This is Important..

You all know that once the minute it took to type this is past, it is gone forever and ever - never to return again.

The wrongs of omission, commission, neglect, and positive transgression against our Supreme Law cannot all easily be corrected; but with persistent respect to "I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its Laws, to respect its Flag and to defend it against ALL enemies, we can return to our Duty to our God and Nation.

Best part of this minute and all that follow the future of this minute: opportunity and challenge!

This minute "Each "person" of We the People [that includes you 'elected agent'], can continue and again practice the "Religion and Morality" you know and love full well, by the Employment of the Tool of our Laws: The Constitution of the United States of America.

 Here's How:
A. Instead of waiting for the Socialist Legislator to write, send to committee and add another 'chain-link' binding  Liberty; then to the floors of legislature which  2 or more chain-links; and then to President and Governor for the the padlock which seals the attack on Supreme Law with Liberty in place:  
1)  ALL, REGULATIONS, STATUTES, OF ANY KIND Proposed, written, from committees, go to the appropriate legislative Floor FIRST. PURPOSE:  Challenge and MANDATORY answer to the  Constitutional Question by: 1)This Bill by its Name -not number__________l is a violation of __________part of Articles, Amendments, Sections, Code as Law and Regulation. 
2) The 'author of the 'proposed Federal Law'', Shall by His 'Oath of Office'  answer Now on this Floor in this Chamber and in Writing as addendum title: "Answer to why the Bill is Not a violation" of Supreme or Any State Constitution (as appropriate). The Constitution is Supreme Law. If the author cannot Prove, the law's application in the Constitution --- that proposition is "Nulll and Void" and Shall be removed from Consideration as Law.
3) IF discussion and debate ensues directed to the Bill in relation to the Constitution involved utilizes, as part of its argument that the Constitution is not violated, the UN's declaration:  "right to opinion without interference '- WSIS12/2006 A#4:  "WE AFFIRM....that this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, receive and impart information through any media and regardless of frontiers. ..”.  

THEN that is a violation of God’s Laws because it does not answer the inherent practice of Socialism to continue: “CRIME 1. An act which violates a law, divine or human; an act which violates a rule of moral duty; an offense against the laws of right, prescribed by God or man, or against any rule of duty plainly implied in those laws. A crime may consist in omission or neglect, as well as in commission, or positive transgression. The commander of a fortress who suffers the enemy to take possession by neglect, is as really criminal, as one who voluntarily opens the gates without resistance. [Noah Webster in “The 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language].  If the "person as agent of 'We the People' wishes his "opinion" to be heard, ...

THEN that same "person" must change his "opinion" in view of the "crime". Or obedience to God's Law, you must take the consequences of your act and words - when you decide disobedience of correct; but not perpetrate that onto others by the position you hold  government. An individual is answerable to God --- regardless of that person's location on the infinite in the universe 'belief' location on the continuum.

The proposed Bill is still Null and Void.  This is the way Law was discussed back in 1620's plus throughout our early history. "..Laws of Nature and Nature's God have not changed..nor has the "species homo sapiens with cognitive attributes".   

 The reason any "Person" does not require a judge, attorney, court to come to this conclusion is also contained in The Bible and in the application of The Bible to both Founding Documents, to (Thank you so much, Mr. Webster) the "1828 Dictionary", and to Laws from before Constantine. God's Laws are timeless and when "get knowledge and wisdom (Proverbs 8+ and -)" are utilized...along with "seek and ye shall find; ask and it shall be opened unto you Shall Work", For Each and Every Person on this day, and every day in history, and all the tomorrows forever and forever...in the name of our Lord God and His Son Jesus Christ.

Another Reason, if socialism can declare "opinion without interference", the any person can surely understand the correctness of their 'knowledge and wisdom' of God's Law applied by the Documents - not one founder disputes who's magnificence established this United State of America...   Make no mistake, they and we are members of the species homo sapiens, and while we try...we often make the errors of omission, neglect, commission and active transgression...because that is our opportunity and challenge - Each-One-Person-One-at-a Time before God and as a citizen of our Nation...and other Nations who are learning and turning away from the "opinion without interference" socialism with other names. 
AND, Jon Roland's "Declaration of Constitutional Principles" (as valuable as Mr. Webster - today) has tremendous information and with the his Constitution Society (www.constitution.org) is invaluable for 'We the People': Here is one of the sections: Bill found UNCONSTITUTIONAL DUE TO INCONSISTENT, or any of the 12 reasons found in "Declaration of Constitutional Principles" --- candidate, in spite of  "number of vote-getters" and state control (CA Constitution's new anti-law Article II) of elections, can be tested utilizing any part of Mr. Roland's work .  BUT, everyone - especially under 45 years old - must continue learning and relearning - the place our Nation occupy's in Relation to our Lord God.

OUR REPUBLIC is founded on "person" and is reflected in the harmony and concert of "a Congress" (Article I:1), which combined with 'filibuster' are bastion's against the power of number via "opinion without interference". "You can't have Beethoven's 5th without the drummer" IS THE ESSENCE OF OUR DEMOCRACY IN A REPUBLIC. It recognizes 'EVERY PERSON' as One; it protects God's Laws and "person" which Democracy, alone, cannot...; and it slows, modify's, and stops the 'vagaries of faction' represented by socialism's decline of person, of trust, of life - liberty (lip-service is given); in favor of  "collective", "mass", 'Group-minded' thinking.

