The China-Russian Petroleum Contract is Not About Money...

From Steve Forbes editorial - apparently not the June 12 magazine issue on a table at a Doctor's Office(?):
....It Is About Absolute-Arbitrary-Power... and all current events, FB NewsFeed and maybe a little in "newspapers of nonsense" for the last few days are reflecting that this current Anti-Republic under God Regime believes it has completely overthrown the One Law in the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents:

I just found this a couple of hours ago while finishing off the Research and Comments for this Chapter of Pamphleteer..."the end justifies the means and “"...absolute behavior control is imminent.... “The critical point of behavior control, in effect, is sneaking up on mankind without his self-conscious realization that a crisis is at hand. Man will... never self-consciously know that it has happened." [9]

Because so many Americans of God and Nation First do not really believe, at this flashing cursor and whatever eternity becomes, for 'Revelations' are not anywhere near complete,  what 99.8% of Colonist's knew and lived in fact and evidence, since 1620, the Axiom of The Eternal, your God - The Creator of  the "Universe: The collective name of heaven and earth, and all that belongs to them; the whole system of created things.".  Nations of sovereignty and their governments are "whole system" of "all that belongs to them".   Below is a "Proof" and just One of the Chapters to this series of Chapters which Shall Follow...

["Arbitrary: adjective [Latin arbitrarious.] 1. Depending on will or discretion; not governed by any fixed rules; as, an arbitrary decision; an arbitrary punishment.  Arbitrary power is most easily established on the ruins of liberty abused to licentiousness.--George Washington      2. Despotic; absolute in power; having no external control; as, an arbitrary prince or government.

"Despotic: adjective 1. Absolute in power; independent of control from men, constitution or laws; arbitrary in the exercise of power; as a despotic prince.     2. Unlimited or unrestrained by constitution, laws or men; absolute; arbitrary; as despotic authority or power.     3. Tyrannical.

"Conscience: noun [Latin , to know, to be privy to.] 1. Internal or self-knowledge, or judgment of right and wrong; or the faculty, power or principle within us, which decides on the lawfulness or unlawfulness of our own actions and affections, and instantly approves or condemns them. conscience is called by some writers the moral sense, and considered as an original faculty of our nature. Others question the propriety of considering conscience as a distinct faculty or principle. The consider it rather as the general principle of moral approbation or disapprobation, applied to ones own conduct and affections; alledging that our notions of right and wrong are not to be deduced from a single principle or faculty, but from various powers of the understanding and will. Being convicted by their own conscience they went out one by one. John 8:9.
The conscience manifests itself in the feeling of obligation we experience, which precedes, attends and follows our actions.
Conscience is first occupied in ascertaining our duty, before we proceed to action; then in judging of our actions when performed.
2. The estimate or determination of conscience; justice; honesty. What you require cannot, in conscience be deferred.      3. Real sentiment; private thought; truth; as, do you in conscience believe the story?
4. Consciousness; knowledge of our own actions or thought. The sweetest cordial we receive at last, is conscience of our virtuous actions past.      5. Knowledge of the actions of others.      6. In ludicrous language, reason or reasonableness. Half a dozen fools are, in all conscience as many as you should require.          To make conscience or a matter of conscience is to act according to the dictates of conscience or to scruple to act contrary to its dictates.
Court of conscience a court established for the recovery of small debts in London and other trading cities and districts."]

When I first published this 7/6, the arbitrary-power-humanist-rules of conduct-force, entered and removed from this blog and from FB, though momentarily on Newsfeed - for I saw and read it there; ....for this is about Treason...and almost No, We the People realize or comprehend that violations of "separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle One People to enable exercise of ALL 'right' among the Certain, Unalienable, Natural means Life.
But the usurping, tyrannical, abusive, martinets within - invisible, unaccountable to anyone yes/no-binomial-group-robot-think, concrete-mind-senses-humanist software, enjoined with NSA-DIA - perjurers since they have taken Oath --- and some even, Pledge, which is synonymous since Honor-duty-service one person to another entails our Federated Republic, are completely blind and deaf-minions of voluntary enslavement to the sophistry and perfidy of mindless-no senses - concrete-power to rule over “borderless Jurisprudence”[10] enjoined to despoil the people among  borderless Nations.  The US; because of In God We Trust, must be destroyed. ... Everyone of you on FB and elsewhere, know some 'part' of the disconnect.    ..Now is the time for UNITED to return to States -- and God to the leading nations of His Planet Earth...

