SDCRP, Teaparty, Other and Doorknockers

THE TEAPARTY RECOMMENDS  a POSITION on the Propositions, but usually states the obvious:  "It is Up to You, PERSON, to read and decide."

THE COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY DEMANDS OBEDIENCE and DOES NOT ALLOW DISAGREEMENTS to be circulated ---- Except the Republican Women's Federated Did Circulate "NO" on Proposition 31.  Yea, for RWF!   Shame on the State Party - absent Tom Del Becarro)!

Interestingly, the San Diego Lawyers and Superior Court Judge Candidates may be enforcing ---- the sole body in government --- the "NON" part of partisan in Politics.  If stopping the expression of the differences between two Persons-as candidates, then the effect of allowing the "majority as the determiner of right and wrong, good and bad by Force; and "opinion without interference" among the many court-based oxymoron   "suspicion-less drug testing", A Person's "Profession is Not an Unalienable, Natural Right", and An Islamic Man has more right to kill/murder his daughters because his god is greater, than "Religion and Morality  of the First Amendment and George Washington, among the other 55 Founders.  NONpartisan does not exist in mankind - that would be like trying to say there is no such thing as opposites in philosophy regarding Soul.  All the 'word' accomplishes is crimes of omission, commission  neglect  and positive transgression.

The County Republican Party is WRONG in silencing the TEAPARTY, Christian Citizenship Council: “Kacer's Call”, and a large number of Volunteer because they have no money and because they are American First --- before Party!

The County Party is wrong to use EXACTLY THE SAME SILENCING TECHNIQUES OF THE 2009-2012 -GOVERNMENT- OVER-MAN-COLLECTIVE/MASS -PEOPLE -SECULAR -PARTY with THE DELPHI TECHNIQUE to force agreement......AND;

VOTERS, who do not pay attention to the crimes of omission, commission, neglect, and positive transgression of that 2009-2012-government-over-man/collective-mass-people/secular party of removing God from its Platform and declaring that Israel shall not have Jerusalem as its capital, are Responsible to look for and obtain the other viewpoints;

 -- as well as RECOGNIZE the Anti-law and Anti-Republican form of Government - Protection of One Person/corporate Persons in the 8 Propositions (A+ is given to those who recognize the problem with  33, 34, 36 or ) written by the ‘A republic or other democracy is NONCONSTITUTIONAL if any legislative act supersedes any conflicting act that precedes it, including any act or unwritten principle which may be called a “constitution” of this STATE which has 100% required that the Declaration of the United States 1776 and the 1789 Constitution vaporized and extinct since 01/20/2009 AND

subscribe the following oath or affirmation: ..."And I do further swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate, nor      am I a member of any party or organization, political or other-     wise, that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means; that within the five years immediately preceding the taking of this oath (or affirmation) I have not been a member of any party or organization, political or other-wise, that advocated the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means except as follows:

 and that during such time as I hold the office of ______________   ________________________________ (name of office)  I will not advocate nor become  a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise,  that advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or  other unlawful means."     And no other oath, declaration, or test, shall be required as a qualification for any public office or employment.  "Public officer and employee" includes every officer and employee of the State, including the University of California, every county, city, city and county, district, and authority, including any department, division, bureau, board, commission, agency, or instrumentality of any of the foregoing.

In addition, to misuse the Trust of Voters, who utilize the State and County Republican Party ‘Doorknockers’ is a violation of “Religion and Morality” and of Our State Party Bylaws to support The Constitution.

Given the ‘state’ of Anti-Law of both this State and the Executive Branch with the Judiciary of BOTH State Supreme Court  with Article III Judiciary declaring by adjudication that “government-over-man” shall be supreme Law of the Land in violation of their “Independence to remain balanced in the administration of Justice in Truth” – the Blindfold and Balance of  ‘The Lady of Law”, This County Party is completely absent “Politics [as the]. The science of government; that part of ethics which consists in the regulation and government of a nation or state, for the preservation of its safety, peace and prosperity; comprehending the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals. Politics, as a science or an art, is a subject of vast extent and importance..”.