EXAMPLE: In California State: "homo sexuality taught in school" (there is a reason this was the topic added to edu.* is the Bill.  1) Stated on Legislative Floor: This Bill #__homo sex is Unconstitutional. It is inconsistent with the following principles: contrary  to the right of life and liberty choice of "person", is not based on 'any' power delegated to the government under the Constitution; neglect to perform the duty of "Religion and Integrity" of governance; involves the operation of government outside its constitutional jurisdiction; it is intended to be applied selectively 'history' in public schools - a violation of equal rights (children and young are minors - have no say - and are refused information regarding the "Religion and Ethics" principle's of America). It is a violation of Article I:8, Amendments IX, X, XIV.   2) Now, on this floor and In writing, Mr. Legislator of Socialism, explain why the bill is OK with the Constitution(s) because CA's is a mirror of US. It should be "Null and Void from inception"; but because of "opinion without interference" is now a State Law with "We the People" petitioning...quite unnecessary if the "Here's How" is applied. 3) There is no debate involved. End.

For Congress: 1) Stated on Floor of Senate: Right to Work as Law because of the Union's inherent "anti-law" as violation of Article IV:2, 14th, and several of the Bill of Rights; quasi-government in that it is 100%, when closed-shop government - dependent for it existence on taxpayer money - never properly legislated; and with exclusionary contracts not only with its members as arrears which can suspend membership. but also with contracts which are "intended to be applied selectively...in violation of equal protection provision ... all laws must be applied uniformly; but also, involves "..the operation of government outside it constitutional jurisdiction.." and of course - absolutely contrary to the rights guaranteed under the Constitution. The crimes of neglect, commission, and active transgression, and plain-old fashioned criminal law. 
2) opportunity for opposition to answer orally and in writing without "opinion without interference" unless the interference results in the writer acknowledging the requirement to change opinion of "Nature and Nature's God".

3) Action is to null and void contracts and actions against members is what is required - enforce existing law.  Also, should be enforced because it crosses State's lines.

This Must be used for AB459 - Electoral College by State control and a violation of Article I:10:4 "..enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State.

To every "Person" of We the People:

1) Support and Defend our Constitution(S) by increasing awareness and challenging.

2) Protect our votes.  No voting, concerned American should be absent from this organization’s goals and work already in progress.

3) Realize that in 'Real Time' "We the People" means We are our Republic. It is correct and right that we say publicly the part and reason the Constitution is violated.

4) Ask all candidates, mosquito abatement to President what they know, not lip-serve, about both Documents.

5) Make sure, especially the younger set with the 'X' & 'Y' generations which were never taught either founding document much less God and Country (unless they are service-members) among your networks or friends, family, associates what the Stakes in 2012 are, and the importance of Each Person's Role to say "ya or Nay".

Like so much of the Constitution and Declaration The statement there is nothing in the "TEXT of the Constitution" to "Protect Parental Rights" is correct 'per say' in it was not necessary to delineate in writing in 1776 to those words. Not even in English Law of George III! That is how fundamental parent's are to life, liberty, and happiness. That is also what "Religion and Morality" mean.  And that is what is missing here in this film:  the Youth who thinks that the adult is tramping on his rights when he "doesn't even know its happening"; the 'court of man's law' - unchallenged by Jefferson on Construction regarding spirit of time (obtainable through Noah Webster's 1828 American Dictionary),"trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it..." versus the Socialist 'control of and over everything' with full removal of sovereignty of person, natural rights which taken together are freedom. 


"The Declaration is not law because you can't see it. The Constitution is law because you can see it." is a quote made on 'Public Radio' during the liberal morning broadcast over a year ago. It is a repudiation of God's Law because you can't see "God's Law" in The Constitution, either.  Add to this "Every Man has a right to an opinion" which was included in the "Declaration of Principles" of the UN WSIS 12/10-12/2003's version:

Soro's open-society because it is contained in this UN Declaration.  YOU, as your "person" of God and of this Nation Must Understand on your own, the reason "right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference", as taught to young, "X & Y generations, including the "Woodstock-older", is God's Law absent from this UN Declaration!  The absence of God's Law is a leading problem in the UN and our Nation under the Obama-Soros regime; and in the 30 year Middle East War to eradicate Israel - the wall against Islam and Sharia Law; and up until 'Obama-Clinton-et. al minions', our Nation's undying support of Israel.

It is completely against The Declaration of Independence of God's Law expressed in the first paragraph as the FIRST PREMISE of Law - even Seen With Unseen as: "..In the Course of human events..; and to assume among the  powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them,..".  You can see Nature (science) and it has laws. You can see Nature's God - but only if you have "Religion and Morality" as the ultimate foundation for human kind of the species Homo Sapiens with Cognitive Attributes who compete for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness = natural rights.  The Declaration is "The Promise"... and The Constitution is Law in fulfilling the "Promise". Both Documents are intertwined and include The Bible and with 1620 America becoming 1776 The United States of...


"Natural rights" are repudiated in the UN Declaration because 'man's law' of the UN and Obama-Soros-Alinsky-Zeitgeist', cannot function with sovereignty and uniqueness of one person both founding Documents and The Bible teach.  Each person Is one:one with God -- it is a choice. Each Person is one on one with the United States of America which our Founders, with God's work, present on each and every page of our unique in Human Kind History of rights of One-person-one-at-a-time. It is a choice.  The choice of the UN, the Socialist-communist is 'turn away from God as Law...or obedience required of the responsibility when 'holding opinion without interference is wrong and opposite to God's Law.


