Shall Not Be Infringed: Violation of the Laws of Both Founding Documents

Tomorrow 1 to 4 pm Old Town Poway: SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED; Teaparty.net will meet to Resolve and Act, against this Obama-Inanimate Object Laws and this California State Representatives, absent the Rights of ALL Americans, in writing unconstitutional Laws as Legislation -- against Person, as individual owning or utilizing the Property among Tools, known as Guns.

Thus violating not only Amendment II; but also Amendment IX and declaring all Honest Persons subservient to the force in power of government, absent "Religion and Morality" of the LAWS OF BOTH FOUNDING DOCUMENTS.

Below is  RESOLUTION: "The judgement of the consistency of an official act with the constitution is called "Constitutional Review". .. It is Not a power of government but the Exercise of a duty of Citienship." (Declaration of Constitutional Principles"; Jon Roland; www.constitution.org):

A RALLY IN SUPPORT OF THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND: AMENDMENTS II AND IX,
A RESOLUTION BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE LAWS OF BOTH FOUNDING DOCUMENTS:

**WHEREAS, the President of the United States and among some Congressional Members of both Congress and certain Legislative Members among some States, have declared ‘guns’, supreme to Article II and VI binding those Persons to Oath of Office intertwining Scripture, the expression of Religion and Morality: “the Law is admirable—provided that one makes a lawful use of it... no law is ever made for honest people” (1 Timothy 1:8); to “consent of the governed” in protection of the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them-unalienable, Natural Right to Life; And

WHEREAS, .Guns, inanimate objects* of Nature’s Law, are among the property named tools,  “Arms which are weapons of offense, or armor for defense and protection of the body, the
frame” of Constitutional Person’s  Soul; to which each Person has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them, Law of Nature’s God; And

WHEREAS, The declaring of guns as supreme to the People of our Republic under God,  “..is contrary to sound doctrine” (1 Timothy 1:10-11): “Founded in truth; firm; strong; valid; solid; that cannot be overthrown or refuted; as sound reasoning; a sound argument; a sound objection; sound doctrine; sound principles”; And

WHEREAS, Those few among persons of  ‘state’ within the Federalist Equilateral Triangle’s State and Federal Levels, deem themselves as judges by opinion without interference, that mentally ill persons murder innocent, therefore, all honest persons shall be deprived of their tool, guns, or the required, multiple objects employed of bullets, among their rights of Property:

“In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces every thing to which a man may attach a value and have a right; and which leaves to every one else the like advantage. .. He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by them.  He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person” (James Madison “Property”); And

WHEREAS, Those few persons of state declare Article VI supreme Law of the Land refuted and inferior to man’s atheist-secular-Sharia laws of inanimate and living objects, which cannot and do not function unless the inanimate object, Gun, becomes functional solely by fingers’, requiring anatomy, physiology, neurology,  Law of Nature/living object, are employed by the use of Person’s, assumed righteous, conscience;  And

WHEREAS, “The Duty to defend the state and the Laws of Both Founding Documents entails the Right to acquire the means and the skills to exercise that duty, including the skills of the soldier, the policeman, and the fire and rescue worker, to be organized to act alone or in concert with others to exercise those skills to meet any threat that may arise, and the Power to exercise those skills and use those means, alone or in concert with others, with or without official direction or participation:” (“Declaration of Constitutional Principles”; Jon Roland; www.constitution.org); And

WHEREAS, This President, Vice President, some members of Congress and Legislatures among the States with all civil officers pervert and repudiate “..That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their Just powers from the consent of the governed; And

WHEREAS, Any majority must yield to the Laws of Both Founding Documents, the Law of the Land in “Religion and Morality”, in recognition of the Truth stating the Person, minor Party, and all minorities possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect (Hamilton A. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Any Inanimate object, especially guns as property, or Living Objects, fingers required for the inanimate object’s function, shall not at any time and under all circumstances, determine Law for the People of the United States; And

No person(s), regardless of number as quantity, shall declare the Laws of Both Founding Documents with the “Religion and Morality” inculcated withing those documents, unlawful; And

Any subjugation, repudiation, adjudication every level of the Federalist, Equilateral Triangle of the Republican Form of Representative Republic under God; and any person(s) as officials of governance, shall serve and be accountable to  “Consent of the Governed” and “We the People” in their Oath of Office:

 “The Oath is a solemn affirmation, or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the Truth of what is affirmed; thus admitting that the one taking the Oath would be, someday, held accountable for that Promise by God and, possibly, in a court of Law on Earth***, which does mean Article I:6 and Article II:4.

Definition of Religion, Religion and Morality of All the Founders: “Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion.   Religion, as distinct from virtue, or morality, consists in the performance of the duties we owe directly to God, from a principle of obedience to his will. Hence we often speak of religion and virtue, as different branches of one system, or the duties of the first and second tables of the law.”

“Religion and Morality” is Each-One-Person to his God, free agency; and to the Laws of Both Founding Documents.

“Church” is “A house consecrated to the worship of God, among Christians; the Lords house. This seems to be the original meaning of the word. The Greek, to call out or call together, denotes an assembly or collection. But, Lord, a term applied by the early Christians to Jesus Christ; and the house in which they worshipped was named from the title. So church goods, bona ecclesiastica; the Lords day, dies dominica. .... A particular number of christens, united under one form of ecclesiastical government, in one creed, and using the same ritual and ceremonies; as the English church; the Gallican church; the Presbyterian church; the Romish church; the Greek church.”

“Religion and Morality”: One Person’s free agency choices in  Natural Rights, does not equal Church: “9. Ecclesiastical law, a rule of action prescribed for the government of a church; otherwise called canon law.”.

The difference is essential to understanding our Republican Form of Representative government in which One Person Protected;

From government synonymous with those, politicians among this administration: 2009 to ... ,  herein worshiping inanimate and living objects as superior in right and wrong, while completely disrespecting all Americans they purport to represent.
