Not only is Obama using "We the...

...People's earnings" to become a partner in government's EPA definition of energy --- I do mean EPA(!); -- this unlawful man is using "We the People's earnings" to taxpayer fund the inanimate and living objects which result from the 'free agency' of people who choose the 5W's and H of sexual relationships...with or without the embryo of God's gifts of Unique-One-of-a-kind-person ---.

The inanimate objects include contraceptive devices, medication, devices to perform abortions; and of course the devices to enhance the sexual physical-experience beyond the joy of love between a man  and a woman. The relationship between the "Soul" of each  person is sanctified because God Did Not Have To Make Eve From Adam's Rib - Did He!

Of the over 200 bones that comprise the "body" of "Person", God chose the rib bone.  The Rib's are shaped and designed to house, protect, and act to perform the essential Blood Circulation which provides the means of Breathing, Walking, Eating, and cognitive attributes of the species homo sapiens with those person noted above and in all our work against this "few men" of  Blind, deaf, stiffnecked Lawless activities hiding behind the word Democratic Party.

Thus unchallenged "Opinion without interference" to allow "Open-Society, Socialism" "open, unfettered, complete access to removing God's Laws with Republican form of Government under Constitution" continues abated by Elected We the People all levels of government from water districts to school boards of our Posterity to 'President of His Ownership of Law Obama'.

Open-Society of "only attorneys and courts" can decide if the laws of Obama's control of inanimate objects: air, land, water, mineral/petroleum, atom movements as in nuclear, all financial directly via America's Financial Security Act by the lawless B. Frank with The Federal Reserve; and the "partnerships represented by Solar energy and Chrysler removal of Private property by The President of the US in complete violation of the First 8 Amendments of the Constitution which protect the Freedom / Natural Rights of life, liberty and the Pursuit of happiness.

Know among the hardest parts for US(A) DECLARATION ATTACHED to "RULE OF LAW" - Founding Father's Patriots: That the 'Elected and many Candidates seeking office" actually believe in their hearts....that there must be a "court of law" with attorneys and judges ... to declare unconstitutional actions.  These elected-We the People - including many of the appointed judges, justices, and attorneys of We the People - do not believe:  In God We Trust  is a fact of applied Law in the founding documents with the Scripture they derive from. Thus, One Person or Protection of One Person's life, liberty and pursuit of happiness  is only correct --- if the courts say so.

These elected We the People, have no idea that each one included in every sentence above deny "Constitutional Person" and there fore the actions from this Constitutional Principle: "ANY CITIZEN who becomes aware of an illegal or unconstitutional act of an apparent official, which is a criminal deprivation of rights, has the DUTY to DISOBEY that act, to REPORT it as a crime, and to ARREST the offender and DELIVER him to a court of competent jurisdiction for PROSECUTION.".

Elected We the People, while fully acknowledging the anti-Republican-constitutional government activities of Obama and his Czars, define and determine that " court of competent jurisdiction" is only in Article III; and

 - That the Colonists with the Founding Fathers should not have fought the Revolutionary War because they didn't go to the British 'Court of Law' - first; and

that "A militiaman is any citizen or would-be citizen in his or her capacity as a defender of the state and the constitution.." with "Any act performed by an agent of government which is unconstitutional is ILLEGAL, and while performing that act the person ceases to be an agent of government or to have any official status, REGARDLESS OF WHAT TRAPPINGS OF OFFICE OR COLOR OF LAW he may project. .." are inconsequential to the service, duty to not only God, but also to our Nation of "Rule of Law" with God's Word as it basis.