That is why: George Washington's words, actions, and deeds; the first paragraph of the Declaration with 6 of 27 abuses*; the total content of The Constitution as opinion of the writer*, must be eliminated and changed in order for all our youth to be indoctrinated against the expression of God and rights of mankind in  "..for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor."

US Constitution has a large portion of "Unseen Law" aka Principle.  What is expressed as 'parent's rights' is a no-brainer for The Laws of God as written in the Constitution: Delineated in Article IV:2, 4, in The Bill of Rights and in the 14th Amendment. While the intent of Article VI in "..and all Treaties made.., was an "..imperative because they would be of no validity with respect to other nations unless the whole United States took the treaty seriously. (1954 Bricker Amendment would have protected our nation, but lost by one Senator's vote).*", the WSIS DECLARATION is so Against The Supreme Law of Our Nation...Tyranny would be the working word against this President because of his repudiation of The United States of America in supporting it.... .  

It is easy to see why "Text" of our Constitution is the "rider" word here. For if we simply loved our Nation and support its Constitution, "impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors" would easily prevail.  God's Law
of unalienable rights because "The natural rights of persons are inalienable, preceding the social contract and the constitution, and persons may not be deprived of them even with their consent, since they do not have the power to surrender those rights, and therefore do not have the power to delegate the deprivation of those rights to others. (Declaration of Constitutional Principles by Jon Roland, Constitution Society)".  So the Treaty is absolutely Unconstitutional and therefore "anti-law" and also therefore inconsistent with unalienble rights and disobedience as a duty, required; unless of course Obama's tyranny extends to communism of forced - dictate -100% Government. 

It is scary how easy it is for too many Americans in ignorance to be fooled, lied to, and not recognize managed and sorted information meant to distort -- the young are easily susceptible especially with 'indoctrination' and coercion of grade or pass-fail as the instigators.

So, in parental rights or any action of the UN via its self-imposed "Declaration of  Principles of human kind without God's Laws for sovereignty of "person" " is a repudiation of our Nation as a Republic; and any 'person' with their right to an opinion; must also take the responsibility and consequences of tyranny against this nation that 'UN opinion' endorses and uses against person, but not group as nations of control.

About our Nation and How Speaker Boehner is acting Both as Our Agent and as an American..

I have not even listened to what Our Speaker of the House has to say--yet! Everyone, just look at him!  Is he looking directly into the camera? Are his eyes open and are the furrows located where they should be...given the enormity of the task he and every-single-elected-natural and naturalized Citizen-of God and Our Founders, Must Face in Totality for today the tomorrows of at least the next 3 generations-two which are yet to be thought of by their parents.  Now watch eyes all over everywhere, narrowed; often sitting cross-legged with fingers on face; stiff; never focusing on anything in the 'real time location' of speaking -- and then because the words he needs are in electricity from a podium.

Dear Mr. Rand,
Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know this is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, which is deepening lack of faith.
While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles -- regrettably, we can no longer endorse AARP's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights; yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not needed. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.
Once upon a time we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging -- a sense we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama Regime and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the very blood pressure that my medical care strives to contain -- clearly a conflict of interest there !
We do not understand the AARP posture; we feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years. We leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.
This Obama Regime scares the living daylights out of us; not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage; and even more importantly, for our children and grandchildren.Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. We travel for a living. Walt hauls horses all over this great country, averaging over 10,000 miles a month when he is out there. He meets more people than a politician on caffeine overdose. Of all the many good folks he enjoyed on this last 10,000 miles, this trip yielded only ONE supporter of the current Regime. One of us is out of touch with mainstream America. Since our poll is conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than ones that are driven by a need to yield AMNESTY. (aka - make voters out of the foreign lawbreakers so they can vote to continue the government’s free handouts). This addition of 10 to 20 Million voters who then will vote to continue Socialism will OVERWHELM our votes to control the government’s free handouts. It is a “slippery slope” we must not embark on!

PLEASE KEEP THIS MOVING FORWARD. (In internet lingo: If enough people pass this on it will “go viral”).
The Patient Protection and Affordable Act, that AARP supports, is perpetuation of the "anti-law" and fears expressed herein.  It is Not Law. There is Not One Republican Signature on that Act. The Obama dictate of forced government medicine on "We the People" failed "..a Congress": without 'One' Republican vote in Our Republic form of government defined by N. Webster in 1828 is:  1. A commonwealth; a state in which the exercise of the sovereign power is lodged in representatives elected by the people. In modern usage, it differs from a democracy or democratic state, in which the people exercise the powers of sovereignty in person. Yet the democracies of Greece are often called republics.. Congress is defined: 1. A meeting of individuals; an assembly of envoys, commissioners, deputies, &c., particularly a meeting of the representatives of several courts, to concert measures for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns". 

The PPAA is absent one whole party of "We the People's" Congress of 235 years.  "Concert", "common good", "adjust mutual concerns" are all absent. Article I:7:2 states that every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall before it becomes Law,....". PPAA never passed the House of Representatives, nor did it pass the Senate, because Article IV:4 says "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of government: " The greater number or majority of votes, alone, is not a Republican Form of government, when the smaller number refuses to add signature, or approval in law, to the larger number of 'persons'.  

Here is the definition of "Democracy" from the 1828 American Dic: [Gr. People, and to possess, to govern.] Government by the people; a form of government, in which the supreme power is lodged in the hands of the people collectively, or in which the people exercise the powers of legislation. Such was the government of Athens. And here is the definition of "collectively": LY, adv. In a mass, or body; in a collected state; in the aggregate; unitedly; in a state of combination; as the citizens of a state collectively considered.". 

