In these two disquisitions, not presented in chronological order, both "Constitutional - Civil", one in U.S. District Court, the other in Superior Court with 3 side trips to Appellate, plus, Reinstate, Brief, 15 minute Oral Presentation, Appeal the Decision, there were 7 Judges, 1 State Attorney General now seated as a Senator, with 3 associate A-G's, 3 Attorneys [not counting one-substitute who said I should get another attorney]+ their firm's Senior Partner, 2 administrative-state-Directors, a Plaintive, her Manager; and the entire course of these disquisitions taking place within, and directly applicable to the 01/20/2009 anti-Republic under God Regime, delusional adversarial democracy's socialist, communist UDHR, atheism = No Oral, Common Law/ Oath in Pledge, from 03/01//2009 to this flashing cursor:

The Supervising UD Judge, now in the Appellate Court, on 12/22 ExParte, taught me ORAL LAW from my mouth directly to God's Ear. He conducted my filed, in which the N.County Clinic walked me thru, totally in ORAL LAW, there was no-thing written. He adjudicated solely on the Procedural/ Pleadings, 11/30 Trial Court, and 12/8 App 151 with Exhibits, noting to me directly, the definition of WHOLE - so important to any argument in a court.
This fact would be totally ignored by the 3 Appellate Court's Wholly ORAL LAW PRESENTATION, as was my Brief on the details regarding the forgery of names of the Present Attorney, for the correct Attorney's name is typed on the Minute Order. The Supervising Judge recognized that I was doing my responsibilities as a Citizen of my State of Residence in my Nation of God - He did not have an audio tape of the 11/30 trial - there was none available, nor on 12/24 at both N. County and County Court Records - 22 days after the Trial Court.. The Trial Court Audio was transcribe 10/22/2016, and arrived in Appellate Clerks Office in late December.
