How Delphi Technique is utilized in the microcosm of the TERC Board*:

Subjective:   This Patriot of our Republic under God presented “Introduction”which contains the 2 major goals: 1) Returning our Party to the Party of Principle; and 2) Awakening Americans of God and Nation First, that our Republic shall be completely destroyed; unless We the People learn and teach others, The Lessons, Instructions, and Enforcement within the Laws of Both Founding Documents; and by “Religion and Morality” – God’s Laws from The Gospel: Glenn Beck: “I think we’re closer to the Truth. The power resides in you, the individual. The power is not in Washington. It is closer to home.” with the comment: “Yes.  But the task before US(A) - one-at-a-time, is to return to our Father and our Lord Jesus..They haven't gone anywhere... Consent of the Governed and We the People, in and out of the roles of duty, honor, service of public and private office-leadership, have gotten lost, allowed fear to rule in the interest of evil's ignorance through violence, deceit, collusion, and coercion.

Before the meeting, reminded of the June announcement, the President said “That was for the ‘public’ part of the meeting; the private part you can stay and listen.”.  He proceeded to state a litany of reasons why “Open Mic”. would not be allowed.

At no time was returning to the Party of Principle or the Laws of Both Founding Documents with the nature of the enemy within, i.e. the “2009Obama-Marxist-Alinsky-Socialist-man supreme to God because there is no universal / fixed Truth and because Constitutional principle: “The individual component of the polity is the Person...” with individual religion and morality, cannot be allowed, nor allowed to exist unless in and among the Julian Huxley/UNESCO - “collectivism” and the ‘fist of force and control’ the absolute ruler in despotism. “Obama-modern Marxist-Alinsky” contains the techniques and tactics for the destruction of the Republic, though the words are “proletariat” and “capitalist” plus “dogma”..

Right now, and for the foreseeable future, the futility of Americans for God and Nation First continue fighting Obama-Lucifer-Alinsky using the ‘Obama-Alinskyite deck of cards’ dealt to all life’s roles for group-think designation of coercion and force compliance, is the rule of law for the “Socialist Regions”, to supplant and usurp the 1620 colonies and 1789 States,  in the Alinskyite-Anti-law of groups by race / culture;  by degree of illness – including completely absent illness; by removing ‘consent of the governed’ in controlling every, single aspect of the vote.

Linda and I, among the Learning to teach other Americans of God and Nation First, We the People need to change their attack by utilizing our Lord God’s “Terrible Swift Sword”, the sentinel’s duty to blow the horn alerting the people that He is coming and all shall be judged by Him based upon each-one’s Pledge of their individual: “..Lives, Fortunes meaning: “ Properly, chance; accident; luck; the arrival of something in a sudden or unexpected manner; The good or ill that befalls man; Success, good or bad; event; The chance of life; means of living; wealth; “..and Sacred Honor meaning: “The esteem due or paid to worth; high estimation; A testimony of esteem; any expression of respect or of high estimation by words or actions; Dignity; exalted rank or place; distinction; Reverence; veneration; or any act by which reverence and submission are expressed, as worship paid to the Supreme Being; True nobleness of mind; magnanimity; dignified respect for character, springing from probity, principle or moral rectitude; a distinguishing trait in the character of good men.”.

The Handouts given to the Board included: James Madison’s “Property”; “Declaration of Constitutional Principles”; “The American Patriot’s Bible, The Word of God and the Shaping of America - cover-piece with the reverse Dr. Richard G. Lee’s “A Call to Action”.

“Call to Action”, unknown to Dr. Lee,  also describes the attack-method by the “Obama-Alinsky-man supreme to God and absent universal Truth:  “Instead the primary assault would be on Biblical absolutes and Christian values, which must be crushed as a social force before the new face of Communism could rise and flourish. Malachi Martin gave us a progress report:  "By 1985, the influence of traditional Christian philosophy in the West was weak and negligible.... Gramsci's master strategy was now feasible. Humanly speaking, it was no longer too tall an order to strip large majorities of men and women in the West of those last vestiges that remained to them of Christianity's transcendent God.".

Also on hand was a photocopy of the first two pages from March 12, 1770's “Boston Gazette and Country Journal”; “The Delphi Technique”; “Common Core Curriculum”(Orlean Kochle); an article which allows the Dept. of Labor to give 7.5 Million, Taxpayer-Grant dollars to S.D. Metro United Methodist Urban Ministry at the overcrowded Malcolm X Library in Emerald Hills; two articles illustrating “Obama-alinsky’s socialist state” tactic 13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.'...'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments.... Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target...'     "One acts decisively only in the conviction that all the angels are on one side and all the devils on the other." (pps.127-134). .