...the offense [to] overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, [and] of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.”----:
Without liberty, law loses its nature ["Laws of Nature’s God"] and its name, and becomes oppression. Without law, liberty also loses its nature ["Laws of Nature’s God"] and its name, and becomes “licentious: (James Wilson 1790 “Of the Study of the Law in the United States)”[1 ]: 1. Using license; indulging freedom to excess; unrestrained by law or morality; loose; dissolute; as a licentious man.      2. Exceeding the limits of law or propriety; wanton; unrestrained; as licentious desires. Licentious thoughts precede licentious conduct.”[2 ].
“It is of great importance to set a resolution, not to be shaken, never to tell an untruth. There is no vice so mean, so pitiful, so contemptible; and he who permits himself to tell a lie once, finds it much easier to do it a second and a third time, till at length it becomes habitual; he tells lies without attending to it, and truths without the world’s believing him. This falsehood of the tongue leads to that of the heart, and in time depraves all its good disposition.”–Thomas Jefferson, 1785; and a paraphrase from Matthew 15: “This people honours me with their lips, but their heart is far away from me: vain is their worship of me, for the doctrines they teach are but human precepts [UDHR/UN-EU-WB/Federal Reserve/UN-EU 'After 1850 definition of Common Law'-Judiciary's humanist-UDHR #18, 19, 29, 30]...Do you not see how all that enters the mouth passes into the belly and is then thrown out into the drain, while what comes out of the mouth comes from the heart— and that is what defiles a man. For out of the heart come evil designs, murder, adultery, sexual vice, stealing, false witness, and slander. That is what defiles a man; a man is not defiled by eating with hands unwashed!”.[3]

We lay it down as a fundamental, that Laws, to be just, must give a reciprocation of right; that, without this, they are mere arbitrary rules of conduct, founded in force, and not in conscience”–Thomas Jefferson, Notes on the State of Virginia, 1782

Supposed transcendent knowledge or intuitions that are said to reach beyond human comprehension cannot instruct us because we cannot relate concretely to them. The way in which humans accept supposed transcendent or religious knowledge is by arbitrarily taking a leap of faith and abandoning reason and the senses. We find this course unacceptable, since all the supposed absolute moral rules that are adopted as a result of this arbitrary leap are themselves rendered arbitrary by the baselessness of the leap itself. [“Power: n. [The Latin has posse, possum, potes, potentia. The primary sense of the verb is to strain, to exert force.]  1. In a philosophical sense, the faculty of doing or performing any thing; the faculty of moving or of producing a change in something; ability or strength. A man raises his hand by his own power, or by power moves another body. The exertion of power proceeds from the will, and in strictness, no being destitute of will or intelligence, can exert power. Power in man is active or speculative. Active power is that which moves the body; speculative power is that by which we see, judge, remember, or in general, by which we think.
Power may exist without exertion. We have power to speak when we are silent.
Power has been distinguished also into active and passive, the power of doing or moving, and the power of receiving impressions or of suffering. In strictness, passive power is an absurdity in terms. To say that gold has a power to be melted, is improper language [yet, also an imaginative-analogy for God:-)] , yet for want of a more appropriate word, power is often used in a passive sense, and is considered as two-fold; viz. as able to make or able to receive any change.
3. Force; strength; energy; as the power of the mind, of the imagination, of the fancy. He has not powers of genius adequate to the work.      4. Faculty of the mind, as manifested by a particular mode of operation; as the power of thinking, comparing and judging; the reasoning powers.     5. Ability, natural or moral. We say, a man has the power of doing good; his property gives him the power of relieving the distressed; or he has the power to persuade others to do good; or it is not in his power to pay his debts. The moral power of man is also his power of judging or discerning in moral subjects.     8. That quality in any natural body which produces a change or makes an impression on another body; as the power of medicine; the power of heat; the power of sound.      9. Force; strength; momentum; as the power of the wind, which propels a ship or overturns a building.       10. Influence; that which may move the mind; as the power of arguments or of persuasion.      11. Command; the right of governing, or actual government; dominion; rule, sway; authority. A large portion of Asia is under the power of the Russian emperor. The power of the British monarch is limited by law. The powers of government are legislative, executive, judicial, and ministerial. Power is no blessing in itself, but when it is employed to protect the innocent. Under this sense may be comprehended civil, political, ecclesiastical, and military power.      12. A sovereign, whether emperor, king or governing prince or the legislature of a state; as the powers of Europe; the great powers; the smaller powers. In this sense, the state or nation governed seems to be included in the word power. Great Britain is a great naval power.      13. One invested with authority; a ruler; a civil magistrate. Rom.13.     14. Divinity; a celestial or invisible being or agent supposed to have dominion over some part of creation; as celestial powers; the powers of darkness.      16. Legal authority; warrant; as a power of attorney; an agent invested with ample power. The envoy has full powers to negotiate a treaty.      18. In Scripture, right; privilege. John 1. 1 Cor.9.
19. Angels, good or bad. Col 1. Eph. 6.      20. Violence, force; compulsion. Ezek. 4.      21. Christ is called the power of God, as through him and his gospel, God displays his power and authority in ransoming and saving sinners. 1 Cor.1.      22. The powers of heaven may denote the celestial luminaries. Matt.24.
23. Satan is said to have the power of death, as he introduced sin, the cause of death, temporal and eternal, and torments men with the feat of death and future misery.