Our Party badly requires an “Ethics Committee” which is composed of America - God and Nation first; and that Committee, as well as Every Committee in the Entire Party....must have committee members who are “Among the Whole of the Assembly” named Republican — Money and Time are Not Standards of Right and Wrong — Good or Bad — either!

The tradition of allowing students and Republicans of ALL FACTIONS, who volunteer to help at Convention and Meetings, Free Access to the Events they cover — Should be encouraged — especially among the Youth — H.S. and College.  And Regular Declaration and Constitution with current affairs — should always be going on — Both online and In the Meetings. Last, Return to “Robert’s Rules of Order” must occur, so that “Delphi Technique” does not rule over ‘reason’ knowledge, and truth!

No Leader, Organization,  Party, City, County, State, or Nation anywhere on God the Father’s Planet – should ever deny or hide its Mistakes or Wrong Actions, for to do that,  the above Crimes occur... and the damage which follows, far outweighs the original mistake or error.   Telling the Truth – Stating a Mistake - has exactly the same weight here in the earthly sense as it does when each-of-our-Souls return to Jesus..

Next is the — only 3 — because Teapartiers are Republicans ---- areas — Including Observation leading to concern – leading to decision for those areas: Propositions 31, 33, 40 and in Escondido Proposition N: The EPA/AB32 General Plan.    It is in the “comments” part and repeated where-ever there is room because the other Harm: No-one who uses the doorknocker alone, will know the Further Damage it Causes...to our Constitutions and to our Life and Liberty [remember, there is no “pursuit of Happiness” because the ‘state’ of the socialists determines what happiness means and there is no pursuit because that requires risk/reward by Person or Corporate Persons - an abomination to the Socialist-Open Society-UN borderless nations and jurisprudence-Secular/absent Article II and VI of the 1789 supreme Law of the Land.

The habit of deaf, blind, stiffnecked thinking and deciding is that ‘personality’ of the short-time of life of Soul in Body; takes on more importance than the Issues of “Religion and Morality” – or Legacy that person leaves behind.  It is not Obama — it is the terrible damage to the Soul of our Nation as well as its body in removing assets and replacing them with all the above crimes — which is the Anti-Law of Both Founding Documents.

For Person, under our God of the Universe, as He and His Son say....Knowledge for Wisdom is The Way, The Truth, and The Light is The Holy Trinity and our Federated Organizational Chart or Republican government with Intertwined Bible-Declaration-Constitution For One Person’s Soul before each-one’s God/affirmation - Is the Reason our Nation and We the People are and do have, the responsibility to bring the nations on this Planet to the individual ‘souls’ within ...to the best of our humble and human ability which is Faith, Hope, and Charity. Love is God’s Universe and the incredible perfection of His with His Son who is Given this Planet by God the Father of ALL, as He Does Continue against Evil — mankind’s very, very dark side throughout all history of homo sapiens, the mammal, with essential cognitive attributes.

 ..in "THE PAPER"(Lyle Davis; San Marcos/N.County SD) re pension "spiking". There is a poorly enforced law against spiking.  "Last week, the State controller's office released a report stating that many school districts routinely spike their member's pensions. They have gotten away with this abuse because because there is inadequate oversight within CalSTRS.  The report Revealed that, at the current CalSTRS auditing rate, each school district [that's a Minimum Number of 433 school districts = the basic number of cities in the 58 counties of our State] would be reviewed ONLY ONCE IN 48 YEARS!  Remember, Los Angeles Unified School Districts requires 40% of the General Fund.

There are 3 Tax Increases forced-demanded by this governor: Propositions 30,38, and 39, though 39 is another "lower the oceans and heal the planet - AB32/Agenda 21/ CO2 - anti-business proposition.

There are 652 State Agencies of which Governor APPOINTS his political bias to 302 of them.  All 652 are Union Administered-closed shop-top/down-Pensions. The Governor in February and March this year, Absolutely Refused to release information regarding our State Budget per our California Constitution " ARTICLE 1  DECLARATION OF RIGHTS.... "SEC. 3.  (a) The people have the right to instruct their representatives, petition government for redress of grievances, and assemble freely to consult for the common good.     (b) (1) The people have the Right of Access to Information
concerning the Conduct of the People's Business, and, therefore, the meetings of public bodies and the writings of public officials and agencies shall be open to public scrutiny.
   (2) A statute, court rule, or other authority, including those in effect on the effective date of this subdivision, shall be broadly construed if it furthers the people's right of access, and narrowly construed if it limits the right of access.  .."