The 2 requests: 1) “Open Mic.”: during the mix as people arrive before the formal meeting. It is not an addition of time to the charged rental-time of the meeting place. 2) How part of the time, 10 to 15 min. would be used for the purpose of “Learning and Teaching the Laws of Both Founding Documents” and how to apply those laws to eradicate the “If weapons are needed, then are appropriate weapons available? Availability of means determines whether you will be underground or above ground; whether you will move quickly or slowly..." p.36".

The meeting was ‘called to order’ by the President – No Pledge.  No Robert’s Rules of Order which is required from the State of California Republican Party Bylaws; as is respect and support of the Constitution of the United States and therefore, the State of California.

This Patriot was instructed, before all the Board members arrived and again, after they arrived, by the President that the first item would be the “open Mic.”; that the open Mic. would not be allowed; that “We aren’t Rush Limbaugh.” while not answering “Cliff Sumrall’s use of open Mic.

Linda Dombrowski was introduced.  The Board knows me...totally negative. It became quickly apparent that at no time would the reason the Party needs to return to Principle, or the nature of the enemy would be allowed in the presentation and the answer, already cemented into the demonstration of the enemy within’s “opinion without interference regardless of frontier”, Article 19 from UDHR and #4 from WSIS Declaration of Principles. where opinion does not require or even want knowledge for wisdom and the Truth of our Republic under God.

Obama-Alinsky tactic #13 Tactic,  Delphi Technique, and “feelings” and “relationships” of Obama-Alinsky’s person-ality much more important than any issue, value, thought or problem solving utilizing the instructions from Both Founding Documents. The Board’s working order was Unfreeze - Move - Refreeze of Obama-Alinsky-socialist- reigned supreme: never allow any idea or issue which does not agree with the opinion, probability of truth but absent knowledge and wisdom-truth not required.  The “Delphi Technique” represents how the meeting’s order of expression of relationships shall occur.  The reason “Robert’s Rules of Order are extinct from most, if not all political meetings...”Party: A number of persons united in opinion or design, in opposition to others in the community. It differs from faction, in implying a less dishonorable association, or more justifiable designs. Parties exist in all governments; and free governments are the hot-beds of party.”.

The President demanded submission to the no ‘open mic’; and the VP loved to say “Your speaking to the choir” but had no idea of what is contained in the words and music..

Have you noticed, yet, that something is missing from this interchange, so far?

Not one member of the Board had any idea; and they were the ones saying that no-one needed information about the Laws of Both Founding Documents, let alone lessons, instruction or the most important reason: Enforcement.

In the Board’s tirade to overcome the inquisition of this Patriot, the most important and missed lesson was “Bound” in God because of One-Person’s-Obligation, Oath of Office / Pledge of Allegiance, in honor and integrity to represent the People in protecting the tools and lessons of God in Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God and in the equity of each-one-person’s Soul – which is unique to that person – his separate and equal station, for with God no person is greater or lesser than another; and “ The concept of Man's spiritual nature, and the resulting concept of the supreme dignity and value of each Individual, provide the fundamental basis for each Individual's self-respect and the consequent mutual respect among Individual's. This self-respect as well as this mutual respect are the outgrowth of, and evidenced by, The Individual's maintenance of his God-given, unalienable rights. They are maintained by requiring that government and other Individuals respect them, as well as by his dedication to his own unceasing growth toward realization of his highest potential--spiritually, morally, intellectually, in every aspect of life. This is in order that he may merit maximum respect by self and by others.” (Hamilton A. Long).

The Board’s President and vice President certainly demonstrated their obedience to “Obama-Anti-law-socialist regime’s” “rule of law” by their great and sacred god-number-Majority, but absent knowledge, wisdom and truth; the bastardized Democracy by this 2009 until the metastatic cancer Regime”is obliterated. But they don’t want it obliterated. They have trouble with the principle: “An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In our Constitutional Republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but anti-law.”. — this is among the “Declaration of Constitutional Principles” confiscated by the President before the meeting started; for We the People are totally incapable of declaring government good or evil, right or wrong...solely Article III Judiciary is qualified...examples abound for the fact that a court is just like a church, or a state, collective people who determine and instruct the Lord God regarding the 5W’s and H of justice absent Truth.