Do you recognize "collectively"?  It is the mass of persons voting for number without principle, reason, existing law; and for pure, political, Socialism as the "Flagship" of the arrival in Port of the United States of America by the Soros-Obama Administration.  Many States  run their citizen's elections solely by "greater number of votes" without the candidate or the voters required to recognize party affiliation; or which form of government, with what constitution or principles are applied. The foundation of sovereignty of One "Person's" decision on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, a.k.a. freedom is the opposition which must be ridiculed, ignored, distorted, with the "end justify's the means".  Party is no longer necessary. Neither are the Principles expressed in Both The Declaration and The Constitutions of Nation and of State.  

The greater number is what rules both this socialist Administration with its minions in Congress (who still run the Senate, District and Supreme Courts). Democracy = greater number of both votes and dollars. Because of the absence of principle, socialism of Soros-Obama, defines, determines, takes action against all existing Rule of Law at whatever branch of government and at whatever level of government: school board through water, to city, county, including every single form of sub-structure co-inhabiting the word "government". 

What "We the People", because Mr. & Mrs.Miller are indeed speaking for Americans of our founding fathers, express in this letter couldn't be more irrelevant to the 'addressee',  Soros-Obama regime. They don't require "person"; just mass, bodies, aggregates..preferably as uninformed, censored,  with as much distorted or absent information as possible. 

Congress consists of two major Parties...only 1 Party participated in the PPAA debacle. Republicans refused any association.  Since this means no concert..no participation of one party..; or to say it another way - musically just as 1828 defined 'congress'....there isn't any drummer, let alone Horn or String Section to the PPAA orchestration of Law. Therefore, Beethoven's 5th cannot be played; and  [shall not] should not have proceded to the Soros-Obama Administration for signature.  

At the time, though without the "collectively" part of the Democracy definition; and with that the most important function of the Soros-Obama Administration with minion support from both Houses of Congress, it was sent for signature. Remember, the popular part of 'democracy' is the most people want... whatever...fill-in blank. 

Too many Republicans or "Elected-We the People" do not recognize the genius of the writing of Law by our Founders.  Too many Citizens, elected or not - natural or naturalized - choose to Not Trust our Founder's "religion and integrity" - two of the 4 foundations that created and maintained at least 233 years (2008 of Bush years) of our Nation. 

It appears, not easy,  necessary to our elected believers in 'the Republic'; that, indeed, greater number of votes with money, can rule this Nation;...and 'number' exclusively is allowed to the formation of bills as "anti-law"- public and privately. To clarify, "anti-law"  comes from the constitutional principle which states: "An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In a constitutional republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but "anti-law". 'Elected We the People' allow themselves to be persuaded by the lawmakers, attorneys, judges of the Socialist ilk, that only they have the expertise to arrive at conclusions regarding the "integrity" of the Constitutional Law Written by the "Religion and integrity" of the Founders (also lawyers and judges) --- even though, anyone elected person, with only the basic information about the founding documents, know that from the age of 7 or 8 years old, all documents are required to be taught. The founders lived the Bible according to the word of both God and Jesus contained therein, including every promise of the way, truth, and light; with seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be opened unto you, and obey the Laws of the Father and of His Son.  What does that have to do with the Both Declaration and constitution...everything included in this Nation of homo sapiens with the cognitive attributes which include the ability to compete with others for the means to exercise the NATURAL RIGHTS of..." combined with "WE the People" -  no characteristics, no community of interest, no cultural separation, just God to 1 "person" to 1 Declaration of Nature and Nature's God to 7 Articles and 10 Amendments for the "how to" of every, single problem this Nation faces; this day, tomorrow and forever; because of sovereignty of one person - God's greatest gift to all mankind.All that is necessary is One Man believing in One God with His Laws and Inherent Integrity....all words, well defined by Mr. N. Webster in The 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language - the founders themselves - and the belief and trust in their giving of their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. The lives , fortunes, and sacred honor are as required today, as they were every single, 62,275 days since 1776.

Franklin, Father Serra or any of their friends, neighbors, or countrymen, would ever have thought of posterity of education in 2011 as absent God in teaching Colonial America, The Declaration, The Constitution, California Missions; and every significant event in history.. including the major wars worldwide with "The Middle East War since 1991" about religion . Isn't that sort of like learning the lessons of life without The Bible?

But that's what we're asking our children to do, isn't it?

 "The Mayflower Compact" - the first two names - leaving Europe in order to live and choose The Lord God: "Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion. [1828 American Dictionary of the English Language; www.mshaffer.com]".  The Bible was The Primary 'Textbook' of Learning and intrinsic to daily life men; and remains the Book of God's Word via denominations of religion - today.  Except, it may be required 'Only on Sunday's'; is susceptible to man's definitions of politically-correct, religion (Homosexuality in McMillan's "Encyclopedia of Religion"); and requires as many translations into "modern" English as many as humanly possible...; even though, as you read N. Webster's, the content of Both Founding Documents, and "The Mayflower Compact [in old English]" with Shakespeare and all Literature, English is quite adequate without the translations into the "modern censorship" of history, philosophy, science, medicine, psychology mentality.