"Person: noun per'sn. [Latin persona; said to be compounded of per, through or by, and sonus, sound; a Latin word signifying primarily a mask used by actors on the state.]  1. An individual human being consisting of body and soul. We apply the word to living beings only, possessed of a rational nature; the body when dead is not called a person It is applied alike to a man, woman or child. A person is a thinking intelligent being.      2. A man, woman or child, considered as opposed to things, or distinct from them. A zeal for persons is far more easy to be perverted, than a zeal for things.      3. A human being, considered with respect to the living body or corporeal existence only. The form of her person is elegant. You'll find her person difficult to gain. The rebels maintained the fight for a small time, and for their persons showed no want of courage.      4. A human being, indefinitely; one; a man. Let a person's attainments be never so great, he should remember he is frail and imperfect.      5. [In 1789 One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents, Constitutional Principles: “Only individual persons or corporate, artificial "persons" which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. Inanimate, indifferent-objects and living, indifferent-objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law;” for good/ right, bad/ evil is totally dependent upon how Person, corporate persons composed of individual persons,  creates or utilizes those indifferent objects of every kind of laws among “things” and “systems” of earth down below.]

>>Definitions from ‘Original, Founding Father’s Text’ “AMERICAN DICTIONARY of the English Language – 1828" do interrupt the discourse; but are imperative, since among this current President in tandem with this current Governor’s anti-Republic under God Regime “disorganize” and “disconnect,” all life, almost exclusively through their ‘means’ Language and Communication for the purpose of Power by developing “distrust” in lie, deceit, collusion, coercion which mark the humanist-UDHR[ ]-Anti-Republic under God Regime's “opinion without interference” stating their “concrete-reason” and “yes/no, binomial-minds” are, in fact of evidence, “beyond their human comprehension” in the absurdity of their “..and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine;” mandatory for “human family” composed of “everyBody’s duties to the communities,”-collective-robot-group-think’s ‘perfidy of NewSpeak with Double-talk’, require the clearness and discernment Noah Webster’s 28 years of irrefutable knowledge, wisdom, Truth in Trust in the name of God and Nation he loved.
Dr. Webster did accomplish comprehension of Language and Communication for our Unique Republican form of government. Using his work in the ‘1828' throughout this ‘pamphleteer’ demonstrates in fact and evidence, the AMERICAN 5W’s and H of differences and likeness, separated from GB’s English amid the forms of arbitrary-power’s collective people from Lord, Lady, farmer, servant, serf, among the kingship/emperor’s horizontal box/ concrete/ one-sided/ impregnable lines of demarcation, ‘I’m better than you are’ - do not transgress the concrete mind and reason-collective-top- down, arbitrary-power, obstinate, opinion without need for God; only earthly, worldly – mammon for ‘bigger number of any ‘thing’ is always a ‘majority’ as the way to right/ good, wrong/ evil that mankind has intrinsic to his nature from the beginning; and narcissist is the very best form of leadership for any nation, especially destroying the UNITED States of America.

Americans of God and Nation First, it is mandatory you learn or re-learn our One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents; for “No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffusd and Virtue is preservd. On the Contrary, when People are niversally ignorant, and debauchd in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign invaders" (Samuel Adams, 1775); or this current, 2009 usurper in tyranny Chief Executive Officer”s  arbitrary-power, rules of conduct - force in subjugation and despoiling “Consent of the Governed - Vote” or “We the People” Law of, by, for We the People.  “A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance: And a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.”–James Madison, August 4, 1822, 192 years plus 31 days, ago.

