The title is a reflection of why the evolving of current - external force socialist regime - worldwide; cannot reign supreme in our Nation or in the, now majority of nations occupying this planet. Their ‘few, never benevolent dictators of blind, deaf, stiffnecked, arrogant and conceit as rulers, over ‘the person’ competing for life - liberty - and pursuit of.. production and distribution of animal, vegetable, mineral, subatomic particles zinging around Nature; And
External government shall always be the complete opposition to Religion, as obedience to God’s Law, and Morality or “true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties.”: Internal Government of Conscience. Accountability to God by Each-One-Person-One-at-a-time is “Nature and Nature’s God”.
This AXIOM of “homo sapiens - body, with cognitive attributes - soul, comprising “Person” as the “individual component of the polity, expressed and applied in the only Documents of this planet, states the essence of mankind as one-person-at-a-time - sovereignty for each natural right and the ‘free agency’ to obey...or not; and comprising as many shades of grey or any ‘nature’s color’ on this planet comprising each “person”: The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States of America.
All government is comprised of “polity as a whole” which is comprised of each person- conscience, as well as the democracy’s collective people with greater number = 100% of decision without principle of God’s law or morality required. While all government is necessary, the anti-law, socialist government declares itself above God’s Laws; has grown to unprecedented soul-size only short of Nazism, because mass body murder has not occurred.
The expressed stated, anti-concept is readable in UN Mission and Charter for absent God’s Laws in regulation; in history as revisionist, in Zeitgeist’s 6+ you-tube videos defines which pieces of history are relevant, along with those laws not relevant to “Modern” man; a.k.a The Bible is not relevant. Absolute separation from God’s Law and Morality, public-government education, from kindergarten age through government’s self-perpetuating, role as opponent to ‘any age person’s natural rights life - liberty.
Mass “soul” murder has and is occurring in our Nation and on this Planet as: — “Thou Shall Bear False Witness. Definition of False: “Not true; not conformable to fact; expressing what is contrary to that which exists, is done, said or thought. A false report communicates what is not done or said. A false accusation imputes to a person what he has not done or said. A false witness testifies what is not true. A false opinion is not according to truth or fact. God’s Law through the Parables, Chapters regarding ‘person’, Proverbs; and Nephi, Moroni, and ‘person’ of “Another Testament of Jesus Christ: The Book of Mormon”. God’s Mansion has many Rooms: Buddhism, Hindu, Pharisee. Only God: “A rich man has as much chance of entering heaven, as a camel going through the eye of a needle”; WITH the quiet bold statement often missed: “In God’s world, all things are possible”.
“Turn off the lights and take away the key” from EPA, - both Bachmann and Paul state are actions are necessary to stop the socialist, Obama Regime where violation occur, daily in Departments as part of the Executive Branch of government; with sometimes unwitting support from the Senate and House.
Further, all the above are violations of “Founding Father’s” expression of the above contained in Both their written documents as gifts to ‘this 2009 Posterity and 2099 onward Posterity’ with God..
Writing this is to give answer, as person, to why ‘elected person’ would choose socialism with greater number as collective-mass, forming group defined by government, writers of statutes, over Declaration and Constitution.
Why ‘Elected Person’ representing “person of constitution”, as well as location in State, County, Local government, absolutely, knowing full-well, as does every American, the Bills resulting in Law are unconstitutional and therefore anti-law. But allow them to go forward!?
Never saying one word which directly addresses “Rule of Law” or any part of the above!?
Thinking that if they just write another Amendment, that will change the above Violations of God’s Law and Both Documents!?
“How can any profession, business, idea for RandD, ever function unless there is a government providing direction?.” A question asked by ‘person’ less than 53 years old.
The age is important because that means the person’s public school education occurred between the years approximately 1962 through today’s date - and the foreseeable future Posterity of: “It all begins with ME!” - “It” means “cooperation”; unless ‘persons with or without children’ recognize the indoctrination and remove it. ...Children cannot defend themselves - though some with inherent instincts of right and wrong - manage with great difficulty, anxiety, and non-support from adults of the blind, deaf, stiffnecked variety do get by. Still, “Honor thy Mother and Father” is the reigning Law with many Nation’s fully understanding that Honor any person - by another is the Law which stands by itself: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.”
History of apprenticeship with learning-growth in production and distribution of animal, vegetable, minerals as man moved through 4000 years, trades became Guilds, and apprentices became Masters of their pursuit of....
The years of history to and through the 40's, 50's 60's, 70's, and to date, though much diluted recognition, continued apprenticeship through master evolving into the profession’s organizations which were the RandD as well as the Standard of Practice for all major areas of life’s medicine, electronics, science, etc. The years of 50 through 1999, were a period of ‘professional organization’ determining standard of practice with ‘quality control’ developed from professions specializing in organization - production - distribution of practice by person of person, for person. Government was present, but only got involved as a “referee” over contested ideas.
Unless life with liberty via pursuit of person’s under 53 occurred, the majority have grown into “It can’t be done unless - government does it.” mentality. They ‘blanch-pale’ at the thought of closing down EPA, FCC, Health and Human Services, Agriculture on Nutrition and diet, and so forth... . They have never known, the whole as the individual parts working together in concert, to produce the ‘music’ of harmony in production and distribution with exploration of animal, vegetable, mineral, and subatomic particles. This is the magnificence of God and of Both Founding Documents applied.
Example: HR 10 (not sure of number) but ‘If any department of Federal Government writes a Regulation which costs more than $100,000 (just the employee costs before the fact of the regulation costs more than this!) to taxpayers, then the regulation shall not occur until it follows Article I:7,8 of the Constitution.
Actually, this is a fast, stop-gap, that will derail the Socialists. The “greater number” in the Senate Shall Oppose it - based upon support of socialism over Republican Representative Government under our Constitution and under God; as well as the ‘elected person’ who always chooses politics of power and force over Natural Rights of “person”.
The problem: Is Article I:7, 8 already exists as does Article I:1 ALL LEGISLATIVE (means Law) Powers herein granted shall be...” .
Every time ‘elected person’ - any level from city to president - ignores the Articles of “Rule of Law”, the “Whale does go through the Fishing-Net” meaning production and distribution of life as animal, vegetable, and mineral; And
Every time, the Secretary of State of California or any State, states:
--- government defined, perscribed number ofsignatures, shall declare a referendum eligible for vote in the NEXT election. Number more important than the voice of non-consent from "We the People";
--- does not allow recount of votes (consent of the People) for candidate races with <1000 vote difference at the taxpayers/consent covered cost;
--- and cannot or will not stop - the count of votes when even one precinct in any one county has fraudulent activity for any issue, candidate, or 'business of "We the People's consent".
That government defines the "specified number" which has rank above "rule of law" of, by, for, We the People and as the content of the Referendum or People's initiation of or change to law which a legislature passed sans God's Law or for any "anti-law" purpose; is in itself the basis of power-contol-dictate over Both Founding documents.
Every time ‘elected person’ allows - and therefore agrees by silence - an unconstitutional Act to go into law because of “greater number”, “as a whale goes through a fishing net” occurs. Thus, the reason for this description of the fragile, too easily torn and broken, flying up-side-down flag, and ‘yells’ from Canada and Great Britain to warn US(A) of how much “We the People” have surrendered without one word...”in order to form a more Perfect Union, establish Justice,...secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain....”
Have you noticed how complete, in terms of ‘soul’, God’s Law Is..! The Master of few, well chosen, compete, short sentences and parables that often don’t go beyond 5 verses! Only God...and only to those who ask, seek, find and obey out of love of ‘free agency’.
