What are you going to say...

..when I refuse to give you an ‘Identity Card’ to vote?   You are not allowed to vote!!!

Laws are not written for the righteous!  It is not for “Person” of our Constitution under God to prove we are the “Person” we say we are.  The assumption is an individual speaks Truth of “Religion and Morality (for those who do not have a supreme lawgiver)”!  

Identity Cards are for control by the state for the means to  dictate, judge and punish...sans due process.  Like body scanners.... or in another case; because you refuse prints of a body part; you shall not continue your profession ... nor shall you enter a profession!!

Identity cards for socialism...the current tyranny: the orchestra is comprised of people who, among other people, play a horn in the horn part of the orchestra.  It matters not, the sound or cacophony of the resulting music; because Only the conductor..authors and determines the music.

Identity Cards allow this group called ‘voting membership in  the “collective mass” who go to polls on election day... Just Put your “X” in the proper box;....but only after you satisfy the state that you are capable of x’s in boxes...for without an ‘object’ named 'identity card' – you are not capable of voting...you are not a ‘person’.

Constitutional Principle: “Only individual persons or corporate “persons” which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. Inanimate objects and living objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law.”

Identity cards are “inanimate objects” which if used to prevent a lawful citizen their right to vote, become the objects removal of “Consent to govern by the “person” under our Republican form of Representative Government under God and under “the supreme Law of the Land”:  Article IV:2 “The citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and immunities of citizens in the several States.”.

Constitutional Principle: “The individual component of the polity is the PERSON, which is defined as any being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species HOMO SAPIENS, including BOTH the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the NATURAL RIGHTS of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of happiness, AND the capacity to regulate its competitive actions to avoid depriving others of those rights,..”.

The Minority of One Protected: The protection provided by this principle applies fundamentally, of course, in favor of a minority of one: The “Person” of Constitution. No majority, however great even all of the people but one Person – may properly infringe, or possess the pwer to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small— even a minority of a lone individual.

Identity cards are an insult to an American.

Here is the ‘person’ of our America: The Person plays a clarinet in an orchestra. His life choice - the clarinet among other choices - is as important to the “whole” of the orchestra as Mozart is to the resulting ‘music’.....The Whole is the sum of Each One of its parts.