Throughout this ‘pamphleteer’ knowledge, wisdom, truth in trust, promise are repeated time and time again; because that is the non-bullet-enemy within and foreign - both meanings-, are not-of the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents; and exclusively earthly mammon in NonGovernmental Organization-communist-socialist-UDHR-humanist-UN/ EU/ World Bank-Federal Reserve-Taxpayer dollars; and when you do not think in terms of the definition of God’s universe, you shall miss the knowledge of current and near past, future "course of human events" which are fueling the fires of hell on God’s planet - earth.

>>>Steve Forbes, June 12, 2014 wrote about the Russian-China 30 year petroleum pack saying it really isn’t a large amount of money among the nations on the planet scale. [7]
Russian-China joined in any form of contract — is important, not anything to do with money, but everything to do with what is left of “free” nations, i.e nation’s of God’s Laws - respect that the nation’s life in risk/ reward, Strengths/ Weaknesses, Opportunities/ Threats for Liberty and pursuit of Happiness is directly measured by how well the  "corporate-persons" -leadership respects and honors the "whole of the polity"-people, E Pluribus Unum,  from within that nation, to state and apply The One Law - "Love God with your whole heart, your whole soul, your whole mind, your whole strength; and your neighbor as yourself.–The whole Law and the prophets hang upon these two commands," - inherent in Knowledge, Wisdom/ Experience for Truth in Trust - Promise giving justice to all aspects of Life.

>>This current constitutional person usurping the role 1789Chief Executive Officer of the United States of American is of the Islamic Religion, such that even saying the honor, duty, and service of Pledge of Allegiance is a form of his-Alinsky-ridicule and taking an Oath - especially on The Reverend Martin Luther King’s Bible, an insult to any American of God and Nation First; – but, in addition, this current President has just completed, in total freedom of accountability to his person-Oath of Office and Job Description, repudiation of our Nation’s sovereignty of Borders both in taking Arizona to Court; collusion with criminal activity against the people both sides of the border; including his edict that “Illegal Alien” shall not be recognized as Federal Code, arbitrarily changing language to “undocumented resident” , and the murder in mayhem of Benghazi, Lebanon supporting violations of Commandments 6-murder and 8-stealing and 9-false evidence against a fellow countryman; then releasing, in violation of the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents, 6 murderers to return to resurgent in war against the Iraq’s sovereign’“One People” by his Islamic Religion’s Tribes, who have been fighting each-other-since the false-god, because of revenge - lie - steal- and harm to innocent women and children, Mohammed died – No Law, No Truth, No Trust, No promise, and complete betrayal — just like Sen. Feinstein with him against the security and protection of Israeli’s defense.
This Islamic man has repeatedly supported his Islamic Religion in Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and his since 2000 Anti-American aid and mentor for the people, as well as non-government of Iraq, because of separate and equal station of all mankind’s Laws of Nature and Nature’s God to exercise the Certain, Unalienable Natural Right - the Everlasting Father’s Love and Gifts to any being, or animal on His Planet under His son, Christ.
This American of God and Nation First – is fully and completely mindful that the previous statement was partially lost, and that the “human events” of when it was Not lost, are equally not recognized way back in history, until January 20, 2009 when this current constitutional person elected by ‘Consent of the Governed’ has successfully eradicated the One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents, even though — No Person or devil eradicates God.   Thus, this pamphleteer because from 1620, every person knew exactly the 5W’s and H of their Bible and their what about to be Nation – literally E Pluribus Unum - Out of many -- One. ...

So, be clear and look at the globe of Nations: Every nation is in some kind of economic disarray to disaster; only Turkey, India, and Israel are surviving, more or less, in the Middle East.  All other nations, including Pakistan and the Pacific Islands are in the hands of the Islamic Religion. China with Russia - are pure communist; and south of the border, only Columbia and Peru survive, maybe Guatemala.
The sovereignty of those nations and their “One People” are “weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth” in economic hardship mostly caused by the arbitrary-power, humanist-UDHR-UN/ EU rules of conduct - force sustaining and in tandem with the constitutional, Chief Executive Officer of the arbitrary, rules of conduct - force for power,  repudiation of Truth, Trust, The Eternal, specifically — The One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents.

