For the 2nd Amendment vote

on Articles IV, VI, the Second, Ninth, Tenth Amendments

1) Right and Wrong, Good and evil are not decided by devotion to  "The sacred, False god "number" - not as time, money, amount by digits - majority.

The Majority must be REASONABLE and submit itself to The Laws of Both Founding Documents.  REASON means  "A faculty of the mind by which it distinguishes truth from falsehood, and good from evil, and which enables the possessor to deduce inferences from facts or from propositions.     Self-love, the spring of motion, acts the soul, reason's comparing balance rules the whole - That sees immediate good by present sense, reason the future and the consequence.     Reason is the director of man's will"

That's why the "Elected to any office-We the People" when confronted with an unconstitutional question, listened and regarded what was proposed in Law and DID NOT WASTE ANYMORE TAXPAYER RESOURCES on Government and thus keeping the chains and shackles in place by utilizing 'CIRCULAR FILE'  

ANY PART OF ANY ACT, BILL WHICH IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL IS ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL, because One Person is entitled to The Laws of Nature's God (Reason) and Laws of Nature -- inanimate objects are the tools of mankind -- and also are intrinsic to God's Planet and Universe... though Morality does equally apply for those among who must AFFIRM their Promise given in Each-One-Person's Oath of Office and have no Supreme Lawgiver, except their gods of majority absent reason and number.

Where Law would mean The Laws of Both Founding Documents which includes Both Article II and VI "The Oath of Office" which is God's Law: Thou shalt not bear False Witness - a neighbor is another Person who owns their unique Soul.  

An Inanimate object in Not capable of right and wrong; INANIMATE OBJECTS DO NOT FUNCTION, unless A Person's Soul in conscience assumed to be a righteous and good person -- innocent -- in the Laws of Both Founding Documents

Law is admirable if used lawfully; but you must bear in mind -- law is not written for the Honest man" (I Timothy 1:8); except by the Obama Socialist Anti-Law Regime" which exclusively writes law against the Soul of each-one-Person  in our Republic under God .

The Whole Is The Sum of Each One Part"  where One is One Person Protected from government in all locations of government --- including the writing of Acts, Bills which shall become Law ENFORCED through the workings of the 92,432 (www.gao.gov) Federal Level Agency's Union Administration in a closed-shop law disguised as'regulation' most of the time, completely absent The Laws of Both Founding Documents.

One Person does have Separate and Equal Station with another Person --- For God is the Supreme Lawmaker.

Though the atheist's and the secular lovers of the other, sacred, false god "Separation of church.." Laws of God by Denomination chosen by one Person, or in 'free agency', not; "..and 'state", in which this current one, believes itself "the expert'" and sole provider of all production and distribution of health, safety, protection air sun water land ...in short "Life" by designated, "collective people", (Justice Stevens, retired) mass people -- forbidden information, including Posterity's indoctrination disguised as education: "Common Core Curriculum"'s Global Warming with revisionist history and science -- all by "Alinsky Underground" law of implementation absent reason.

2. A living object and A inanimate object cannot be "parties at law" -  for then the object: that scary gun or that magazine, which would allow "Citizens or would be citizens" their right to defend themselves -- with modern Arms = to the GeorgeIII / Socialist NDA Homeland Security Federal Polices comprised of Town level - citizens in police, sheriff, highway patrol who will have to be informed about "The Principle of Nuremberg ".

Property, used by honest men, is not anyone's business but their own. A gun with whatever is required to make it function is the property of a Person...not a 'state'.

3) Any "Elected Representative" from my Socialist State of California, any State in our Union or in the Federal Level of our Federalist Organizational Chart who votes for ANY PART (Amendment) OF THE SUM OF THE WHOLE OF A LAW in violation of the Laws of Both Founding Documents,  is Lying to themselves and to the Nation they purport to serve --- and to God.

Those among All Representatives in Congress, are One Person before their God and accountable to Him, including 'the man' who is determining which "lies"  shall be heard, or not ever heard, and what Alinsky-underground law shall take place., on the floor of the Senate.

Any "opinion without interference (from UN's Declaration of Principles; MIS Geneva) based on Orwell's "preconceived conclusion" because 16 mentally ill persons murdered -- ALL Americans SHALL NOT HAVE ARMS, commensurate with the Arms available to Homeland Security in the interest of government of, by, and for government....

YOU HAVE NO CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED -- THERE IS NO AGREEMENT TO DESTROY OUR UNIQUE IN MANKIND'S  HISTORY ARTICLE REPUBLIC IV:4 GUARANTEE OF A REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT AND PROTECTION FROM INVASION WHICH DOES INCLUDE "A hostile entrance into the possessions of another; An attack on the rights of another; infringement or violation.".

To repeat, Our State of California does NOT HAVE REPRESENTATION IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BECAUSE ARTICLE IV IS NOT ENFORCED --- nearly wholly because of the 'false and sacred god of number'  supported by lie
of majority completely absent reason in knowledge, wisdom Truth
