SLAVE-RY, n. [See Slave.]  1. Bondage; the state of entire subjection of one person to the will of another. Slavery was the conquered-people who were not killed in tribal or nation's combat; and not at all viewed as a sin, not even among the gentiles, Greeks, or Romans was... and has been since Old Testament before Joshua, though not by the skin-color the Person born with could not change, or the truth of Tribal-government, from the locations that person was victim to just because his tribe wasn't a vain-idol-god's to 'big' in number, often, of same skin-color, foot-soldiers, horses, archers, chariots,$$$, treasures or conquerors, so powerful, those 'big' tribe could educe total fear and subjugation:  Slavery has never left mankind among Planet earth's nations, servants, serfs, indentured servants, Northern manufacturing shoes, cotton clothes, street cleaning, 'unskilled' persons

Only President Washington, his 16-Sided-Barn, and John Adams "Mans Lust for Power", recognize the connections of The Creator in the Declaration is the Same Creator of supreme Law of the Land  that is Grace of God in Christ's Oath, The Two Greatest Commands upon which Hang the Whole Law and the Prophets.  And in the Bible "the  [Mosaic] Law" with Jewish-strict-written circumcised was a very difficult conflict of ideas about God as Christianity, Peter and  Paul's  The Law, - circumcised or uncircumcised, -- body's physiology, nor inanimate and living objects-scatter/ secular, is not the basis of God's Judgment "neither this world nor the world to come".

When Paul uses The Law that should be obeyed at all times, he is addressing The Holy Spirit - Truth: " 6I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ, to another gospel: 7Which is not another; but there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9As we said before, so I say now again, If any man preacheth any other gospel to you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

10For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. .."-Galatians 1    Men =  Concrete, distinct and palpable mind, arbitrary human precept:

Arbitrary human precept cannot comprehend:  "We lay it down as a fundamental, that Laws, to be Just, must must give a reciprocation of Right; that, without this, they are mere rules of conduct-force, and not in Conscience"--T. Jefferson. 

"Servant of Christ" is the Contents of the Three Sacred Documents - because God Is...Truth and Christ is His Son, Who was crucified to fulfill The Whole Law- Truth - in Force,  because in any of its forms or language and communication of deeds any location on His Planet earth, neither God or Christ may be known in Name.:  

Connecting to "America's Original Sin" is to pervert the gospel of Christ.

President Lincoln's First Inaugural Address: "...It is seventy-two years since the first inauguration of a President under our National Constitution. During that period fifteen different and greatly distinguished
citizens have in succession administered the executive branch of the Government. They have conducted it
through many perils, and generally with great success. Yet, with all this scope of precedent, I now enter upon the same task for the brief constitutional term of four years under great and peculiar difficulty. A disruption of
the Federal Union, heretofore only menaced, is now formidably attempted.

I hold that in contemplation of universal law and of the Constitution the Union of these States is perpetual. Perpetuity is implied, if not expressed, in the fundamental law of all national governments. It is safe to assert
that no government proper ever had a provision in its organic law for its own termination. Continue to
execute all the express provisions of our National Constitution, and the Union will endure forever, it being
impossible to destroy it except by some action not provided for in the instrument itself.

Again: If the United States be not a government proper, but an association of States in the nature of
contract merely, can it, as a contract, be peaceably unmade by less than all the parties who made it? One
party to a contract may violate it--break it, so to speak--but does it not require all to lawfully rescind it?

Descending from these general principles, we find the proposition that in legal contemplation the Union is
perpetual confirmed by the history of the Union itself.

The Union is much older than the Constitution. It was formed, in fact, by the Articles of Association in 1774
It was matured and continued by the Declaration of Independence in 1776. It was further matured, and the
faith of all the then thirteen States expressly plighted and engaged that it should be perpetual, by the Articles
of Confederation in 1778. And finally, in 1787, one of the declared objects for ordaining and establishing the
Constitution was "to form a more perfect Union."

But if destruction of the Union by one or by a part only of the States be lawfully possible, the Union is less
perfect than before the Constitution, having lost the vital element of perpetuity.

It follows from these views that no State upon its own mere motion can lawfully get out of the Union; that
resolves and ordinances to that effect are legally void, and that acts of violence within any State or States
against the authority of the United States are insurrectionary or revolutionary, according to circumstances.

I therefore consider that in view of the Constitution and the laws the Union is unbroken, and to the extent of
my ability, I shall take care, as the Constitution itself expressly enjoins upon me, that the laws of the Union be faithfully executed in all the States. Doing this I deem to be only a simple duty on my part, and I shall perform
it so far as practicable unless my rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite means or
in some authoritative manner direct the contrary. I trust this will not be regarded as a menace, but only as the
declared purpose of the Union that it will constitutionally defend and maintain itself. ..