Censorship of God in all aspects of  "Education" is a blasphemy; and a genuine crime against children past, present, and future: "The bringing up, as of a child, instruction; formation of manners. Education comprehends all that series of instruction and discipline which is intended to enlighten the understanding, correct the temper, and form the manners and habits of youth, and fit them for usefulness in their future stations. To give children a good education in manners, arts and science, is important; to give them a religious education is indispensable; and an immense responsibility rests on parents and guardians who neglect these duties." is Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary Definition of "Education".   


Most generations of Americans, including this writer, were brought up with this definition of education. It is abandoned in today's education because "The Impregnable wall of separatio" from the 1947 Everson v. PTA  'mistake' of immense measure; especially applying the definition of religion by "denomination" or membership versus its real definition above, pretty much started or at the very least maximized the problem of God's Law versus Man's desire to write law as mankind minus the "Perfection" part of God - but still required right up to Friday, last week in relation to budgets [spending of 'legal plunder']. This "mistake" lends weight to the other "mistakes" contained in the "modern "Amendments to the Constitution" in that both demonstrate 'man without God' inability to adjudicate, legislate, and direct the quality, content, or ethics of anything a government undertakes to "Provide" to the members of the elected-appointed group of  "Americans think that.....", or "Americans want....", or 3rd person any action. 


The result, over years with crescendo aided and applied by G. Soros and B. Obama, has produced exactly what "We the People" are facing now in 2011, as disaster, working toward catastrophe. Unless "We the People" begin to "WAKE - UP AND PAY ATTENTION"!!!!!!!!  Our Tree of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness - otherwise known as "FREEDOM" IS BEING CHOPPED..it may go down. ..And not one bullet of temporal war; but Satan's Largest Army of  "anti-Christ", spiritual war of proportions which are very Global. To define anything with "Religion and Virtue" as the Center of "..obligation to obey God's Laws.." and "accountableness to God" is 'verboten' with  'anti-Christ's' far off the cliff, left end...even to the apparent ridiculousness of removing Crosses and Stars of David from War Veterans in Cemeteries all over the world (ACLU about 2 yrs. ago-I think they quit that one.).


Of course, the authors of all the above books, available in the geography and "history" sections of Lakeshore stores, have excellent references with lots of letters after their names from many colleges, universities, and National education organizations throughout the United States of America...but not one sentence of "integrity":

3. Purity; genuine, unadulterated, unimpaired state; as the integrity of language.

Our " Constitutional Person" of sovereignty, along with those of US(A) growing up between the 50's and today, have all experienced this censorship of education defined by the persons of letters, certificates, and college-university 'ed..yeu [grandeur of group-mind stinkiness in today's colleges, but with notable exceptions]; though many of US(A) survived simply because we had enough help in LEARNING from our parents or our own efforts, with God's Lesson, to learn and use the 4R's of Classical Learning, and to obtain the politically correct required grade...and move on. That works, but as we can all see...eventually, choosing God as the Trinity in The Way, The Truth, and The Light of Joy Love Happiness..is the only possible direction back to where "We the People" started.

But, while writing this, children in public schools, the older and further from "America" whether by color, race, immigrant - legal or not, are being "indoctrinated" - not educated or even Learning skills for the 4R's - Research-Reflect-Relate-Record (take action).  Remember: Constitutional "person" is a member of the species homo sapiens with cognitive abilities to..; and "We the People" does not address the characteristics of person-hood; and you know The Lord God doesn't care about your body...just your spirit. This is Also An Absent concept: 1:1 with God And 1:1 as 'sovereign person with our constitution. Absent from politically-correct-censored-group-mind-definition of  'indoctrination education' so very important to state and federal, taxpayer funded, use of "Legal Plunder" with complete disrespect by non-entity-government.  Non-entity government because of that "You can't have Beethoven's 5th without the Drummer" requirement of 'harmony' - not agreement; or one person - standing alone or with others - performing and demanding - "Religion and Integirty" in government with responsibility taken 100% for wrongful actions.

For US(A), that means returning to "The Mayflower Compact" - America's First Covenant with God; followed 150 years later with Both The Declaration of Independence - The Second Covenant with God Declared in 3 separate and equal parts; with the Covenant of Applied Bible to Law of the Land - Constitution. This Second Covenant is available for ALL on this Globe to learn and continue reading of  "THE AMERICAN PATRIOT'S BIBLE" by Richard Lee and published by Thomas Nelson- the KJV version publishers [www.thomasnelson.com].  This may be a first time that 'covenant' is used in relation to our historical documents so: "1. A mutual consent or agreement of two or more persons, to do or to forbear some act or thing; a contract; stipulation. A covenant is created by deed in writing, sealed and executed; or it may be implied in the contract.

2. A writing containing the terms of agreement or contract between parties; or the clause of agreement in a deed containing the covenant.

3. In theology, the covenant of works, is that implied in the commands, prohibitions, and promises of God; the promise of God to man, that mans perfect obedience should entitle him to happiness. This do, and live; that do, and die.

The covenant of redemption, is the mutual agreement between the Father and Son, respecting the redemption of sinners by Christ.