I addressed the demonstrated on FB and newsletters, emails and faxes; phone calls and confrontation, the futile, frozen, never to be recognized We the People; for the “Obama-Marxist-Alinsky Regime” has no intention of 1789 Oath,  Religion and Morality from We the People; and much less from the collective, mass, people representing the fingers of the fist, cemented in control removed from ‘consent of the governed in protecting rights of any kind.  Also, that Program Presenters are never, actually shouldn't have to be instructed, to allow for question and answer time. The Delphi of top-down, demonstrated at the meeting, telling the members what they are to think and agree to follow. Contrary thoughts expressed must be suppressed.

For example: a candidate for office never having to declare his Oath of Office stand and protect the certain unalienable rights or even recognize when a Law of Nature or of Nature’s God is violated which also violates the protection of the rights of, by, and for the People; his propensity to speak one idea and act against that idea once in office - regardless of the location that candidate may be working to occupy in the Federalism equilateral triangle.

The President saw the “American Patriot’s Bible, The Word of God and the Shaping of America” and said, proudly “This is my Bible. I love this Bible.”.  I said “Yes and it can be read from both sides.” – which he totally missed. ... As do many of the secular deists among the church of ceremony in lip service, but must be separate from state.  But then, even the homo sapiens with essential cognitive attributes, specializing in law missed that point in adjudicating from the 1947 Everson v. the New York Board of Education; and all the others among Article III.

Objective:   The Board, or at least two of the seven members present, declared that Obama-Alinsky-Socialist Regime’s Delphi Technique of group-think-conformity to Anti-law is supreme to “The sum of all is, if we would most truly enjoy the gift of Heaven, let us become a virtuous people; then shall we both deserve and enjoy it. While, on the other hand, if we are universally vicious and debauched [ “One who debauches or corrupts others; a seducer to lewdness, or to any dereliction of duty.”] in our manners, though the form of our Constitution carries the face of the most exalted freedom, we shall in reality be the most abject slaves.”— Samuel Adams

For the “singers in the Board’s choir” do not know the words or the music of the Laws of the Founders and refuse to believe that God’s Laws are Law; and in their cacophony of support for those they say, in lip-service, they oppose; as they “..  Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. .... One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.'...”; against person(s) who actually take action to stand, protect and defend The Laws of Both Founding Documents.

The Board did not understand they were using Alinsky-Delphi of the enemy within.

The Board did not even consider its membership’s opinion in regard to the reason for “Republicans, including Conservatives, Teapartiers, Independents, and Libertarians, returning to “The Party of Principle” in “POLITICS: The science of government; that part of ethics which consists in the regulation and government of a nation or state, for the preservation of its safety, peace and prosperity; comprehending the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals. Politics, as a science or an art, is a subject of vast extent and importance.”; And

Violation of both free speech and grievance are repudiated by a part of the party which does not recognize their judgement absent knowledge, wisdom for Truth, and therefore decides person(s) shall not interfere with their preconceived conclusions of right and wrong activities, though top-down-exclusion-of opponents to the establishment, but absent 1789 Constitutional law.

The Board cannot conceive of the need for every-individual-constitutional person understanding how One Person protected in “separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them....certain, unalienable, Natural Rights.

The magnificence and beauty of logic contained in Both Founding Documents, alone, speak volumes of love for God, respect for each other, and for individual people who will never be known on a personal level; but God commands and Jesus Teaches...and delivers in absolute Truth and Trust...every Promise made to man, alone or in a nation if you follow His commands; ask, seek, and find all an individual within a family, town, county, State, or Federal level of our unique Federalism organization of governance..

The Board decided that person must submit to their ‘time’ absent reason; that the Republic under God destroyed is very much less important than ‘the program’ which allows agreement, never disagree or if you do  – shut up, sit down and be obedient to the ‘program of the party.

This attitude is offered in ignorance, the reason why “Introduction“ was created: To waken and give action to We the People, because Consent of the Governed is destroyed.

Assessment:   We the People shall lose every remnant of our unique in mankind’s history of One Person Protected and all minorities, through placing the great-god-number, indifferent, inanimate Majority -- as the supreme decided of all right and wrong, good and evil, in ignorance which is the outcome of the “Obama-Alinsky-Socialism civil and criminal  crimes of omission, commission, neglect, and positive transgression.

The Obama-Alinsky-Socialism shall continue to reign supreme as long as We the People never realize: We are the People and this Is Our Government. ....There is no power on God’s Planet Greater than We the People as Unity of Purpose: The Obedience to God through the Laws of Both Founding Documents.
