The City Council Member is running for Mayor. What does our Republic under God mean?

Abdication, by this president, including many representative members of either, old name, political party, of our Republican form of government under “Religion and Morality (affirmation)” with Articles II and VI Oath of Office, Must Not Occur at All or in Silence.  More than 58 million Americans of August 28, 2010 – RESTORE HONOR – next to Patriarch George Washington’s copper roof: “Laus Deo”; and

Our Nation’s History of Compacts, Declarations, and “Deeds not words.” of our Greatest Leaders, whether they are known to nations or only to God among the people who receive the lessons and deeds, of that one Person, or any minority.

WHEREAS, The November 7th Capitulation to law by a few men, secular Socialism, by misguided and ignorant naysayer of our Republic ‘dressed’ as  “officials, Congressional Representatives, President, Judges and Justices” of We the People” from City, County, State, Federal levels, of our Federalist organization of Person in our Republic; completely absent the equal rights of  “58, 510,150 not including the above Silenced Voices of  “Veterans”, is abhorrent, disrespect, degradation spitting and stepping on our Founders and History of Person Protected/American at every level of life, liberty, and pursuits of Happiness.

No Man is Above the Law.

WHEREAS, This ‘president’ has and is:
---- removed the protection and safety of each Military’s Person’s Life by re-writing “Rules of Engagement” resulting in greater than 2/3rds more death and maimed in his short 36 months, than in 96 months from the ”official” start of the Middle East War of Religious belief in supreme power other than God;

--- violating the First and Second Table of Laws by this President and Commander-in-chief in removal of prayer from Veterans from their tent-homes overseas; attempted to control the words of prayer of Chaplains; attempted to remove the symbols of both God and Jesus from the marked graves of the fallen; And

--–removed and forbidding of each Person’s unalienable Natural Rights and  violating Soldier-Person’s  “Oath of Fidelity”, or Affirmation,  to each-one’s God and Nation,  and to respect and regard for each other as equal in station of the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God”.  Soldiers and their leaders , throughout history of mankind, know that there is a temporary hold – for mutual physical safety and to succeed in the dyer tasks laid before them,  to obey, but ‘Spiritual is Supreme’ for each-one’s support must never be broken or removed. Our Patriarch, Lieutenant George Washington, so well instituted by throughout his life.

—declared that, socialist’s homo sapiens-collective,  shall make unlawful the military’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell”, free-agency choice of Person, supreme over “Laws of Nature”. Sex organs are living objects of anatomy, physiology, and neurology required for any gender’s sexual practice;   and “of “Nature’s God”  and by forbidding recognition of the right of choice  of privacy in how obligations of fidelity and trust between persons entering together in any relationship, occur.

That one person’s free agency choice regarding personal sex organ activities with another person, arbitrarily shall be a part of society of Socialism by force of Majority as the standard of deeds absent morality.

—This president, repudiates Article II and VI’s Oath of Office, with Article IV’s guarantee for Republican form of government to Every State:  California’s State Legislated, indoctrination, living object, “cultural” studies, in the interest of collective-homo sapiens’ sexual activities,  be taught as a societal behavior;  from a child’s First Day at Public School to the young adult’s graduation from the, now needed 14th year,  disguised education;  and “teachers shall not opt out”.  This is often thwarted by Teachers and Administrator who have chosen “The Principle of Nuremberg”.. But they must be silent or coercion will cause being fired.

WHEREAS, in the name of separation of church and ‘state’s’ law of  “public-atheist-deist-religion,” revisionist history, if history is allowed at all,  absent the First and Second Tables of Law, continues and expands,  by forbidding Posterity’s youth from learning:  “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens...Let it simply be asked, where is the security for prosperity, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?”— President Washington; while giving opportunity to learn laws of revenge, false witness, the lesser privilege, female gender, Islam. An example of  arbitrary and absolute,  indoctrination education by the State and Federal socialist-secular government, for the purpose of all Youth to learn serve and subjugation to the omnipotent government of force.

