2) "Only individual persons or corporate "persons" which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. Inanimate objects (pills or any object for abortion) and living objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law MAY NOT BE PARTIES TO AN ACTION AT LAW. He also out does God on the subject of same-sex marriage; on how much air, water, and land "person" is allowed to occupy...and includes the animal, vegetable, and mineral rights against "Corporate Persons". The Executive Branch of the Federal Government with its minions of defining illegal people; education of people; medicine with production and distribution of every item utilized in medicine; .... And

Obama's denial of "Religion and Morality" declared in both Declaration of Independence and Constitution, Shall Continue unabated; for Socialism as Sharia 'body' absent 'soul' Law cannot exist in God's Law of the sovereignty of "Person", of State, and of Nation. Nor can "Minority of One Protected" be allowed in the "collective mass of people" comprising Socialism groups or Sharia Law's under the tribe's judge, jury and punisher -- The Mullah.

God's Law states that "body / temporal" is the Temple of One Person's Soul. Stoning is desecration and Murder because one is accused by one, and one ruler -mullah - is judge, jury, and executioner. Revenge does not belong to "body / temporal law", because the 'animal of homo sapiens' cannot conceive of intrinsic injustice to man applied as 'body-temporal-inanimate object-or living object law. "False religion" is Sharia Law; for God's Ten Commandments with love one and other, are removed from consideration in Article III's Judiciary. By denying Christ as intertwined with Declaration and Constitution, Obama uses his 'wind-mouth, body, fist law' to assault Every Colonist from 1620 through 1789...and those who have risk, lost, and won their lives, fortunes, and sacred Honor in pursuit of each-person's belief in "Religion and Morality" expressed in George Washington's Farewell Address. President Obama is denying his accountability to God by violating Article II:1, Clause 8 [with changed paragraphs counted]. The Constitution intrinsically, and stated, "Oath of Office" requires him to be aware that his actions are accountable in Law, as President of the United States of America because God's Law is Both the Constitution and Declaration.
Scripture is intrinsic to "Rule of Law" as "Religion and Morality". Religion is obedience to God's Laws as taught by Jesus and The Apostles. Morality is practical piety for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine Lawgiver.
President Obama denys his 'person' as "..the separate AND EQUAL station to which the Laws of Nature of of Nature's God entitle them,.". He declares that the natural rights are only for certain groups of people, and since only certain, defined groups of people qualify for membership in his socialist groups; there will be continued, persistent, "deprivation of those rights" to the excluded, defined groups. Examples of Obama's socialist inclusion are: sexual deviations; people choosing to terminate their 'person of free agency' behavior resulting in pregnancy's consequences; and most of the areas of his cabinet's spectrum of encroachments.