---The Declaration of Independence without the first paragraph.. the part that says "..and assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them,.."; or even for that matter, the entire document; let alone the last sentence "..And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protections of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor. So, children and many adults, never realize this statement, alone, is our American Heritage; because every day, whether here or abroad, "We the People" do in fact and in life....this statement [as was Corporal Matthew Snyder's father for his son - which man's definition of Supreme Law totally missed the "First Table of Law"]. 
---The Constitution without education or understanding any of the above; let alone the concepts of Charles Montesquieu's Internal Government (conscience) versus External Government (Force, control) which formed the basis for The Republic in a Democracy. And last but not least...can you imagine learning about 
---"California Missions" without the agriculture, architecture, planning, and teaching of Father Serra in the Missions all the way north to San Francisco...without Father Serra..let alone the Father who was his second in Religion and Administration of Catholic Church in California [My edu. on this came in the 50's, from 3 mother's who packed picnic lunches; loaded 8 of us into cars; and regularly trecked to all the missions up to San Luis Rey (complete with gunfire from Camp Roberts]! Now that is a task for the educatorer's with letters, certificates, memberships, and such stuff....without integrity; but they did it! You can buy it if you want to... and the children get to be Ed-yeu-cated right along with this accomplishment of disaster perpetrated on our young people.


This writer will end this essay, but never the continuing battle for the Unique, Beautiful, Magnificent Nation George Washington and the problems of "The Articles of Confederation" knew would occur only with divine Providence. You know what? Yes, if you reflect, you do....God will Help Us; anti-Christ shall fail; but how much more time, allowance to "We the People - elected or not" want to spend?  What about the 'Integirty' of one man-one vote - not by Federal voting rights which speaks of race, color, "communities of interest" Before The Constitution's one man:one vote- or the busloads of questionable voters crowding-out the last 60-90 minutes of precinct hours - or the imprisoned criminals caught at voting fraud, but even with the change in count - the wrong "person" has a seat at a desk in The House of Representatives; or "You don't have to sign the Log Book for Voting at your precinct. It's OK to just vote."; or the Secretaries of State allowing fraudulent voters registrations to remain and losing or having NO Accountability for reporting, stopping or otherwise correcting voter fraud.  And No ID Cards will not work! Like pat-downs at airports..honest people do not have to be inspected...It is the job of voter Registrars to clean precinct lists, to Allow All citizens who wish to assist with precinct work - there is no such thing as 'No you can't volunteer to assist the Registrar by a citizen voter...  So, you see why "We the People" have work to do....and NO it Cannot Be Delegated....especially to a government anything!!! WE need to return "consent" to ourselves and to our posterity for not only America, but also the rest of this Globe.  It is Adversity, it is difficult, and it is Our Responsibility to the sovereignty of person, state, and nation with the support of divine Providence, right there cheering US(A) with His Lessons and Love.

How our Nation is being changed from a Republic to a Democracy....

or How 'number' is much more important than Principle:
1. Change 'filibuster' rules in Congress.  Filibuster is the cousin to the definition of  "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the...".  Congress definition in N. Webster’s 1828 Dictionary is: “. A meeting of individuals; an assembly of envoys, commissioners, deputies, &c., particularly a meeting of the representatives of several courts, to concert measures for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns.”.

Both filibuster and ‘concert measures’ are the minority voicing that the “measure” is not “for their common good”; may be unconstitutional; and shall not “adjust their mutual concerns”. Both are the Republic of the United States, speaking to and against the views of the Democracy of greater number.  Note, the minority speaking against the majority by number, is not the issue. The greater ‘number’ does “win by number”..., if winning is the only concern. But if principle is the more important the ‘concept(s) of  issue’ at stake, then ‘winning’ or ‘losing’ is beside-the-point. Standing for the Principle as Constitution, or respect of ‘We the People-taxpayer’, or ‘We the People’ recipients of Medical benefits neither wanted, needed, or approved - especially at the exception of life, liberty and happiness the usurpation of medical choice entails.

The minority does not sign the “Bill” - by two or less members - of its party, or by ‘filibuster’, will not allow the “Bill” “..shall, before it becomes Law,...”.  In a Republic, not only is every voice important, but also, the outcomes of the issues can be stopped or slowed-down by the Minority in Number.

The “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” does not contain One-Elected-Republican-We-the-People signature.  It does not concert measure for accord. Did not have accord. Was the provider of union, Congress-members, states, and several other ‘exemptions from Law’; created more than 200 more-union-closed-shop-Bureaus; and shifted the ‘Checks and Balances’ between the branches of government to the Executive Branch. ----Remember Only the President is elected - every cabinet member with its Department, commission, bureau, with regulatory power - Is appointed and totally absent any review of ‘We the People’ directly or via our agents “Elected We the People”. Not only does PPAA create a huge deficit in its creation; but also makes the entire regulatory control reside in the President via appointment.  It also continues the ‘giving-away’ of ‘earning We the Taxpayer’ dollars as “free money” in many of PPAA’s new bureaus, in college grants; and continues in the arts-sciences and many other Not-enumerated areas of government. Many of the Bills in California’s Legislature are the same: Not one Republican vote is attached.

Can government take responsibility?  Can government close-down its Not-enumerated functions? Will government stop growing and usurping, because of a balanced-budget amendment? How will the balanced budget Amendment stop disobedience, disrespect, anti-law against “We the People” in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility,....and provide the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity...”? Here is the Constitutional Principle “anti-law” came from: “An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In a Constitutional Republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but anti-law. The choice of words in the definition relating to music: ‘concert’ ‘measures’, if you look up both words in Noah’s 1828 Dictionary, you will find “harmony” in definition of concert. One person cannot make a ‘harmony’, it takes at least two persons. AND If you look up ‘measure’ as a noun or verb, there are 15 definitions of measure for the noun and 5 as a verb - all of which apply in Legislation debate to have a meeting for “legislative Powers”

It is very hard for any “elected we the people” member of Congress to believe in the work of our Founders as writers of “The Supreme Law of the Land” or to confront this “Anti-law” Bill which is nearly completely unconstitutional  — whether the District Judges or Supreme court agree because of law by man-kind, not Law of Justice by God’s Laws.  God’s Laws continue to be denied in our Courts of the Land; so we have Mt. Soledad, Lance Corporal Matthew Snyder’s Father, the judge in District Court for Obama’s PPAA and against the Constitution of “We the People” - commerce clause with the elastic-clause sooooo stretched that it is shapeless - except for the usurptive-growth-of the government itself.