—.Church’s ecclesiastical governance leads toward “Religion and Morality”, but  does not equal and, historically, has never been One Person Protected and All Minorities. Churches, because of Federal government decree by money coercion, 501C3, that ecclesiastical governance does not include candidates for public office, philosophy or ethics of governance; ethics of Political parties or issues of conflict especially relating to The Laws of Both Founding documents and the relationship to The Bible as the Text for the study of Law and mankind, cannot be attached to the inanimate object, land location of church’s buildings as use for those activities.

Ecclesiastical governance, per se, is not the enemy of “Religion and Morality” in our Republic. Certainly not as the Catholic or Church of England of our Founder’s history.

---- But ‘state’, absent the Laws of Both Founding Documents and Scripture of “Religion and Morality,” is the absolute enemy with its partner “Omnipotent Majority” of  supreme power by force and oppression. Because of this ‘president’s’ vaporizing and exterminating the Principles and Laws of the 1789 ratified Constitution,  society resulting from the collective-number,  absent any information or alternative, is the reason for eradication of our Republic under Constitution and Religion - First Table of Law; and Morality - Second Table of Law.

WHEREAS, The consequences, of the two conflicts: ‘socialist-collective-secular-state’, in conflict with our Republic with the Laws of Both Founding Documents.  The Socialist-collective-secular  violates of the Laws of Both Founding Documents, in our Republic and attest to the removal of the. concept of Person as an individual.   We the People must make our choice: ...Duty to know which is the superior one, means to obey or help enforce the superior one which,”  The other “conflict” is “our Republican form of government under God and the other is stated herein.

---- ‘The Article III courts, of ‘man-temporal-Body law,’ supreme power, recognize precedents of their secular-collective homo sapiens, some examples: “Professional”, medical collectives: healthy, chronic, acute, death is near; collective inanimate objects: oxygen and carbon dioxide with Nitrates-air, water, guns, computer-tool, air as electronic atoms;  “collectives of living objects: kidney’s product urine; anatomy parts, fingers; the Person is removed from consideration in courts of law.

Compromise  to political depravity, combined with at least two, maybe three, justice’s exercise of will of compete adjudication, before even entered the “Lady of Law’s courtroom” , the Patient Protection and Affordable Act, combined with 5 Justices that refused to comprehend “The Title Words” of this horrendous act against every individual in our Republic,  bears the consequences of despotism[14] and tyranny [23] of the majority and ignore both reason [22] amd  the rights (Declaration) of the minor party

— Justice and Truth and independence of the courts are removed from our Judiciary. Judges have become men above the law.

 WHEREAS, The Laws of Both Founding Documents support the inherent rights of humans in our Nation, and in every Nation on God’s Planet.  Specifically 1789"s Article V in combination with“The Twelve Basic American Principles: #1 Spiritual is Supreme,  #12.Majority Limited for Liberty”[1] and “The Declaration of Constitutional Principles”[4].

WHEREAS, Our Republic cannot be removed by the lawless State and Executive Branch actions in violation of the Declaration’s “separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them”, “ unalienable natural rights which cannot be transferred nor surrendered; and the Lives, Fortunes and sacred honor of Americans from 1620 to this date and continuing –; or the innumerable violations of our 1789 supreme Law of the Land; or by  “Number”-an inanimate object, Vote of the Collective People, nor by the decision and determinations of the violators of Article VI Oath of Office as members of Either Political Party .