....That there are persons in one section or another who seek to destroy the Union at all events and are glad
of any pretext to do it I will neither affirm nor deny; but if there be such, I need address no word to them. To those, however, who really love the Union may I not speak?
       
Before entering upon so grave a matter as the destruction of our national fabric, with all its benefits, its memories, and its hopes, would it not be wise to ascertain precisely why we do it? Will you hazard so
desperate a step while there is any possibility that any portion of the ills you fly from have no real existence?
Will you, while the certain ills you fly to are greater than all the real ones you fly from, will you risk the commission of so fearful a mistake?

All profess to be content in the Union if all constitutional rights can be maintained. Is it true, then, that any
right plainly written in the Constitution has been denied? I think not. Happily, the human mind is so constituted that no party can reach to the audacity of doing this. Think, if you can, of a single instance in
which a plainly written provision of the Constitution has ever been denied. If by the mere force of numbers a
majority should deprive a minority of any clearly written constitutional right, it might in a moral point of view
justify revolution; certainly would if such right were a vital one. But such is not our case. All the vital rights of minorities and of individuals are so plainly assured to them by affirmations and negations, guaranties and prohibitions, in the Constitution that controversies never arise concerning them. But no organic law can ever
be framed with a provision specifically applicable to every question which may occur in practical administration. No foresight can anticipate nor any document of reasonable length contain express provisions
for all possible questions. Shall fugitives from labor be surrendered by national or by State authority? The
Constitution does not expressly say. May Congress prohibit slavery in the Territories? The Constitution does not expressly say. Must Congress protect slavery in the Territories? The Constitution does not expressly say.

From questions of this class spring all our constitutional controversies, and we divide upon them into majorities and minorities. If the minority will not acquiesce, the majority must, or the Government must cease.  There is no other alternative, for continuing the Government is acquiescence on one side or the other. If a
minority in such case will secede rather than acquiesce, they make a precedent which in turn will divide and
ruin them, for a minority of their own will secede from them whenever a majority refuses to be controlled by
such minority. For instance, why may not any portion of a new confederacy a year or two hence arbitrarily
secede again, precisely as portions of the present Union now claim to secede from it? All who cherish
disunion sentiments are now being educated to the exact temper of doing this.

Is there such perfect identity of interests among the States to compose a new union as to produce harmony only and prevent renewed secession? Plainly the central idea of secession is the essence of anarchy. A
majority held in restraint by constitutional checks and limitations, and always changing easily with deliberate changes of popular opinions and sentiments, is the only true sovereign of a free people. Whoever rejects it
does of necessity fly to anarchy or to despotism. Unanimity is impossible. The rule of a minority, as a permanent arrangement, is wholly inadmissible; so that, rejecting the majority principle, anarchy or despotism in some form is all that is left. ....".

President Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address: "...On the occasion corresponding to this four years ago all thoughts were anxiously directed to an impending civil war. All dreaded it, all sought to avert it. While the inaugural address was being delivered from this place, devoted altogether to saving the Union without war, insurgent agents were in the city seeking to destroy it without war--seeking to dissolve the Union and divide effects by negotiation. Both parties deprecated war, but one of them would make war rather than let the nation survive, and the other would accept war rather than let it perish, and the war came. ...

... Neither party expected for the war the magnitude or the duration which it has already attained. Neither anticipated that the cause of the conflict might cease with or even before the conflict itself should cease. Each looked for an easier triumph, and a result less fundamental and astounding. Both read the same Bible and pray to the same God, and each invokes His aid against the other. It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God's assistance in wringing their bread from the sweat of other men's faces, but let us judge not, that we be not judged. The prayers of both could not be answered. That of neither has been answered fully. The Almighty has His own purposes. "Woe unto the world because of offenses; for it must needs be that offenses come, but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh."[Matt. 18] If we shall suppose that American slavery is one of those offenses which, in the providence of God, must needs come, but which, having continued through His appointed time, He now wills to remove, and that He gives to both North and South this terrible war as the woe due to those by whom the offense came, shall we discern therein any departure from those divine attributes which the believers in a living God always ascribe to Him?.... Yet, if God wills that it continue until all the wealth piled by the bondsman's two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said "the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether." ...".