Any act performed by an agent of government which is unconstitutional is illegal, and while performing that act the person ceases to be an agent of government or to have any official status, regardless of what trappings of office or color of law he may project. “Whenever any person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, if one of them is the constitution [Bible or Declaration], means to obey or help enforce the constitution [Bible or Declaration, a.k.a One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents]. Until he has those means and power instruments, his 'tactics' are very different from power tactics. We the People have been given, for the first time in man's history, directly from God, the greatest gifts in truth, trust, God, knowledge and wisdom.  Since equity and just are the exact measures of those Gifts, then the exact measure of each-one-person is to own, support, and defend, that portion of  the One Law within the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents:  God/ The Bible, Christ/ The Declaration complete with lessons, instructions, enforcement as well as Law, both Applied Law - the Holy Ghost/ Constitution of the United States of America.   We are the Posterity from the fight and creation of those documents; and we are accoutable for the failures to our present youth, the past 40 years of youth into adulthood, and their posterity - not even thought about since they are babes-in-arms....Life and ...
">>The individual component of the polity is the person, which is defined as any being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species homo sapiens, including both the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the natural rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and the capacity to regulate its competitive actions to avoid depriving others of those rights and to sacrifice itself for the greater good of the polity as a whole or for their common posterity.
The polity, or society, is created by the social contract, in which persons agree to join together for mutual benefit and defense, and to regulate their behavior to avoid forms of competition which are destructive of social coherence and effectiveness, such as violence, deception, or collusion, or to infringe on the rights of others.
Acceptance of the terms of the social contract is effected through, and based upon, a restricted form of the social contract called the filial contract, between parents and their children, in which the parents agree to be good parents and the children agree to be good children and to grow into good adults and members of society. As persons grow, they extend the social contract to others they encounter.
The social contract is transitive, so that it extends to and includes not only those with whom one is in direct contact, but all those with whom those one is in direct contact with are bound to by the social contract as well, and therefore by recursion to all those persons who are members of the society, even if one has never met them.

Language is the expression of ideas; and if the people of one country cannot preserve an identity of ideas, they cannot retain an identity of language. Now an identity of ideas depends materially upon a sameness of things or objects with which the people of the two countries are conversant. But in no two portions of the earth, remote from each other, can such identity be found. Even physical objects must be different..   The United States commenced their existence under circumstances wholly novel and unexampled in the history of nations. They commenced with civilization, with learning, with science, with constitutions of free government, and with that best gift of God to man, the christian religion..... I present it to my fellow citizens, not with frigid indifference, but with my ardent wishes for their improvement and their happiness; and for the continued increase of the wealth, the learning, the moral and religious elevation of character, and the glory of my country. ..To that great and benevolent Being, who, during the preparation of this work, has sustained a feeble constitution, amidst obstacles and toils, disappointments, infirmities and depression; who has twice borne me and my manuscripts in safety across the Atlantic, and given me strength and resolution to bring the work to a close, I would present the tribute of my most grateful acknowledgments. 3 “The aim I have endeavored to keep before my mind in making this translation has been to present the books of the Old and the New Testament in effective, intelligible English.
No translation of an ancient classic can be quite intelligible, it is true, unless the
reader is sufficiently acquainted with its environment to understand some of it flying
allusions and characteristic metaphors. But something may be done and, I am convinced,
ought to be done at the present day to offer the unlearned a transcript of the Biblical
literature as it lies in the light thrown upon it by modern research....
..What it is may be  partly suggested by a new rendering, such as the following
pages present, that is, a fresh translation of the original, not a revision of any English
version. ...Now an interpretation  may of course be novel without being either welcome or
persuasive; its effectiveness depends  largely upon the extent to which the interpreter has
been able to see the original and to convey his impressions of what he has seen, although
it also depends to some extent upon the willingness of the reader to detach his mind for
the time being from time-honourned associations. ..” James Moffatt

“II. Methodology and Jurisprudence, B. General Principles: ...the observance of good faith in international trade."[82] The legislative history of Article 7 demonstrates that the inclusion of a duty of good faith was the subject of contentious debate.[83] The result was the muted compromise of including good faith principle in the interpretive methodology of the CISG. Despite the confinement of the express duty of good faith to CISG interpretation, courts and arbitral panels have implied a general duty of good faith to dealings between contracting parties. The Columbia Constitutional Court enunciated a broad good faith principle by referencing its own Magna Charta:
"Equally, the exercise of the commercial activity that the individuals develop with other citizens of different States must fit the principle of good faith, just as the Convention stipulates in paragraph number one in article 7. This principle should not only be observed in the contractual relationships or negotiations, but in the relationship between individuals and the State and in the procedural performances. Indeed, ... good faith, in conformity with article 83 of the Magna Charta is presumed ... ."[84] [page 319]....
"..The so-called [page 316] principle of loyalty has been recognized in scholarly writings. According to the principle, the parties to a contract have to act in favor of the common goal; they have to reasonably consider the interests of the other party."[68] In essence, each party owes a duty of loyalty to the other party to preserve the viability of the transaction. From such a duty, the court recognized an implied general principle in an expanded notion of duty to continue a sales relationship beyond the discrete individual sales transactions...”