 ---“10 Federal and State Republics”:. .. explains why the traditional American philosophy requires that the central (Federal) government and the State governments be Republics. Each State is guaranteed the form of government of a Republic by the United States Constitution (Art. IV, Sec. 4). The foregoing also makes clear why this philosophy requires that The Majority, at any time in temporary charge of government, administer its affairs in keeping with the Constitution's limitations and for the benefit of all Individuals composing the people as a whole, meaning The Minority and all minorities as well as The Majority--not merely for the benefit of those constituting only The Majority of the moment.”[1]

The Boston Gazette serves nicely, the parallels and matches the lawless “Political Depravity Party” of 2009-2012 which is going to continue OVERTHROW and REMOVE our Republic Under God, from the “Restore Honor” Americans and all the people – who have not one with – this is “Anti-Law, Human Event, is even taking place;  ----- Among THE REASON for “THE SPIRIT IS SUPREME” and “THE MAJORITY LIMITED FOR LIBERTY” of “The Twelve Basic American Principles” were written in 1976 for now with this ‘president’ and for 2076...forward by Hamilton A. WHEREAS, “Person”, composed of Body and Soul,  is the individual component of Both God’s Laws and of the polity in the Laws of Both Founding Documents; and Soul is the location for all Law starting with the Greek Philosophers, extending to the religions of among the oldest governments on God’s planet, the Japanese Buddha who lived approx 538 to 552 BC;

Agenda 21/EPA/State government is also a violation of the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights, the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God and unalienable rights in the Declaration    *Mormon is used before this man’s name, because atheists and deists with some people of “man’s religion of governance”, (like man’s law), was part of the absent, withheld and distorted information about another Mormon, Mitt Romney.

GW - CO2 can be recognized by a plethora of names depending on which aspect of all life is being addressed.

Bear in mind, there is no information or even mention of GW - Agenda 21's implementation to any Person  of our “We the People” or “consent of the Governed” or in or of any level of government ----- except for the bureaucracy [24] under the Executive Branches and State governments, who have been implementing Agenda 21 since January 20, 2009.  Exceptions, occur among Teapartiers and some Independents, where  unconstitutional laws are part of all meetings and all of US(A) who write here in the internet and elsewhere; but of course those people don’t count in either party’s members of the new “Political Depravity Party”.

For example, in all cities, there is a “General Plan” or “Redevelopment Plan” or some descriptive name for a Plan about the city’s future in life and liberty. Here is how Agenda 21 arrived in your city: The EPA’s agent came to help do the clean the air and arrange and approve the city’s plans for development – city’s have to watch out for all the EPA bureau controls over every person and business/private sector life, liberty, pursuits of government-over-man.  While, the amended City General Plan is also underway.  The State has Laws for the content of the city’s General Plan. The State Laws are written in conjunction with UN Agenda 21.  The common language is “sustainable energy”, or any other life-inanimate object form, “smart growth”, “community strategic action plans”, “community equity, decreasing crime, improving employment, improving health, and decreasing crime, and more.....

The ‘president’s’ Executive decree to encourage continued EPA in City Planning; plus, the State’s Laws regarding GW, California’s Agenda 21 within its state law - AB32, totally re-zone the land use within the city, add land to the city boundaries by that re-zoning, which involves the County government.  The city council wants to be obedient, for the taxpayers will be fined for disobedience by the taxpayers of the State; and any way “It’s the Law!” by the submissive, subjugated, unquestioning obedient council.  BTW, at the State level, only the majority number and force of privilege determined by that legislature was allowed. The Minor Party did not sign or support the oppression of the Majority addressing Agenda 21/AB32/EPA - this president..

To repeat, there is no congressional legislation. When GW and carbon chips were presented to Congress, both houses were the ‘presidents’, it didn’t pass. That’s why it is Co-PDP-Mormon- Senator Reid’s decision to make Agenda 21/EPA-president/several States laws its #1 Priority!

Do you need to look to see the confirmation that the Laws of Both Founding Documents are officially removed from our Republic; and our Republic is now vanquished by “Majority-number-force”; and officially, government is from Executive Branch, with its EO #13575 downward, with or without Congress according to its ability to agree with “Socialist-collective-secular” legislation and anti-law.

