Jack, in US District Court you don't have to have money for Court costs if you don't have any. You have to show you attempted assistance from attorneys but they refused for whatever reasons. You have to give an income-expense form to have your fees waived.... and you can argue your case --- in your own hand -- Corel Word Perfect - Pleading. Whenever a case is Civil-Constitutional, and you can be specific re the Articles and Amendments, sounds like IX-James Madison's "Property" in your case, among "due Process" - 17 areas of protection and safety each-one-constitutional-person's Article IV:4 ..protection from invasion also meaning "infringement of Right".

Caesar is government, God is Truth. -- Caesar is a person ruling government. -- person is in their individual Spirit-Comforter-Holy Ghost-Truth, whether or not they know "the Christ" or their God by name- Jew or Gentile. Government cannot be separate from person as ruler or taxpayer. -- Both are in "separate and equal station" of their Holy Ghost/ Spirit-Truth. -- Government cannot exist without One Person to himself alone, then to those he knows and will never know whether in most good or most evil; and is at all times and under all circumstances - a group of collective-people.