“We the People” would receive protection from our Constitution if Mr. Jefferson, and the founding writers of our Constitution were respected, listened and obeyed; and if an effort was made to obey Thomas Jefferson’s “On every question of construction..”! Disobedience of government to our Constitution is the crescendo of Soros-Obama’s work for ‘Alinsky-Open society-Zeitgeist’; and will continue to affect the globe; to say nothing of every person in our Nation going about their business of family, work, with life (your earnings are property and do determine your life-liberty-happiness), liberty, and the pursuit of happiness..

The founders, writing the Constitution, spent a great deal of time debating exactly which words they wanted to use in the First VII Articles with the First 10 Amendments - Bill of Rights. “..be vested* in a Congress..” was an important choice. The end of the original Constitution with the 10th Amendment, arguably adding the 14th amendment, is very, very important because with the 16th onward including 1947 Everson v the PTA, continuing through “Patient Protection and Affordable Act(and other names)”, “America’s Financial Security Act” and much more ‘Congressional Wars (as Obama likes to call back-door dealing)’.   Law construction in Legislatures Federal and State with Judicial,  changed from origin in God’s Law to law as defined by mankind with today’s “Every man has a right to an opinion*”. The “anti-law” of our Constitution started with the 16th Amendment because of the homo sapiens-group who declared “If it is written (seen) in the Supreme Law, then it is true, right and good..sans any reference to principle of Law of God or of Justice, simply because Congress-members say so!’.

The disrespect for the meticulous insight, grammar, construction and order with logic of the Constitution; started with the 16th Amendment and is integral to each and arguably every Amendment since.

It has been brought against “We the People” by the following:
George Soros - “Open Society” a.k.a “Zeitgeist: Moving forward” [on You Tube];
His Minion - B. Obama; who has his own Minions in Legislative and Judicial Branches of government at all levels. Including Unions (that’s really a symbiotic relationship or a tossup of who attacks the Founding Documents) via closed-shop-public-employee contracts with Administration and their union Attorneys actually deriving the greatest benefits considering wages/benefits continuum; with penalties seen, and unseen, for members who dare to leave their ‘fold of union membership’; resulting in another cousin to the 16th Amendment - but not called or treated like a tax; but are very much a source of coercion of ‘taxpayer earnings - both government and business -  from life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness’. Unintentionally, some members of “We the People” who, not understanding ‘Republic’ and give ‘lip-service’ to the Constitution, really think that Statutes and elections are simply greater amount of money with votes (though Meg’s money “got in the way of her election”). This along with the fact that education via local, state, and federal direction, are not allowed to teach patriotism which includes history, Declaration-Constitution, logic, American Character; or a dribble-downed some censored parts of the same with forget even mentioning the State’s Constitution.

The Founders knew exactly what they were doing, exactly what history reported about governments past, present of their time. The Bible was the Text of learning to read, relate, reflect, and record - take action or decide on course of their life’s journey; Research came as books increased in availability with most of the founders owning expansive libraries and one - whose books founded The Library of Congress [www.thomas.gov]. All used reflecting, relating because that is what logic is for...along with Truth. Research was part of daily life and with Record, were a necessity against George III.

Returning to the definition of “concert measures” ..  Human-kind’s cognitive functions work the way they do for all the reasons God and Jesus teach, ask us to learn and obey because it is Truth; but as we all know, we’re human.

2. By allowing or making simple majority the rule of “We the People’s Voter Voice”, and by “Elected We the People” agreeing with silence that their ‘disagreement’ in principle of law or in the “..carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed;  allows Socialists to continue to manipulate law, consent of the governed, the individual as the component of polity of “person” for their end result of borderless Nations and Jurisprudence.  It is important to relate Mr. Jerfferson’s “On Every Question of Construction.. ” to include  the “measures” required to create “All legislative powers herein granted..” of Law as Bills; because among the founder’s education was Logic of Greek Philosophers.

3. Not listing party affiliation of the States of Washington and Hawaii...soon California; because all Legislation is determine and decided by only the greater number or SIMPLE MAJORITY  of "Elected We the People".  Political Party is on the level of Attorney’s as sharks or other not-so-good-groups of people working to influence other groups of people; but Republicans and Democrats, have been the alignment of our history of Law and actions in our Nation.  Of course not always good; but principle and law, ages ahead of Soros and socialism of open-society-Zeitgeist.

California, among the simply majority States - a.k.a Democracy,  has the following statement from Article II:5 of its Constitution on VOTING, INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM, AND RECALL [notice comma locations relate to grammar which is a terrible problem of whoever actually penned this Article]:
".. All voters may vote at a voter-nominated primary election for any candidate for congressional and state elective office without regard to the political party preference disclosed by
the candidate [italics inserted] or the voter, provided that the voter is otherwise..".  What political party the voter belongs to is irrelevant when the candidates can and do, match the party which might hear their lips move in rhythm to whatever is necessary for “...the end justifies most any means..[don’t be fooled by ‘disclosed’]”. For some candidates, Integrity is a matter of popularity or direction of political wind - as speech. Thus the terms ‘rhino’ or ‘wolf wearing sheep’s clothing’.

