The reason this man 'president' was so confident that he would "win" his second term and continue his goal of extinguishing of the Laws of our Republic in Both Founding Documents, has absolutely nothing to do with "recounts" of the numbers of homo sapiens who can fill-in dots on their ballot, completely absent "Information needed to make a proper determination may [was] withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead and [to have] that effect through negligence." [1]

We the People operate with honor and integrity common to Americans since 1620. The Political Depravity Party (PDP), “Open Society-UN-Socialist-Collective[2]-borderless nations and jurisprudence-Secular governance”, the party force of a Majority Not Answerable to anyone,operates on Despotism and 'using' a greater number as the political standard of right and wrong.

November 6, 2012 election was planned for in the 2010 Census which resulted in redistricting in all 50 States.  Redistricting determines the entire outcome of "We the People" and "Consent of the Governed" Voting voice, one of several methods of letting governance at any level know they are wrong, directly through each-one-person's polling place within his precinct and within the Districts of each-one-of the 50 States; and by a semi-separate track called Political Party, which remember in California it's outlawed, only top two votes getters are allowed (CA Constitution Article II: 5(a)(b)) and 8 which also decrees that City Councils, judges, and school boards as assistants to the State and Federal indoctrination program of our youth from Day 1 to 14 years later, are NON-partisan members of "We the People".  If "Religion and Morality" of Oath of Office where in place, those positions would be and rightly so; but....far, far from it now!

The Electoral College is involved as well as the mathematics of inaccurate numbers in equals inaccurate numbers created equals the consequences of the most completely lopsided, fraudulent election in our Nation's history, though that shouldn't be a surprise considering all of the sources within this 'president's ownership of the law-making Departments, Agencies,  or entities like commissions.

WHEREAS, We the People with Consent of the Governed, are wrong-numbered-count by statistical parentage, or something close to that, in our Voting “check and Balance system – absent the check and the balance; and  ‘numbered’ out of existence in our ability to have Philosophy of Governance in our Republic, safeguarded  by reason demonstrated by the Electoral College..

...Currently in our House of Representatives, there is One Person-elected, representing 709,760 persons - with Duty and Service as “consent of the governed”  — Natural and Naturalized citizens, of which currently support 100% of the $142,681/taxpayer who may not be a citizen and $51,624.00 for those who are citizens.

The “Electoral College” per State Representation number is based on 1 Representative/30,000 population/State; but the average population/50 States is 6,174,911. Yes, that number is apportioned according to Article I:2clause 3 and the 14th Amendment; but population increases in 2010, taking effect last Tuesday - do not change Representation of the House fixed at 435;

while, at the same time, the numbers can increase, decrease, or remain unchanged, irregardless to the population changes to that State’s Electoral College Members chosen among the Political Party’s delegate systems.  For example Alaska had a 13.3% increase in population, but unchanged 9 delegates to the Electoral College; Massachusetts had a 3.1 increase in population representing 138,532 individuals, but Decreased its Electoral Person who votes by One.[2]

Given, that PDP  allows “number” of “Everyone who wants to vote, gets to vote; regardless of citizenship” – except the Military Vote; and
Given, many, non-English Speaking voters and exercise themselves as members of the ‘collective-collaboration  based skin-color, except white/race and country-of-origin, except their citizenship and Pledge to the United States’; And

Given, that the law of “regardless of political party affiliation”; and “PDP’s democracy, “Winner-take-all", collective people attached to voter cards with body parts to make marks” for how many Electoral Votes will result to be  given to each Presidential Candidate, absent Philosophy of governance, destroying a “Check and Balance” for determining the Leader of our Nation.
 ---- PDP will always “win” by the ‘inanimate object - number’/majority resulting in force; but
our Republic, under God is diluted both by the  ‘ballot-stuffing forms - limited to
  Number’ and by ‘the ‘number’ of votes attached to the delegates, chosen by political philosophy - except that if the philosophy is not PDP; the p+philosophy won’t be allowed. For example, Teaparty in Republican Establishment party; top-down-don’t think or question-complete obedience-Socialist disguised as Democratic Party, because that’s the only way they can run for office,  both parties with PDP membership; and anyway,  because ‘number’ plus ‘the majority as political standard of right and wrong by force’, absent protection of the rights of One person or any minority inherent to our Republican form of government,  equals who will be President..

The Election Maps[3],just learned about 24 hours ago,  added a dynamic of "majority of number" absent our Republic's "reason" with all minorities protected from the oppression - tyranny of the majority - disguised by the "approval" of numbers

This election is, at best, a lawless farce; in favor of “Socialist-collective-secular- majority- number- force by power and control; and has absolutely nothing to do with our Republic under God and/or the Laws of Both Founding Documents! No excuse for no military vote!

America this member of Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes strayed to complete Anti-law of our Republic, Must Be Held Accountable;  And Every-One God and Nation First "minority by 2%" of 59, 134,475, who shall not sit-by and have the Laws and Rights Contained in Both Founding Documents "Alinsky refroze/census, and unfrozen - 11/6/2012" remain.  Our Legislators, any level of government city through Federal shall Act to stop your "Despotic Majority"...

Any Leader, this 'president' downward, who must stoop-down into pits of wrong, to hold a position of Honor in Truth of our unique Republic based in the "Religion and Morality" taught by God and Jesus in Scripture.  Our nation Is The Only Nation In the History of Mankind, to write Law which is for One Person in his obedience by Honor of conscience and duty to the personal responsibilities of Life, Liberty, and pursuits...not only to Self, but to all Other 'Selfs' located within the sphere of that "self". Our Republic is The Whole of our Nation is the sum of each One Person, regardless of his location in his Natural Rights and in equal station of the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God.
