactly what to do. ..But that took another 12 months for a lot of reasons...all of which included Jesus being right here... then later, my church has and is sustaining me.
Wrote it myself, with My Lord Jesus' assistance. He was actually in the case before I was -- at first, I didn't even know Jesus was present. All I knew was what any American of America's founding documents knows...no one can remove my right to work or choose my profession and no-individual shall dictate to this person: prove innocence or not continue working in the chosen profession!

I, with Jesus, am well able to Testify to placing the work of our Founding Father's with each-one's relation with God, as intertwined The Bible, with The Declaration of God as the source of Man equality in Nature and Nature's God with unalienable Natural Rights, to the Constitution of our Nation... and the 5W's and H of the Universe on this Planet and God's Universe....which cannot be limited, nor defined by any homo sapien but God.... He Is Absolute!