The current Federal Debt per Tax-paying Citizen is $181,252.00 + $10,279.00 here in California's decreasing citizen-business-high regulation-absent Declaration and Constitution-"Government-over-man"-Secular law.  That is $191,531.00/California Homeowner/Taxpaying Citizen.

Now add the Real Estate Market with its new bubble -- The Federal Reserve purchasing, with thin-air-borrowed-$$$ from Posterity's life and liberties, all Mortgages in the 50 States.  Home owners who cannot pay their mortgages - also have great difficulty paying their property taxes.  Howard Jarvis  - Proposition 13's consent of the governed -- has been protecting home owners; but now mortgages exceed the property value of the homes purchased.  You think the Schummer, Frank,Obama bubble was bad, you know you haven't seen anything YET ---- have you!?

Now add the above not even close - pension costs: regardless of fire, police, teachers - don't even count them....Just 652 State Agencies with their Bureaucrats of Law maker/enforcement absent our Republican form of government with the Laws of Both the Declaration and Constitution.

Now add the 'STUFFED BALLOT BOX' of "California Voting Rights Act/CVRA Trustee Voting Districts"; Citizens Redistricting Commission's (CRC) gerrymander State Senate Districts including Congressional and Assembly, and Article V's "top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation" with a greater 'god of number' for the 'government-over-man-DEM - DEM Districts absent balance or accuracy from REP-REP Districts.  Please Note --- we are not even concerned, anywhere herein with 'Voter ID'!  It is one 'distraction tactic' to the entire content of ACTs by government-over-man noted above.

Proposition 40 is a "NO" vote if you would like the California State Senate Districts redrawn to eliminate the CRC  gerrymandered Districts.  Voting "NO" on 40 could also assist the REP in maintaining its Prevention of Tax Increases via the required 2/3rds vote.  That is the reason the Governor Had To Present 3Tax Increase Propositions: 30, 38, 39 to "consent of the governed'.

This will not affect the CRC gerrymandered Congressional and Assembly Districts; or the greater 'number-god', government-over-man secular laws.

Here is Secular, as demonstrated on the floor of  "government-over-man's Convention" and currently enforced: " principle of separation between government institutions and the persons mandated to represent the State from religious institutions and religious dignitaries. In one sense, secularism may assert the right to be free from religious rule and teachings, and the right to freedom from governmental imposition of religion upon the people within a state that is neutral on matters of belief. (See also separation of church and state and Laïcité.) In another sense, it refers to the view that human activities and decisions, especially political ones, should be unbiased by religious influence.

Now the Obama Regime's newest tactic to remove the stigma of their Convention Floor, taking the name of "The Lord thy God in Vain" with Judges of other Nation's Property,  cover any and all Declaration - Constitution - We the People - Take Back America - Teapartier, Libertarian, Independent, left-over-not progressive-Republican and any Candidate which espouses agreement --- COVER with the BLACK VEIL of silence - ignoring - removing from sound or view/media - bearing of False Witness, Distorting and down-intelligence of collective people.  OBAMA KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING AND IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHAOS WHICH IS ENSUING HERE AND ABROAD - All any Person has to do is observe his handling of Netanyahu and Israel with his anti-law/EPA/Agenda 21/UN implementation , absent law of our land, human habitation/sustainable growth.  What our "President Romney" correctly said "Lower the Oceans and Heal the Planet" god-.  

Republican government is why the Federalist Paper's phrase is 'government-over-man' because it is the SOLE way our Nation's unalienable natural rights can be enforced --- conscience and responsibility to Oath, duty, and service of Each-One-Person.

Republican government is "Religion and Morality (affirmation)" per Pres. Washington's Farewell Address.

