In overthrowing the Republic under God, the purpose is to remove the concept of individual person composing the whole of the polity and the removal of Soul, conscience, property.
Person, singular, is the legal component of the Declaration and Constitution, because a Person is composed of Body, anatomy, physiology, neurology- Nature’s Laws among living objects, and of Soul: “1. The spiritual, rational and immortal substance in man, which distinguishes him from brutes; that part of man which enables him to think and reason, and which renders him a subject of moral government. The immortality of the soul is a fundamental article of the christian system. Such is the nature of the human soul that it must have a God, an object of supreme affection. 2. The understanding; the intellectual principle. The eyes of our soul then only begin to see, when our bodily eye are closing..” — Nature’s God.
When the Body dies, the Person dies, Not their Soul. In the religion expressed in the Laws of Both Founding Documents, Soul is that part of an individual person which is judged by God, and “Only..Person and corporate Persons..may be the subject of legal process..”; because “Living and inanimate objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law”, i.e. indifferent to concepts of Property in righteousness and its opposite. I Timothy 1: 8-20 teaches The law is good if a man use it lawfully, but one must bear in mind the Law is Not written for the righteous man, but for the disobedient and sinner, for the profane, for liars, perjurers, ......and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine.”.
One Person before their God; One Person in Law of Both Founding Documents, and further, One Soul has no physical or environmental characteristics and likewise “and assume among the powers of the earth, the Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws....” and in the Constitution “the individual component of the polity is the Person which is defined as any being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species Homo Sapiens, including Both the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the Natural Rights of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness, And the capacity to regulate its competitive actions to Avoid Depriving Others of those rights and to sacrifice itself for the greater good of the polity as a Whole or for their common Posterity.”
“Property” by James Madison states: “This term in its particular application means “That dominion which one man claims and exercises over the external things of the world, in exclusion of every other individual.”.
In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces every thing to which a man may attach a value and have a right; and which leaves to every one else the like advantage.
In the former sense, a man’s land, or merchandize, or money is called his property.
In the latter sense, a man has property in his opinions and the free communication of them.
He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by them.
He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.
He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them.
In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he man be equally said to have a property in his rights.
Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions.
Where there is an excess of liberty, the effect is the same, tho’ from an opposite cause.
Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that alone is a JUST GOVERNMENT, which impartially secure to every man, whatever is his.”.

Government is Force with control, demanding subservience in slavery with control of each individual’s “free use of faculties (separate and equal station..Nature and Nature’s God) and free choice of the objects on which to employ them (living and inanimate objects)cannot occur at all in a Republic under God. Law is unjust, unsound, and made against righteous man, because power and control over the individual is an absolute imperative; Thus
Government of force’s Opposite: “The Principle: 1. Becomes ‘the supreme law of the land”; and the repudiation of to protect these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving their Just powers from the Consent of the Governed; and We the People in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice,...and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity do Ordain and Establish this Constitution for the....”.
To remain silent to lawlessness of the BASIS of ALL Law; to allow the persons among our “elected Representatives” to play the game of “absent-ethics-politics of group-power-force think” over Natural rights from the Laws of nature and of Nature’s God in separate and equal station, is abhorrent — including to the individual minds among those same representatives at any level of our Federalist Equilateral Triangle
Not to impeach the entire reprobation of “Obama Socialist Regime’s” overthrow completely absent the above, Article V, as well as Oath of Office of Articles II and VI, is denial of God’s Laws and of the ‘Self’ in each-one’s Soul: “ 1. Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties.”.
These are the magnificent, unique in mankind’s history, Truths which have established both the grand success and the much more grander opportunity to impart these precepts within as many of the “We the people” and “consent of the governed” among Nations, as mentors and coaches to attain Natural Rights intrinsic to all mankind is a lofty, but very attainable goal; but solely in context of our Lord God, His Son Jesus Christ with understanding of Morality from those who do have the free agency to deny the existence of their Souls to make their own, defined earthly journeys.