Since January 20, 2009, an oligarchy of the vain-idol-god's forms of 'bigger number' - delusional-democracy's socialist-people-by-groups-of physical and environmental characteristics, 'Person of Independence not only ostracized/ Lucifer Alinsky's 'frozen', but also, strictly forbidden; where Oath - Person directly to God in His Eternal-Soul, because our Founder's chose, with full Wisdom-Knowledge of Truth-to follow Christ-The New Testament with The Old, including the Apocrypha - Pledge is so subjugated that God, The Creator and Christ with The Apostles, including those that came during the interim of "Papal authority-over-even Kings, Emperor's, and all people, reigns as Matt. 4 in John 8's complete absence of The Three Sacred Documents - Wisdom Knowledge for Truth in Trust, Faith in Promise... Collective-people serve their masters-arbitrary human precept's rules of conduct - tyranny -- including all inanimate objects - time, $$$, votes, consensus-committee-think-bigger number-decisions - because they do not know their Soul is judged, not their living-object-physiology among other physiologys; and notably the absolute - despot-'yes is no--no is yes - if the tool demands' even though written by an unknowable-unaccountable-homo sapiens as the working tyrant, or rather, also, the 'slave' to the limits of a binomial-think-tool. That, those persons becoming completely non-functioning when, inevitably, the yes/ no tool cannot function.

What President Lincoln is addressing in the "Independence" of Person composing just the Southern States,  where he starts out by protecting their "property" of "fleshie-physiology-skin color", though Northern States have white-skin-servants, and in manufacturing of clothes, shoes, women and children, as a State's right: "their property and their peace and personal security are to be endangered: "There has never been any reasonable cause for such apprehension. Indeed, the most ample evidence to the contrary has all the while existed and been open to their inspection. "; then moves to the threat to the Whole System of Oath-Bible, Declaration - Constitution by the smaller number-Southern States, being much worse a reality, than the issue of slavery, what 'sins' are in "separate and equal station", even through 156 years ago; and including, about 1,931-1,936 A.D in John 8 and 1,979 A.D. in Matt. 12, nonetheless all are connected by..among other Books and Chapters - especially "Captivity":
" 31Wherefore I say to you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven to men [Christ knew Abraham..thus all His Father Is, so forgiving sin and blasphemy is not the crucifixion, but Truth]: but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to men. 32And whoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever [Singular] speaketh against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. ..."; with, "man serving man in commands of arbitrary human precept "Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned".----Jesus didn't answer for several moments-- did He! Would you?

Instead He wrote something in the dirt/ sand: "Slavery is 'wealthy superior to negro' devoid the other forms of slavery including a collective-group-think-control and manipulation of a man, a woman, a child's mind/ heart/ will-conscience.

There is no hierarchy of sin, wickedness, lie; anymore than there is for following the Love of God, our Nation and our neighbor as our Self/ Soul by performing "Do unto others as your would have others do unto you (society's plural)  -- after respecting another's Person's singular.

The Three Sacred Documents are not about 'name-Personality of any-one-person elected, appointed, commissioned, contracted'; or the inanimate objects of the vain-idol-gods meaningless as that idol-god is, of untruth - $$$ - scattered/ secular and divine isolated, dispersed; to dissipated; to separate or remove things to a distance from each other for the purpose of destroying "Whole System of Created 'Things'", i.e., An Orange is an Orange, but when quartered or peeled, will Never Again be a Whole Orange. "AnyOne who is not for me is against me, and anyOne who does not gather with me scatters...  Either make the tree good, and its fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and its fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by its fruit. 34O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. 35A good man, out of the good treasure of the heart, bringeth forth good things: and an evil man, out of the evil treasure, bringeth forth evil things. 36But I say to you, That for every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account in the day of judgment. 37For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.".

Example, It isn't the 'CA Secretary of State by his name, that steps down --- it is the entire legislative and executive with its administrative-police-state -- that requires removal, and if when this is a true statement, actions to correct or remove must occur, else even the good become wicked by their silence:
">Each level and jurisdiction of government has been delegated the power to punish as crimes the deprivation of constitutional and civil rights of persons by agents of government, and some governments the power to punish deprivation of rights by individuals not agents of government. Steve Frank and Richard Rider, over the years of this anti-Republic under God-Regime's sister-socialist-state of now officially decreed a Delusional-Democracy,  have been Informing Consent of the Governed in We the People - Americans of God and Nation First - about the administrative-police-state of both Article II's E.O.'s and this State's matching betrayal of our Republic under God.  This is my work - since "Lie and steal are justified when the end justifies the means", then The Creator in our Declaration is the Same Creator who is Witness to EVERY-INDIVIDUAL-PERSON'S SOUL any Level of Government or organizations/ parties, OATH - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, then our Instructions from our Colonists, Founders, and every person who has given, or just living in the Duty, Honor, Service our Flag and our Republic under God Is Exactly Who He Says He Is, Performing Exactly What He Says He Will Perform, as Is His Everlasting Son, our "Helper"/ Holy Ghost/ Spirit/ Truth, Who asked His Father to give YOU Your own Helper who knows each hair on your head...