The Federalist, equilateral triangle is removed.  Truth is removed; and

WHEREAS, this president’s-EPA /Agenda 21/and several of the States,  including California’s regularly, scheduled Anti-law,  has totally seceded from the Union; and “Patient Protection and Affordable Act (PPAA)” share commonality: ---Both encompass all of life; ---both are violations of our Republic under God; – both are removal of the rights, Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God in the Declaration; the Article IV:4, Article V, Articles II and VI Oath of Office, which connects in full circle back to Nature’s God/Religion and Morality, 9th, 10th, 14th Amendments; both require the “..erected of a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. ..” Declaration - Abuses of George III; And

Neither is in law by “consent of the governed” and “we the people” — there is not one, minor party signature to allow the PPAA to become a law; and this ‘president’s’ own party refused to support agenda 21 as carbon chips.  This president’s use of non-existent, taxpayer money, i.e. borrowed from enemy’s of state - China,  to fund “sustainable energy” has completely failed.

PPAA is this president’s “Flagship” of socialist-collective-secular-bureaucratic, redistribution of the care of person(s) according to statistical number; and weighted by man’s law, of which person is “..considered to have only qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time. This spells Rule by Omnipotent Majority, with The Individual and The Minority as well as all minorities victimized at the pleasure of The
Majority ..”; and complete control of all production of any living and inanimate object required to deliver that statistical care.

Mormon-Senator Reid and the incumbent Senators – are subservient and obedient to their master – this president.  They need to be removed from any office, as they completely refuse to obey any Oath of Office in our Republican form of government; and do not recognize the individual rights of Person — unless, of course that Person is one of them!

----PPAA’s flagship includes “the largest shift of executive power to one branch of government which has ever occurred in the history of this country.”— Michael Connelly, Constitutional Attorney and Attorney.  It removes all checks and balances between the three branches of government. WHEREAS, Mr. Reid, in complete subjugation and agreement with this ‘president’:
—continues, to support and protect, man above the law, Attorney General’s murder and removal of sovereignty of State’s border and laws in conjunction with this ‘president. Allows Mormon-Senator Reid to join his “Master” and The Attorney General in the Socialist-society’s “.. qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time.,.” of being above the Laws of Mankind; and of our Nation

— protecting his ‘president’ from dereliction of duty as Commander-in-chief, protecting State Department, and Military Personnel, resulting in the completely unwarranted  murder and mayhem, occurred on live television — to all Oath of Office, Duty to America First Bound ---- employees of ‘state.  The Colonel who aided and saved many from the Benghazi Embassy; and the four Navy Seals who were killed – all chose “The Principle of Nuremberg”; And

This president, the leader of our United States of America,  then — stood on the Floor of the “False evidence against a neighbor”, Science lie of Global Warming of the United Nations; and with full premeditated choice, he couldn’t quite look completely up form his podium lied, by stating a ‘video’ caused the murder and mayhem;  he refused and refuses recognize verbally or in any manner his responsibility of Absent- Action which aided and abetted an attack  against our Nation; And

at the same General Assembly, our Nation’s ‘president’ – representing the word of dishonor of our Nation, was present,  as the President of Iran stated ‘Israel must be eradicated.’.  These Three deeds and words bear testimony of this president’s denial of Religion accountability to either God or to Morality of the quality of an action which renders it good; ...or to the principle of rectitude... often in relation to justice and human laws.

WHEREAS, Repudiated Laws of Both Founding Documents, Article IV:4,  the socialist-secular-qualified privileges permitted by the majority in control of government, extends through the entire equilateral triangle, City, County, State, and Federal, any party, its departments, agencies, entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person “, as candidates or incumbents, running for office in every position, throughout the United States, are involved; and because of the very intense, lopsided, collective-people-number as the “determiner of majority of force absent both reason and  the rights (Declaration) of the minor party, our Republic has been declared overthrown.

