In 8 months - 32 weeks.... because of “..top two vote-getters..” - popular-greater number - “..without regard to the political party preference disclosed..”, or answering or even responsible to the Party Philosophies by and of “We the People” definition of the GOVERNANCE to be utilized and practiced by those selected Congressional and State candidates who win their ‘greater-number’ seats in JUNE.

For the first time in United States History, Commandment #9: Thou shalt not bear false witness, is written into our State’s Constitution:
Article II: 5(a) A voter-nomination primary election shall be conducted to select the candidates for congressional and state elective offices in California. All voters may vote at a voter-nominated primary
election for any candidate for congressional and state elective office without regard to the political party preference disclosed by the candidate or the voter, provided that the voter is otherwise qualified to vote for candidates for the office in question. The candidates who are the top two vote-getters at a voter-nominated
primary election for a congressional or state elective office shall, regardless of party preference, compete in the ensuing general election.
(b) “...A political party or party central committee shall not nominate a candidate for any congressional or state elective office at the voter-nominated primary. This subdivision shall not be interpreted to prohibit a political party or party central committee from endorsing, supporting, or opposing any candidate for a congressional or state elective office. A political party or party central committee shall not have the right to have its preferred candidate participate in the general election for a voter-nominated office other than a candidate who is one of the two highest vote-getters at the primary election, ..”. “..... Except as otherwise provided by Section 6, a candidate for a congressional or state elective office may have his or her political party preference, or lack of political party preference, indicated upon the ballot for the office in the manner provided by statute. ..”
Political “Party” comprises history of our nation since 1620. Among the “Party” absent from this unconstitutional Article, the “Union Party” primarily represented by its administration who is paid by dues from its members. Since “Political” is not attached to Union-Membership, and since the Members do not join the Union for its ‘Political philosophy’, the designated-union, especially in a closed-shop State, can perform the above...via its PAC’s monetary support of candidates. It is the underpinnings for Article II’s change from a Republic to a Democracy. The Democratic Party is absent. It is replaced by the Socialist Party the current California Legislature represents... Not with consent of Californians.
In writing this June 2010 Proposition, the writers of this Article violates and disregards Article V of Supreme Law. This "anti-law" requires Repeal and nullification.
Congressional and State Office Candidates are proposing themselves “to act as agents for ‘We the People’ for our Nation - State - and Locally through the Districts and Precincts within those areas of 58 counties, “..exercising only such powers as are delegated to them, and according to their instructions. ..delegation and instruction constitute an extension....contract called the constitution..” - including both Supreme and State.
--But they do not have to state their political party or party preference. The candidates do not have to even indicate the correct membership in a party. Observe at the following State Governments: WA and HI, and at www.thomas.gov all sponsors of Bills and Acts of Congress:
PARTY AFFILIATION IS TOTALLY ABSENT, replaced by State abbreviation and District represented....nothing more. OPEN SOCIETY - BORDERLESS NATIONS (absent State Sovereignty – to say nothing about “Sovereignty of Person” as Natural Rights from God) - BORDERLESS JURISPRUDENCE.
Delegation and Instruction are the duties, responsibilities, and Oath of Offices with respect to the Philosophies reflected in the pros and cons expressed by POLITICAL PARTY.
Our Nation and our State are experiencing the"anti-law" of this Socialist State and Federal government as the plateau of that group-think, few men defined, control of life, liberty, and forget this part...it doesn’t matter because the socialist leadership and minions will help you decide. "An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In a constitutional republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but anti-law." We the People have not given consent to "anti-law", but it abounds not only in our state(s)'s legislatures, but also in this socialist-Soros-Obama -Executive Branch colluding as 2600 Departments and Agencies.
The purpose of “..top two vote-getters..” is the removing “We the People’s” voice at the ballot box as an expression of delegation and instruction to the government...., to result in government action by the crimes of omission, neglect, commission, and positive transgression. In addition, the gerrymandered redistricting commission with continued-absent local and State enforcement of voter fraud....both sides of the table - voter and our state appointed (only Secretary is Elected) counters of votes with absent responsibility of software and hardware mechanics for the machine named computer all added together, MAKE A FAIR AND OPEN ELECTION nearly impossible to achieve. One last insult: the silent, devious, distortions attempt to change our “Electoral College” to popular - greater number vote is silently making rounds through undisclosed states–but California is among them and Gov. Brown knows it!!!!
“We the People” are aware of the above.... and acting to reclaim our Nation
”We the People” are taking all action... informing, learning, taking the responsibility of all Both Documents State for our PROTECTION AGAINST the unjust..crimes of Socialism.
“We the People” are Americans who know God and Nation are first and second, because family and all else cannot exist without the “Person of Both founding Documents” freedom expressed as Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