Constitutional disobedience started before 1913, but with the 16th Amendment; Continued with the other Amendments —but has now reached a proportion represented by Soros-Obama-Clinton-Judges and Justices on benches- and in Congress, which puts Lenin-Marx-Mao as pure amateurs in manipulating Constitutional “person” back into the socialist fold - as the group of_____(fill-in life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of their definition and choice). Don’t forget what Dame Margaret Thatcher said “The Problem with Socialism is that there aren’t enough people.”; meaning taxation resources are not adequate; or the bureaucracies to maintain the definition of regulations, laws, exclusions-inclusions, vagaries of man-kind law-sans God’s Laws. There is an ‘unseen’ requirement of Soros-Obama-Alinsky socialism to remove the sovereignty of person (Can’t have Beethoven’s 5th without the drummer); of State (horn section); or Nation (entire orchestra ) - but conductor = Obama. Though in our Constitution the Conductor is “WE THE PEOPLE - elected or not”.

Do you remember the little news snippet which had Soros admonishing Obama because he wasn’t “being strict enough with the people”?  On Thursday, Obama had his headline of ignoring those bad Congressmen ostensibly because they weren’t going to conform to his budget or hopefully this President’s need for more Taxpayer Money, or ability to obtain foreign loans, by increasing the existing “debt ceiling” Law; and requiring more disobedience to law from this man Mr. Obama. The President’s beginning to ‘be stricter’ with the people.

Disobeying Laws much more important to Obama in order for open-society to continue because it already is an incest against the Republic of the United States Under God, we Pledge our Allegiance to love and support.

Is it necessary to explain how the "change" title of this paper is in itself unconsitutional? When do you decide to ignore Article V?

Well, it isn't going "to be fixed", because this President has no idea of the definition of "fix" he is using; or the First Principle of responsibility to use 'taxpayer's money' aka, 'government programs', money with respect for 'We the People" who earn, or those "individuals seeking their own life, liberty, and happiness, who won't be able to spend into the economy-at-large due to the force-dictate demands of Both State and Federal levels of government to create-continue-irresponsible 2600 Departments making 1000 regulations 100% sans any part of "The Supreme Law of the Land", or any other law for that matter, to every One [1] Congressional Law passed; or 'government programs', aka "taxpayer dollars" mis-spent in the mis-be-gotten-quest-to-end-suffering-poor-; and 'competition between mankind [from zeitgeist movie on you-tube]'' ; which has been present on this globe since Adam and Eve got together to "eat the apple" God left in place. Or even consider the cost to taxpayers to have committees meet for the purpose of continuing to talk about PREDETERMINED DECISIONS, against the NATURAL RIGHTS of more than 250,000 people living in the Delta of California and having the audacity to use water against fish for unproven, environmental's definition of scientific-political-motivated for exploitation of facts, supported by political justice defined by man ----not by God's Laws AND BY NO STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION, the Basis of the Supreme Law of the Land. So, you see, this man isn't capable of even grasping the enormity of the problem he with his friend Soros and others created, perpetrated; and now must figure out how to get excused from responsibility!!! The only saving for these 'fools among mankind as 2009 to date Federal government', is the part of "We the People" who still think that because they are having their 'picnic in the park, this Sunday' that their life, liberty, and happiness - is not at risk, because 'You can't see the Law in the Declaration of Independence [How do you see The Law, written in The Bible?] or how the Constitution works to protect "We the People" from Government because only "Attorneys and Judges" can read it.

8/9 Justices, because the license of action by the Baptist Minister "expressing a public concern" was a clear-cut freedom of the #2 Natural (prohibiting) or abridging the freedom* of Speech [though both #1 & #2 with #3 are all contained in Amendment I].  It is 8/9 Justices who are guilty against the father of Corporal Snyder; made worse because they refused to address "religion", so did the attorney for the father, and when you listen to the 'audio' [which can be downloaded at the Supreme Court site]; you will witness at least 20 min. worth of where signs are located, angle of vision, loudness of bullhorn, with why did it disturb Plaintiff, plus various and sundry other 'Pharisee-style law' which is absent 'Spirit of Jesus' for teaching man the lessons of God's Laws in living....THE SUPREME LAW OF THE UNIVERSE from which ALL Laws derive; and not even solely, through "Blackstone's "Commentaries on the Laws of England".

8/9, and maybe even the 9th Justice for different reasons, did not even give notice to violations by a "licensed" minister from any State, who violates: 3 of 10 Commandments given to Abraham Directly from God; and repeated by Jesus.  Since this action by the Baptist Minister is a repeated violation against other persons...his 'freedom of speech' is trumped by his violation of the Supreme Lawgiver the minister purports to speak for!  That is the logic tree that should have been followed; but due to ignorance, and perhaps denial, of the connection between applying God's Laws with the protections of "person" in our Nation's Constitution. As it stands, Mr. Snyder needs financial assistance to a pay off attorney and other costs to the heresy and violations by the license-taken by the minister (www.matthewsnyder.org).

The 8/9 Justices own and owe, via their integrity of person, apology for their ignorance and action taken against Mr. Snyder; and to their personal belief's in a Supreme Lawgiver.

A) The government stopping a natural resource of water to any agriculturally area of any part of a state or this nation...is violently and destructively, in opposition and in violation of Both Declaration and Constitution:
