UDHR, the great god Majority Or Our Republic under God:

INTRODUCTION:
There is a Treaty written with the United Nations Charter / UDHR, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, /WSIS, World Summit of Information Society, that allows the Socialist-Communist organization of men supreme, and absent the people of the member Nations,  to enter the sovereignty of each member-Nation’s border; and in the United States, to re-create the Person, Town, County levels of our Federalism Equilateral Triangle within Article IV:4 Republican Form of government and to repudiate the sovereignty of State. “..and shall protect each of them against Invasion..” is obliterated, because Invasion also means “An attack on the rights of another; infringement or violation” with Infringement meaning “ Act of violating; breach; violation; non-fulfillment; as the infringement of a treaty, compact or other agreement; the infringement of a law or constitution.”.

The UNC / UDHR is absent Religion and Morality of Internal Government: - accountability to God, and the definition of Person as the individual component of the Polity of the Whole of our Nation; for “..the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them [“for one people”]...Unalienable Natural Rights”; and “We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice...and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our Posterity do ordain and establish...” is written for an individual Person, a member of “The polity, or society, is created by the Social Contract, in which persons agree to join together for mutual benefit and defense, and to regulate their behavior to avoid forms of competition which are destructive of social coherence and effectiveness, such as violence, deception, or collusion, or to infringe on the rights of others.”.  

The UNC is usurping and using tyranny against both Consent of the Governed and We the People.  The UNC- UDHR / WSIS has completely repudiated and licentiously-revised language and governance in the use and intent of the word “jurisdiction”. Jurisdiction means: “ 1. The legal power of authority of doing justice in cases of complaint; the power of executing the laws and distributing justice. Thus we speak of certain suits or actions, or the cognizance of certain crimes being within the jurisdiction of a court, that is, within the limits of their authority or commission. Nations claim exclusive jurisdiction on the sea, to the extent of a marine league from the main land or shore.
4. The limit within which power may be exercised. Jurisdiction, in its most general sense, is the power to make, declare or apply the law; when confined to the judiciary department, it is what we denominate the judicial power, the right of administering justice through the laws, by the means which the laws have provided for that purpose. Jurisdiction, is limited to place or territory, to persons, or to particular subjects.”.

Socialist-communism does not recognize sovereignty of any Nation, in violation of its own Charter.  Both the UN and the “Obama-modern Marist-Alinsky-Cloward/Piven - Atheist, Secular, Man-over-God in their laws, are well out of their Jurisdiction of life, absent liberty of choice, and extinction of pursuit of Happiness, for it is the purpose of both UN and “Obama Atheist-Socialism disguised as ‘democracy’ - collective mass subservient to force and control, that all happiness if the purvey of privilege and immunities awarded in ‘their combined’ “Opinion without interference regardless of frontier”; and that ‘in their society’ - Number Shall Be the Determiner of all profane/wrong and sacred/right; in which revisionism is the ruler of what information, absent knowledge, shall consist and contain.

While in 1992, the Global Warming appeared to be a problem and the Treaty a good idea within our nation’s  “Religion and Morality” and the limits of understanding what Article IV:4 means; in 2001, President Bush withdrew United States endorsement of the Kyoto Protocol; but

Starting June of 2009- carbon chips, the “Obama Socialist regime”, failing to obtain support in the 100% Democratic Congress, continued to implement the Kyoto Protocol using “Obama-Modern Marxist-Alinsky’s Underground, No Universal Truth combined with Article 19 of the UNC stating the “right to “..opinion without interference regardless of frontier..” which, like nearly the entire UNC and UDHR, is the statement that there “may” be ”religion”, but there is no God’s Laws, Lessons, and Instructions for obtaining knowledge, wisdom for Justice in Truth contain in Scripture / The Bible.

Since 2009, by Executive order, isolated from the Laws of Both Founding Documents, the “Obama Socialist-Anti-Law Regime” has been rigorously implementing the UN’s borderless nations and jurisprudence which goes by many, many labels and words of enforcement defined at

While the UN/EPA-enforced decision about city’s in the 58 counties of California shall appear and what form of domestic-living Persons - shall be allowed to rent or acquire, with limits, since there is no private property...all Property usage shall be determined by that City Plan – controlled and forced by the State of California with its Article III Judiciary, State Supreme Court agreeing that the State does have rights of governance over the City and therefore “corporate Persons who choose to reside within the boundaries of that city.”. Thus, seceding from the Union, California is now “The Socialist State” independent from The Laws of Both Founding documents.