.. when you make phone calls for candidates?: “Top Two Vote Getters REGARDLESS of Political Party Affiliation. – Article II:5(a)(b). Only the largest number of votes wins! And regardless — the greater number of collective persons consent denigrated and puts aside any concept of “Religion and Morality” applied to the Republican Representative form of Governance under God and Constitution;----

Party Affiliation, Philosophy, “Rule of Law”, Natural Rights, Sovereignty of Person, Republican form of government with its origins in Scripture; Person as either candidate-citizen or voting-consent-citizen, are ALL Irrelevant and Immaterial to will of the collective, mass named Majority.

Such is the Importance of “Number” to the Progressives, Socialists, Centrists, and all labels — except teapartiers and Americans who recognize the importance of “Sovereignly of Each Soul in God” to our Nation.

The Constitution is the protection of Natural Rights of Person from this “modern”, majority-only, concept of Democracy without Republican form of government. When you answer this question: Where is “Thou Shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor”, located in our constitution?; you will open two doors: One: how fragile and simple is “Person” as Minority of One Protected; and two: Why both Founding Documents will continue the destructive course currently forced upon US(A) by Obama’s Open Society in complete accord with United Nation’s borderless nations and jurisprudence with WYSIWYG — shall be “Rule of Law” of legislation and regulation at all levels of government.

The following statement is from National Center for Constitutional Study’s Pocket Constitution and Declaration...a lot of you have this edition, but may have overlooked this:
“INTRODUCTION: Adherence to the spirit and intent of our Constitution was so important to our founding Fathers that one of the First Acts of the First Congress in 1789, was to pass the verbiage for the Oath or Affirmation of office in compliance of Articles II and VI of our Constitution.

George Washington was administered The Oath of Office or Affirmation, as prescribed by Article II: 1, on April 29th 1789, to which he added: “So help me God.” He then made a few brief remarks:
“I shall take my present leave; but not without resorting once more to the benign Parent of the human race, in humble supplication, that since He has been pleased to favor the American people with opportunities for deliberating in perfect tranquility, and dispositions for deciding with unparalleled unanimity on a for of Government for the security of their union, and the advancement of their happiness, so his divine blessing may be equally conspicuous in the enlarged views, the temperate consultations and the wise measures, on which the success of this government must depend.”Article II:1 and “..both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constatation...” is the answer to the location from The Ten Commandment’s Number 9.

False Witness occurs whenever legislation is passed which has One of more Title, subtitle, Section, Subdivision or any part of that to be Law which is “inconsistent and not derived from the constitution”: “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the supreme law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, or court ruling which is Inconsistent with that supreme law and not derived from is Is Unconstitutional and Null and Void from inception.

The greater, larger, number or a descriptive which means the same: “No majority, however great, even all of the people but one Individual–may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small–even a minority of a lone Individual. Violation of the majority – like Obama Care which did not have One Minority / smaller Party signature of affirmation; for that

“form and name of law, is in reality no law...” and the greater number of Congressional Representatives from the greater / majority number party have violated their Oath of Office.

Oath of Office is the fragile "Nature and Nature’s God", Scripture with both Founding Documents assume a Person has conscience with integrity as “Religion and Morality”. Interestingly and exactly the same - Integrity and Accountability to God Is The Liesson of our Lord - Just as fragile in view of 'free agency' for wrong and ungodly behaviors.

The vast majority do – at least before “No Universal Truth Socialism of Open Society - group-mind collectives”. The Oath of Office Is the Only Enforcement of the Constitution — One Person with Accountability to God and Righteousness. Government cannot duplicate or come close to the integrity and sovereignty of Person who obeys God’s Laws in Scripture.

Oath is made by One Person who happens to be elected-citizen among We the People. This Oath is also expressed in out Pledge of Allegiance – for all citizens kindergarten through aged.

The Oath and Pledge tie Constitution to Declaration to Scripture where “ God gave Moses the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai to serve as principles of moral behavior for the human race. The Ten Commandments of God are the foundation of the moral code and legal system of justice for Western Christian civilization.

