Sen. Coburn clearly states our Constitution and reflects Thomas Jefferson has also stated "On every question of construction, carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit  manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the test, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.".

In another video, Sen. Coburn asked Judge Sotomayor do reflect on the Declaration of Independence: Sotomayer, twice, refused to allow any connection between Declaration and Constitution in law.

Sen. Coburn, in this video, does not address the Declaration's role in the formation of the Articles and Amendments of the 1789 Ratification. Sen. Coburn is well aware, as are millions of Americans of the intertwining of Both Founding Documents.

This is common, throughout the United States 'habit' of disregard - encouraged by the several Supreme Court cases starting in 1947 with Iverson V. PTA with Jefferson's Letter re "Wall of Separation Letter" determined by Justice Clark to be an "absolute" requirement of interpretation of law in relation to the Constitution.

This interpretation was False then and remains false throughout  Supreme and District Court rulings to as recently as February 2012, because the Declaration's Axioms of The Lord God and all Mankind are separated from the Constitution.  Since "Common Law" and indeed all law at least very least in Britain, France and America, is based on God's Law in Scriptures, removing the Declaration from the Constitution was the first, real removal of the "basis of law".  Over the years, it is commonplace to allow man's law over God's Law; and ignore God's Law altogether (Lance Corporal Matthew Snyder v. Phelps; State of Oklahoma V. Sharia Law; and...), because the "separation of church and State" declares it the righteous action to take.

The result is the travesty and tyranny occurring because man cannot control himself when power is placed over law.. Power is the absolute insult to our Founders work with God as "Religion and Morality".  Obama's Socialist administration with its definition of governance absent God's Law... is the Demonstrated result of the separation in law of Declaration of the Rights of Mankind by God - of Independence from Each-One-Person-before his God-and-before The Constitution of the United States of America.

Because of Obama's Socialism with his Islamic Law; Soros' dedication over decades to "open society" which manifests itself as the UN's borderless nations and jurisprudence, "Zeitgeist" of OWS, EU's with the World Bank joining in control of nation's finance as a nearly...successful takeover as world empire of "control of all means of production and distribution of all goods and services" here in the US.

The completion of the Soros-Obama- legal goals cannot be accomplished unless the U.S falls which can only occur when Declaration is removed from Constitution; and Constitution is disobeyed for all reasons stated herein, other essays, every Commentator, and every-one-person attending, or not able to attend, August 28, 2012 "Restore Honor" - the epitome of "..and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

This election is about our Nation With Both Its Founding Documents tied to God's Law - through Representative government under Constitution and Each-one-person's Duty and Service expressed in "Oaths of Office - President and our Government at EVERY LEVEL from city to Federal and many connections".  Each-Person's Honor is made to God and to our Nation as The Whole is the sum of Each-One-Person of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of happiness.

It is a beginning to "take our Nation back"; but "We the People in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and Secure The Blessing of Liberty to Ourselves and To Our Posterity, do ORDAIN and establish this Constitution FOR the United States of America (and for God's Planet and in Posterity - God's Universe)