The Constitutional Principles for 12 ways unconstitutional statues or other official acts may be unconstitutional:  “Information needed to make a proper determination [is] withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through negligence.” is a working, standard operating procedure for PDP-elected Socialist-secular-power-president and minions;

WHEREAS, This Period 2009-2012 Election Day, is among the courses of Human Events as another 1620-1776-1789, historically forward, in earthly ‘time’, of implementation of the unique, importance of sovereignty of Person, from Family carried through each part, of each layer within our Federalist Equilateral Triangle of the minority of American’s Love of God and of our Nation in our Republic under “Religion and Morality” stated in President Washington’s Farewell Address, Protection and Safety of Person and all Minority’s rights;        Versus
“Open Society-UN-Socialist-Collective[2]-borderless nations and jurisprudence-Secular governance”, i.e. –Political Depravity Party’s (PDP) description: “ “If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free and absent competition which is the cause of man’s harm to man [6], how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race?  WHEREAS, It is a given/corollary that  most incumbents, and candidates of Election 2012, subscribe to PDP, rather than our Republic which was reflected and demonstrated in this election by  the ‘Stuffing of the Ballots’:  ----“Everyone, citizen or not,  who wants to vote can vote- EXCEPT the Americans who happened to volunteer their service in Protection of the rights of humans - our overseas-Military– not the State Department — solely the Military;

---- The “collective-collaboration of non-English-speaking, naturalized citizens, or not-citizens who vote, are “indentured servants” to their masters,  who do speak the English Language of “Consent of the governed” and “We the People”; and do pursue their self-owned power and control over the aspects  life, liberty and pursuits absent and disrespectful of their non-English neighbors of race/culture; and that collective-collaboration,  assists in the removal of our Republic, through ignorance and choice to denigrate and abdicate any relationship to God and Nation.

These “indentured servants to masters who speak and understand English”, the language of “Consent of the Governed” and “We the People”,  are absent any information regarding our Republican form of government for One Person and all minorities. They learn the words to both Foundling Documents; but not the Laws regarding each-one-person’s rights those Documents contain.

The ‘consent of the governed’ decisions are made as a collective, and often, even with prepared-voted, ballots taken to a polling place and used as “mail-in voters who, oops, “I don’t have my envelop.”  That’s OK, a County Registrar of Voters (ROV) will provide you with one”, or sometimes give a “Provisional ballot”, which is also a tool of incorrect counts, in collective collaboration to support ‘2009-2012-Socialist constitutional change in Article VI Majority of force and number as supreme to 1789 Ratified Article VI Oath of Office with supreme Law of the Land. Sometimes, the pre-voted ballots are sold by the collective-socialist-worker to a willing, non-English and English speaking, not on the voter rolls person – who uses a provisional ballot.

 There is no equal protection under the  law between naturalized citizens, who may or may not live among their country-of-origin neighbors and do not vote as a collective-collaboration by language; versus the naturalized citizen who considers his skin color and country of origin and language as more important than their citizenship and Pledge of Allegiance to the Untied States.

Non-English persons ‘choose’ to live among their skin-color and country-of-origin. There is no problem with discrimination the Federal Voting Rights Act does prevent; xcept in its “Redistricting Non-Partisan Redistricting of Political Boundaries of Polling Places for “Consent of the Governed”, is NewSpeak/re-defined  “discrimination” designated as “Community-of Interest (COI) - skin color/country-of-origin” and evidence of wrong-doing is irrelevant and immaterial.  COI is first decider of district line placement, though the nonpartisan commission-member states otherwise, i.e. that one person = one vote; misrepresenting its Act of drawing the Districts, which are Gerrymandered.