At the center of the sculpture over the east portico of the Supreme Court Building, there is the image of Moses holding the two tablets of the Ten Commandments; these are also engraved over the chair of the Chief Justice and on the bronze doors of the Supreme Court. All of the above are the reasons the Majority, most number, popular, survey, poll and counting devices of UN’s “opinion without inference” of “Religion and Morality” are, demonstrably, the most dangerous Lie and myth acted upon in “Modern" [Declaration and constitution are too old and not law anymore], 21st Century, of absent God morality determined and defined by society.

The consequences of which include “Anyone is better than Obama” which isn’t true if the “anyone” likes the same social justice-society definitions of Obama which include “Oh, well sometimes people have to give-up a little liberty to have safety and protection.” though too few of you reading this will recognize the play on words of the original Ben Franklin “They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Absen Declaration and Constitutional LAWS, there Is No Protection From Government - any level!

tSo according to Homeland Security’s largesse with all Executive Branch Departments — We the People are sooooo safe and protected!!!! Hope that makes you as sick as it does me! Cowards are cheap—especially as power and force of government take over life, liberty and pursuit...

One last example of the lie of “top two vote-getters regardless of political party affiliation”: This week the ABC Poll re SD City Mayor came out: DeMaio - 31%, Filner - 28%; Fletcher - 23%; Dumanis - 11%. Survey and Polls have One Purpose and One Purpose only — for you can make numbers say anything you want - they’re inanimate object: tools – sway opinion of follow-the-crowd-group-think - to help them know what to think. [This doesn’t work very well among teapartiers and I caucus Members who always put a stick into the wheels of numbers].

Here’s what was missed by the “Numbers”: 31 + 23 + 11 = oops! 65. 65 is greater by a lot than 28. 65% represents Republican, Independent, Libertarian, Declines to State, Peace/Freedom [maybe not +/-] — practically every voting citizen Not For Obama – for the 28 is Filner – the home of Acorn and his 51st C.D. v. Popavitch in 2010 - with Filner's 100% support of Obama in ALL Legislation including that PPAA/health affordable care debacle. Filner, if elected shall institute his Sports Arena Complex utilizing E.O 16,300 Commission, with taxpayer resources combined with UN, Agenda 21, Section 7: "human Habitation".

Carl DeMeio's is tax-free with the hoteliers bearing the Risk-Benefit and all Small - medium, and large business deriving the benefits in the surrounding areas. It is part of "The road to Recovery" which Carl adjusts as changes occur both in parts accomplished, adjusted, as all Business performs in "Strategic Planning". Carl Is The Only Candidate with a Business-based "Strategic Plan" --! Those of us who have written and been part of strategic planning KNOW the importance to the Future and Prosperity as well as Posterity of any business!

A long way south of second place presented by the appearance of top two numbers. Consequence: top-two vote getters One will be DeMaio and the Other Filner!!!!?????. This Is Not The Consent of the Governed. It Is Not the Philosophy or the Opinion of the Votes of We the People that Filner obtain 2nd place.

This very anti-law violation of Constitution Article IV:4 guarantee of a Republican form of government with disobedience to Article V in Rule of Law. This section, and Section 8 of California’s Constitution require repeal and revision for Consent of the governed is changed to We the people answer to government — !!!

The answer is it is not the 'number' that the telephoning in support of candidates for there is No tabulation of total here as votes --- is there!

The Telephone calls Serve Duty and Responsibility with the Value of One person's expression of their understanding -- or refusal to share their understanding in ownership of the property of privacy --- of whatever the reason the phone call is made.

This concept is absent. This concept Is Our nation, for have you ever met an American who wouldn't share each one's opinion on anything !? That's often all we talk about --- unless it is who has the most sin as expressed in sex, money, position advantage, and negotiations of the ideas of morality.

Not the act or integrity to stand for both God and Righteousness in Person as the individual component of the polity of our Constitution and Declaration because -- You Will Meet God As One member of the species Homo Sapiens comprised of body and soul with cognitive attributes you must develop -- or not - while located here on earth.

The Founders Knew This As An Logical Absolute...and could argue legislation back and forth between all three: Scripture, Declaration, and Constitution, though Scripture didn't require many words...as it was integrated into each 'soul' as life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness won at a terrible and angst cost by every Colonist then and throughout our History to this day and this hour.....Do We???