That’s the reason Congress and California’s Legislatures, at all times and under all circumstances, shall never again consider or pass any Bill, which is obedient to the Laws of Both Founding Documents, i.e. Only Socialist-Atheist-Secular-Sharia-government-over-man and God is allowed; and candidates or incumbents, shall always be held ignorant, Lucifer’s greatest tool to violate the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, especially disobedient to “separate and equal station”, a Person’s Soul traveling on earth with the anatomy, physiology, neurology ob body, through “relationships”, i.e. person-ality: “One of the factors that changes what you can and can't communicate is relationships. There are sensitive areas that one does not touch until there is a strong personal relationship based on common involvements. And the cornerstone is “disagreement is forbidden” in any form, especially as media performing its “freedom of the press” responsibility to Duty, Honor, and Service to the Nation which Protects Journalism’s Truth in Religion and Morality of Internal government, conscience: — for Every-one-person-no matter where that Soul traveling in Body is located on God and Jesus’ Planet, with free-agency choice /Liberty to believe or not, shall be judged upon death of the Body. A person’s Soul is immortal and that is the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman and the reason for Commandment 5 of the 10.  Our Heavenly Father with His son, both fully understand Each-One-Unique Person, shall make his own ‘Free agency’ choice regarding life on earth and religion-piety in morality,  ecclesiastics, or not.  Each time, and there are many in both Testaments of the Bible in which ‘free agency’ is quite clearly stated.  Good and Evil, with the serpent’s decisions regarding the ‘bites’ of the apple, have been present and shall always be present.

Our America in becoming the United States, recognized goodness of its people, and were very aware of the 1620 Puritans, and of the Laws of their “..warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend and unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. That the word “religion,” is the news lately, and in UNC / UDHR, the definition is “Any system of faith and worship. The admonishment: When you apply yourself, and if you value Scripture and righteousness, you will re-read Both Founding Documents with a renewed vision of their “Sacred” words – applied for the First Time in the History of Mankind on God’s Earth, though God before Jesus came to each-one-of-us here on Earth, had been working on what would be our Nation...many times and directly– as the Perfect Spirit – with Abraham, Jacob, and Isaac, as well as others; through Constantine, Ghangis Khan (not the revisionist version - Harold Lamb), Greek, Roman, British, French...and...by Tyndall: “The printing of The Bible for each-and-every Farmer”.  Consent of the Governed and We the People, We have Work to do, because God is Eternity and His son Jesus is our Lord, who has instructed each-one-of-us, that we are accountable to His Father according to our “due” in the roles of Internal Government, conscience, Soul.

Learn the meaning of the Writer of the Declaration and of this: “On every question of construction, [let us] carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.”— understanding this: “Self-government's system of rule by majority vote is based on necessity. Rule by majority vote is a necessary mechanic of any government of the popular type, featuring rule by the people through free, periodic elections such as, for example, those held in the United States. Under this philosophy, rule by majority vote is always subject to the "sacred principle" defined in President Jefferson's First Inaugural Address, quoted below.

In any Legislation, The Whole Content, - every single sentence -,  of Bills, Acts, Amendments,  statute, regulation, Executive order,  court ruling, — do not and must not conflict with The Laws of Both Founding Documents and do mean God’s Laws and the lessons of Scripture.

It is therefore Not a Congress meaning “A meeting of individuals; an assembly of envoys, commissioners, deputies, &c., particularly a meeting of the representatives of several courts, to concert measures for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns”; where “Concert means “Agreement of two or more in a design or plan; union formed by mutual communication of opinions and views; accordance in a scheme; harmony.” .and Measures means “ Means to an end; an act, step or proceeding towards the accomplishment of an object; an extensive signification of the word, applicable to almost every act preparatory to a final end, and by which it is to be attained. In order for any Bill to pass any Legislative Body, there must be two or more signatures, each House of that Legislature, to advance the Bill for signature by President or Governor. If those two “elected We the People- Persons, do not exist...refuse signature; there is no Bill or statute or Amendment; And

Since No Agreement to PPAA occurred, ‘It’, the indifferent thing, Object,  should never have gone to the President’s desk for signature into Federal Law.[7]

From “Declaration of Constitutional Principles”, the Bridge which joins the Declaration to Constitution; and because the 1137 words of the Declaration are God’s Laws, Lessons, and Instructions - Scripture.  God is Law...:

PPAA”involves the operation of the Executive Branch of government outside its constitutional jurisdiction”.[2]  The Executive Branch of Government is not involved in the production and distribution of the goods for the provision of Ill patients or even healthy individual’s needs.

The ‘reason’, absent by Justice Robert’s action to “help” PPAA, is from the concept of “Precedent”. Precedent is the heart and intensity absent logic for determining content of what PART or portion of a case, will be ALLOWED to be adjudicated among government officials, attorney generals, judges, and agency directors, among the mis-construed, Eleventh Amendment, because very, very few among “We the People” have ever had ‘reason’ to access the ‘reason’ for ‘Precedent’; but ‘precedent’ is the “Supreme Law-secular, often Sharia, and often absent ‘reason’ in knowledge, wisdom for Truth”, courts utilize for determination of “justice”.