The purpose of PDP’s skin-color/race - country-of-origin - except the United States is  to eliminate the “1620-At-Large Voting System” of “One Person One Vote apportioned throughout the several States counting One Person of Article I:2, clause 3 with the !4th Amendment, and including both the 10th – it is a immunity and privileges of citizen-people and not part of Federal or State, and 9th – enumeration of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

 In California, its Voting Rights Act does not require any lawlessness on the part of cities or school boards – to have the skin color/race-except white; country-of-origin – except United States and at least 5 foreign language ballots, to cover the citizen who does not understand or read English.  The courts of law recognize one race/culture/nonEnglish allowed full rights for a complete, tiny nation-district named “By Area Trustee Voting System” rights and privileges, absent equal protection.... and countrawise, not English-speaking citizen shall have information regarding “By Area Trustee Voting System’s” redrawn districts around skin color-except white and country-of-origin - except the United States of each-one’s citizenship or English language which allows non-English to be subservient to English-speaking.  By Area Trustee Voting districts also have the socialist-collective-secular purpose of removing “1620 At Large voting system; and the trustee-districts divide a city, a school board, or a water district (think agriculture) into, for example: 5 districts. Each city resident gets to vote for the candidate in their district – 1/5th of the city is allowed to vote for a candidate who will represent 5/5ths of that same city.  No equal protection under the law.

WHEREAS, We the People with Consent of the Governed, are wrong-numbered-count by statical parentage, or something close to that, in our Voting “check and Balance system – absent the check and the balance; and  ‘numbered’ out of existence in our ability to have Philosophy of Governance in our Republic by..

...Currently in our House of Representatives, there is One Person-elected, representing 709,760 persons - with Duty and Service as “consent of the governed”  — Natural and Naturalized citizens, of which currently support 100% of the $142,681/taxpayer who may not be a citizen and $51,624.00 for those who are citizens.

The “Electoral College” per State Representation number is based on 1 Representative/30,000 population/State; but the average population/50 States is 6,174,911. Yes, that number is apportioned according to Article I:2clause 3 and the 14th Amendment; but population increases in 2010, taking effect last Tuesday - do not change Representation fixed at 435;

while, at the same time, the numbers can increase, decrease, or remain unchanged, irregardless to the population changes to that State’s Electoral College Members chosen among the Political Party’s delegate systems.  For example Alaska had a 13.3% increase in population, but unchanged 9 delegates to the Electoral College; Massachusetts had a 3.1 increase in population representing 138,532 individuals, but Decreased its Electoral Person who votes by One.[19]

Given, that PDP  allows “number” of “Everyone who wants to vote, gets to vote; regardless of citizenship” – except the Military Vote; and
Given, many, non-English Speaking voters and exercise themselves as members of the ‘collective-collaboration  based skin-color, except white/race and country-of-origin, except their citizenship and Pledge to the United States’; And

This election is, at best, a lawless farce; in favor of “Socialist-collective-secular- majority- number- force by power and control; and has absolutely nothing to do with our Republic under God and/or the Laws of Both Founding Documents! No excuse for no military vote!

WHEREAS, The government of man’s laws civil, criminal, inanimate object and living objects’, as natural consequences, result in crimes of omission, commission, neglect and positive transgression against those naturalized citizens, and the “OWS-Zeitgeist: collectives of special-designed and supervised groups “,.. defined by socialist society some stated above, who are never taught the Republican form of Representative Government.  WHEREAS, It is time to secure and protect our Republican Form of Government under God and the Laws of Both Founding Documents: “The President, Vice President, and ALL Civil Officers of the United States, Shall Be Removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason[8], bribery [9], or Other High Crimes [10] and Misdemeanors [11].”  Article II:4

Crimes and misdemeanors are mere synonymous terms; but in common usage, the word crime is made to denote offenses of a deeper and more atrocious dye, while small faults and omissions of less consequence are comprised under the gentler name of misdemeanors.  Example: this President, placing his hand on The Bible to repeat the Article II Oath of Office; constant disrespect for Persons who dare to be rich in both money and/or own a private business; his measuring of dollar wealth as greater than $250,000.00/person or corporate persons composed of individual persons, taxation without representation of respect and stewardship of the Person or corporate Persons.
