Paul states "I had been entrusted with the gospel for the benefit of the uncircumcised - Gentiles, just as Peter had been for the circumcised," (for He who equipped Peter to be an apostle of the circumcised equipped me as well for the uncircumcised)," synonymous with government of man's human precept, Pharisees, High priests, scribes.
Understand: Paul introduces himself at least twice, once in Galatians and again in I Timothy 1:
"...I render thanks to Christ Jesus our Lord, who has made me able for this; He considered me trustworthy and appointed me to the ministry, though I had formerly been a blasphermer and a persecutor and a wanton aggressor. I had acted out of ignorance; and the grace of our Lord flooded my life, along with the faith and love that Christ Jesus inspires. It is a sure word, it deserves all praise, that "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners"; and though I am the foremost of sinners, I obtained mercy, for the purpose of furnishing Christ Jesus with a supreme proof of His utter patience, a typical illustration of it for all who were to believe in Him and gain eternal life. John 13 is Jesus demonstrating his Person here in world-down-below, because the apostles must understand The Eternal Spirit-Truth is not a ranking or pecking order of positions, rather Truth is the statement in our Declaration's "..and assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle One Person composing the whole of One People. that is, Consent of the Governed ordained to We the People in order to form a more Perfect Union, establish Justice/ Truth, insure domestic tranquility... Therefore, cognizant of our Father's First and Second Greatest Command, any nation in Article IV: 2 The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States; 4 "The United States shall guarantee to Every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion - which also means "Infringement of Right"; and Amendment X what is not the Federal Level of government's business --- is reserved to the States respectively, or to the Amendment IX's Persons composing People; Amendment XIV Citizenship - accountability to our Bible, Declaration, in Constitution with "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States; Nor Shall Any State deprive any Person of Life, Liberty, or Property, without due process of law [also Amendments V and IX]; Nor Deny to Any Person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. ... "...The Senate shall have the sole Power to try ALL Impeachments. [REPEATING] When sitting for that Purpose, they SHALL BE ON OATH or AFFIRMATION..", - means SHARING Oath with INCULCATING TRUTH-TRUST-PROMISE. ...
Judgement in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, trust or profit under the United States, but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, trial, judgement and punishment, according to Law.". A fellow-Country-Person is a Fellow-Country-Person, no more - no less accountable to the Whole of Our Archetypal Person composing One People.
Truth, Trust, Promise of Bills proceeding to Law with the role of the CEO-President's First American of God and Nation - Standing to Preserve, Protect, and Defend ALL FELLOW-COUNTRY-PERSONS, and in ALL NATIONS since God Is Truth - Justice - Liberty of Life - each-one-person's in their roles in life - those they know and will never know - Soul traveling in Body's physiology traveling world-down-below - no physical, gender/ circumcised or sewn-up genitalia or environmental characteristics.
Because Peter was a fisherman chosen by few-government-of-man- who knew he could speak of Jesus as Son of God, but had great trouble-making decisions in Truth, Trust, Promise, Faith; and Peter, himself, requested to be crucified up-side-down. Paul was a scribe and a tax-gatherer-"blasphemer, persecutor and a wanton aggressor," who practiced Ezekiel 33 - God's definition of Justice - between each-one-person's wickedness -- permeating in roles exercising separate and equal station to Laws of Nature and Nature's God, innately including that person's ability to understand and use "Speech for interpret cogitations thereof", and apply them to his own person, then to all those he knows and will never know:

Also understand that language and communication by Biblical scholar's is also Peter who could choose fleshy, bodily concrete-senses limited to 5, 'government of man' more often than God in Matt. 16. They know who Christ Jesus is, but insist that only they are capable of "Speech, an interpreter of cogitations thereof ...", as rules of conduct - force, in conformity to collective-people-"CHURCH, noun 1. A house consecrated to the worship of God, among Christians; the Lords house. This seems to be the original meaning of the word. The Greek, to call out or call together, denotes an assembly or collection. But, Lord, a term applied by the early Christians to Jesus Christ; and the house in which they worshipped was named from the title. So church goods, bona ecclesiastica; the Lords day, dies dominica.