The Writing Requirements of Articles 11, 12, and 13 The issues that courts have addressed regarding writing requirements include whether there is sufficient evidence that a contract exists, which law apples to determine whether writing requirements must be satisfied when one party is subject to an Article 96 declaration, and how courts should address national parol evidence rules to determine the existence, scope, modification or termination of a contract. [“Parol: Given by word-of-mouth; not written - Sir. Blackstone”]
The lack of a writing requirement under the CISG does not pose many problems because so many signatory countries have already abandoned the statute of frauds concept even before adopting the Convention.[116] A notable exception is the United States, where the Uniform Commercial Code still requires that contracts for the sale of goods for more than $500 be in writing.[117] Although Article 11 makes clear that a contract may be evidenced by "any means," national courts must still consider whether the evidence provided is sufficient to determine that a contract exists. A U.S. court stated that under the CISG, a "contract may be proven by a document, oral representations, conduct, or some combination of the three."[118] An unsigned fax,[119] an invoice together with documents for the [page 325] carriage of goods,[120] telegrams and telexes,[121] conduct such as the opening of a letter of credit,[122] and witnesses' testimony about the intent of the parties [123] have all been introduced to prove the existence of a contract. A few courts have insisted that the parties should "get it in writing," but such comments appear to be made merely as cautionary statements.[124]..”.   [“Fraud: n. [L. fraus.] Deceit; deception; trick; artifice by which the right or interest of another is injured; a stratagem intended to obtain some undue advantage; an attempt to gain or the obtaining of an advantage over another by imposition or immoral means, particularly deception in contracts, or bargain and sale, either by stating falsehoods, or suppressing truth.  If success a lover's toil attends, who asks if force or fraud obtained his ends. UDHR-Humanist-arbitrary-power,  rules of conduct - force absent reciprocation of ‘right/ good/ rectitude/ truth-trust-promise though mis-directed-words  “faith”: putting ‘good’ in front of it is useless, “loyalty”-absent certainty; dismissing law against “fraud” as statute; and in contract for any form of production and distribution of goods, or services, absent  honor and integrity – producer, seller, or buyer — is an absurdity unless.....knowledge, wisdom/ experience for truth in trust and promise are inherent and not required to be spoken of... . But this current 1789usruper of the role Chief Executive Officer of the united States repudiates the existence of God - as do the UDHR-Humanist-UN-International Court of Justice, WC-Kyoto Protocol-Agenda 21 / EU/ WB, Federal Reserve - our Article III Judiciary – repudiate-violate, especially in language and communication demonstrated by the God’s Law - Truth, Trust in Promise each-one-Person in His Planet within His Universe, One Law within the Three Sacred Documents. Stated another way, notice the size and dimensions of all life on planet earth this 15 year review, 2004 - undertakes, CISG originated in 1980 – right along with US courts “Common Law Public Value”, 1969-70, as one of the 4 kinds of law - absent the One Law within the Three Sacred Documents.
Now the definitions of the words “faith, loyalty which refers to law - which is jurisprudence - which connects to theology - which fraud is a violations of the Commandments of steal and lie – which denounces promise - truth - trust upon which caused this review in the first place.....for justice does not mean right/ truth/ trust/ or promise – since everyone involved considers those words a waste of either electronic paper– they can choose to say isn’t writing if they don’t like what it says... or proves that litigator did or did not perform what was promised in honor or truth.....

Do you see how once you deny “And assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle One People in order to exercise .....the entire contents of CSIG, a.k.a “When I speak of the Christian religion as the basis of government, I do not mean an ecclesiastical establishment , a creed, or rites, forms and ceremonies, or any compulsion conscience. I mean primitive Christianity in its simplicity as taught by Christ and His apostles, consisting in a belief in the bing, perfections, and moral government of God; in the revelation of His will to men, as their supreme rule of action; in man’s accountability to God for his conduct in this life; and in the indispensable obligation of all men to yield entire obedience to God’s commands in the moral law and in the Gospel.”.