CRUZ, Political Vanguard-former Ch. and V-Ch of CA GOP, "Speak-Out Californians", TOM DEL BECARRO, is First for our Constitution, in fact and evidence by Oath and Laws of Nature's God - Bible in Declaration, which are Life-Family; Not the popular-politics-word-of Double-think-Economy, but rather,  "COMMERCE, noun  1. In a general sense, an interchange or mutual change of goods, wares, productions, or property of any kind, between nations or individuals, either by barter, or by purchase and sale; trade; traffick. commerce is foreign or inland. The recently in the news re importance of targeting-Fellow-country-person's of dissenting this anti-Republic under God Regime, IRS cannot, or more likely refuse since the one 'thing' any computer can do rapidly with unsurpassed accuracy is count numbers, give good figures, so working from Tax Policy Center, 93,800,000 will pay IRS taxes this year. At US Debt Clock "119,180,613 who file Returns but owe no taxes".

These numbers reflect "Government Employees 23,828,601, State, Local, Federal including counties, municipalities, school districts, townships and special districts. Included are military, employees of  U.S.Territories and foreign countries. Excludes employees of CIA, NSA, DIA  --- [also, ALL Town, City, County, Burroughs, State and Nation elected officials - their personal staffs paid by them. Though in CA, ALL employees are from the State--- Elected officials have no say in their Personnel, ostensibly to protect from power, but since the power is in the administrative-police-state... and since Oath / Truth is meaningless ... well, I for one would like to trust the fellow-country-person I voted for, than the hiring of a State's standard of physiology upon which neurology, psychology, anatomy depend for existence and benefits un-matchable by any form of private commerce.

The single most important reason for enumerated powers is that No government-fellow-country-person is paid from Performing Commerce/ GNP.  They are paid and benefited using only TAXPAYER DOLLARS.  Worse, budgets are calculated as if government salaries provide jobs.  And worse still, that public-private-partnerships are the reason that this current anti-Republic under God usurper of American God Is Law, actually believes he has created "Millions of jobs" on his 96.7% increase in "American Rule" - Threat of fines, police-state.

What PPP actually provide is taxpayer employees AND 'Selected, Approved'-private tax discounts to some of the taxpayers while forbidding others in violation of Article IV:2 and the 14th Amendment. All this originated by E.O. during this usurper's occupation of We the People's White House.  The reason John Eastman added the fact in evidence that every one of the Usurper's E.O.'s be repealed forth-with.

Using the  93,800,000 Citizens paying IRS Taxes minus government employee's recipients of redistributed-taxpayer-$$$ = 69,971,415, but remember all those elected, appointed, contracted, commissioned and their staffs -- no figure readily available, but 100 Senators + 435 = 535 and just giving them 5 employees = 2775 - 69,986,640 and we all see the new "Green Climate Change - Village-Selected-stacked-mono-colored-or patchwork quilt -apartment cells and fenced SFR group by income housing.

Now these government employees, not to attack their rights at all because they are duped, just as all of US(A) are by few men rulers over the collective mass people, still by homes, autos, and live life, especially retirement, with Lincoln-copper-pennies, now mostly zinc,  and the 'commerce' pays their tax on the profit of that sale, but to the degree that sale involves re-distributed-tax-dollars, that commerce is simple paying back on top of his other 'commerce' buyers, those very same re-distributed tax dollars.

And you can see the 69+ million is just a drop.  Now we will subtract fellow-country-persons, often Not of their own accord, who do not pay taxes because of disability, 10,793,494; Living in poverty, 46,747, 919 to  reduce actual IRS taxpayers to 12,427,227.

This reduced number of fellow-country-persons to fund just (both meanings of the word) the six highest budget items (not counting GW-Climate change-land, water, atmosphere, Periodic Chart of the Elements) conformity to the UDHR UN-EU empires): Medicaid: $1,027,288,900,000; Income Security (SSI, Earned Income Credits, Unemployment compensation [think CA], Nutritional Assistance, Child nutrition, Family support, foster care, Double-think's Making Work Pay ) $305,651,564,000; FDR's SS $895,618,990,000; Net Interest on Debt $$238,564,594,000; Federal Pensions [CA think that many government employees, elected, commissioned, appointed just move around in the Admin-police-state or other positions and accumulated as many as 7 pensions for each change they make!) $262,214,293,000  =  $2,729,338,341,000.00 increasing by the nanosecond.

So we have a monster not unlike Ezekiel 33:1's "..Out of it appeared the forms of four Creatures, and this was their appearance: they had the same form, each with four faces and four wings, with limbs straight and gleaming like burnished bronze, and with the soles of their feet rouded like the feet of calves.
